I recently dined at Roux Seafood Kitchen and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance is quite nice, highlighted by a beautiful wall of wines that adds a touch of elegance. They offer some IPAs, I picked 10 Hop Hazy IPA, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
For starters, I had the New Orleans Gumbo, which was flavorful and rich. The main course was a delightful Chilean Seabass and Shrimp dish, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also tried the Jambalaya, which had a great mix of spices and ingredients.
The food is good and made to order, ensuring freshness and quality. However, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. Despite this, the service was good, with friendly and attentive staff.
Overall, if you're in the mood for some well-prepared seafood and a nice atmosphere, I recommend giving Roux Seafood Kitchen a try!
