Korean Chain Snowy Village Opens a Shaved Ice Shop in the U District | Eater Seattle

"A new Woodinville beer bar pouring 29 beers and ciders on tap—mostly from Washington and Oregon producers—with the same ownership as Route 2 Taproom and programming like karaoke on Thursdays, trivia, brewers nights, and a dog-friendly patio." - Megan Hill

The moment I walked in, I had a good feeling about this place. The welcoming atmosphere anddelicious smells were just a preamble for what I will say was in the top 2 burgers I have ever had in my life! A unique take on modifying the standard American burger goes a long way. The other items on their menu also looks absolutely scrumptious. I'll be back and I'll be bringing my friends with me.

Google
Hidden gem in Woodinville! Wonderful owners, great service and food. We ate lunch here midweek and it was not very busy. The Crab Sandwich was fantastic and the Prime Rib dip was very good too. We will definitely be coming back to eat here.

Google
The location is a bit out there but totally worth it! Seems like a family run place, they are lovely! Great beer and cider collection, never disappoints! We ordered chef's salad and burger, both were great! Definitely going back and suggest a visit!

Google
Very nice place for lunch. Good bar and selection of beer taps. The owner is very nice and friendly. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are very good. They had sports on the TV and the music was at a good level. Would recommend this place for a good meal and a beer.

Google
We arrive around 6 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised it wasn't overcrowded. The food was great, and the beer cold. We tried the Mac & Cheese, Napoleon salad and bacon-wrapped dates 🤤. There was ample parking. The service was quick and friendly. I'd go back.

Google
Great food, fresh ingredients. Beer is tasty too. Family run, good service. Clean and a modern but rustic look.

The restaurant was almost empty when I visited the restaurant at 4PM on weekday. It was a perfect timing for me to be able to take several pictures inside the restaurant so I can share with my googlers. Route 522 taproom opened a couple months ago. As it's very new, they tried a cool technology - providing a tablet to allow customers to browse and order a drink menu and to sign up a founder's club membership and so on. I ordered a half size of Nachos. It was only $6 but the portion and the quality of nachos was outstanding. I have no doubt that it was the best nachos I've ever had in my entire life. They applied two different sauces along with good enough melted cheese and toppings. It was a perfect harmony overall. Although I didn't order a beer because of the time I visited the restaurant (too early to drink), I will definitely come back soon to get another nachos with their beers.

Google
Really a great family owned amd operated establishment. These types of places are typically a favorite as I do like to support locally. The food was really amazing amd absolutely huuuge portions. We have enough leftovers for two days. The place was literally packed to the brim and even with only 4 employees including the owner, his lovely wife and daughter and another young man, they were able to serve around 200 2 to 3 coarse dinners in a matter of about 3.5 hrs. Mardini was the ONLY cook in the kitchen hes like super human or something, im blown away. 🤯 Mardini, the owner and his wife and their daughter, came out and greeted us and customers and our kids really thought that was cool. They even offered for us to come back and have the kids help make a dessert in the kitchen. It is for these reasons I highly recommend visiting. This family is pretty amazing, the food was amazing 👏

Yelp
Ate here for the 3rd time last week, and still awesome. Dishes are prepared with care and portions are extremely generous. Service is super friendly and spot on. Continue to highly recommend!

Yelp
This place seems to have closed. Maybe it's reopening? I hope as their menu looks really good. I hope to try it soon.

Yelp
Food is phenomenal here! The chef clearly knows what he's doing and he comes out to check on his patrons. My husband couldn't get over how good the Dijon chicken was. Nice place for a date. Would come back for sure.

Yelp
Hmmm. Looking at everyone's reviews makes me feel like I'm missing something! A group of 3 of us visited on a Sunday afternoon. The place was empty. Not sure about you... but empty restaurants are so depressing to me. You have to talk in hushed voices otherwise your voice echoes throughout the whole place, and it just is so low energy. Their food menu is very limited. I went with the Cubano, while others at the table tried their burger and the Ruben. The Cubano was just a giant greaseball. Zero flavor besides the pickles. The burger was ordered with customizations, but it was served with none of the modifications asked (no lettuce, no tomato etc). The tater tots were HARD. Overall, not an enjoyable experience. From the atmosphere to the food, it was a disappointment.

Yelp
This was a hole in one very pleased going in and then I couldn't make up my mind so next time I'll write some notes.

Yelp
Ambience (3/5) - Casual American Taproom. Plenty of parking!! Food (3/5) - The 522 Burger with Salad. The burger was decent, not that great not that bad. Overall average. Service (4/5) - the staff was very friendly and considerate.

Yelp
Stopped by here after a long 5mi+ hike over 2000 ft elevation gain at Heybrook Ridge & Lookout. Had the Fettuccini Carbonara and the chocolate mousse. Taste - Incredible food, pasta was super flavorful. Like seriously, this is like Italian Restaurant grade pasta. Full of delicious ham, bacon and cheese.. mmm... The thing I liked in the salad were the croutons, they had some flavoring added to them (notice the reddish look). The chocolate mousse was light and delicious. Portions - Big portions, you won't be disappointed Service - Warm and friendly folks. Fatin was my waitress, who gave my doggo some ham and water! They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I was also torn between trying their Stack Burger and Crab Burger. But one can only eat so much in one sitting. Which means I just have to go back to try the other items :)

Yelp
It's hidden in the back of a business complex - not easy to find. They seem to be in the midst of an identity adjustment. After four years as Highway 522 Taproom, "The 522" is evolving - from a tavern with great food to a great restaurant with a good bar. The atmosphere is casual, and the prices may seem high, but the quality of the meats and seafood are very high and the quantities are huge. Each entree easily feeds two. They still have their large lineup of tap beers. I tried Loowit Light Lager. It was crisp and refreshing with a fruity aroma and taste. Very enjoyable. We split a Surf and Turf. It was a huge, thick cut of ribeye with six gigantic prawns. Enough for another meal remained to be taken home. The table next to us ordered Seafood Salad. It was luxurious and decadent- enough for four. They enjoyed the hell out of it and still had half left. We must try them for lunch. I hear good things about the Prime Rib Sandwich.

Yelp
This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever dined at. Worst food, worst service and worst ambience. The steak was not at all edible - I ordered it to be cooked medium, and could not even cut through it with my steak knife. When brought to the owner's attention, he was visibly mad - not upset or disappointed, but MAD and proceeded to not only lecture me but yell at me about how steaks are prepared. The server was rude and unattentive, the drink was subpar to say the least and my bill for one was over $100 to sit on the back side of a strip mall staring at a dumpster and overgrown blackberries. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Your money is better spent at Red Robin or Outback or any other subpar franchise. These people are RUDE, and cannot make a drink or prepare a meal to save their lives. Probably the reason behind the name change. Don't be fooled.

Yelp
Went in thinking it was going to be a brew pub as advertised on google but not at all. Way more upscale than a brew pub vibe and felt under dressed. I got the meat sauce pasta and it was swimming in grease, really unpleasant. Then my drink, which was a grapefruit cider, was so artificially sweet I almost gagged. The servers and staff were really nice and friendly. I was very disappointed because this was my first time here, I don't think I'll be coming back unfortunately!

Yelp
What a pleasant find!! We discovered this place when looking to see what was "new" for us in the area. It is tucked away on the other side of the tracks and not something you stumble upon. The food was excellent, well prepared and nicely proportioned. The establishment was clean, neat, pleasant and inviting. We noted during our meal that several other diners would approach the cook (& I presume owner) after their meals and offer their appreciation of their meal. When we were done with our meal, I did the same. A really nice find and somewhere I expect we will return to often!
google avatar

Louie F.

Yelp
Service was excellent! The woman behind the bar was great and I'd definitely be back for a beer based on service alone. I had the Crouge Monsouir sandwich and a salad with Italian dressing. I found the sandwich to be too rich and salty for my taste. Once I took off about half of the cheese and salty bacon it was good!

Yelp
I come here to relax while my kids take music lessons. It is becoming my me time. My favorite bartender in the world works here. She warmly greets me and is leading me on a tasting expedition.

Yelp
The service and drink selection here are absolutely wonderful! We felt so welcome by the owner/cook and his family run business! I didn't have the heart to tell him my fish was severely overcooked when he came by to check on us. My friend's dish steak that she order medium rare was also a little dry/overcooked but they are new here and I hope they will work on this! The restaurant has lots of potential and a nice airflow going through the open doors on either end of the room. Parking is plentiful out front and isn't shared by many businesses open on weekends or past 5pm on the weekdays. They have a good drink/tap menu and tvs for watching sporting games - a nice feature as not enough places in Woodinville have tvs. I was disappointed when we arrived and the menu was different than ones I had seen online that others had posted online. As a pescatarian I didn't feel like there were enough healthy and enticing options for me. I'm hoping they will update their menu because I would love to come back and give them another try!

Yelp
Went here for lunch one day and the food was great! They had a good selection of beers on tap although I didn't partake. Had their pasta for lunch and it was pretty tasty! Would definitely order again and the portions were large! Went with a baby and the staff was friendly and provided a high chair for my kid. In general, service was good. The place was a mix of bar and restaurant but could definitely go for a nicer casual or casual date. Parking was a bit difficult as it was in a complex but there was plenty of spots just a few door down or on the street.

Yelp
Today was our first time here, and it was amazing! The food was perfect. My two boys ordered the kids pizza, it's a nice size they definitely could have shared it but they both almost finished it! My older son and husband had pasta dishes and they were so delicious. I love the taste of fresh ingredients! The shrimp appetizer was so fresh even my younger two boys loved it and they don't usually eat shrimp. The Bread ... The Bread!!!! Wow, I am so picky with bread. It was perfect on the inside and outside. I could literally just sit there all day and eat the bread with the butter. The waitress (chefs daughter) was beyond kind! The chef made me a special Vegan dish that made my day!!! Oh my gosh I loved it. It is so hard to find good vegan food. I can't wait to go back and see what he makes next. Thank you for such an amazing Fathers Day Dinner!!

Yelp
If you aren't privy to the inside scoop, you might think this is just a brewery taproom with snack foods/typical bar fare. But you would be 100% WRONG. The food here is honestly so good that you'll feel like you are getting a deal here paying way less than it's worth! (They taste like $25 entrees!). I've heard of Chef Mardini from the online forums, but I was surprised to see him so involved in the restaurant. He was the one to greet us at the door and also came by to check on our table. I think I even saw him behind the bar at some point. They have worked hard to create a welcoming environment with great food without the snooty restaurant vibe which is great. That being said, I would still totally come back for a date night (Bc honestly I just want to try the whole menu). We ate late lunch for 2 with 2 entrees and 2 drinks for $40! We definitely left full and happy. The French onion soup was fantastic and my partner loved the burger!
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
We love this place! A large selection of beer/cider on tap that rotates regularly! They have TVs showing the game that's on (great spot to watch a Seahawks game). The service was great and the food was even better. A very clean area and looks like they have some outdoor seating when the weather is nice! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Okay this location is in a off the road location - kinda in a business park.. but but you step inside, it definitely has a industrial tap house feeling. I started off with a super sweet server (makes all the difference!) named Mardini. Starting with some pour yourself water (love this!), food menu and a beer scan list I was ready. I was able to easily access the menu online and narrowed it down to two IPA's. I wasn't sure which and she hooked it up with a tasting of the two! I decided the Hazy was for me. So nice I had to drink it twice. For lunch, I decided to go with the Cubano. As I am a tot fiend - I chose them over the salad. All dressings are made in house and it was hard to choose a dipping sauce! I joked I wanted to try them all because I love homemade sauce. She was so sweet and on board she said she would set me up with a "tot sauce tasting". I literally have not loved a server more. The Cubano features the Smoked Pulled Pork shoulder - and it did not disappoint. It held up super well and was busting with flavor. The mustard on it was phenomenal. There was no way I could eat the whole thing so I took half to go. The tots were really good! I just wish they were a *little* bit more crispy. But this is a preference thing for me. Still very very good though! The impromptu homemade sauce flight brought me great joy. She brought all she could fit - Ranch, Honey Mustard, Thousand Island and Blue Cheese. They were all so delicious but my favorite was the Ranch and Blue Cheese. Cannot wait to come back and get a Blue Cheese salad! Service here was great (tentative but not over bearing) and light (not by the book here's our specials stiff server vibes) which is appreciated. Total with tip was about $35. So average price for this area but with a bit more flavor than other local spots. Will definitely be back with friends!

Yelp
Food: I had the Reuben sandwich with a side salad with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The Reuben was delicious and the salad was really tasty as well. The homemade vinaigrette was what made the salad so good. I drank the Falcon blonde ale which was also a great beer they had on tap. Service: the wait staff were all really friendly! The location was easy to find and parking is right in front but also had street parking as an option

Yelp
We heard all about it through social media and recommendations on Facebook, so we thought it's time to try it out. The restaurant is a bit tucked away in a business park, it looks like a previous brew pub. Plenty of parking after business hours and they have a small patio. The food is really good, much higher end menu than the outside let's on. The spaghetti are delicious and the duck was wonderful. The bread could use improvement, no one at the table was in impressed, but that's easy. There is definitely a lot more we want to try, we'll definitely come back.

Yelp
522 is solid. Nice big menu selection. Our meals were better than average, might have been a little busy but food took a little longer than normal, ambience of the room is a little cold and grey. Overall experience was good, but we haven't been back yet
google avatar

Micki K.

Yelp
Tucked in a business park next to highway 522, hence the name route 522 taproom. Everything is made to order, simple yet elevated bar food. Not your greesy gut bombs but more healthy choices and variations of the traditional bar food. Lots of drink options

Yelp
Taproom 522: A Hidden Gem for Delicious Food and Friendly Service If you're on the hunt for an amazing meal in Woodinville, look no further than Taproom 522. This cozy establishment tucked away from the wineries and bustling streets, nestled behind a strip mall surprised me with its delightful combination of delicious food and friendly people. First and foremost, the menu at Taproom 522 is a culinary adventure waiting to be explored. From mouthwatering sandwiches (which you MUST ask for a to-go box for ;) to hearty main dishes, there's something to please every palate. The standout for me was their Bolognese, which was a perfect mix of spice and hearty that left me craving for more. What truly sets Taproom 522 apart is its staff. (Chef Mardini and Faten) Chef sets the tone by greeting from the back and makes a point to come say hello at some point during your meal. Faten- runs the front of the house and will make you feel like you are the only one that matters in the whole place. In summary, if you can find Taproom 522 you are in for a treat ! Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend discovering this hidden gem for yourself. It's a dining experience that won't disappoint. Don't forget to introduce yourself to Chef Mardini!

Yelp
Great local restaurant and offers great food. Staff is all so friendly and make the guests feel at home when you sit down. The chef is also so friendly. i have had several great evening there and always look forward to a stop then when i visit Woodinville. We will be going some day this week. Great Place, Give it a Try

Yelp
Route 522 Taproom may be a taproom, serving craft beers and all, but the food is elevated. That's something you don't often find at taprooms. Route 522 was a nice surprise for my friend and I who didn't realize what this hidden gem possessed. We were on our way to another bar for a drink and spotted the sign for Route 522 Taproom on the road we were on. After we had our beer at the other bar, we decided to check out Route 522 for dinner and drinks. Route 522 is hidden, as it's located in a business strip by the train tracks in Woodinville. When we pulled up to park, I then realized that I had been here before when it was the Collective on Tap. They have covered outdoor seating with heaters, which was nice. The friendly staff waved to us when we got out of the car and immediately seated us and turned on the heat lamp. Though we were the only ones the first hour we were there, we were glad that they were getting a lot of business, as they mentioned that they were prepping for their New Year's Eve dinner takeout sets. The two men who helped us were super duper nice. Love that! Our server brought us complimentary bread and we started with beers. The dinner menu wasn't extensive, but had enough to choose from. And as mentioned before, this taproom has more elevated food. Don't expect nachos for dinner. They had prime rib, sirloin, shrimp, dungeness crab cakes, French onion soup, etc. My friend had the surf and turf and I had the chicken wellington. Our food was solid and filling. For both of our entrees, it came with a choice of rice pilaf or potatoes and a vegetable medley. I've never had a wellington before, so had to order it. The chicken breast was made made in the puff pastry with a housemade hollandaise sauce on top. The chicken was very tender and juicy, which is sometimes not the case with chicken breast. I liked that the puff pastry wasn't too thick either. My friend liked her meal too, but wished the steak had been more rare. The complimentary bread came with an herbed butter. This is not the time to go on a low-carb diet because the bread was delicious. Customer service was awesome. Mardini and our server were very friendly and personable. They checked in with us throughout our meal. Mardini was the one who cooked our food, and was so excited to talk about the menu items that they offer at lunch. You always gotta trust a chef who gets that excited about food! Overall, we had a fun time here and I'd love to come back to discover more of what they offer.
google avatar

Yelp
Newly re-branded and less of a taproom now - more of an upscale, date-night spot. Wife and I stopped by thinking we'd get a burger and some apps, but found the menu and vibe had changed. Thankfully it was slow and the hostess put in a burger order for us (not a menu item) and it was fantastic. Looking forward to going back when we have more time and trying out other entrees on their menu
google avatar

John M.

Yelp
Came here for dinner and had limited time. Staff were very friendly and suggested to eat at the bar if I'm in a hurry. I order the linguine with chopped beef and herb sauce. Pleasantly surprised with lots of shredded cheese. It was very good but just a little heavy with chopped onion in the sauce. Served with artisan bread and butter. Will definitely return when I have more time.

Yelp
Best Cubano sandwich I have ever had & I have had ALOT! thick fresh bacon, smoked pork and perfectly toasted roll. OMG SO YUMMY IN MY TUMMY. Paired it with the diamond knot Hef.

Yelp
I usually don't go to the same place multiple times but have been here over a half dozen times now. This is the true definition of local family restaurant. Food is fantastic, plentiful and there is always a daily special. Pro tip, get whatever the Chef has on special for the day. He shops for what is freshest and comes up with the daily special. Dad is Chef, daughters front of house working the tables, everyone is so nice daughters have a great personality and so fun to joke around with.

Yelp
Great food and fabulous service! Croque Madam was delicious. Love that sandwiches come with salad as the default side dish.

Yelp
This was one of the most unexpectedly wonderful experiences we had while visiting Woodinville. This unasumming location hides the warm welcome you receive upon entering. The owners are a lovely couple whose goal it is to make you feel like you are in their home. The night we were there, there were two large holiday party gatherings and we still felt welcome and well cared for. The portions were generous, the food delicious and the prices reasonable. Give these folks a chance to succeed, you won't be disappointed.

Vicki W.

Yelp
We have the privilege of dining here once a week. Mardini and Faten are wonderful hosts! Route 522 is welcoming for adults and families. They use quality ingredients and the menu is delicious. We try to choose a new item every time. Today I chose sesame chicken salad and it was just what I was looking for! See you next week!

Aaron Y.

Yelp
I can't recommend this place enough. I brought my family from out of state in yesterday and the food and service was superb. It had a quiet, relaxing ambiance and we all felt genuinely welcome. The steak, shrimp, tortellini, salmon, crab sandwich and Turkey BLT, as well as the drinks were great.
google avatar

Daphne B.

Yelp
This is the go-to place when my husband and I do date night! Not only is their food DELICIOUS every time, but we adore the family who owns/runs it too. Every time we come back, we are welcomed back with warmth. The father/head chef will come out of the kitchen often to greet the guests and ask personally how everything tastes. If I were to recommend an appetizer, try the sautéed mushrooms. They are Heaven on earth!

Matthew G.

Yelp
This restaurant is such a wonderful place with phenomenal food and drink, and a fantastic family of staff members. My wife and I have been here for so many date nights, and every time we are welcomed so warmly. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Gary K.

Yelp
My to-go place to entertain business visitors as they are our neighbors!! Food is excellent, but it is the little things that make this place an exceptional choice. Salads come on a chilled plate, and hot sandwiches come on a warm plate. My usual order here is their Prime Dip sandwich au jus. Generous amounts of tender, tasty, thinly sliced prime rib on a toasted baguette. The au jus is genuinely from the roast beef, not beef stock from a can. Another delicious option is the Cubano sandwich, but unfortunately, that sells out way too often. I'm not a fan of rabbit food, but my guests have reported that the sesame chicken salad is excellent. Generous with the chicken breast and well balanced on the greens. Service is always attentive and friendly.... but that might just be because I've been there so often. Even if they weren't my neighbor, it would be a destination. I have only had their lunches. Will try their dinner eventually.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
This was our first time here. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back. Like all restaurants these days be patient. They had only one server and she worked her butt off. I ordered the 522 Burger and my significant other ordered a Crab sandwich. Both with salad and home made blue cheese. My burger was possibly the best I ever had ? It was thick and tasty. I didn't ask for ketchup or mustard because that may be an insult. The crab sandwich was delicious as well. We will be back to check out the other food choices. I want to try their sandwiches and pasta dishes soon. This is a food place that also has a great selection of beer and drinks. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Sora K.

Yelp
The wait staff was nice giving up a table for us but it wasn't that busy. The wait staff kept giving us to go boxes while we were still eating. Like a sign to tell us to get out already. They did this 3 times. The beer was good. The food was not very. Had the duck and it was over cooked and seemed reheated. Will not return.

Yelp
Tonight, my wife and I had dinner at "The 522" in Woodinville. We have known Chef Zouhair Mardini for over 27 years. For many years he was the owner of Mardinis, an upscale restaurant in downtown Snohomish. The 522 is located off the beaten path in Bear Creek Plaza, an industrial section of Woodinville. Don't let the location fool you because the food and ambiance are comparable to any high end restaurant in Seattle. The menu offerings include steak, chicken, seafood and pasta entrees, delicious appetizers and soups and salads. As you enter the restaurant, you get a glimpse of Chef Mardini behind the partition cooking up his signature dishes. This is a family affair with his wife and daughter handling the front of the house. We started with the Cajun Prawn appetizer, followed by a Romaine Salad with house made dressing. For entree we shared a huge bowl of steak and vegetables soup and the Chicken Wellington. A chicken breast is wrapped in puff pastry with crab meat and topped with basmati rice pilaf and steamed fresh vegetables. They serve a baguette with herb butter that is amazing. For dessert we enjoyed the white chocolate mousse with a mixed berry sauce and whipped cream. Yum! The food, service, atmosphere and ambiance were exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed out evening.. We highly recommend "The 522" at: 17802 134th Ave NE Woodinville WA 98072 https://www.the522.com/#menus

Yelp
So apparently someone took over this place about 4 years ago and let me tell you...this place went MAJORLY downhill! They used to have a great menu, some good tapas, decent food, great beer on tap and great vibes and now this place has horrible food, bad service and the vibe is that of a grave yard. Dead. Will not ever be back.

Yelp
Route 522 Taproom is in a business park location and as such the outdoor seating was fairly quiet. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. We ordered sandwiches and burgers and wow they serve incredibly generous portions!! I feel like I could share a sandwich and be sufficiently full. Overall we liked the food but personally could go a little lighter on the sauce/salt.

Yelp
To be honest, we all know there are struggles small businesses are having right now. And it is easy to understand why service and quality can dip. But this place delivered on quality and did all we can ask for service. We had a group of 9, which is hard to accommodate in normal times when fully staffed. We were welcomed with gracious service and some of the BEST pasta dishes I have EVER had. We were even visited by the hostess and chef to ensure they were on point with their food. It's easy to forget all that our small business friends deal with in these times, but it's not lost when one shines through the struggle and delivers such amazing food. Well done!

Yelp
Beers: good selection but pricey. Food: decent but pricey. Staff: standard. Not bad. Not great. Inside: see staff.

Yelp
Let me set the scene. TVs on the wall, Mariners are on, lots of beer taps on the wall....cool. We sit down and waitress lets us know we can scan the QR code for the menu...cool. My wife orders crab sandwich - I'm sorry we don't serve that at dinner. I order the 522 Burger - I'm sorry we don't serve burgers at dinner. No burgers at tap house? Remember, this is a place that has beer taps and TVs on the wall and looks like a sports bar ....but you can't get a burger. Instead they want to force you down the money-grab path of $40 entrees and $15 appetizers. We got up and left. Really difficult to be a restaurant with two identities. Suggest they pick a path and stick with it. Good burgers and good beer usually resonates well with people.

Yelp
So glad to have used the advice of the Yelp community to pick this spot!! Originally went here just looking for a quick beer and to watch some football... left with a full stomach and desire to go back. Don't let the location fool you as it's a little off the beaten path. The service was A+, entire staff was super helpful. Food was so fresh, smoking hot right off the grill, and incredibly tasty.

Yelp
The restaurant was almost empty when I visited the restaurant at 4PM on weekday. It was a perfect timing for me to be able to take several pictures inside the restaurant so I can share with my Yelpers.

Yelp
TLDR: TVs, TVs everywhere. Typical bar food. Best to stick with the small bites. Parking: whoa is this place hidden. You would never see it from the road. The location feels like a secluded "time to file your taxes" place. Ambience: it's a bar. You will be surrounded by TVs and then one giant one against the back wall. Great place if you're a sports fan. Menu is very descriptive and has no pictures. Nothing fancy. Service: open seating (we visited during slower hours), they will show you what's in tap via a tablet, you will be provided chilled cups and a bottle to water yourself, order at the table, check brought to you, leftovers boxed for you. Cottage Pie: not too impressive. Honestly felt like something I could slap together at home. Ground beef, chunks of tomato, and mashed potatoes poured on top. I think this would have been better if the meat were...meatier. Like, blocks of stew meat. The flavor isn't too bad but is slightly on the tangy side. Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese: oh my, the proportion is so small but I'm sure the calories it gives you makes up for it. It's not too salty and adding the pulled pork does make it better. Sea Salt Pretzels: very dense and buttery. Love the cheese and mustard dips! Overall, small bites seem to be better here. Great place to snack and chill in front of the screen with friends as opposed to eating actual meals.

Yelp
What an amazing find! We've lived in Woodinville for four years now and just discovered this place. The duck, the chicken cordon bleu and the bolognese were all amazing! Chef came out and talked to us and..... you just have to come here. Amazing family and food!
