"Modern, concise and pared-back – the description of the stylish restaurant design could also be applied to the set menu devised by the chef-patron pair Marco Barth and Sebastian Rossbach. When it comes to the ingredients, the focus is on all that the region has to offer, with a particular insistence on organic produce; the saltwater fish they serve is caught in the wild. Their thoughtful creations yield interesting subtle contrasts – for instance, their maple syrup-glazed shiitake mushrooms served on beautifully seasoned braised leeks, and lent a refreshing fruitiness by an apple brunoise. The attentive and well-drilled front-of-house team is supported by the chefs, who are happy to provide diners with information about the provenance of the produce. We had a great great dinner, food was very tasty and interesting, we liked the wine too, the location is super cool and perfect for enjoying a nice cozy dinner. Reccomended :)

One of the best diners I've been to so far. Its usually difficult to find a place that serves perfect 3 course meal where all the courses are actually outstanding let alone 5 which is near impossible!! This place however managed to deliver on all 5 courses and each one of them was just a pile of Yumm!! Incredibly delicious. The only negative thing i have to say about the place is the urine smell as u enter the door however after sometime u get used to it. And we also informed the employees there about this comment and they seemed to take it really serious into account. In general, food was outstanding and service was amazing!! which is also rare in Austria that u get super friendly service like other parts of the world (u will know if u r a frequent traveler).. i must say all in all i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys having soul touching food ☺️

A fantastic place to eat nice food in Linz on a high gastronomic level. This small and well-designed place is one of the gems in the old town of Linz. Their focus is on creating high quality versions of traditional Austrian dishes, plus creative extensions of regional cuisine. Look forward to come back.

Wir durften unsere Hochzeit (ca. 40 Personen) im Rossbarth feiern. Die Abstimmung im Vorfeld war total einfach. Jede:r Einzelne im Team war sehr bemüht, ausgesprochen freundlich/zuvorkommend und hat unserem Abend den perfekten Rahmen gegeben. Das Restaurant selbst/die Atmosphäre war wunderschön und das Essen war unfassbar gut. Jederzeit eine klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank!

Super freundliches, sympathisches und amikales Service. Auch das Ambiente ist mit einer Mischung aus Minimalismus und Wohlfühlcharakter (Gewölbe) wirklich gut gelungen. Die coole und doch dezente Musik im Hintergrund mit Plattenspieler und Vinyl hat für eine tolle Atmospähre gesorgt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, allerdings ist der Wow-Effekt erst beim Dessert eingetreten. Alles in allem in tolles Restaurant. Empfehlenswert!
