A good place for some fresh, filling, quick or casual sit down lunch in western DC. The workers here are very kind and patient! There are plenty of tables if you’d like to eat in, and there are also gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. If you get the gluten free pita I’d get it as a side since it is a bit stiff and doesn’t fold well. I’d also ask them to toast it twice. But flavor wise it is good! And it goes well with a rice bowl, which includes clearly fresh ingredients. Make sure you get a sauce or hummus, that might be where a lot of the flavor comes from.

Totally worth it to try out. Right now they have this $10 promo deal when you start with new Roti App. The Tahini Bowl was super good and the staff very friendly!

I will try to keep this review short... I placed a group order last week; however had issues with the online platform. The group link would not work. For the sake of time I went ahead and gathered each individual order and placed them myself. After I submitted the order, I broke each individual order out with names into a spreadsheet to assist store lead with labeling and to ensure that all orders were correct. I spoke with him on Friday, sent him and email per his request with all the details, asked for utensils and to ensure all names were on each item. Spoke with him again on Monday to make sure he had order and was ready to go for this Wednesday. Conversation had me a little insecure that it would not go well. Spoke with him again on Wednesday, the day of the order. Needless to say the order was 45mins. late, no utensils and a couple wrong items/ingredients. I was very disappointed. So why the 4 stars? Spoke with Melinda who quickly put me in contact with Team Lead Chris Terrazas at another location. They were very professional and apologetic. He rectified the situation and offered us free lunch to recoup relationship. So, sometimes mistakes will be made, but give a chance to correct. Thanks Melinda and Chris and 1629 K St. NW catering team for stepping in to make a bad experience better. Again apologies for long review.

Rice under cooked crunchy and chicken over cooked very dry. Quality control contacted me extremely apologetic, indicating they will do extra training and make things right. Extremely nice that they care about service to take reviews seriously.

I held back one star because of the curly haired girl in glasses who served me. Despite me telling her that it was my very first time there and needed time to look at the menu, she kinda rushed me to order. Wasn't very friendly. Casher was great. My order was 37-040809. Made me not enjoy the pita sandwich.

This place has a serious attitude problem, the food serving lady is shouting at everyone forgetting clients pay their salary. You even try to politely let her know she is out of order and the rage remains. The store manager who let this woman humiliate consumers daily is even more responsible. This was based on a visit on Aug 18, 2022 at 12.

Came in for lunch and had a chicken rice bowl. The rice was clumpy and the chicken was cold. For $16 dollars it was definitely not worth the price for a lackluster lunch.

Tameeka (sp?) and Lawrence were exceptionally friendly. When I walked in and said how are you, she replied GREAT! Great service, absolutely fantastic!
