Came here 3 weeks before Christmas and this was the only place open as the roof top was closed for private party. Got a spot for 2 and ordered the pizza and it was delicious! The tuna tartare was good and fresh! Good drinks! The place was packed and the service was good! Gratuity of 20% is already included ! Just fyi

Stay away. Lots of other overpriced places in NYC with better food and service. As hotel hallways cafes go, this one is really subpar. This quiche was inedible. Michelangelo hotel serves full breakfast with wonderfully friendly waiters. L’Ami Pierre on 57th across the road is a great French bakery.

Cute outdoor space and bar. Live music on Friday evening with a good vibe. Get a drink and enjoy the ambiance.

We stayed at the Park Lane South and eat at Rose Lane. We noticed when we checked in the place was packed. It was always crowded because the food in the ambience is so great. I had the Wagu meatballs my husband had the Caesar salad and Parmesan chicken wings. The wings could've used a bit more of a spice to them, but they were good. On your way out during Xmas. Stop in the lobby and get some hot chocolate and marshmallows.

Good, service and ambiance are great! Love the dim lights and great music here. The food and drinks are amazing. I had the beet salad and octopus. I had a fantastic drink but forgot the name! The waiters and bartender are very nice, personable and attentive to you. They make sure you are having a great dining experience. Food is always fresh and delicious!

Very cute bar inside the Pake Lane hotel. All kinds of different seating but everything is table height except the actual bar seating itself. Very friendly wait staff and the bar seems very efficient despite being pretty busy. The only downside is that based on the location of the lobby, and the two staircases, you do see a fair amount of foot traffic passing through the center of the bar. But honestly not that big of a deal.

I met a friend here one Monday evening. There is a direct entrance to the bar/lounge through the back of the hotel, or you can enter the front and come through the lobby, which is what I did. My friend was running late so I hung out in the lobby for a bit. Once she arrived around 9pm, we posted up at the bar and was served immediately, even though it was fairly crowded. We eventually moved to more of a lounge seating arrangement near the fake fireplace. The service continued to be great even after we moved from the bar area. The wine selection was great and the bar tender does some heavy pours for mixed drinks. The vibe was loungy and a step up from your typical hotel bar. There was never any pressure to order more or move on from the table.

This place is so cute! It honestly grabbed our attention as we were walking to another location. However I wish there was more. The menu has a very limited menu.The chicken BLT felt like it was missing something... fries! They have none on the menu. Which was disappointing. The hummus and all the vegetables were very fresh and the blt was perfect. The staff was very nice but honestly it kind felt as though there attention was else where and there was maybe 6 tables that had people at them. The menu was not enticing enough to make me go back.

Swanky little lounge in the heart of Park Lane Hotel. We had a cocktail reception on the patio space. They offered beer, wine and champagne for welcome drinks but we got to order cocktails from the menu too. I started with a Stella Artois beer and dropped that quickly when I saw the drink menu. The cocktail Latin Quarter is divine perfection of that hint of sweet and spicy! Latin Quarter has Dos Hombres Mezcal, saffron, habanero, pineapple, lime. At $22 a drink, it's worth it. Rose Lane has patio seating, bar seating indoors and a few small tables indoors too. There's a cute little fireplace at the end of the bar too. The staff is great. Come check this place out.

We stayed at the hotel (Park Lane) and decided to try out one of two restaurants they have. The ambiance is very elegant and the Decor was subtle yet comforting. We had the chicken club sandwich and by far was one of the best. We also had the Caesar salad and my wife said it was really good as well. Service was decent, nothing spectacular but nothing wrong either.

You should definitely visit this bar. The service is exceptional, and Timea is an outstanding waitress. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel bar with an amazing bartender K. He made this Friday outside our normal neighborhood amazing . Made a resy via resy since this that was new and all over the gram ( not needed) K was the only person manning the bar and still managed to give stellar service . We normally don't venture above 23rd street ( is just not our vibe) but given our options post dinner vibes a few blocks always this was the best choice for sure . Boozy cocktails and a great soundtrack made this rainy date night a memory not soon to forget . Personalable service and a spirit forward cocktail list with something for everyone would make me remeber this spot for when I'm hosting out of town guests that want to venture up west ! Visited Rose Lane Bar at Park Lane Hotel on 10.24. We ordered 2 Casa Amigos with lime and a mezcal. Comfortable, laid back setting, good pricing and great service by David, who kept refilling addictive popcorn bites.

Literally the worst margarita of my life. Could not drink it. So sweet and gross. Please do yourself a favor and never drink here unless it's from a wine bottle. Poor service as well.

Loved the food, but mainly the service by Timea was outstanding. She made us feel at home.

My wife and I made a quick stop in here last night after going to Cucina 8 1/2. Great atmosphere, great service, and free popcorn!!! I've been to plenty of hotel bars, but this one sets the bar. The park lane margarita is fantastic, a must have!
