The owner is super friendly. We drive past so many pizza places to get to him because his pizza/ food is the BEST. I wish more people knew how good it was, I want to make sure he will be around for a long time. Our favorite is the thin crust Sicilian and the garlic knots. We ordered 2 trays of garlic knots for a party last summer and EVERYONE loved them.

The picture is old - Rosie's moved to a new location which is spacious, clean, and a generally good atmosphere. The staff couldn't be nicer. And the pizza? It's SO SO GOOD! They served my slice on a metal plate - no guilt about disposable plates that you use for 5 minutes and toss. I love it here and will be a regular customer!

Just a pizza shop. It's good but not like New York best amazing pizza, but it'll fill the hole and make ya smile. Service was too notch. No regrets, will eat here again for sure!

Burnt crust on Grandma pie and forgot pepperoni on thin Sicilian (sauce tasted like Kraft Ragu). Won’t go back unless they rectify. Paying a PREMIUM on take out food please provide good quality and get order right!!!!

I’ve ordered from all the pizza places in Beacon, Fishkill, and Wappinger Falls and this is easily the best and most consistent pizza and pasta I’ve had! This is a weekly/bi weekly staple for me and it’s always the same quality. The salad pizza is my favorite pizza, especially in the summer. I like to put my own balsamic glaze on it but don’t sleep on their homemade balsamic dressing! The CROWN JEWEL of the menu (in my opinion) is their penne vodka. Always delicious, always hits the spot! And as a little cherry on top, instead of half a stale sub roll like you get at most pizza places, they give you 2 free garlic knots! One of the many little touches of care that I truly enjoy about this place.

We found it, and opened the door on a very clean place with comfortable seating. The bbq roll was large, and the chicken wrap was filled with fresh ingredients. The fries were hot and crispy. The pizza was fluffy, hot out of the oven. Reasonable prices, good portions. Worth the trip.

Jumped in here for a quick slice. Friendly staff, super clean, and the pizza I'd BOMB! I'm hard to please when it comes to pizza, but I walked outta here satisfied and can't wait to go back and try some other items on the menu. The slice was big and came on a metal tray - no waste!

Really amazing food!!! Really good pizza - I recommend the vodka pizza. Good garlic knots, yummy chicken francese, fried calamari. I never have a bad meal from there!! Def recommend this place.

Rosies always rates 5 star plus plus plus. Food is delicious, made fresh and pizza is awesome. So glad they are closer to us now. We go every saturday. It is very affordable and they take great pride in their food. it is a family place run by a family. Its clean. you would not be disappointed.

The flavor was great, loved the crust but I felt like the dough was too flimsy and the toppings overpowered it and made it impossible to actually eat without it falling apart. If I was home maybe I could've toasted it to get the dough crunchier. I would definitely try this place again.

I'm sure happy my other local pizza parlors phone was busy. This lead me to order from Rosie's! Its the best grandma pie I've had in a long time. Easy pleasy...

Big fan of Rosie's located on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls. Week over week, their pizza is consistently delicious and the staff are friendly as well as welcoming. You have a lot of options for pizza in this area, but there's something special about Rosie's that has sealed it as our go-to for Friday pizza night! (I love their sauce and always order extra sauce for dipping my crust. Delicious!)

Wow what an amazing little pizza resto this turned out to be. The owner has won awards for his pizza in the Hudson River Valley area for several years and I certainly know why. How does a man from Kosovo excel in a cuisine not his own, pure passion, a unique gifting and the sheer joy of loving what he does. From his take on Waldorf Salad, fresh as could be ingredients an incredibly well balanced balsamic vinaigrette this salad blew us away. We had to try several slices of his award winning pizza as an app to see what all the fuss was about. At first bite of his plain cheese pizza you know immediately why he has consistently won best pizza in the Valley area. I mean this is pure pizza magic that probably dwarfs anything you have experienced. The harmony of flavors from crust, sauce to mozzarella is a culinary symphony which you should not miss if you are ever in that area. The carbonara was more like an Alfredo but it was nicely done, very large for a luncheon portion. For me the dish would have benefited from a contrasting goat cheese in addition to the parmesan, however; that's just my personal preference. Rosie's is truly an off the grid, under the radar, hidden little restaurant gem; you should most definitely give them a try if you find yourself in the area. Great prices, great food; wonderful service and exceptional hospitality awaits your visit.

I highly recommend their gluten-free pizza. Not the dry, thin, crumbling kind. Rosie's gluten-free has substance. Something you can sink your teeth in. I personally keep VEGAN Grated cheese in my pocketbook & bring my own VEGAN cheese. Ram is now making Veggie burgers . Rosie's has gone bigger, better & can hold a private party. If there were no other pizzerias in the world, that would be OK. Rosie's is absolutely ... hands down ... the best pizzeria ... ever.

Nothing bad to say about this restaurant! The staff, especially the man who made our food and brought it to us was so nice! Really, really pleasant experience! The food was really good! We had a cheese pizza and a house salad, all of the produce tasted very fresh. The ranch was good, and a little sweet! Only con, after we ordered our pizza the lady left to start making it and we were a little confused about what to do...so we chose to sit down even though we weren't done ordering. Definitely would eat this pizza again though!

I acknowledge that when it comes to pizza, everyone has their own preferences, so I'm not going to try to convince you that Rosie's is objectively the "best" in the area. But if you like pizza at all, Rosie's is, objectively, worthy of your time. With some pizzerias, I can't always be sure that the pizza I ordered last week is going to be the same as the pizza I'm going to order next week, but the name of the game at Rosie's is consistency. From week to week, you're going to get the same delicious sauce; the same thin, crispy, doughy crust with a few nice charred air bubbles around the edges; the same perfectly-distributed cheese across the entire pie. It's a very satisfying pizza. As far as the business itself - my orders are always ready when they're supposed to be, the restaurant is clean, and they seem really appreciative of their customers. I'm giving them bonus points here because after not ordering for a few weeks, I went to pick up an order and got a "Long time no see!" from one of the proprietors. If you're reading this review, you're probably currently trying to decide if you should give Rosie's a try. The answer is yes, yes you should.

Came back to visit the hometown from CA. Since I was tired and it was getting late, I got on Yelp looking for a good NY sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese pizza delivered. The reviews here convinced me to try Rosie's. It arrived in about an hour. The pizza was still warm but not hot. The toppings were on the skimpy side and if it had extra cheese, I would hate to see how little cheese the regular pie would have. Not even close to what I was expecting. Part of the pie was overcooked and was black near the crust. Flavor was ok but not great. I should have just bit the bullet and driven myself over to Longobardi's. I would have saved $15 and had a much better pizza. (Whick I did later in the week). Longobardi's did not disappoint. Maybe they had an off night but based on this pie, I would not go back and chance it after traveling 3000 miles.

If you are looking for great pizza in the 845, check out Rosie's!! My family always used to get their pizza at Franks and we haven't been able to find a good pizza since then. We've had the calzones as well, which were really tasty. The family calzone is HUGE. I definitely recommend Rosie's if you appreciate good pizza and Italian food.

Generally I take it easy on gluten, dairy and tomatoes. Pizza destroys me, like bad. BUT I have one exception that is ALWAYS worth it - the "Rosie's pizza" it's roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, gorgonzola, fresh basil and portobello mushrooms. Add some sausage and you're good to go! Their sweet chewy crust without a ton of coarse corn meal is exactly what I look for in a crust and it's oddly hard to find. Totally worth it everytime for me so if you don't have the problems I have digesting that stuff you have zero excuses not to order one of these every week!! It is a Halloween tradition and now basically the only pizza I'll eat as no one else can live up to the expectations they have given me. I still miss the bakery at the old location but I'm glad they moved from right by our old house to right by our new house!!!

Enjoyed their pizza! The marinara sauce has a really good flavor, the cheese is not greasy and the toppings are of a really good quality. I am looking forward to trying many other things on their menu.

This is hands down the best pizzeria/restaurant around. The food is 5+ stars. I have had many things from the menu and all is amazing. The prices are great. I have brought my family and many friends here and we just keep coming back. An amazing family run establishment.

From out of town and was looking for good New York Pizza. Looked here on Yelp for a pizza place and we were literally driving by and was rated 5 Stars...u-turned and what we found was AMAZING!!! Everything was so good, we had a Meatball Slider, Garlic Rolls, Spinach Roll, Cheese Calzone and Cheese Pizza. FANTASTIC truly 5 Stars!!

I grew up in the Bronx, and spent most of this past decade in SoCal. Moving back to the east coast, one of the most enjoyable aspect lies in the luxury of having phenomenal Italian food and pizza at every turn, readily available. With that said, Rosie's is in a class by itself By far the best pizza in Beacon. Consistent quality with fresh ingredients and friendly, fantastic, courteous and professional staff. A+ establishment that always provides incredible, fresh food.

My family and I are really glad we found this pizzeria by driving by. We decided to check it out and are ABSOLUTELY glad we did. Not only is the customer service amazing but the food is outstanding. We had a hard time making choices on what to try because everything just sounded delicious. We ordered fried zucchini sticks as an appetizer. They were crispy, not oily, zucchini was fresh and their dipping marinara sauce was a little sweet which we loved!! Our daughter ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich. The sandwich was huge. The chicken was thinly cut, crispy, flavorful and juicy. Our daughter loved it!! My husband ordered a personal Italian vegetarian pie. This pie has fresh garlic, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, artichokes, marinara and fresh mozzarella. It was thin crust, crispy, sauced perfectly. It was DELICIOUS!! I ordered a small margherita pie to share. I can't describe how amazing it tasted. It was one of the best margherita pies I've had in a while! We can't wait to go back. The decor is nice too!! Everyone is really friendly and attentive. We HIGHLY recommend!!

Listen if you are ever in fishkill NY , you got to check this place out. The pizza is great, you are gonna get your money's worth. I just had my favorite dish there. Zitu with shrimp,chicken and homemade bolognese sauce. And extra cheese. The owner and staff are friendly. Great food and great place to dine.

I'm new to the area, coming from Brooklyn, where a slice is available on every other corner so a bit of chip on my shoulder when it comes to pizza. But after the first bite from Rosies,... I was humbled. Legit the best. There's nothing more to it. The dough was baked to perfection with the correct ratio of crunchy crust to chewy crust. The SAUCE. Stop it with that sauce, Rosie's. And fresh mozz is actually FRESH mozz versus fake bulk restaurant fresh mozz which we all know what I'm talking about here. Overall, my entire order exceeded expectations to the point where I called the restaurant just to say how elated & grateful I was - the owner got on the phone!!! He's the sweetest Italian man and blessed me a few dozen times before hanging up. This is the ONLY pizza for me, now. Search is over. ROSIES IS THE SPOT.

Amaazzing calzones, wings and pizza!!! Also tried a couple of their 'dinners'...not as good as their baked/oven stuff - at least not the Chicken Marsala and Picatta.

I moved to California many years ago. My son and I are out this week to visit family for Thanksgiving. The very first thing I did was order a cheese pizza and fried calamari from Rosie's. My brother got us eggplant Parmesan last night along with the single greatest garlic knots we have ever had. So I had to get pizza and calamari today. Heaven. Pure heaven. I really wish we had something even close to this where I live. Also, they sent a very friendly and smiling delivery guy. 5 stars

Went to Rosie's for the first time last weekend and ordered a white pie and an egg and pepper sub. Both were delicious! Will be going back to try other options. Glad we found this place, as we really appreciate good pizza. Service was quick and the restaurant is neat and clean.

So happy these guys moved to my part of town. They will contribute to putting me six feet under but I will be smiling ear to ear.

I love love Rosie's! My favorite is the Rosie's pizza, so delicious. I was sad when they shut down in Beacon, but thrilled to see them back in Wappingers Falls area. Looking forward to my next pizza already.
