Roxbury Lanes

Date night with the fiancé and decided on this alley for first time. All the rave was the chicken wings so we knew those were for sure getting in our belliies. The staff was nice and prices were decent, the onlu complaint is our lane had to me manually restarted a few times/ no ball returns.

Excellent cashier and chefs talents are amazing. This is my first time here, i hear great things about the lemon pepper fried chicken wang. Yup 💯 delicious. Another thing I love they have jasmine rice. I gotta have it with chicken 😁

Had so much fun here with friends and kids. Bowling was a blast, they have bumper lanes and the bowling stand to help kids bowl. They loved the arcade and had plenty of sitting areas where you can eat and chat with friends with a full view of arcade. I definitely want to check out the casino section soon! The food is great and so are the prices. 🎳👍🏽

Customer service was excellent. Front desk as well management. We had a few issues with lanes and they fixed it in no time. I would definitely bring the family here again

Unexpected surprise. Great food at a hole in the wall place. It’s a casino so they check your ID to get in. But it’s also a bowling alley and it has a small arcade and then a restaurant with a hell of a menu. You want it they got it on the menu. Appetizers, pizza, soup, salad, breakfast, dinner, and asian food. Like they left no stone unturned. We got there before the crowd came for the night. Small seating area but you can take your food to whatever sec you happen to be in as well. I got the Garlic wings and chicken friend rice and it was amazing. Got some other food but I didn’t take pictures it didn’t last long. That was the salt & pepper wings and shrimp fried rice. The salt & pepper wings were good but man they were spicy. Too spicy for me. Shrimp fried rice was good just like the chicken fried rice. We ate and got outta there. Sketchy area but good food and I’m sure you can have a good time there.

We come frequently on Tuesdays for the half price arcade - Raul the lead server is super great with kids but also hilarious and friendly with groups of adults! Strong drinks, amazing food and even better customer service!

It’s kool. I like the drinks, the food and the bar tenders but the customers that are females be haters up there. You can always count on a hater to hate. But always have fun!

I had a great time there! There was a mistake on my bill from the bar. It was promptly resolved by Kelsey. Call or email them to fix those type of issues and they should get back to you soon. Thank you!

Horrible experience you could improve the staffs behavior towards certain people because they favor their friends who are customers and treat people who aren't their friends horrible so the overall experience there is horrible.

Old school bowling ally, with a casino attached, and an arcade within the bowling alley, brings back memories of my childhood. The staff were cool and the security dudes were nice. Today was rock and roll night where they play Metallica and such which I loved! The restaurant was pretty tasty! I got their honey walnut shrimp with rice and it was pretty good! I also got a canned Bloody Mary which was also delicious! I had a great time celebrating a friend's birthday and won't mind going back again!

I've been coming to Roxbury Lanes for a few years now and have always enjoyed bowling here. I was here about two weeks ago bowling with some friends when my engagement ring somehow came off during the night. In a panic, I let the staff know and they were extremely helpful when looking for it. We came back the following Monday and talked to the manager, Kelsey, about it once again. Kelsey and her staff working that day were so unbelievably kind to me when talking about what happened. I was an emotional wreck when I came in, but Kelsey and the rest of the staff on duty were just so understanding and helpful. Kelsey also took time out of her day and emailed me about my missing ring too. Thankfully, we finally found it yesterday! But I will never ever forget the kindness Kelsey and the entire staff at Roxbury showed me that day. We will definitely be back after that experience. Thank you guys!

Absolutely horrible service period. There is clearly no management what so ever. I've been there It's literally unbelievable!!

This place is absolutely terrible. The service is the worst; the workers have no manners and are exceptionally disrespectful to me and three of my peers. Three of us are teens of color, and because of that, they assumed we were rolling weed in the back of the arcade. We were sitting right under the cameras, and they have proof that we did not do anything. They threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave, and three of them were recording us on their personal phones when we left. When they asked, it didn't cause a scene at all, and when we proceeded to leave, the workers along with the security followed us out and started yapping their mouths rudely. Only one out of six people was actually respectful, and they kept recording after we left the property. A few of them, the owner included, were saying to us, "You guys are a bunch of uneducated ass kids; go back to school." The owner called us bitches, and mind you again, we are teenagers minding our business, not doing anything to anyone.

Food is better than expected and the bowling is affordable. Don't be dissuaded by the exterior, this is a great place to go with the family. The pizza and wings are our family's favorite.

My husband & I went to grab a bite to eat on a weekend about 4:00pm. We stood in line to order our food for 30 minutes, the server passed us repeatedly ignoring us until I asked if she could please take our order, she snapped at me that she was very busy. People were lining up behind us & still no service. The server continued to ignore what was becoming a very long line, other customers were also wondering what was going on, some left. The server continued to serve the people in the bowling area & ignoring everyone in the dining area. After about 30 minutes we left, except for a snarky response when I asked to order not one person in that line was acknowledged. I also asked a gentleman who came for behind the counter, he said they were busy & walked off. Worst customer service we have ever experienced, we will not back.
