I will not be attending any events here in the future. I suggest others think twice before committing to an event unless you're 100% sure you'll be able to make it, as they seem unwilling to work with customers in any way.
I'm incredibly disappointed with how this place handles customer service.
I signed up for an event but couldn't attend due to an unexpected illness. When I contacted them to explain the situation and request a refund or even a credit for a future event, they flatly refused.
It's frustrating that they show no flexibility or compassion for circumstances beyond my control.
Life happens, and I would expect a reputable business to be more understanding, especially when I reached out in good faith.
