This place is the cutest, I love it. You’ve got to check it out if you’d love a fun, woodsy, cottagecore-y, purple-y, bunnies everywhere kinda vibe. Or even if you just want a change from the boring modern restaurants these days. It was really a mood boost even entering and waiting for food lol. Bring your date, friend, mom, anyone!
Anyway, the food! I tried the red curry and chose medium cause sometimes Thai places be real scary with their spicy levels lol. This one is not! If you’d consider yourself someone who enjoys spicy, I say go for the spicy! The waitress also kindly offered to bring more spice(?) if medium wasn’t enough, but I just rolled with it.
I think everyone would think the red curry tastes good! It’s just not super impressive if you’ve tried a lot of Thai places. The pork was slightly tough. The rice is sadly a separate item. And the portion was fine. I also tried the taro wontons which are.. interesting. It’s not sweetened, it just is what it is LOL. Idk if that was worth it, but it was fun to try.
The -1 star is for the value overall, I just found it a little pricy but not unreasonable. And if you look too closely, you’ll see some questionable areas like the ceiling lol. But this is all worth it to be served by the delightful ladies and enjoy a good meal in this cozy nest of a restaurant they’ve curated.
Try it! Do it! I hope this place thrives forever!! Also, these are the opinions of a Californian who hasn’t tried other Seattle Thai places so take that into consideration too 😅
