16 Best Places to Eat Around Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena in Atlanta

"The second location of soul food restaurant Rosie’s Cafe (the original is located on Sylvan Road) resides just south of Mercedes-Benz stadium. The all-day cafe serves hearty breakfast plates like a loaded chicken biscuit and fish and grits made with lightly battered perch filets atop creamy buttered grits. Rosie’s also offers salads and sandwiches. In the evenings, the restaurant’s coffee bar transforms into a whiskey and cocktail bar. Breakfast on weekdays or non-game days is highly recommended. Sunday brunch is super busy, so plan accordingly. Valet available." - Beth McKibben, Eater Staff

Delicious and excellent service! Ms. Maya was absolutely wonderful! Took a group of students for a conference at GWCC and it was a great experience. As a group of 7, I was a bit nervous about wait time but they were extremely accommodating to the size of the party. Every dish was excellent. And we were able to make it back a second time right before we left! Definitely a must stop if you’re around

Decided to try this gem on the way back home, was in town for a concert the night before. Saw the reviews and wanted to try, and it did not disappoint. Service was awesome from the time we were greeted until we got our check. Our server Maya was very nice, professional, and had good energy. We ordered our food and only waited a short amount of time for our food. I ordered the Rosie's breakfast platter (wish the portion size was a little bigger) with a side of fried fish, and it was amazing. Great food and great service.

Google
Absolutely delicious food! Jennifer (aka Taraji P’s twin) was the best waitress and Shay was the best host! They took such great care of us. 10000/10 recommend the chicken & waffles, the biscuits…and everything else on the menu. Great seasoning and great flavor. Reminded me of my grandma’s cooking. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the ATL!

Leslie Moore

Google
Our server Jennifer was great, she was patient and concise with us, a group of 14 HUNGRY Rosies newbie’s there at 8am full of questions and concerns. The chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, breakfast bowl and coffee drinks are scrumptious! I wasn’t a fan of the Salmon croquettes though. The food came out quickly!

Google
Visiting from up north and I knew I wanted some good southern cooking. Rosie's popped up on a number of restaurant recommendation sites for being great and it absolutely is! I got the chicken and waffles yesterday and I'm back for avocado toast and southern grits. Key helped us at the bar and was friendly and wonderful. She made us great drinks and had good recommendations. I'll be visiting next time I'm in Atlanta!

Google
I had the pleasure of dining at Rosie's Cafe in Atlanta today, and I can't stop raving about the experience! From the moment we walked in, our server, Jennifer, made us feel right at home. Her warm, friendly demeanor and excellent knowledge of the menu made our brunch absolutely perfect. She recommended the shrimp and grits, which was out of this world, and even checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was to our liking. Jennifer’s attention to detail and impeccable service made the whole experience unforgettable. If you're ever in the area, ask for Jennifer—she’s a true gem! Rosie's Cafe is lucky to have her. I'll definitely be back soon!

Yelp
It was a delightful experience celebrating my 41st birthday. Server's: Naya, Max, Enya & Omi.. Amen.. I will be BACK! I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected kindness and thoughtfulness of these ladies who went out of their way to make my brunch truly special. The culinary creations presented to us were nothing short of exceptional, prepared with utmost care and expertise.

Yelp
This place seems like a diamond in the rough. I stopped by for a breakfast burrito and some coffee and was pleasantly impressed with how good the food and coffee was. Although I had to remind the server that I had ordered a coffee too, she was very sweet and helpful. The restaurant itself was recently renovated it seems cuz the decor was fresh and cozy. The only out of place issue was the fact that they served the shredded cheese on the side of my burrito. Seemed odd but overall the burrito was pretty good. Other than that the location is a bit out of the way. But I'm going to revisit for a sit-down breakfast sometime soon for a better feel of the place.

Yelp
Shout out to Nae for making my experience at Rosie's worth it. She was amazing. This was my second time at Rosie's and my first time was just OK. I am glad I came back for a second visit. The overall experience was great because it was not packed like it was when I first visited. The staff was able to engage more and the food did not take as long. The Breakfast Burrito is my favorite. I like that the atmosphere is casual but not too casual. They play the right music to give a good laid back vibe.

Yelp
Rosie's is a must-visit! My experience was amazing, from the complimentary valet to every staff member I encountered. My server, Bunny, was incredibly helpful throughout as my server. I chose the chicken and strawberry waffle, and the chicken wings were perfectly seasoned and fried! I also tried their iced toffee coffee with almond milk, which was a real treat. I love the setup inside--it's designed for both group and solo dining, with a separate bar area. They offer an extensive breakfast selection, either à la carte or prix fixe. I'm excited to return to try more of their coffee and breakfast specialties! If you're in the heart of Atlanta, I highly recommend Rosie's!

Yelp
There was nothing impressive about my experience but then again it wasn't terrible. I did not appreciate the 20% automatic gratuity being added for a party of 2. It's demeaning because it implies that I might not have otherwise tipped. I always tip very generously but in this case, I left what they wanted. The food was not memorable. I ordered chicken and waffles. The wings were really flavorful but a bit small. My waffle was dry and flavorless. My son ordered French toast and bacon. That's all I remember about my experience 2 days ago.

Yelp
A must try! Stopped in while checking out colleges down the street. The service was great; our server was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great; very clean, with a cute new age feel, and great music. I was doing table karaoke the whole time lol Food: YUM!!!! I ordered the fried fish with grits. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. A tad on the salty side. If you're low sodium, probably not the dish for you. The grits were cooked perfectly. I'm from Seattle, I always feel like I need to sneak and put sugar on my grits when I'm in the south to avoid crazy looks lol. But they were great. Also for coffee. As a seattlite, I am very picky about coffee, but I was very happy with my cup of Joe! My daughter got the French toast, which I tried. It was also very good. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Perfect for after church, before game day, or anything in between! Large menu with breakfast and lunch options, good portion sizes and attentive service. They have TVs, ample seating, and a bar!

Yelp
This is my second time at Rosie's and the food is good, staff is nice and the overall ambiance is a cool lil rustic feel. I dropped my headphones under the booth and a pregnant staff member went above and beyond to get it!!! It just told me everything I need to know about this place, they having people on staff that care and that makes a difference in any establishment.

Yelp
Although parking lot is extremely small, there is complimentary valet. Friendly service. Laid back atmosphere. We went on a Friday morning and seating was quick (no line). There were only a few other patrons. That being said there was quite a bit of a wait for the food however. The cheese for the 'cheese grits' was not incorporated in the grits; just sprinkled on top. so it didn't mix well. The veggie sausage were hard (over cooked). The shrimp and grits were ok but tasted like the shrimp was frozen. French toast and coffee was delicious. They charge an automatic 20% gratuiuty regardless of party size...something to keep in mind for the people that either don't usual tip that much or tip above.

Yelp
I tried Rosie's per my husband's recommendation as he often gets breakfast there before work. I love that they have free WiFi and that it is like a diner/cafe but not as hasty or devoid of genuine interaction. I enjoyed my sausage, egg, & cheese croissant sandwich but didn't like that I essentially had to build it a la carte. I also don't like that they have a surcharge on debit/credit cards (essentially, cash is preferred, which is not very convenient).

Yelp
Visited Rosie's on a Tuesday afternoon. It was lightly busy, however I was seated right away. The ambiance of the restaurant was light, welcoming and easy-going. The servers all seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and were attentive and personable. I ordered the specialty pancake platter with veggie sausage , potatoes and plain pancakes. The home style potatoes were delicious. Nice and crispy but soft and fluffy on the inside. The pancakes were decently large and buttery. For drinks I orders the Panda Chai Tea which was warm and silky with the class chai flavor. I also ordered the Milky Way latte which was beautiful and delicious! Overall I am so glad I stopped by today! From the sweet servers to the food I was pleased and would visit again!

Yelp
Food is great! Ambiance is Wonderful. I've been there at least four times this year and each time it's been a pleasure

Yelp
I treated myself to brunch and glad I did. I went Monday morning around 11. Greeted by valet which is complementary with tips. Small lot so get there early or have trouble on the street. The hostess's immediately sat me down. The waitress was perfect I really wish I knew her name. She was sweet attentive but not too much and was really pleasant. The food was just okay. Not excellent but not bad just kinda regular. I got the platter of French toast, Turkey sausage, grits and scrambled eggs with cheese. Value made sense for what I bought. Probably won't be back since the food was just okay and I'm always trying new brunch spots. Ambiance was decent. Low key crowd.

Yelp
Created a reservation and got seated right away. All the staff were super friendly and courteous. Clean establishment and the food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Valet parking for free, just tip. The music that they play is on pointtttttt! Dope playlists. The mimosas were mosa-ing lol! I had the 2 piece fried whiting fish and the breakfast bowl, with sausage on top and cheese. With a guava mimosa. Shorty had shrimp and grits and red velvet pancakes. Peach mimosa. They have a dinning side and also a full service bar where you can sit on the opposite side of the joint. Overall, I'll def visit it again.

Yelp
Visited Rosie's on a peak brunch Sunday as I was heading out of Atlanta. Here are some of my thoughts: Environment It's a cozy busy spot especially for brunch with cool art and tvs around the space. It's very small and very popular with very little parking so they do have a valet service. Please make a reservation. That may be the only way you'll get to eat here. It had good energy with plenty of people enjoying themselves and their meals. Service The service was fine. Again they were busy so it was also a little bit slow at times and it somewhat felt like they were trying to rush us at times. So nothing to ride home about - overall it was okay. Food and Drinks My whole table had the chicken and waffles. lol I wish we would have switched it up to get a better idea of what they had to offer but I guess that was the mood we were in. The chicken was pretty good. Maybe could've been seasoned a little bit more but overall fine. I also had a side of cheese grits and eggs. The eggs were good and the grits were okay. Nothing incredible but not bad at all. I would come back to try other items on the menu just to have a better feel of the options. Overall Overall my experience here was just okay. Nothing over the top or too underwhelming. I would want to give it a second chance to try other things on the menu so would definitely go back to see if my experience is elevated.

Yelp
Rosie's gets 5 stars from me today simply because my server Jayda was phenomenal The food, not so bad my fish was cooked a little too long but delicious Careful with parking here, it's a little tight

Yelp
Where to begin with this absolute gem.. My friend and I ran a 5k at The Benz, so needless to say, we were starving after the race. Rosie's is located next to the stadium. We were seated right away and immediately greeted by our Rockstar server, Jada. Jada was attentive, upbeat with infectious positive energy. The menu is full of mouth watering items. We got the shrimp and grits & strawberry pancakes. Both were incredible. They have unique lattes and mimosas. We had a milky way latte and strawberry and pineapple mimosas. SO good. We both live OTP and would drive back to ATL just to come back here.

Yelp
I visited here during my time in Atlanta, it was good but it is not on my list to have visit again. The decor in the restaurant was nicely done, comfortable. The challenge for me was the service, my expectations were high since I visited ATL Breakfast Club the day before. I came in, 2 people were at the receptionist area, it took them a minute or 2 to acknowledge me and then there was some minor back and forth on what table to seat me at. I got seated and then sat there for what seemed liked 10 minutes until I got the attention of someone and asked for coffee and water. While I waited for that I then got the attention of one of the people that sat me and asked who my server was, he apologized and said it was him, there was some confusion on who my server should be. The table next to me said they experienced the same thing. I ordered the blueberry pancakes, eggs with salmon. These were the BEST blueberry pancakes I ever had, outstanding. The coffee was good, I liked that they had flavored coffee creamer options. Thr highlights for my visit to the restaurant is thr decor and blueberry pancakes, the needs improvement is thr staff.....visiting this place after ATL Breakfast Club set the bar high and Rose doesn't compare. To be far I did see other servers that were very attentive but my server and the receptionists missed the bar.

Yelp
Came to this breakfast spot during a work trip in Atalanta. The ambiance was very cute and I was able to be seated right away. I ordered Rosie's Breakfast platter which includes French toast, bacon potatoes and eggs with a vanilla ice coffee. The food was tasty. The food is priced high for breakfast but it's good.

Yelp
Service was spectacular! Tee was our server who was super fun, an sweet. But I will say all the ladies working today were still checking on us, just great service all over! We did notice Tee's button on her shirt with the Hennessy Margarita and she assured us that it was ! DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Drink was great! We end up getting the Rosie Platter & the Breakfast Platter, pretty classic breakfast, cheese grits were really delicious! I wasn't a super fan of the French toast but enjoyed everything overall!

Yelp
local breakfast spot in the city! staff were great and the food was tasty. I ordered an iced mocha latte and the pancake breakfast w/ fried chicken. they were out of grits so looking forward to trying them next time

Yelp
If I could leave a review with zero stars I would!!! I ordered a garden salad with no cheese to go but I received a bunch of lettuce with tomatoes and croutons. This was my first time ever patronizing Rosie's and it will be my last!! I was hoping to find a nice lunch spot close to my job and now know to take Rosie's off the list!
google avatar

Eilynn D.

Yelp
Today I had the pleasure of dining at Rosie's Coffee Cafe and what started as a quick run for coffee turned into an experience of good eating wrapped in a family feel environment. Jebron greeted me when I came in gave me the whole layout since I told him it was my first time. His gracious genuine greeting drew me to dine in instead of the grab and go. I had egg whites, potatoes and blueberry waffle and along with The Dirty Caramel Chai and honey every single thing was UUHHHHMAZZiING! The music was nice chill sweet early morning. Definitely will be returning when I am back in Atlanta!

Yelp
I visited Rosie's on a Sunday morning for brunch. Me and my friend made reservations and the process as well as getting in and seated was seamless. Food: The complimentary blueberry muffins were absolutely delicious! Soft inside with crispy edges, yum! I ordered the fish and (cheese) grits with a side of potatoes and Texas toast. Initially, I was expecting an actually dish, but realized fish was the main and the grits were a side...which was cool, but I would've loved for this to have been a dish with some kinda sauce. The fish was okay, but wasn't as seasoned or fried as hard as I'd like. I know it's fried fish, but it was also a bit too oily. The cheese grits and Texas toast were standard and good. The potatoes were also solid. We also wound up ordering a carafe of pineapple mimosas for $35, which was really good! Parking: Complimentary valet, just make sure to tip the parking attendants! Service: Our server was really dope and attentive. She made great recommendations and did a good job with checking in on us and letting us vibe out! Atmosphere: I love the mom and pop feel of Rosie's and the music was really good! It was a nice change-up from the floral walls and hookah at most Atlanta brunch spots lol. Final verdict: Rosie's had been on my list for a while and I'm glad I finally got a chance to try it! It didn't hit as hard as I was expecting it to, but it was still a solid spot. I'd go back and try something different.

Yelp
Not very handicap accessible . Terrible service. My server was distracted talking to her friends and just left my table unattended. Their menu is okay but they nickel and dime you. I ordered the star sandwich and I had to pay extra for the French toast and the egg. There was no cheese and they wanted to charge me for that. Ridiculous!!!!
google avatar

Timorris L.

Yelp
I came here randomly one morning on the way to work. I just wanted a place to grab a coffee but when I saw their menu I had to try something. I ended up ordering some of my favorite breakfast foods: cheese grits and eggs, and they were delicious. The coffee I order was my favorite thing: an oatmilk coffee of some sort. I would highly recommend it. The vibe was nice and my service was great as well. Check them out!

Yelp
Went here for breakfast early one Saturday. People who came in after us were served first, even though our orders were simple. The food was not good. I had the breakfast bowl, with potatoes, 2 eggs, and sausage. The handle of the plate it was served on was dripping with grease. The sausage was dry; much like it was a frozen patty with freezer burn. My friend got a croissant with avocado slices and bacon. She said the croissant was dry and the food tasted like rancid grease. We did not eat the food and they tried to charge us for all of it. We complained to the manager, who, bizarrely, argued with us about our experience and tried to explain away the grease they used, why it took so long and the fact that my friend could not have gotten sick from the food so quickly. What?!?! They eventually comped the meal. Small price to pay for diarrhea, I guess. We won't be back.

Gee Z.

Yelp
Great food and great service. I loved the ambiance. The food was hit and fresh, with a great presentation. I would suggest it highly. It sits in the shadow of Mercedes Benz stadium.

Yelp
When you're visiting another city, it's always a good idea to ask for recommendations from the locals. Rosie's Coffee Cafe came highly recommended and was within walking distance. Between the time we glanced at the menu and our first bite, we were sold. It really did not take long for our order to arrive. We must have had a sweet tooth that morning because we ordered red velvet pancakes and waffles. Our server, Eric, gave us a quick tip to hold off on the maple syrup until we tasted the red velvet dishes to determine the level of sweetness. Thankfully, we took his advice because the red velvet did not need a boost. It stood out on its own. My waffle was just soft and rich in flavor. The homestyle potatoes were good. The wings were nice and crunchy. DAMNNNN! I would have preferred a hearty portion of the chicken like a drumstick, breast, or thigh. Rosie's is hands-down the best way to start your day. Upon our return to the hotel, we were asked about our dining experience. All I could say was THANK YOU! Rosie's beautiful space, fast service, and delicious food made it a 5-star experience.

Yelp
It's my fault that I sent someone to pick up my food and they didn't check, but to pack an order and not check to see if it's correct is also an error on the restaurant. I like to be compromising so I was going to eat what they packed anyway but it's disgusting. The French toast have no flavor the eggs are hard and unseasoned and I couldn't eat the sausage because I ordered veggie sausage so I just wasted 2 hours of my life trying to pick up this damn food that was $21. Tragic

Yelp
I came here not once but TWICE during my trip to Atlanta for the convenience and the yummy food. We got lucky the first time, I showed up fairly early with my husband and we were seated right away. The second time two days later, though, we had to wait for quite some time. See, we were there for the Taylor Swift concert, as was everyone else. Rosie's is one of the few breakfast spots we found walking distance to the stadium. We found that the area is not very walkable, but Rosie's was a saving grace. The first day we got the breakfast burrito. The sausage was the highlight of the meal -- it almost tasted like the pork you'd get in a soup dumpling. Super juicy and flavorful. The American cheese was perfectly melty - I miss American cheese and it was a great surprise addition. Got a side of grits with it as well that were good too. The second day I ordered a stack of pancakes. They were a pretty good size, a modest stack of 4, and very fluffy. Really happy with my experience here and hope the other visiting Swifties were as well.

Yelp
Brought my VP boss to this location today! He's new to Atlanta and loves trying new food. I'm so embarrassed! I bragged about this cafe since I'd been before and had an amazing experience! Tuh not today! Our server was horrible! Nasty attitude, rude, no comprehension whatsoever what good let alone great customer service is! I let all of her inadequacies slide.. I just looked at it as she's not supposed to be here. This is a bad day for her. But when she got in her feelings about another employee bringing us to-go containers I had to leave a review. She asked him "did you take those to them" he said yes. She said she didn't like for no one else to help her tables.. ma'am you sure didn't want to help so luckily he did! Then I heard her tell her other customer she didn't like it when people (I'm people) do that! She said some other slick comments but I won't go into detail. I couldn't wait to NOT leave her an additional tip (because I always leave additional) Didn't deserve gratuity! As for the food they brought out BURNT fries so I had to walk and find her (as she sat by the front door chatting with another employee) and tell her about the fries. I hope she gets that attitude together for future customers but I won't be back!

Yelp
Fantastic food, speedy service, and nice friendly ambiance. Would come back again! Of note, limited valet parking so you may want to visit at less busy times. Can highly recommend getting the shrimp and grits, so good.

Yelp
In town for a foodie weekend and so happy to have stopped into Rosie's Cafe. All of the staff are very friendly and treated us like they were happy that we came in. I had the Shrimp n Grits... delicious! The hubby had the breakfast bowl. Our meals were accompanied by biscuits and coffee. Portion sizes are just enough so you're not feeling stuffed. All followed by a short walk back to our hotel at the Reverb - Hard Rock!

Memyself A.

Yelp
i wasn't going to post a bad review until I realized I was charged EIGHTEEN PERCENT GRATUITY ON TAKE OUT!! i ordered fried green tomatoes to patronize because I had to go to the restroom and was at a tailgate outside. After we ordered my friend decided she'd rather eat in... and as we walked over, a very ride waitress said "you can't just sit here if you ordered to go". So, to avoid cursing her out, I went and sat at the bar. My friend realized later the 18% gratuity and questioned the manager as to why we had a problem if we're being charged anyway because his initial excuse was the amount of money they make, and it's unfair to purchase and then sit and not tip. So, I'll be contacting my bank because I do not pay tips when a waitress has not served me. The front desk people get paid hourly, so they can miss me completely with expecting me to pay that person's salary. Pardon any typos. Still here and tryna leave.

Rachel B.

Yelp
They completely skipped over us with the 30 minutes wait. After an hour she laughed and said she forgot us. Then we waited 20 minutes at the table for a waiter. We ordered, and the food was good, but the fish was a little salty. Finally, when it's time to pay, they don't show you a bill so BE AWARE, the 20% gratuity fee is already added. They won't say a word about that. And you'll end up double tipping.

Yelp
I challenged my close friend to recommend a good place for she and my family to dine for lunch. More so, a locally owned restaurant. She chose Rosie's. The service was fair and the food was fresh of the stove and delicious (I had waffle and fried chicken, my husband had Turkey burger - which he said was the best, juicy Turkey burger he's ever had, and my dear friend had fish and chips.) We chose from their selections of different flavored mimosa's. The kids had the silver dollar pancakes. What made me not commit to giving 5 stars was the server forgot to give us our request for muffins. She had to be reminded 3 times! Nevertheless, this restaurant has a very nice ambiance and vibe. They have tables that can seat 15-20 people. I'd definitely go back if I'm in the area. Thanks for the fresh food!

Yelp
Rosie's is a simple no frills breakfast cafe with very good breakfast food. The shrimp and grits was tasty, my only complaint is their grits could be thicker and not so watery. Overall the taste is wonderful. My daughter enjoyed her chicken and waffles, the fried chicken was well seasoned and delicious. At first I was like why a metal coffee cup, so unattractive to a coffee lover but, buuuut my coffee stayed warm between sips. The service was attentive our waitress was friendly and inviting.

Troy I.

Yelp
Over the span of an hour and a half I had the worst service of my life. Started off with my waiter never coming back after giving us drinks, waited 25 minutes before I had to ask to have my order taken by someone else. Then we waited another hour for our food that never came. I went to ask my current waiter when it would be out and she replied extremely rude " I just put it in". This was after I watched 4 tables who walked in after me get served. Then she replied you can just leave if you want. So I did that exactly. After we leave the first waiter runs across the street after us asking us to pay for the 1 ice tea that we got. And started yelling at me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST not worth dealing the staff.

Yelp
I have seen this spot many times and never knew it was even a restaurant yet along consider stopping to eat. Luckily, we went to a Falcons game and had the opportunity to stop by and enjoy the food and the environment. I loved everything about this spot except some of the personalities/attitudes of the servers. The environment is small and quaint but enough to enjoy a good meal. The food was good from my perspective. The other guests weren't too particularly fond of the shrimp po boy but everything else was great. We order the chicken and red velvet waffle along with the salmon croquette sandwich. I also had a side of scrambled egg whites and I was so satisfied. I can't wait to return to try some other items on the menu and possibly try the mimosas and other beverages.

Yelp
This restaurant has been on my list for a while and I finally made it. They have a small parking lot out front. So depending on the time of day, you may not be able to park right outside. They are located across the street from the Mercedes Benz stadium. I came on a Monday afternoon and was seated right away. Not long after I was seated the waitress came with water and asked for my drink order. I ordered a hot chocolate made with almond milk. For my meal I decided on the fish & grits. The Fish & grits comes with bread. The options were: French toast, Texas toast, bagel, croissant, wheat toast, waffle. The food wasn't too impressive. I was super hungry and forgot to take a picture of my food. But there wasn't anything spectacular about it.

Yelp
definitely not what I was expecting. Everything was dry and had no flavor. The service was just as dry, it was early and only 3 people dining in and the wait was so long bc all the servers wanted to do was chat about their day & make drinks instead of greet you and take your order. I believe the food was made to order but it was so dry and room temp, it had to have been sitting under some kind of warm lamp. Just seems like a place more for the ambiance like most, buy a mug, share in your socials, blah blah blah.

Yelp
Victoria was stellar & Michael, Manager stopped by to ask about my experience. Michael received my disappointment with salad presentation and charge $2 for a cup of hot water. I applaud Michael's professionalism and wish next visit will be stellar.

Yelp
This is my third time ordering from this establishment. I usually order through door dash and get the breakfast burrito. This time I dined in, and ordered the shrimp and grits. I also ordered tea. The set up is nice. The service is decent, very clean environment. If you order tea beware it comes very hot. I scorched my tongue lol. The mug they bring the tea in keeps the water very hot. I had to put cubes in the ice water they give. My shrimp and grits were okay, had a very strong tomato flavor. I got cheese in my grits as well. I look forward to trying more of the menu. Wouldn't get the shrimp and grits again.

Yelp
I love Rosie's. They have two locations. The one on Northside drive tends to have a longer wait as it's right downtown. The one off Sylvan Rd is a little bit better as far as getting a table. I normally order food to go which is about a 15 min wait. The food is hot and fresh. They have great breakfast and brunch options. I normally order from the breakfast menu, pancakes, waffles, breakfast combos. The prices are reasonable and the food portions are good as well. It's a very causal first come first served environment. Great for individuals, couples and families. If you're coming as a group I'd say come early or be prepared to wait. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
My boss took me out to brunch to celebrate my last day on the job and I decided on Rosie's Cafe. Located in Atlanta off of Northside Dr. I ordered the avocado toast, banana nut waffle, blueberry waffle and veggie sausage. We waited for over an hour before our food came out and to say I was pissed was an understatement. While our server was very attentive, took our order timely, and checked on us frequently she had no control over the kitchen. By the time the food came out I ate half a slice of the avocado toast and was full from gas. Everything else went into a to go container and my veggie sausage never came out. I took off an extra for the wait. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement I doubt very much that I will go back.

Yelp
Ive been to this particular location on multiple occasions. Weather it's a big group or small they never disappoint. Located right near Mercedes Benz stadium, you are sure to get the best of downtown. Grab a pitcher of mimosas and great breakfast, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Came here at 4:22 (online says they close at 5) when I walked in the bartender (jhonee via the receipt) looked like she was closed so I said are you all still serving food? She said what time is it? I told her 4:23 she said yup kitchens closed. I looked confused and she said kitchen closes at 4:30. I said ... it's 4:23? She said yeah well they start putting everything away already. As a customer and bartender myself I knew that wasn't right. She went to the back and was allowed to put my food in which was a given. Yall kitchen isn't closed yet... I ordered my food togo bc atp I didn't feel welcomed whatsoever. Even tho I was going to quickly eat and be gone. I ordered a drink while I waited. When I got my food and bill I was surprised to see an automatic gratuity included in the bill. I reviewed the menu online and says it Will be included on dine-in orders. I got my order to go so I did not dine in. Instead of mentioning it or arguing with the gal, I just let her keep it paid my tab and left. However, this kind of leaves Rosies with a sour taste in my mouth. I've been here probably 10+ times it's in my local area. However, this is not really a good experience and probably won't be back.

Yelp
What a great "find". Just a short drive or walk from Mercedes Benz stadium, we were looking for a more local breakfast stop after running in the Hawks 5K. Thrilled we found Rosie's. Well parking is extremely difficult, they did have a valet at one point to help. But once you get in what great atmosphere, staff and food. Our server James was friendly and attentive and did a fantastic job even as Rosie's became more and more busy as the morning went on. The breakfast burrito with sausage was great, as were the grits... my wife had the French toast special which she raved about. Add to that we received complimentary muffins that were amazing. A full bar allowed for ourselves and several other patrons to partake in the various mimosas and other available drinks... Always served quickly and with a smile. Find a way to work Rosie's into one of your upcoming breakfast outings... You will not be disappointed.
