I visited this restaurant with two of my friends about two weeks ago, and overall, it was quite a memorable experience. We decided to go for three plates of mutton biryani, one plate of kadhai chicken, and three cold drinks to go with the meal. The biryani, without a doubt, was the highlight of the evening. It was extremely fragrant, the rice was long-grained and perfectly cooked, and the flavors were rich and layered. The pieces of mutton were tender and juicy, cooked just right so that they almost melted in the mouth. Every bite carried that authentic biryani aroma, which made it completely satisfying.
The kadhai chicken, on the other hand, was slightly on the oily side, but despite that, the taste did not disappoint. It had the right balance of spices, and the chicken was well-cooked, making it an enjoyable side dish with the biryani.
The restaurant has two seating sections one Non-AC and another AC. The AC section is located upstairs, accessible by a narrow, ladder-like staircase. The staff also mentioned that the AC and Non-AC sections have different rates, which was interesting. We opted for the AC section, and though it was more comfortable, it was also crowded. Because of this, we had to wait around 15–20 minutes before getting a table.
In the end, the food quality and overall dining experience were worth the wait. If you are planning to visit, I would recommend trying the mutton biryani for sure, as it truly lives up to its reputation.
