Royal Hideaway Corales Suites

Perfect Place to Unwind We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and ideal for anyone looking to truly relax and unwind. The staff were exceptional — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The suites are spacious and very well equipped, with everything you need and a lovely balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Our kids had a wonderful time, and we loved exploring nearby experiences like the animal and water parks. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the team made it feel incredibly special — such a lovely surprise. A special shout-out to Justyna and Laura for making our breakfasts a true sunshine experience every morning! We left relaxed, happy, and already planning to return.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish at Royal Hideaway Corales Suites. We could not recommend the hotel any higher and we wished we could have stayed there longer than just a week. We would also like to make a special mention to our two wonderful hostesses Justyna and Laura who made our breakfast always enjoyable and we were made to feel extremely welcome and always felt special from our first day to our last. The food and choice was excellent as were all the staff, the maids kept our room tip top at all times and we loved the suite and sea view from our terrace. We had the most amazing family holiday here in June 2025. The hotel is incredible, every tiny detail. The staff from the kind friendly ladies who maintained our room. Their kindness to our children was so lovely. Justyna at the breakfast....the friendliest, most welcoming person we have ever met and all the staff who's smiles and attention to detail were fantastic. The breakfast is the best we have ever had. Every tiny thing about this hotel is 5 star! We couldn't recommend it enough!

Terrible experience. Not customer friendly at all! Booked 4 nights on booking.com. and on arrival at the hotel agreed to an upgrade and an extra night at a special price. They demanded a prepayment, and I obliged. However, having agreed and pre-paid for the upgrade and extra night, the management wanted to charge me a second time for the extra night! The management were not interested in honouring what was agreed. In short, they lied and had no interest in listening to what I had to say even when I told them that what they charged me so far was a lot more than what I would have paid through booking.com! My partner and I ended up having to cut short our trip and incurred additional costs in returning home early. Added to that, during this and my previous stay at this hotel personal items also vanished from the room. Horrible experience. Just about to complain to the hotel owners. Let’s see how they handle my complaint. Ironically, they dropped off a letter in my room during the stay offering me 10% discount on my next visit and this is how they treated me during my stay! Had a perfect holiday celebrating mine and a few friend’s big birthdays. From the moment you get out of the taxi to the moment you check out, the staff go above and beyond. The rooms are bright, roomy, and tastefully furnished, and every amenity is first-rate. Mornings are a treat too—breakfast is superb, and Justyna, the breakfast host, greets you with a radiant smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything is so clean and looked after. All staff are so friendly and have a great sense of humour. We can’t wait to return! Thank you

If I could give 10 stars I would! Stayed in a delux Vila with my family. The service was outstanding- room was cleaned daily to a deep clean standard (in my humble opinion having once managed housekeeping services in 5 star hotels), turn down service daily, the staff at the restaurants/reception/pool were extremely pleasant and helpful! We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of hotel! One of the best holidays we have had!

We often come to this hotel as a family because there are activities and amenities that appeal to each of us. For our youngest daughter, it’s the kids club—she practically never leaves it. My husband and I enjoy the sports activities available both inside and outside the hotel. Each of us finds something we really like. We’re always happy to see familiar staff members who are still working at the hotel. For example, Kristina is someone everyone remembers fondly, as she has been warmly welcoming guests at the breakfast restaurant for years. In short, this is a place where you can truly relax and "recharge your batteries" for everything that comes next. I wish them continued success in their great work. Every time we come—the hotel is full.

This has been the third time we visited Royal Hideaway Corales Suites with our family. Every time it has been a great pleasure staying here. Location wise it is close to the airport (20 min drive) with lots of restaurants close by. Especially in La Caleta you can find plenty of different places to eat during the evening. Breakfast is a must at the hotel; superb quality of many different food choices and great coffee ;-). Hosted by Justyna who is very friendly and gives you a warm welcome every morning! Also, the rest of the staff at the restaurant is always there to ensure you have a great start of the day. Also, due to the distinction between the hotel for adults only (next to Royal Hideaway Corales Suites) you can comfortably enjoy your food with the family as it is a kids friendly setting. Pools are great, never too busy, but lots of seating around it. Fair prices for food when sitting at the pool (Starfish) with professional service. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, not feeling outdated at all. Every room has a large balcony where you can watch the sunset in the evening. Gym facilities are good and not too busy. Would highly recommend the hotel and we’ll definitely return for another holiday next year!
