I ate here for lunch when I was in DC for the Principles First Summit. It was super close to our conference hotel, the JW Marriott, and is also close to the National Press Club, Capitol Hill, the museums, and monuments. Quite a few folks from our conference either ate here or ordered to-go, which is available through their website so you won't have to use a vendor like GrubHub or UberEats.
I had a Build Your Own bowl with falafel, which was piping hot and delicious- it was actually made while the staff built the rest of my bowl and then placed on top from the fryer. Even though it was my first visit, the staff was very patient with me. You can add as many toppings as you'd like, and I got the dressing on the side so I could try a bit- and because I couldn't settle on just one.
The prices were fair for what was offered, especially in the DC area. I am deducting one star just because it was hard for a few of us conference folks to find silverware and napkins, and because the heating was out on the first floor. A large heater was out to help warm the building up, but I kept my coat on while eating and got out and back to the hotel as soon as I could. I hope it is repaired soon.
