Rote Yiam Beef Noodle

highly recommend! so so tasty and such a comforting meal. beef meatball, sliced beef and stewed beef is sure a must get! so so tender and flavourful! portions on the slightly smaller side- ended up getting a second bowl! however during my next visit i asked for a bigger bowl which was sufficient! as a tourist, this was one of the better local beef noodles i’ve tasted, constantly craving for more each day 🤪 service was quick, barely any waiting time and sufficient seating area! give it a shot, don’t be fooled by the low ratings—trust! *cash only

Surprisingly good beef soups. Went there twice while in chiang mai. Both times i got the special, and that came with all the cuts of beef. Grumpy staff, but oh well. The got good food. Ill def be back

The beef noodles here absolutely slaps! It literally cured my hangover. The noodles (if you go for the rice vermicelli option) are cooked to perfection à la al dente style. The beef is so tender it melts in your mouth. The broth is soul-nourishing and extraordinarily delicious; you can tell it’s been cooking for awhile so all the flavours in the soup have probably been amalgamating for hours. Can’t wait to re-visit when I’m in Chiang Mai again. I’m honestly quite surprised by the low rating on Google.

A must eat restaurant recommended by Michelin Street Food Guide. Go early in the week when it's not busy. Choose from 3 different rice noodles, then choose which beef meats you want (beef only, no other kinds of meat). Cheap and superbly delicious.

Michelin recommended noodle spot We arrived at 8:54 pm even though they close at 9pm we were still able to sit and order. They have different kinds of beef you can add to the noodle soup. I picked stewed beef and beef tendon. Portions were very small and each bowl was 100baht. Would come back since we are staying close by.

How this place has such a low rating is mind-boggling. Because it's really special. Simple, authentic, made-to-order, and packed with flavor. It's one of my favorite meals I've had in Chiang Mai! Did I mention it's been recognized by Michelin?

To be honest I don’t believe it’s Michelin honored. The taste of signature beef noodle is complicated to describe and definitely I will never go there again. Unlike other Michelin restaurant this one seems not welcomed as only me was dining at that time and no one came in for about 20 minutes.
