We booked the Honey Home Tour at Round Rock Honey as a fun and affordable date idea—at just $5 a ticket, we figured if it was a bust, no big deal. But it absolutely wasn’t.
We were the only ones there without kids, but we still found it genuinely interesting. Konrad is clearly passionate and incredibly knowledgeable, and the tour was way more engaging than we expected. The honey tasting at the end was a great touch—the flavored varieties were so good we left with a case. And Elizabeth was super helpful, offering great ideas for how to use the different flavors.
We also stayed after the tour to chat with Konrad, which I highly recommend if there’s time. He’s had some fascinating experiences.
Whether you’re into honey or just looking for something different to do, this tour is absolutely worth it.
