Please, do not waste your time on the claw machines at this arcade. They will pick up the items, then swing enough to drop the item before the transit to the drop bin. Additionally, most claw machines cost 14 credits for one attempt. That’s pretty steep. We tried this place once, and we won’t be back. I cannot recommend a visit here.

Google
This had everything but rolling skating. Bowling, Karaoke, shooting pool, air hockey, and arcade playing, and even pinball machines. And the food is good too. They even have Hawaiian food. And the prices are equal to all you hope to enjoy. We found just driving by, just down the street from the Raiders stadium

Decent prices. Clean. Food was great. It was better than Chuck E Cheese, for sure. But about the same prices. Also, claw machines are ridiculously expensive 😳 The whole process that day seemed skewed. The machines down, registers down. Was an off day for this place for sure.

Google
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never write reviews but it was so bad i had to write one today. While bowling the worker kept staring at us the whole time and we felt oddly uncomfortable. The worker came our way when my daughter was trying to bowl and was trying to yell at my 3 year old instead of talking to me or my wife. I had to get a refund after that happened, worst customer service ever. This dude is super creepy

Google
Round1 should be appreciated for their unique variety of arcade games that most operators will shy away from bringing in. It’s the only set of arcades in America that I’m aware of that have UFO catchers, along with Japanese arcade games from Konami. Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, and the layout is great. If you’re an arcade fan and haven’t hit up Round1, you really need to!

Google
Love this place unlimited bowling on the week days and the stuff is helpful and nice and put on the knights game for me

Google
My friend went here with her accounting class from college and they had a good time. We shared some fries and each had our own sodas. Afterwards we had a slice of pizza and refills on the sodas before heading home.

Round1 was beyond fantastic! Highly recommend. After visiting here my first time, I decided to forfeit the deposit for my son’s birthday party that I paid to another facility so I could have his party at Round1 instead. This place is great, my 3 year old and I had a blast!!! So many options for things to do; classic and new arcade games, claw machines, billiards, bowling, ping-pong… Not to mention the impressive prizes in a shop-like setting. And to top it off, they have a bar and food too (with 99¢ ice cream cones!) Loved this place, never ending fun! This took place of where Sears used to be at the meadows mall, it’s a huge facility. Manager was wonderful and very helpful. 5+ stars!!! Update: birthday party was great, so much fun!

Yelp
I love games and arcades are nostalgic for me especially older games. We visited on a busy weekend day with my stepson so he could play. Never been to this location before and was impressed by the quantity of machines and the quality of our gaming experience, buy a gaming card and just play nonstop. There is a variety of ticket, claw, virtual reality, and video games. There were even pinball games too! There's something for everyone so you can bring family/friend/dates. I cannot speak for the bowling/food service because we did not try them, but the bathrooms were clean and the staff we did come across were cleaning areas and it was well kept. Would be back to try more games another time!

Wayne G.

Yelp
Came here on a weekend and paid $5 for an annual Club card and another $10 for 1.5hrs of unlimited play. Coming out to $15 a person. It's worth paying for the annual subscription Club card for an extra half hour of gameplay because 1hr goes by fast. For the rest of the year, whenever you pay for unlimited play, you'll get an extra 30 minutes. There are a lot arcade and ticket machines here, along with claw machines. We liked playing Halo and Time Crisis 5. There were fighting games like Marvel Vs Capcom 2 that only had single player because they were smaller game cabinets. So that was a shame. Fighting games are fun when you can play against other players. Staff were friendly and very helpful when explaining the card system and pricing. Clean restrooms. Clean arcade floor. Easy to find, lots of free parking in parking lot. Away from the strip, it's a good place for dates and families.

Chris L.

Yelp
The location isn't the best and there weren't many staff when I went in the afternoon but they were really friendly and even went around offering advice for some of the claw machines. They had a ton of different rhythm games, many of which I haven't seen at normal arcades.

Sooran K.

Yelp
This was my first timd bowling in NV. My husband found this place and the building lokked new and it was very clean. We actually got discount bc of my husband is veteran. Clerk was very polite and well trained. We wanted to try some Japanese side dish buy unfortunately it was sold out. I'll revisit just to try out the food :) Arcade games were pricy compare to our original arcade we go to but nice atmosphere.

Yelp
This place is horrible never again horrible the employees are rude very disappointed especially at the bar they need to close this place down

Peter R.

Yelp
It's definitely a fun place,I took my son and he was having the time of his life, food is pretty good, service it cab use some help but overall it's a fun place for family events.the surrounding people like always there spund out looking for trouble but there is always 1 in the crowd. I recomend this place for all, enjoy.

Cherelle H.

Yelp
My family and i had to worst experience here. Over priced and dirty! The bar was closed on a Friday evening, their fountain soda machine was down. The food was absolutely awful and tasted like cardboard. All the game credits are at random and pricey. To top it all off you had to approach and force workers to acknowledge you. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Cathryn G.

Yelp
This used to be my favorite Round 1 location and the guy who scoops the ice cream is the best but that about it at this point. The place has a wonderful layout for the claw machines but they do NOT pay out anymore. My brother and I spent $100 the other day and left with two prizes. I also dislike that different employees have different rules on trading in for things in the same machine.

Yelp
My daugher had a friend's birthday party at Round1 Las Vegas on a Saturday mid-afternoon around 1:00 P.M. Round1 Las Vegas is located at the Meadows Mall, off of the 95/Valley View exit. There is ample amount of parking available. We weren't sure what to expect walking into Round1 Las Vegas since it was our first time. Round1 has a bowling alley, arcade games, and private party booths. Her friend had a dedicated private party room for 2 hours. It consisted off a karaoke, and unlimited food. The unlimited food was pizza (cheese and pepperoni), chicken wings (friend and BBQ), and French Fries! The Fried Chicken Wings were so good! They were crispy and crunchy! I would come back to Round1 Las Vegas just for the food! We unfortunately didn't get a chance to try out the bowling alley, even though it was included in the party. We had a lot of fun eating and playing the arcade games. Round1 has a lot of claw games. They are expensive! The merchandise has a wide range of prizes such as anime figurines and squishables. There are racing games and fighting arcade games as well. My only complaint is that Round1 Las Vegas is pretty expensive. We bought [2] $20 dollar cards and easily went through it in less than 15 minutes. The claw machines consumed a lot of points. The prize section consists of a wide range of low point costs and high point costs. Some of them include figurines from Sailor Moon to My Hero Academia. It was fun to look at all of the merchandise! I'd recommend Round1 Las Vegas for a birthday party. There are a variety of different birthday packages and it seemed to have a wide range of offerings from all inclusive game cards, to bowling, and even ice cream! We had a lot of fun!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I thought that at 7PM on a Friday that this place would be crowded and packed full of kids and parents. Fortunately, it wasn't. People did start coming in a little after 8:15ish, but being that this place is so spacious, you wouldn't even notice. The service was great! My hubby ordered a couple pizzas and a pitcher is soda. He said that the young kids/adults taking orders and serving were very respectful and polite. I didn't get pictures of the pizza but I must say, we were all impressed by the taste and deliciousness of it. I wasn't expecting anything special but it was surprisingly very yummy. I didn't have an opportunity to play any of the games as I was in charge of staying at the table to watch everyone's stuff. But the young adults and kids who were with us really enjoyed themselves. They spent about an hour playing. For all that we did, I think it was pretty affordable. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, 2 pizzas, a pitcher of sprite, and 2 $44 cards for about $140ish. Everyone left there happy and wishing to return again. Now that we know about this place, we are probably going treat more people to this place. There's so much to do there...billiards, bowling, karaoke, arcade, birthday celebration and more. This will be our go to spot for family fun!! The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating, is due to the bathroom(women's) not being clean and lacking soap. Nevertheless, we will be back!!

Billy S.

Yelp
They have prize prices posted but if you get the points they won't honor the prize price. This is bait and switch and false representation. It is disgusting preying on children's innocence to make a couple of extra dollars. The head corporate office should be ashamed of this and not tolerate this kind of practices. Management is terrible as they allowed the negligence to affect their brand or they are purposefully liars and thieves. Not a good look either way.

Brittany C.

Yelp
FOOD MOOD: Didn't eat here but we did have drinks tequila $14 for a margarita?! Sheesh. We had vodka instead. Bartender wasn't very enthused and took his sweet time. No receipt given either after our tab was done. I do have to say though that I like how it isn't very busy. We went on a Friday night and my daughter and her best friend loved it! I even did myself. Their packages to play are pretty decent but still kind of pricey. Thanks for the free toy too for the ticket package we purchased for $44 x 3. I still had to argue to get my free toy Very clean and lots of games! I loved the munsters Pin Ball machine so much and always the air hockey curved table and regular table. They do have finger foods like pizza, chicken tenders ( the usual at a arcade ) but this visit didn't try. I wouldn't mind having my daughters birthday party there though! They've got a couple bowling allies and pool tables full bar other then the tequila shots being so high! Still can have a adult drink and be a kid too! We'll definitely be back!

Vee L.

Yelp
Came here on a weekday and it was pretty dead... however, it was clean, had large walkways and they really do have one dollar ice cream cones! The young lady who helped us at the food counter was very kind and gave my kid and I generous scoops of ice cream. They had 8 flavors of ice cream to choose from, but chocolate wasn't an option. There were a handful of games that were out of order like a lot of others said and they def had a TON of claw games. It seemed like about half the floor was composed of claw games. They also had a couple lanes for bowling. The cashier that sells the game cards is in a corner closest to the entrance to the mall.

Ev D.

Yelp
Some of the awesome features about round 1are the pool tables, the bowling alley and the bar. However, me and a party of 18, most of which were children went solely for the arcade. After purchasing our game cards, we quickly realized that a LOT of the machines were busted, broken or out of order. So we found ourselves playing a handful of the same games over and over again. It felt like a waste of money and a bunch of the kids were bored and ready to go after just an hour of playing.

Chrystina M.

Yelp
They have the dumbest no video or picture rule. The place looks cool but it's so off putting to enjoy everything you see take of picture of something cool and be told you can't take any pictures. It's weird and dumb. If you go on a no phone date it would be a cool thing. But they don't have any signs up anywhere that say no photos or video so than being told to seems like an out of place thing.

Stephanie T.

Yelp
It was okay could been better the claw machine is weak . Very pricey also spent $200 on arcades and claw machine very disappointing. Have to wait awhile to get my prize they was busy talking . Some of the machines I wanted to play were down . I wouldn't go again the place seems dead not busy either .

Kate L.

Yelp
We have been very loyal customers since this place opened. We have literally visited dozens of times even though it's a distance from our house because the prices for the arcade and bowling were very reasonable. Plus, the staff has generally been very courteous. Unfortunately, we discovered today that they ratcheted up their prices - you're forced to pay for "Spark" bowling by the hour rather than just pay by the game. Plus, they added silly fees like "card transfer fee" if you misplace your card or your card no longer scans. I was so offended that I did not purchase bowling OR lunch here as I ordinarily would. Penny wise, pound foolish, guys. Note to the owners: This is how places go under. If your prices are the same as Red Rock Casino Bowling and Dave &Buster's... I'll go to those places instead of the Meadows Mall. Stay on brand and you'll keep loyal locals.

Gigi F.

Yelp
They are good and bad points to this place I'll start off with the good they got $15 unlimited bowling it's a bad part is you'll never be able to go bowling because the people don't leave another good point the prices are decent bad part the staff is super unfriendly especially the employee April her poor for drinks was super weak literally started off with we don't have vodka and that I can only pick what they had on the bottom shelf of the counter cuz she wasn't going to reach on the upper shelves for the good stuff. Another good point is that they're very clunky in here the food price well the buffalo wings were super soft soggy the fries seems like they had been sitting for a while. So if you like your wings extra Saucy trust me you won't need it here because they're just so soggy. The games are a little bit more pricier than Dave & Buster's but on the plus side there's more to do here and more pool tables here that's that's why I get this place three stars literally on the borders doesn't have anything that's extra exceptional and it doesn't seem like it's that so the pits to come to.

Atija R.

Yelp
We came out to visit my brother and the kids wanted to come here. OMG we had so much fun. I felt like a kid again but with way better games. I wish this place was where I lived but we come visit quite often so I'll definitely be back here. . . but without the kids next time lol

Maya H.

Yelp
This is a rather poor round1, a lot of machines are out of order and a lot are just not functioning very well. if you have a group of 4 there is always one machine not working very well when playing together. I enjoy their claw machine selection though, a lot of chances to win figurines and other cool things. Payout sometimes feels pretty high but the figurines are honestly not as hard.

Pedro P.

Yelp
This place was like a huge fun center but it had pool, bowling and arcade with games to redeem tickets for. We were looking for bowling since most of the casinos with bowling alleys were booked due to league play. It was clean and fun and offered food and a full bar at reasonable prices. Fun for all ages which would be a plus for almost anyone. Not that far from the strip if your looking for something for the family.

Grecia P.

Yelp
Hello. I came here with my partner this past Saturday (3/16/24) As soon as we walked in, security asked us for ID's, understandable since it was past 10pm on a Friday night. We first checked out bowling & got a pitcher of beer (for 2). Once we finished up bowling, we decided to play some pool. While my partner waited in line to pay for a game of pool, I went to get a pitcher of beer. The same lady who served us the first time, said both of us needed to be there for the pitcher. I let her know he's waiting in line, he will be here shortly, but then was immediately cut off, by who I assumed was her supervisor or manager (a guy with a ponytail) stating we actually needed 3 people here for a pitcher. So we waited, then our friends finally arrived & we asked for a pitcher, and which he carded us again even though we had the 21+ wristband. He just seemed irritated to serve us. As soon as we went to play pool my friend overheard him telling the other employee to not serve us again. I asked him for his name, which he replied Jose. Then he approached me again & asked me why I wanted to know his name, which I responded that I was leaving a review for the experience, he was visibly upset & walked away why talking to on his mic, then security came over & was just watching us. Not sure what his deal was, but there was no need for him to be rude & act all tough. His vibe was totally off, we came here to have a good time, but it was far from that. We ended up leaving disappointed, not sure if we will be back again.

Alexis E.

Yelp
Good experience all around, their new Japanese Menu food was a 7/10! Prizes are def not worth it. Service at food counter was great!!

Shannon Y.

Yelp
As far as arcades go, this place is pretty fun. There are tons of games, heavy on the Claw machines, but the prizes are fairly easy to win, at least the plushie ones. The space is very large, seeing that this place was formerly I believe a Sears dept store at the Meadows mall. Food is available for reasonable prices. Your choices include pizza, burgers, wings, and fountain drinks. Also available for the adults is a full bar, including wine offerings. Great addition to any arcade. Compared to other arcades, this place is better IMO because of the availability of pool tables, a small bowling alley, and multiple basketball games. The best part is the lack of crowds and larger space. Because of that, I will come here over the other major arcade chain in Summerlin. Enjoy!!!

Sarah T.

Yelp
My fiancé and I decided to give Round1 another shot because maybe the last time we were there was just a fluke. Glad we came because they had replenished all of their machines! This round one has a lot more actual claw machines than the kind where you have to push the plushie off it's stand to win it. They also have a bunch where you have to get the hook on the box to pick it up and win the prize. I did notice several machines have the same plushies, but they're usually in different types of machines so if you aren't good at one kind of game, you may be better at the other one and have a better chance of winning. There are usually employees walking around if you need to ask them to get your prize for you or reset the plushie. They also have a bowling alley and lots of other arcade games if claw machines are not your thing. Definitely coming back here!

Alexis C.

Yelp
Fun arcade with essentially everything you need: bowling, arcade, food, alcohol and karaoke! Hosted a company party here (corporate party package) and everyone loved it! 4/5 stars because the unlimited arcade play on the game card is pretty pitiful (you can't even play half of their games). Even so-- it's a really fun venue and affordable! 39.99/person with 2hrs bowling/karaoke and 1hr game card plus enough pizza for 2 slices a person, 8 pitchers of Soda, water and ice cream. LARGE PARTY TIPS: 1. The party rooms are small. While you can cram up to 60 people in one... it will be very tight. 2. Always ask to reserve as many lanes as possible. Standard is 4 for corporate party packages but you can purchase more. 3. Unlimited arcade cards kinda suck... they only work for blue and green label games which isn't even half of their options and are games that can't produce a prize. 4. They are a bit slow to load your game cards and while you can pay in full 30 mins prior, you should pay as soon as you know your party size so you already have the cards. 5. Bowling for parties is distinguished by stickers that fall off easily, maybe have them in a pocket/purse/wallet and present it when getting shoes.

Ann T.

Yelp
So we came here for my daughter's birthday to bowl and were told we could add more time after our hour was up. Our party was having a good time and our hour ended, we headed back to the service desk to add more time and were told we couldn't because there was a wait list. Horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE KICKED OFF YOUR LANE AFTER 1 HOUR. Our plans were ruined for the evening, thanks a lot Round 1.

Joss O.

Yelp
First time and last time in this place. We were celebrating a birthday and they ruined it all! I do not recommend this place. Worst customer service. They refused to serve us drinks as they thought we were drunk. I requested to speak to 3 of the supervisors name Jose, Erick and the other white dude with barely hair.

Helen Z.

Yelp
It's a little pricey but we had fun here on the claw machines and won a few big plushies and an anime figurine. We also had some beers and food including fries, chicken tenders, and pizza, and everything was pretty good. They also have ice cream for $1. We were trying for a while for one plushie and an employee took pity on us and repositioned it for us so that was nice!

Jo I.

Yelp
Walked in an hour after opening and nothing. Saw a self service machine for the arcade games that's it. Went to the bowling area and it was confusing. Signs said go this way for help, but the other signs said close. Either way people who worked there saw us, and no one approached us to clarify anything. We left and went to our closest bowling alley.

Gambit H.

Yelp
This is the ultimate arcade! Hours of endless fun! I want to come back here and have my birthday here it is that awesome! It's super clean and nice in here. It's super big/huge space. It was not busy/crowded at all. We went on a Wednesday afternoon around noon. We spent $100 for 800 points and have been here for over an hour and there is still so much left to do. It is better to pay for the points versus the time play. Only certain games are available for time play. Most games need the card with points. Games cost about 3-13 points each. They have a ton of claw machines and plenty of fun different arcade games. I love how they have four billiard tables, six bowling lanes, karaoke and a bunch of tv with sports on. They also have a bar that serves alcohol. No smoking allowed. The prizes are mediocre. They have a small section for tickets earned from 150-800 that are candy and small prizes. Nothing really worth it. The rest of the prizes cost about 1000+ tickets or more. So I think the arcade games are more fun for the kids to play and perhaps have them save up their tickets to get something nice later on. They also have good food! They have ice cream for $0.99! The shaker fries with the sour cream & onion seasoning with a side of ranch was delicious. Overall, the kids and I had so much fun and spent about two hours here. It'll be our new favorite place during the summer break.

Ambreanna C.

Yelp
I enjoyed the DJ'ing experience game today. Overall it was a fun arcade with alot of games to play.

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
Post covid 19 review Bowling for young kids: Finally my baby is no longer a baby and can participate in more of the activities offered here. He is 3 and he LOVES the ramp bowling. In the 80s, I remember we had bumper bowling; inflatable gutter fillers so you wouldn't get zeros on any turn. But you still have to manage to get the ball down the lane. Round 1 has these cool dino shaped ramps that you or your child can bring the ball to, aim, and push! Additionally you can ask for the bumpers, and they are not longer inflated. They pop up on any lane with the push of a button. It all takes seconds to set up! The lightest ball is 6 lbs which my kid has no issue lifting and putting on the ramp himself. Now since it's still the pandemic, the one thing I did wish they did was not have you share couches/ball return with the adjacent lane's patrons if it's not busy. We almost always go in the middle of the day when it's not crowded and a couple times we had to share this area. This couch is the one that faces the lanes, not the ones that go sideways. So you can def still have your own space, I just wish for MORE space, esp when it's dead. Also if your kid likes to steal other balls, this causes an issue. Depending on the worker, your young child may or may not be required to rent shoes. The first time he didn't have to. Last time they made us rent shoes. This is an issue for us bc our child does not want to wear any shoes other than the one pair he owns. In fact we have bought the same exact shoe in the same exact color way but in different sizes bc he just won't wear anything else. So we rented the shoes and put them on him, only for him to scream until we put back on his regular shoes. I understand outside shoes can have rocks or pebbles that can damage the lanes' finish, but perhaps it isn't as bad when it's from a 25 lbs child? Thankfully no one told us this was not allowed. There's plenty of other games that young kids can play, but we got duped a few times with games that were basically one button push and that was it. Tickets are a little hard to come by; you need a lot to get anything worth while. We had only 100 tickets and only was able to get 4 packs of snack size M&Ms.

Diana V.

Yelp
Great ambiance and friendly staff help me on the trouble I encountered in the machine they have

B K.

Yelp
For the service alone, this place is wonderful. The staff is amicable and respectful and go above and beyond. So thankful to the manager and party planners Erk and Keln, the game card cashier Brysen, and Andrew for helping make my baby's birthday go smoothly. Based on my experience, I would have to say the negative reviews must be when they were short staffed as everyone was nothing but polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend to give the place another try

Angela B.

Yelp
I took my kids to round 1 and went to get some food. We waited for a good ten minutes until someone actually helped us. Then they have "register problems" then though they just rang up a employee for his food. Order was not right at all. They gave us buffalo we ordered BBQ they couldn't even remember what we ordered. When we finally got our BBQ wings they were so horrible tasting. Plus the wings were red inside. You really want me to have my children eat that? DO NOT EAT THERE! The women who was taking the order looked to be a manager and didn't even care or was not helpful at all. Hell of a line to be standing in when there's not many options of food and don't have people who know how to cook. It's ridiculous. Just beware of rudeness and very bad .. uncooked food!!!

Bella M.

Yelp
Fun place for birthdays!!! Reasonable pricing with food but the games are a bit over priced! Overall the service is great

Eddie B.

Yelp
Came to check this place out again I used to self service kiosk, cause I don't like to deal with employees. They have bad attitudes when you ask them for anything today I went back. Had an issue with one of the coin machines they had an attitude then I went to the gift shop and one of the coins got stuck in the machine what seems to be the manager had an attitude with me. Not my fault everything is all faulty. Definitely not coming back again. I didn't get to try food.

Xiong N.

Yelp
I came back again! I brought my friends with me. I find another two guys' named Jalen and Erskin. (include Helene) One works for the bowling section, and the other one works in the Arcade section. Both of them are very helpful. They were busy since there were a lot of players on the floor! But when we need their help, we can always find them at the registration desk. We didn't try the food there since we had dinner before we went there. But we will try and let everyone know. I saw a lot of negative posts or comments. I hope you guys feel better when you find the right people for assistance.

used to work at a round 1- few things to consider, don't assume all your customers don't know or understand what they're doing. if you're going to explain something, let's not use a condescending tone or hint that we're stupid or lacking skill. claw machines were also barely reset with multiple people on the floor. lot of the machines need to have their power upped because there are various claws (UFOs and fun zones specifically) that are weak, making it impossible to win using the number of swipes recommended. for being the only round 1 in nevada and being so close to the strip, it probably doesn't matter but try to at least look and sound like you enjoy your job! it's customer service!

Yelp
One of the better arcade venues I have experienced. Lots of arcade games, bowling, billiards, and drinks are reasonably priced. Staff is all smiles and provided great customer service. After a certain time it's adults only! Love it!

Yelp
Service by the Management was terrible. We spent close to $500 dollars only to have the Round 1 staff all turn against us. They ruined our food order and then we overheard the staff use foul language against us for messing up the order. I chose not to turn in the employee but we only learned soon after that incident that the bar cut off everyone in our party off after two drinks. We are in no fashion showing any disrespect but trying to communicate to them but they are not having it. They took our dissatisfaction with their service as rudeness and have no diplomacy when it comes to reasoning. We are also trying to host our nephew's birthday here and they didn't care.

Yelp
This place is a great stop for a family outing or a date night. There's a snack bar with lots of food options, an arcade, a prize center, claw machines galore, lots of air hockey tables, and a bowling alley!!! So something for everyone. So why only 3 stars? The first time I attempted to visit Round 1, you could go in but every single machine was out of order. The whole place was out of service except for bowling and food. I live 40 minutes away and all we got were shrugs and I'm sorry we have no clue when anything will be working. It was about 8pm and most nights they're open until 2am. That was unacceptable. But I didn't let that stop me, ATTEMPT #2... We actually got to play! However everything is paid for with a card system where the credits are crazy. A dollar is not 4 quarters/credits. I hate having to buy a ton of expensive credits and having to figure out what 8.6 credits equates to in money to play one game. One game of Skee Ball is 2.4 credits... what does that even mean?! Next, their claw/crane machines are impossible. These are 10% skill and 90% luck. A person with no arms could grab toys better than these machines. Those cost anywhere from 7 - 8.5 credits, whatever that equates to in dollars. Here's something fun, we got there at 8pm, upon entering the door there was a sign that stated the prize center had nothing left under 500 tickets. That's basically all the stuff kids earn enough in one trip to get considering you buy them $40 worth of credits. The lowest ticketed items they had were 900 tickets. How do you run out of the things that are most commonly traded for? Some advice for the business, please have more employees walking around to fix machines. 3 machines ate my credits and never worked but there wasn't anyone around to help. Off the top of my head, the giant 4 player Tomb Raider machine, the first gun on the left doesn't shoot but sure does take your credits. Lastly, eat somewhere else. The food smells great but the tables and floors around the tables were dirty. Tables weren't wiped down after someone left, they had crumbs and trash all over them. The crumbs and trash traveled to the ground. My bf and I will probably be back because he likes arcade games, the multiplayer car racing games are awesome, I love air hockey, and we have around 500 tickets we couldn't spend that night, lol.

Yelp
It was a pretty good place for an arcade, but in the bar area. In the bar area i asked for a sprite, then they gave me sprite that tastes like water. I asked for a sprite not for a water, thank you. And the plushy machines were down a lot of them please get it fixed.

Yelp
BEWARE: Ok- off the top, the games are fun! But Wow. I understand inflation has taken its toll on businesses everywhere but this is next level. They've raised the cost of each game by approx. 4-6 points. This significantly reduced the amount of games you could play. Even my 9 year olds took note... Spent $138 dollars on games and tickets etc. I know the scheme, not looking for mac books for prizes. After all the arcade is an experience too, not just prizes. But when we got to the prize section, they've traded out items for foreign knock offs along with jacking the prize costs by at least a couple hundred tickets a piece. This makes it nearly impossible to buy anything real, forcing the consumer to buy super cheap prizes (candy etc) in place of real items... so in turn you get 5 candies for essentially $138 bucks. Meanwhile the company gets to restock 9 dollars in candy, driving profit margins thru the roof. Round1 - we're not stupid. I'll be taking business elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Yelp
I have no idea what type of management people on the clock. We won a jack pot for a game it was awesome but the manager made it longer than it had to be. Because he was playing games while on the clock. He was playing a basketball game, I had to wait for him to finish so I could ask my question. Which I though we'll I'm waiting for our jackpot might as well let him finish. But this what I had to deal with...

Yelp
Horrible and disgusting customer service. Would never come here again! Came on Saturday and did not want to get attended appropriately.

Yelp
As someone who's been to Round1's from LA, Seattle, and Vancouver, this is by far the worst and most barren Round1. If you're here for the arcade and tickets part, it's decent, they also have their default lineup of rhythm games which is great too. Their claw/prize machines on the other hand were barren. 2/3rds of the machines were empty or non-functional.

Yelp
Went here after a Vegas trip in October. I hadn't played at a Round 1 since quarantine began in California. So I was hyped to see that this was open! My boyfriend and I went in and found the place empty with only a few people scattered here and there. Our main and only goal was just the UFO catchers (a.k.a Japanese claw machines). I won a lot of prizes, but there were some machines that needed a worker to open up the machine so we can claim our plushies. There was only one guy on the floor fixing and cleaning the machines, so it became a bit annoying for us to hunt for him to claim our prizes. We also were able to be assisted by either a supervisor/manager of the place to help with one of the prizes and she even gave us a garbage bag to put all our prizes in. Fun times and definitely filled my urge for claw machine games hehe

Yelp
Do not book a party at this location. I've paid $100 deposit over the phone on 6/20/22 and a person named Jordan Sasse helped me. On 6/22/22 I've reached back out to Jordan to cancel the reservation. After 4-5 phone calls to confirm the cancellation, no one was able to help me. They claimed they were short staffed and someone will call me back. No one called me back and I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Round1 had the nerve to submit documentation for a different party under another person name. They lied and claimed that party happened. I am glad that my credit card company is helping me with this matter. It's not about the $100, it's the principle. Do not do business with these crocks. Take your business elsewhere.
