Bowling alley ruins ball. Rude cashier. Food was terrible. Especially the chicken wings. Not fully cooked. Kids got sick from them. Bar drinks were good.

Played in 40+ casinos and this is one of my favorites. I don’t live here but travel for work, I love WA because they love Pai Gow Poker here. The dealers are experts at it here, sharp and friendly and professional. Many casinos elsewhere don’t even have this game and their dealers are slow and error-prone. Here they have progressive jackpots and I love the chips with the comic sans font. Fun-loving, mostly Asian clientele that is always welcoming to an outsider. I like that it’s small and tucked away in a bowling alley, it’s part of the charm. No slots, easy parking, nice bar, fair table minimums. Definitely come play some Pai gow poker. They have both face up and face down.

M.J. in the Roxy’s Lounge is the best bartender around! The whole crew gave great service but she is a ball of sunshine! Food was great too! I suggest the Mongolian Beef.

The bowling alley is boarded up and it appears that the casino is temporarily boarded up at this time. It didn't have any notes on the door but it's most definitely not in business right now so call before driving over here.

apparently this place has the best wings in white center. i’m not sure how anyone would know though considering you’ll be standing there for 20 minutes without greeting. finally was told “i’m busy go to the bar” yet, everyone at the bar was lost and confused and you couldn’t order anything there either. what the hell is wrong with you guys? 😂 probably the worst service of my entire life.

I thought this place was really cool 😎 they have a very extensive menu and I think everything on it would be yummy. We had the wings, salad, pizza, bacon and cheese tater tots and fried rice and it was very good! They even have steak and seafood! They have servers come over to your lanes while you are bowling or you can go and order at the counter. The bar had great drinks that were very fairly priced like the food! They have galactic bowling on Friday and Saturday from 6pm to close. Although the black light area is limited to only on the lanes and is not very powerful it was still cool 😚 Sunday is a cheaper day to bowl (I saw advertised). We will probably be going again! I love cheap thrills! 🎶

Bowling was great. Arcade games were few but fun. There's gambling as well. They serve alcohol (which is a plus). Plenty of food options. Everything from Asian cuisine to bbq, pizza to tacos and nachos to snacks like pretzels and more.

Everytime I go there nobody is at the counter to check you in for bowling. The customer service isn't that great, except the last time we went there was a really nice guy we finally received great customer service from. I wish we asked for his name. My boyfriend likes to go here because we live nearby. Skyway bowl costs less and way better customer service. Nicer people at the Skyway Bowl.

Dirty, Dirty locals card room. Same faces everytime. The seats might make you itch but the comps are generous and the food is as good as a small casino gets- absolutely delicious everything. Good luck ordering a drink while at the table. Spanish 21 is 13:1 suited and 3:1 dealer match.

All my experiences have been enjoyable here, the dealers are friendly and will help you understand the game. I have won huge amounts of money and have lost huge amounts of money and always have had a good time. Negative reviews that are made about anyplace are usually made by negative people who wouldn't admit to having a good time ever.

Stopped in for lunch, had a hamburger with onion rings. Both were so greasy you could lube your car with them. I guess the cook never heard of having them drain for a while. Burger was also overly salty. They used to be better before so I guess this is one of those up and down places.

I have been here a handul of times over the years , they have excellent food lots of fun, a great bowling experience, a mini casino, a great bar and excellent bartenders and an arcade for the kids that my son loves. but aside from all that there is a lot of things that happen in this neighborhood i.e. gang related issues and drama that has led to shootouts, etc. but there is a security guard there named Gabe or Gabriel and one day. I was there with my family when something popped off outside! it was Gabe who kept us all safe . he went above and beyond to assure our protection. he was exceptional. he is the reason I have returned to this establishment time after time because I know if Gabe is working there no matter what happens we are safe ! .. I hope they never get rid of him. He is an amazing asset to there buisness! as long as Gabe is there I feel safe . I will return here again and again year over year because of him !! Roxy's I hope u give him a raise !! He is the definition of what security should be ! I always feel safe when he is there! Thank u Gabe !!

Learn some Cambodian or Vietnamese before you gamble here. TRUST ME. The dealers here obnoxiously speaks their language to each other about players in front of them. Management does not seem to care, it seems like they're in the last leg of the business anyways. Dealers will tap into their assigned table and then turn their heads when they feel like they're not going to make tips, and when a whale comes in and hooks them up, they're super excited and they code switch instantly. One night I was there, a gentleman had hit a jackpot and the Cambodian dealer was bragging about how much she made and antagonized her other fellow dealers, even though the player had given everyone working $200, the shade she threw was epic... EPIC TROLLING. And the establishment allows it. I facepalm myself every time I come here, I know, I know.. it's a hate/hate, but sometimes I don't want to drive to the other card rooms, they're just as bad, that's what sucks about the industry. But I just want other yelpers to know that that you're SOL if you don't speak another language here. By all means, if you don't care, there's a seat open for you if you can withstand the vitriol. On serving: The casino server will not serve you if you're not tipping. She will go to the same table back and forth and will send the others to line up at the busy bar and risk losing your seat from the gambling table.

This place is really cool! Arcade Bowling Food Bar Casino Not sure how they do everything, but they're good at it. The downfall is just the rough crowd here. And by rough it seems like a lot of thugs and drugs. However they do a good job keeping rid raf away.

Their food used to be good... unless I was too buzzed at their bar to realize it before. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was dry and shriveled inside a thick greasy coating. I felt so sick and nauseous after a few bites. Never again.

Been coming here for over a decade for the wings. Some will say its changed, others will say it depends on the cook. Whatever though, solid go-to place

I'm giving a one star to that bitch bartender who doesn't know how to make a martini. I corrected her and then gave me pissy face. And then serves a martini glass half empty charges 8 dollars for a house gin. wtf ssucks

Love this place, it's like a neighborhood bar except it is a casino!!! I have had a ton of fun here. The staff is great and the food from the restaurant in the bowling alley is always a hit with everyone.

Rolled on over here for a bit of poker the other night, and I don't think I'll be back any time soon. The card room is in serious need of basic upgrades. Either that or they're just going for a duct tape motif. The carpet has seen better days, and the tables really need to be replaced. The dealers and players are friendly enough. Although I have to say I was a bit frustrated by the fact the only game was Omaha. I guess I should be happy it wasn't razz. :-) Anyway, not really my bag, from start to finish.

My current review: The place has improved in terms of how the room is run, and there is typically a pretty good crowd here for a low limit Poker game on Friday nights, which is good, because I just want to chill and order some good cheap food and drinks. On that, they deliver. The only downside lately is the fact that they often don't have a game going on weeknights, even as early as 9pm. Call first before you assume their is a game happening. My original review: This place is so close to my house, I really want to like playing cards there, but as a woman, this has got to be one of the worst card rooms I've ever been in. I've probably gone there at least 20 times, and 15 of the 20, I've either been hit on repeatedly by some gross drunk guy and had the dealers do nothing about it, I've had some jerk next to me call me out for taking too long to call a bet, when not 3 hands prior, he sat for over 5 minutes debating his own call, or I've seen dealers talk smack about another player after that player leaves the table to use the bathroom. SO unprofessional. I could list so many more reasons that this card room is lackluster, but suffice it to say, I think I've officially decided not to ever go back. I'll just make the trek to the Renton Silver Dollar instead, where the dealers and players are actually enjoyable to be around.

The food sucks . The chicken the last three times we have come has been burnt beyond editable. Don't waste your $$ . The place isn't a very comfortable place. Music to loud, thugs milling around. I certainly wouldn't bring my kids here

I was so happy to learn this was an 18 and over gambling establishment when I called. Upon arrival we noticed signage for 21 and over. We understand WA state age for gambling is 18 but each casino has the right to opt for 21. Horrible customer service and so disappointing for our son. Rude and we wasted a trip.

Tonight the Roxy bar staff dragged out an 80 year old Vietnam war veteran because they were taking the money he had left on the bar all at once and not leaving it as he had attended. Two 250+ pound staff came and dragged him away when he asked where his money had gone, and a third apparently unaffiliated person threatened me with violence when I tried to intervene. "He was agitated" was the response when he was dragged away when asking about his tab.

I've been here over the years and I've seen it go from a dump to a nice place then back to a dump. the bowling side and food is fun, but steer clear of the casino. One too many of their dealers laugh at you when you get bad hands, or worse yet praise each other joke when they get great hands. Never heard anything positive about the casino, save your money and drive to tulalip or muckleshoot. Another thing I have noticed over the years is the small details. They did really good about making the place look nice about 5-6 years ago, then it went to crap little detail lighting on the lanes, in the bar, hell even the table signs above the card tables have all gone out or are very poorly lit up now. For a place that rakes in as much as they do from the local low income, you'd think could change a light bulb.

The food is great, the bowling is fun but the casino is DEAD! Looked on their website to see when they had poker tournaments and went at the time it said and there was no tournament. In fact they said if there had been a tournament it would have started an hour earlier. might want to update your website!
