The spa space is beautiful and the staff were all extremely hospitable and welcoming. Chang did my deep tissue massage. It was one of the best I’ve had. The pressure was good and he checked in to make sure I was doing well. I enjoyed that he incorporated some stretching into it as well. The whole time I kept thinking I wish I had more time for a longer massage. I highly recommend you checkout this spa when in Nashville.

Rose Spa was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Their amenities are lovely and the ambience is perfection. An 80 minute holistic massage with Jane was the perfect way to relax and the service was top notch. The infused scents, relaxing music and overall aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend! 10/10

This is a lovely spa with an amazing and thoughtful staff! They made me feel at home and were very attentive during my visit. Gwen was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job!! We discussed so many fun things and she even gave me travel advice. So much fun!

I have had facials at several luxury hotels and the one I received today by Blythe was the best experience to date. She was very knowledgeable. The facility was immaculate and everyone was kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend. I came out of my facial glowing and rejuvenated!!

11/10 recommend!! To start, I am 34 weeks pregnant & was treating myself to a massage. I had the 80 minute maternal massage & Melissa was my masseuse. Upon arrival, you check in & wait to be brought back. Once you’re brought back, you are shown a small tour of the facility. After that, you are left to change & get ready. Once you have your robe on, you can head to the relaxation room while you wait for your massage. This is why they tell you to come earlier to take advantage of the facility. They provide water, hot tea, snacks & a beautiful room to hangout in. Luckily, I was the only one in there. My masseuse came to get me & we headed over to the room. They had the maternity pillow to allow me to lay on my stomach which I appreciated. Melissa asked how the pressure was & got to work. The most relaxed I’ve felt all pregnancy. After the massage, I took a shower. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash smell so luxurious, which was a plus. They also have a steam room & experience shower but I didn’t try those. Melissa, along with the rest of the staff were so kind & welcoming. I will likely be back & would recommend to anyone!!

I scheduled my very first Hydra-facial at the Rose for a girls day at the spa! I enjoyed every minute at Rose, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Blythe if booking a facial. She will take great care of you and personal for your skin needs!

Throughly enjoyed my hydrating facial experience at the Rose in Nashville. A quiet retreat amongst a bustling city. All staff is attentive to every need from the moment you arrive. Although the spa is busy, locker and relaxation rooms are spacious and don’t feel crowded. Caitlin performed a wonderful facial, and recommended some skin serums I could benefit from. I left feeling soothed, refreshed and glowing!

Yelp
Donna was so fantastic- so personable and professional. I had a quickie pedi and my toes look beautiful. Thank you!

Yelp
I paid $195 for a 50 minute "holistic" massage. The quiet room is tiny, refreshments were fine but there's no privacy if others are in there. I was taken back and had a male massage therapist... which is fine, I didn't specify and have had male massage therapists before. He told me to sit down on the massage table and he sat in a stool and tried to sell me stones and hand wax treatment... it felt both clinical and retail which wasn't relaxing at all. Now to the massage. Maybe he was new. A couple things that were so strange... 1. He squirted massage oil directly onto my skin. I've had hundreds of massages and this has never happened ever. Like squirting oil on my back and then rubbing it in. $195. 2. He rubbed everything really fast, I was shaking all over the table and having to hold my limbs still so they didn't fall off the table. Not relaxing. $195. 3. He was so loud. Breathing really loudly, his shoes sounded sticky on the floor which grossed me out and he would go off to a corner of the room where I couldn't see him (face down) and bang around in cabinets, turn on faucet etc. 4. Lastly, he asked if I wanted my feet done... ok, maybe people don't like this but he had already asked if there were areas to avoid. 5. He was borderline chiropractic with my neck, wrapping a towel around it and pulling it forcefully to the side with a jerking motion, not a slow stretching motion. It wasn't relaxing and the next day I felt like I was going to pull a muscle. Such a shame bc it was so expensive. The experience shower is completely see through and is a must with essential oil. Steam room is small and dark. Shampoo etc didn't appear to be salon shampoo, it was hotel shampoo etc My husband had a female massage therapist and said his was fine. We pay $90 local for an awesome massage so definitely won't be doing this again as the overall experience and perks of a hotel spa were not worth it.

Yelp
I booked a spa day for my best friend who is getting married in a few weeks. I am from New York, so I had to communicate with the spa through phone and email. Christa was so helpful and responsive, and my friend told me that everything she had done was amazing. Christa helped me pick out the services and tailor the day to exactly what I wanted. Knowing that my vision came to life and my friend was taken care of even though I was thousands of miles away was a wonderful feeling!

Yelp
Very pricey but the female nail tech was very nice and it is a luxury spa so not sure what I was expecting! Upon walking in though, it was a bit awkward as I arrived to an empty desk with a working telling me it was his first week on the job so he really can't help me. Then another lady eventually arrived at desk and told me to go through the doors where the nail tech was waiting for me. Rated a 3 because it wasn't anything special or luxurious aside for the price tag. Not a ton of nail color options either.

Yelp
I had a mini facial, CBD rose indulgence spa and a body scrub. The woman who checked me in was incredibly kind and my masseuse was wonderful. The entire experience was incredible and I enjoyed spending time in the relaxing room as it was very quiet.

Yelp
The spa itself is gorgeous, beautiful facility with friendly estheticians. However, I had the worst experience with the spa manager who insisted on charging me $150 for a treatment I never got. In detail: when I arrived to get my facial, I learned that it's not a regular facial - but rather a chemical peel. Having sensitive skin, I wasn't prepared for a chemical procedure, and asked to either get a different treatment (e.g massage, voucher for future use) or get my money back. The spa manager admitted the website should be much more clear. She said the website should in the future clearly explain this is a chemical procedure and not a regular facial. And despite that, she still said she only has one option and that is to charge me for the treatment. I want to thank the amazing hotel staff that tried talking to the spa staff to get them to reason with us, to no avail. They apologized on their behalf and apologized they weren't able to help in more ways (sounds like these are two different entities). Bottom line - visit this beautiful hotel with the most kind, lovely staff. SKIP THE SPA with the terrible service.

Yelp
After a series of days that left me completely depleted of energy, I spent the afternoon at the Rose spa, in the steam room and relaxation room. I mean it when I say it was EXACTLY what I needed. When I thought it couldn't get better, I had a haircut appointment with Kaitlin that left me glowing and feeling like a whole new person. Kaitlin is very talented and, along with the rest of the staff, is so kind and exceptionally professional. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Massage was cancelled on us not once but twice, day of the massage. My girlfriend and I love massages but almost never get to indulge ourselves. When we were finally able to take a vacation out in Nashville we decided to go all out and this was our number 1 activity we were looking forward to. Like I said we love massages. Reviews looked great, amenities were rated top notch and everything was perfect. Day of the massage we show up an hour early and reception tells us that the masseuse my girlfriend was going to be working with was pregnant and was unable to work at this time because she needed to go to the HOSPITAL. Yes, day of, hour before the time, no warning call, no notification, just told us after we showed up and after we had walked about 20 minutes from our hotel. Ok, very unfortunate but understandable. Not the receptions fault, definitely not the masseuses fault, things happen. The receptionist offered a calf and foot rub, travelers experience I think It was called, as an alternative but we really wanted our 80 minute full body massage. The hotel didn't have any openings for the rest of that day but we were able to reschedule for a 50 minute massage for the following day. Unfortunate because the following day was our last day in Nashville, we had a pretty tight timeframe, and it was less massage than we were hoping for. Along with that, we would now have to drag all of our luggage on the 20 minute walk to the hotel because we had to check out of our hotel before the massage. Not ideal but hey we wanted a massage, like I said this was our number 1 anticipated activity on the trip. The hotel let us use the spa the day of and comped us a bottle of Champagne. Nice gesture but I don't really drink and my girlfriend could only have two glasses. We ended up giving it out to the other guests in the waiting area. The spa facilities were, well frankly disappointing. Basically a steam room and shower. It left me honestly very frustrated and we tried to not let this ruin the day. The following morning we get up at around 9am, start prepping to check out of the room and my girlfriend gets a call. It's the Rose informing us that the masseuse for my girlfriend is pregnant and will not be able to work today. Yes, they scheduled us with the same masseuse! The same masseuse that couldn't work the day before because she was in the hospital! We cancelled on the spot and will never be booking or recommending the spa to anyone. We tried to book at other spas for the day of but no one could accommodate us at such short notice. We genuinely hope the masseuse is okay but it was a giant disappointment for our vacation and if the Rose would have at least told us they couldn't reschedule us we could have rescheduled a massage at a different location. TLDR: Rose Spa cancelled our appointment two days in a row with less than two hours heads up. Rescheduled us with the same masseuse that was sent to the hospital on the first day. We were unable to get a massage during our vacation. Extremely disappointed in the Rose and ruined two days of our vacation. Will not return or recommend the Rose to anyone.

Yelp
The ROSE spa was a wonderful treat! The amenities were ok but the massage treatment was amazing. I highly recommend the stone massage and the add on paraffin treatment. Please request Monty. He was amazing and it was one of the best massage treatments I have ever had!!

Yelp
The best urban luxury spa experience! I was so impressed by the facilities (rivaling what you would see in a luxury resort - beautiful relaxation room, sauna, experience showers, beautiful locker room with thoughtful amenities, etc.), the customer service and of course the treatment itself. The staff was very accommodating and made sure our group was well taken care of. I had a body scrub treatment and it was fantastic - so relaxing and my skin was so soft after. I also came with a group of girlfriends and we all felt it was a highlight of our trip. We were staying at the hotel and got to sit by the gorgeous rooftop pool after - definitely a must if you are in Nashville and looking for luxurious relaxation.

Yelp
Perfect prenatal massage! Great ending to a long weekend in Nashville. Great service and facilities as well. :)
