I acknowledge that when it comes to pizza, everyone has their own preferences, so I'm not going to try to convince you that Rosie's is objectively the "best" in the area. But if you like pizza at all, Rosie's is, objectively, worthy of your time.
With some pizzerias, I can't always be sure that the pizza I ordered last week is going to be the same as the pizza I'm going to order next week, but the name of the game at Rosie's is consistency. From week to week, you're going to get the same delicious sauce; the same thin, crispy, doughy crust with a few nice charred air bubbles around the edges; the same perfectly-distributed cheese across the entire pie. It's a very satisfying pizza.
As far as the business itself - my orders are always ready when they're supposed to be, the restaurant is clean, and they seem really appreciative of their customers. I'm giving them bonus points here because after not ordering for a few weeks, I went to pick up an order and got a "Long time no see!" from one of the proprietors.
If you're reading this review, you're probably currently trying to decide if you should give Rosie's a try. The answer is yes, yes you should.
