Rôtisserie St-Hubert

My family and I went in for an early dinner on October 4, 2025. The restaurant was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The hostess and server were both friendly patient and happy to speak with us in both French and English. English menus were available which made ordering easier. The food came out quickly, was hot and very good. We would absolutely return. Merci beaucoup!

Our first time at St Hubert when visiting Quebec City. Very good experience, and food was delicious.

The place is great. My husband and I had both had Peri-peri chicken, it was excellent for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and sympathetic (because we don’t speak french ;D ). Overall it’s a 5 star for me 👍

Came here for dinner for the first time and I was happy with the food and service. Our server Marie was very friendly. We ordered the vegetable soup, french onion soup and piri piri chicken breast meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Everything tasted great, will come back again!

We had a great meal at St Hubert. Food was delicious and good value. Our server Brigitte was very attentive and pleasant and was happy to accommodate us in English as our French was not great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal

We had a wonderful dinner. Brigitte was our server and was so friendly. I haven’t practiced my French in a while and she was kind and patient with me. Offered to speak in English but I asked her to let me practice with her - and she graciously obliged.

Very nice little chicken place, we had them in Toronto about 30 years ago..food was good, service was excellent despite language barrier.

Good service, we went on the new year eve and it took quite a while to receive order and food, however, the waitress was really nice to assist and gave us free fries. The dessert was huge. Beef was really good unexpectedly

While traveling and late at night we looked for a place to eat on Yelp and this place came up. We ordered the chicken quarter and a chicken sandwich and both were really good. The gravy was also outstanding. The place was very spacious and the server was nice (even with the language barrier). I regret not getting g their famous dessert but we were too full to try it - but it was highly recommended by a family member.

This restaurant has the best sugar pie in town! We've visited multiple restaurants that say the have the best but St Hubert is the closest to the traditional sugar pie and the service was stupendous!

We had lunch there. Includes filets, poutine, soup rice, brownies, coke and ginger. I like the poutine! It was rich in flavorful sauce and fresh cheese and also fried meat! Soup rice was like a porridge with chicken and vegetable pieces. Good service and ample parking lot.

Terrible service I called for delivery and spoke In English and they hung up on me I contacted the company online this is disgusting prejudice

The chicken that St. Hubert serves is heavenly. I recommend the Piri Piri chicken. It is a tad bit spicy but great tasting. The portion sizes here are plenty and the prices are great. The atmosphere is more on the formal side but good. I wish we had St. Hubert's in California but that would probably take the specialness of the place away.

You will see a St Hubert restaurant in many places while you travel from Burlington through Toronto to Montreal and Quebec City and back. I thought it was like another KFC...surprise, the best meal and service we had at the St Hubert located off the main highway near the St Anne de Beaupre cathedral. It was our first time and we wandered in not knowing what to order. Friendly service from a wonderful bilingual young lady named Amelie. We got the special dinner that included rotisserie chicken, BBQ ribs with salad and dessert. It was one of the best meals we ate during our vacation in Quebec City. The Ribs were meaty, the chicken fell off the bones, the salad was crispy fresh and the dessert that I got was Mille Feuille....a wonderful tart with crispy edges and a sweet filling that had chocolate pinstriped decoration on top. Needless to say, the full dinner combo which also included the drinks was a a great way to introduce us to the St Hubert restaurant. If they all are as good as this one, I would definitely recommend them and will try another location.
