Truck 121 blocking parking in Pembroke Service plaza NY. He is soo dumb that he can't see who he is blocking. There were other parking spots available. When I honked he looked and kept walking inside. I have a video for proof. Teach him some parking etiquettes.

Really hard to contact them, they won’t answer your calls or your texts and they are super hard to reach by email. They also tell you things they will do and they never do it on time, you have to keep trying to call them for them to finally do it.
