New Hotel, Restaurant, and Lounge Coming to the Old Rossonian Building | Eater Denver
"After sitting vacant since 1998, I'm excited that this 105-year-old hotel in Five Points—the Rossonian—is being brought back to life by Denver developer Palisade Partners with former Denver Nugget Chauncey Billups signed on as a partner. The project will reopen the historic building as a 41-room hotel featuring a jazz lounge and a restaurant on the main floor, along with some AirBnB-style rooms, and the renovation is said to honor both the building’s former life and the culture of the greater Five Points neighborhood; in its heyday the Rossonian welcomed stars such as Dinah Washington and Louis Armstrong." - Josie Sexton
