Rosebud Steakhouse Centennial Village

Visiting from out of town we decided to try Rosebud based on excellent reviews and it DID NOT disappoint! The staff here operates like a well oiled machine and our head waiter Webster provided best in class service! We started with the shrimp cocktail and crab cake- both delectable -I had the petite filet and my husband had the bone in filet both cooked to perfection! Webster recommended the loaded mashed potatoes and they were truly loaded with yummy goodness - we finished with the butter cake and what a delicious finish!! I cannot recommend this location enough! Seating with a reservation was quick and easy!

Five Stars – A Sweetest Day to Remember! My husband Walter and I celebrated Sweetest Day with dinner at Rosebud in Munster, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely top notch—our server, Josh, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the cocktails. He made us feel so welcome and helped guide us through the menu with great recommendations. The food? Amazing. Every bite was delicious and clearly made with care. The drinks were just as impressive—top tier in every way. We also had the pleasure of meeting another server named Rhino. After overhearing him chat with a nearby table, we found out there's a cocktail named after him. Naturally, we had to try it—and we’re so glad we did! It was fantastic and definitely worth ordering. Just had dinner here and it was absolutely delicious. Our servers name was Josh and he gave us the run down of all the ingredients and new the full menu thoroughly. He was kind, efficient, and informative. Josh's service is one of a kind and we will be returning because of his experience. They have a happy hour menu ( along with full menu) from 3-5pm. Which was just enough for me. I had the Ribeye with Fritata. Ordered Crispy Brick chicken and that was amazing as well. Sides are a la carte but big enough to share between 2-3 ppl.

I'd have to rate this overall a 3.9. We had the shrimp cocktail, caesar salad, a skirt steak, a 45 day aged ribeye and the Mac and cheese. The steaks were both cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The caesar salad was also good. I thought the shrimp from the shrimp cocktail were a little tough. The cocktail sauce was not that atomic, I've had stronger cocktail sauce from St. Elmos steakhouse. The mac and cheese was just ok and I've had better. It was gooey, but the flavor was just eh and some of the noodles were dry. The worst part was the service. We went on a Tuesday night at 6 which you wouldn't think would be an issue, but for some reason the servers seemed stressed and the bus boys seemed like they had no idea what was going on. We waited about 15 minutes before someone came to our table and it was probably another 15 to 20 minutes before we got the drinks. After the food came no one checked to see if everything was fine. The level of service was just not the same that I've had from other restaurants of the same caliber or price point. When I am paying a high dollar amount I don't just want my food to taste good but the service to also be on point and unfortunately this wasn't.

My 1st time here but definitely won't be my last time. The ambiance was fantastic. The high back booths provide for an intimate experience and the restaurant was packed. Plenty of people celebrating anniversaries and birthday's (like me). Victoria our server was absolutely the best. She gave great recommendations and we totally enjoyed it. The Black Cherry Lemon Drop is phenomenal. Today was a great day! Food was splendid, like I was full after a few bites but I wanted to eat more. Then there was the dessert, the butter cake was so rich, it should be the million dollar cake. It's divine! Thank you all for helping make my birthday a day to remember 🌹🌹🌹

I came to the restaurant for my birthday and I am really glad that I did. It is nice to dine in at a nice steakhouse without having to go to the city. Our server was amazing as she was very pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions. She also made great conversation which made the experience more personable. Our entrees were great and we finished our meal with the butter cake to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely come back to this location. :)

I found a rare gem in Munster Indiana while on a business trip. We were served by Amirah Ali. She was super helpful, friendly, and very attentive. The food was spot on. I’ve tried many steaks during my travels and this is by FAR the best steak I have eaten, which is crazy in such an unlikely place. All deserts are made in house, the food is on the expensive side but if you take your significant other here they will not leave disappointed. Pictures is the cowboy ribeye, bone in, which was $70. The desert is a buttercream cake with gelato. You have to try this place and ask for Amirah, she always greeted us with a smile and was honestly one of the most pleasant waitresses I’ve had in a while.

We went for happy hour and we sat in the patio area. The restaurant is lovely but the patio area is good because of all the traffic. Service today was okay. They forgot our bread and we didn't see them for awhile after they took our order It was a super hot day and we wanted water. Still ,not a big deal. We all ordered burgers but they got our burger temps wrong and one was medium rare but ce out well done. The burger was $ 7 and the tasty fries were $3. Its a good deal and I'd come back.
