Slow service, we called 30 minutes prior to make a phone order cause we know they take a while. Once we showed up our food hasn’t even been started, the young lady is flirting with the men there and totally ignoring us. We asked if our food was done because we were waiting to pay but she said she hasn’t started it yet and went back to talking to the men and ignoring us. The food is good but you guys really need to work on your customer service, end of day THEY bring you the business.

Such a great local spot. My boys and I enjoyed breakfast sandwiches (they were huge) and chocolate glazed donuts. The donuts were so light and yummy ... best I've had in a while! Small parking lot out front, but plenty of parking in the back (access through the shopping center). Best of all, the employees were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Sinfully delicious!!! The donuts were so fresh and scrumptious I had to force myself to walk away from the dangone box!! 😩🤐 while the choices were many, we decided to narrow it down to the maple bars, a chocolate bar, raised round glazed donuts, a vanilla sprinkle cake donut, a cinnamon roll donut, glazed donut holes, a granulated sugar donut, and a glazed cinnamon crumb twist donut. I think we did pretty good because we actually wanted to try the entire menu. 🤷🏽‍♀️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I come here a lot for Too Good To Go. The donuts are always super yummy and they have so many other options, including boba. Tonight, I decided to go and get some late-night breakfast sandwiches and they were the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I'm from the east coast too, so I am very picky about my delis/donut shops/diners. Best donut shop around and the workers/owners are all extremely nice and hard working 24/7. Highly recommend!!

Popular place for 5AM. Always clean, clerk is very personable and bubbly. Food is always fresh & tasty.

Had a bulk order of donuts for my job (over 10 dozen) they easily accommodated for me and made them all fresh to order! Everyone was blown away by how fresh and warm they were. Highly recommend definitely will be coming back!

First time trying this spot. So yummy. Got the croissant breakfast sandwich and donut holes. Both items were fresh and delicious. The donut holes were so pillowy and light. I couldn't stop eating them.

They're good donuts! I like that they'll warm them for ya. However don't recommend the iced Vietnamese coffee- just didn't taster good or right especially Not for the price! Service is good and quick. Convenient that it's open 24/7

Royal donuts is the heart of the valley. I work late nights and they are always open and helpful. They make the BEST breakfast sandwiches with real food. Better than any fast food. The prices are fair as well. Thank you so much to the staff at royal donuts. they are always working hard and are always so kind.

I had the strawberry donut, and it was alright. The icing was too thick, and the donut itself was a bit stale. The flavor was not very strong. It was an okay experience, but nothing special. I expected more freshness.

Was craving late night donuts and was so excited to see a spot open 24/7! They had a great variety of donuts - I opted for the chocolate glaze and maple glaze. I recommend heating them up if you can because the one I put in my toaster oven was better than having it as is. They have a big menu in addition to donuts with speciality drinks, breakfast sandwiches, etc There's also a parking lot for extra convenience!

My favorite donut shop of all times I recommend the ham and cheese croissant or a B6. I recommend Steven and his family to get the most business from the valley out of any donut shop. It is my favorite donut shop since I've been visiting since I have been a kid. Understanding what it's like to own a business and operate one they do the best job. I recommend to any family friends out there to stop and visit Royal donuts, Fallbrook and victory.

Good quick service offering tasty treats and drinks. Only downside is the small parking lot however if you go during off peak hours you should not have a problem. Don't forget they're also on Uber Eats.

The employees are Rude as F ***. No customer service whatsoever but the donuts are really good !! 10/10 donuts 0/10 customer service. Would suggest ordering through door dash for pick up so you don't have to deal with rude people ruining your day.

You have to go to this place if you're looking for a delicious sandwich, donut, coffee, or boba! My favorites are the turkey sandwiches on bread, croissant, or bagel, the apple fritters, and the blueberry banana boba! It's absolutely fire! The service is great as they keep it nice and easy, and there's never too long of a wait. The only negative here is the parking in the plaza as it can be difficult at times (full parking or if spots available they can be pretty tight). Of course this part of the review is not on Royal Donuts, and unfortunately, just a result of the limited space available.

As soon as you walk in youre hit with the smell of fresh donuts and baked goods which is how you know this place has good dtuff. The donuts and drinks are really good. The donuts are fresh, fluffy, and delicious. Not overly sweet. The worst part is the service and the scam they tried to pull on me today. I've always used cash or debit card to pay and it would be the and price. $10 cash or $10 debit.... today my total was $12 but I was charged $14.23 due to a service charge for using my debit card... there's no sign posted and no one said anything about a service charge. This is a SCAM they try to pull since they dont give you a receipt either. I'll still come for the donuts and coffee but BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN FEES.

Bad service! I was waiting to get helped while all the workers were in the back. When someone else came into the donut shop they went ahead and help him first and completely ignore that I was standing there waiting!!

This donut shop has some of the best donuts in the entire San Fernando Valley! The donuts are soft, fresh and very tasty. The customer service is always great too. They also have delicious smoothies to pair the donuts with. I highly recommend this place!

Donuts are amazing every time! Soft donuts and not too sweet, low key perfect. Service is good, I think it's family owned.

The boba here is fantastic, and it's the main reason I keep coming back. If you can, I highly recommend going in person--especially because ordering "extra boba" online inexplicably turns a $7 drink into a $15 one. On multiple occasions, I've placed food orders for pick-up, only to arrive and find they're just starting to prepare it. The whole point of ordering ahead is to have it ready, and it's frustrating when that doesn't happen, especially when my food is already paid for. Even waiting until the app says the order is ready doesn't help--I still end up waiting. That said, the boba is so good it keeps me coming back, and if you're visiting in person and not in a rush, it's fine. I would've given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the pick-up delays and the steep price hike for extra boba. As it stands, it's a solid 4-star spot. One more note: pay attention to the time and day you visit, as the inside is small and gets crowded during busy hours.

Coffee and breakfast sandwiches is amazing! Very nice mom and pop with specialty sandwiches, juice, and love love the coffee. The best coffee at a donut shop.

I've never had a bad donut at this place. I usually come here after work or a little later and their donuts have stayed fresh throughout the day. Parking can be a drag since it's located in a small plaza with small/compact parking spaces. But there are usually construction workers with their big trucks parked here. If you have a smaller car, you should be fine, but driving an Escalade might be a bit of an issue finding parking

Open 24/7, highly recommend! Has good donuts and boba/smoothies for a good price. I'd recommend to get the strawberry banana boba or the blended coffee boba. And any donut that you'd like! I like that you can order pick up. The only thing that sucks, sometimes you cannot find parking in the parking lot since there aren't enough spots.

Great small business, always feel fresh when I get my food. I really enjoy the family that operates the place very pleasant. Would recommend to everyone I know.

How can you not love a 24/7 donut & boba shop? They have sandwich offerings too. I've been a few times and at all hours. Same couple working there every time. They are friendly always, even when at night their clientele is often a crowd of drunk teenagers. There is no ambiance. Which is in keeping with what you'd expect of a 24/7 shop, which manages to have fresh homemade donuts and everything else, at all times. I've ordered a coffee a couple of times, and the guy (owner I'm guessing) insists on making a fresh pot. This place is a gem.

This is absolutely the best donut shop. Everything is delicious. The Boba shakes are amazing and the prices are great. Dunkin' Donuts can't even compare to the quality of Royal donuts. The family that owns it is fantastic and they literally were seven days a week so I like to support them.

Royal Donuts is a gem! I've been here a couple of times to grab some donuts and boba. Their donuts are always freshly made. I highly recommend their almond cinnamon donut... absolutely delicious! I've never had it at any other donut shop. As for the boba, they have a variety of different flavors and give the option of blended or on the rocks. I've never tried their sandwiches and always tell myself I'll be back to try. Overall, the customer service, donuts, and drinks are great!

Very average for donut shops. Nothing special but the plaza has lots homeless during the night . Make sure you don't come alone . Service is very slow so be prepared you will spend some time there.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer service, cleanliness and availability of the donuts that I wanted. I was the only one so I was in and out. Nothing special on the donuts. But next time I am around the area, I will try their Boba tea. Yelp people are raving about it. Private parking, small one too. There is a walking distance parking nearby though.

This business deserves all the five star reviews! Not only were these donuts amazingly fresh they tasted fresh the next day too which to me means they likely make everything fresh to serve and that makes all the difference. We also ordered the croissant egg sandwiches and the female employee at the front said she needed to take some time to make it with love, and boy did she, they were flavorful and quite large. Thank you for the wonderful food and service!

Best donuts in LA! Couldn't recommend this more, food is amazing and on par with their amazing service. Royal donuts is open 24hr so whether your just hungry at night, or want a breakfast to start your morning Royal Donuts is for you. Would recommend 10/10.

Donuts are good, but the sandwiches and drinks are amazing... breakfast and lunch sandwiches and boba/slushees/ smoothies are what this place exceeds at... a must try

This spot is so underrated, they have never once let me down in years. The boba comes in a pretty big size and my all time favorite sandwich always tastes like homemade goodness.

I love their boba here , I probably have too many special requests , so thank you for dealing with me lol. They are always helpful and kind. My favorites so far are the mocha boba (with no ice cream added) And the strawberry banana with peanut butter , (no ice cream added )

I have been coming here since I was a young teenager and will be coming here for a long time to come. Great selection of fresh boba drinks, refrigerated beverages and of course the donuts are always fresh.

Well, I had a craving at 4:30am for a fresh doughnut. I have been here a bunch of times but never had them warm....WOW they are fantastic! Their doughnuts are always flavorful, but the real test is when thy are warm, they are awesome! Not as good as a warm Krispy Kreme...in my opinion nothing is but I'm not driving 35 minutes to have a couple. This place great, family owned and they are really friendly. I got the Glazed and Chocolate, it was so warm that they couldn't put it in a bag. A MUST GO ESPECIALLY AT 5AM.

It's been quite the mission finding a legitimate donut dealer since I've moved to LA and these shops are not scarce here with all of those fancy little snack shops popping up left and right in downtown serving cereal covered disappointments. All I wanted was a mom and pop owned bakery that made basic donuts the right way - nothing fancy, just original recipes that don't cost an almond croissant wrapped in gold foil at Botegga Louie. We walked out with a classic pink sprinkle and Boston cream donut. I knew right away after Yelping this gem as we noticed it driving by that it would not let us down just merely based on the photos. We know who makes the best donuts around town and damn, we were not wrong! It felt like a poor suggestion at first and I thought quietly to myself, "hmm it's a bit late to roll in at 5:30 pm for a diabetic delight but what the heck", I was out of town so I let myself go tonight. I asked the trustworthy Asian woman who served us if the chocolate one with the custard inside was worth picking, her brutal honesty had me straying away. So I move onto the raspberry jelly donut, (always my secondary choice) and she didn't sell me on that one either complaining that she was tired of the aromas and would rather have the baby holes to get by another day. Hell naw, I came here for the real deal donuts, not bird crumbs. I love those little donut balls by the way but a Costco sample wouldn't have cut it. I am so glad I didn't listen to her and went with my gut feeling instead and guess what? It was the best chocolate glazed custard filled donut I've had in years! My sidekick was also pleased with the pink sprinkly donut. Both donuts for $2.25 + $1.00 tip. That's when you know, the "Royalty" does not lie. Worth the trek, worth the surprise, worth it all.

Food is always amazing, service is extremely quick, and every time I leave with a smile. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. This is the only place I go to for Boba, even if it's an hour out of my way. Extremely worth the time and money, every, single, time!!!!

Ordered from postmates (the orders are CLOSED in a bag for delivery) and the BOBA came with NO straws..... so then after paying $25 for having my boba delivered I DRIVE to the store and tell them. They claim they put a straw..... I had to argue with one of the employees to get them to make a new one. Honestly I get mistakes happen but MAKE IT RIGHT. They made me a new one but honestly I expected more. Maybe a coupon for a free one since I wasted my TIME and MONEY for the convenience of delivery.

OMG!!!! Absolutely some of the best donuts I have ever had and no this is not a paid advertisement. I just happen to be a connoisseur of fine donuts and pastries!!! LOL I struggle to find the right descriptive words to explain just help pillowy and cloud like fluff to these yeast donuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I struggle to select which donuts I would have. I think they could see the struggle in my eyes!!! LOL The coffee was excellent and if you are anywhere near I highly recommend you stop in and support this business and eat as many donuts as you possibly can as I tried to! LOL I will absolutely be back next time I'm in town!
