The Best Cocktail Bars in Palm Springs, According to Eater Editors | Eater LA
"This Midcentury cocktail bar is a regular stop for young locals who find charm and excellent music. Though a full alcohol license hasn’t been secured, beer and natural wines are on deck, along with actual turntables for vinyl selections, a rare sight in any city. For high-fi aficionados, the decorative speakers, book selection, and stacks of records pair well with draught beer and a glass of pét nat." - Mona Holmes
Damn I just saw a seed pod float down in front of my face supported only by a naked umbrella of microscopic hairs turnt upwards. I surprised myself by even being able to see that in this light at this age without glasses or contacts at 40 years old. It's dusk. Dry.

Rosemary is a staple in the Coachella Valley, and Adrian is an exemplary member of the community. The thoroughness he has taken to make sure every corner of this place is a part of the vibe as everything else is something sought after. This HiFi is your quintessential luxury for music lovers all around. Go as far as to take a look at @rosemary.hifi on Instagram, scrolling through the feed you get a look and can even hear from Adrian himself how much production went into bringing this fantasy into fruition.

We loved Rosemary HiFi! What a great spot. Loved the live record music. Loved the wine (and I am not a natural wine fan, usually!)- we got two bottles of the red blend and it was chilled and refreshing. Loved Adrian! What a standout guy- he happily welcomed our post wedding party of about 30 people with no notice! He helped our whole party get wine quickly and was happy to give recommendations. We mainly stood around the standing table areas, but there were booths and couches available too. Looked like a great date night spot!! This bar reminded me so much of a bar called music bar Beatle momo in Kyoto- the record bar is the way of the future for sure! Can’t wait to come back when I’m in Indio again :)

Came in on a Wednesday night and they had a DJ playing an all vinyl post-punk type of set. Great music! They closed at 10pm that day.
This was my second time here and I brought a different group of friends each time. The staff is very friendly and have great taste in music themselves (they put records on when there's no DJ).
Can definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this place! We always come on Wednesday for “Bring your own vinyl night” and have such a great time! Drinks are always good, atmosphere is super welcoming and music is always a 10/10! Love that we finally have a place like this in the valley! I recommended this place to my sister who’s a wine lover and she also fell in love with the vibe Rosemary gave off

Immaculate vibes, great wine, awesome service. Enjoyed Rosemary twice during our short visit to the area, and will definitely be back. Also got great recommendations for shopping/dining in the area from the owner, and they did not disappoint.

Rosemary HiFi is truly one of the most special spots in the Coachella Valley. As a frequent visitor to Las Palmas, this place always makes me feel right at home—maybe it’s a family thing 😎. Every detail in the space feels intentional and unique. The sound quality is impeccable, the Las Palmas beers are consistently amazing, and Papa Headz burgers? Absolutely next level.

The one and only hi-fi record listening bar in the low desert. All the wines we had were superb. If you're hungry you can order food from the burger place next door.

Yelp
Cute bar in the new revitalized Oasis St in downtown Indio. Stopped here after food truck Fridays on Miles St. Lots of drink selections at great prices, and the DJ was great playing early house music. Check out their Instagram, they have various themed music nights for every taste!

Yelp
Vibes are impeccable -- exactly what this area needed. The wine is fab, and the record player music gives it such a cool feel. The lighting is nice and dim, super easy to feel cute and comfortable here (lol). It's elevated the whole vibe of the area for sure. I don't go out often, but this spot makes it easy. Definitely a new favorite.

Yelp
Pretty cute place! Music was nice and lots of familiar folks from the art scene in the desert. I enjoyed the the short list of alcohol they had a couple of wines 6-7 and a few beers on tap Id say maybe 3-4. My friends and I decided to check out the scene when Vasquez was playing. We ordered a bottle of middle child and rose they were both friendly and enjoyable to the music. A bottle was around 35 and glasses were 8 bucks. I'd say we got 6 cups from the glass if you fill as much as they do for their cups. It's a generous pour but a smaller cup.
I recommend ordering and hanging out a few minutes if there's no seats it'll clear up shortly and you can grab those seats. We stood a little then took over a quarter section of the lounge. Not too loud we all heard one another but also had tunes in the back.
My only recommendation or concern was my coat which isn't big since we're in the desert and winter is like a month. unfortunately took a seat up with our coats but no complaints really. Chill indie hipster place makes you forgot your on miles street or even in Indio.

Yelp
This might be the coolest spot in downtown Indio. Two turn tables pumping out good vinyl music. Great selection of beer and wine with the ability to bring your own food. The seating is great, laid back and casual. I'd be a regular here if it was in Palm Springs. Good spot, cool vibes.

Yelp
Extremely unique, local bar. You come here for the vibe; excellent curated music, aesthetically pleasing decor, great beer and wine choices, and just overall very comfortable place, down to the incense smell as you walk in. I hope they stay around for long, I've never been to such a unique bar experience, especially not in my town. Don't hesitate to come in. Great place to bring your out of town friends.

Yelp
Visited a few times now since they opened and I want to be a regular. As someone who likes bars without TVs and also loves audiophile sound, it's perfect. Comfortable seating and lighting so you can enjoy your company. Usually they play low volume music, but occasionally host DJs they let you get up and dance. Good local beer (Las Palmas) and natural wine, plus some non-alcoholic options and snacks.

Yelp
Met Adrian and Chris. Adrian is so passionate about music, and Rosemary HiFi shows it. They have a gem in Indio. Great place to listen to music like it's intention. Highly recommend.
