Google
It was good Chinese food. I got the meal for three people, it was more than enough with some leftover. Good overall, the only "negative" is that I couldn't pick the entrees. But the entrees were a good selection.

Google
I’ve been here a few times and everything has always been perfect. The food is great and there are so many options (even vegetarian options too!), they serve you a soup if you dine in and the waiters are super nice. If you’re hesitant about going, take this is as the sign to go, I assure this will be your favorite Chinese place like it is mine.

Google
The service is top notch! Excellent customer service from the waiters Jonathan I didn’t catch the girls name but excellent ! The egg drop soup was good . But you know the chicken teriyaki was not it . The chicken tasted like the chicken had been old or something . Like when you have it frozen for too long . It was bad .my husband had the Taos chicken and it tasted the same . Idk the “lo mein” was like linguine pasta . It was also too too salty. 😞 idk if we went on the wrong day or something … the hype on the reviews was toooo hyped !

Google
Hands down my favorite food in town. Everything we ordered was delicious. No complaints here. Service was also great. I didn’t catch her name but she was really kind and hospitable.

Google
Food tasted decent. Not the best, definitely not the worst. I had the coconut shrimp, which as is on the menu is just a sweet bomb...asked them to add in green bell peppers....really helped. .. Was actually pretty tasty. The hot n sour soup tasted a little sweet and maybe a cpl of days old, but was still okay. Overall, a lot of food for the buck...great prices and a lot of food!

Google
I ordered two lunch specials and a small egg drop soup for delivery. The food was tasty. The coconut shrimp was in some kind of thick sauce (gravy consistency) with pineapple chunks and it was very sweet. The shrimp tasted good with the sweetness but it was more sauce and pineapple than shrimp. I also got beef lo-mein it was tasty I did like it. The soup needed soy sauce for more flavor. From other reviews I saw that there might not be flavor and it was bland until I added the soy sauce. They did not give fortune cookies which was a huge bummer. That’s always a special something you look forward to at the end of the meal. I might order from here again

Google
Food is awesome, made right when you order it, customer service is great in either Spanish or English, you won't be able to find a place with this great Chinese food and excellent service anywhere in El Paso, Las Cruces, or even Mexico.

Yelp
This is my go to place. The quality of the food is always on par with our specific requirements. This establishment does wonderfully and has never gotten our meals wrong.

Yelp
Food is always still hot when delivered, large servings (we have leftovers every time), and very tasty! My favorite is the Kung Pao chicken. My spouse loves the wonton soup.

Yelp
Está es una mala copia de la comida china. Nada original la preparación de la comida todo sabe igual de m.....

Yelp
Ooof. I don't know if all these five star reviews are fake, if they're mostly friends with the staff or if these people have never had good Chinese food? We ordered online and picked up. The parking lot in front of the restaurant was filthy (flag 1) and the interior was no better. Okay, most Chinese takeout restaurants in America aren't known for their interior appeal so I wanted to cut them some slack. The food was 10 minutes late coming out, but it was a large order so again, I cut them some slack. Then we got the food home and ate it and meh, no more slack to be given. The chicken in the General Tso's Chicken dish was barely there. It was just batter upon batter. The Egg Foo Young patties looked more like egg frittatas with no vegetables inside, no noodles, nada. The shrimp & sauce were OK but my dog wouldn't even eat the patties so I had to throw them all out as inedible. A small container of fried rice contained about 5 peas, 4 carrots and 0 eggs. It might as well have been brown rice. One positive - the soups were good. The staff was nice but in my opinion, there are NO actual Chinese owners or cooks. I think a local Tex-Mex person worked in a Chinese restaurant somewhere for about a week, had the idea that he/she could do the same thing on their own and went about approximating the Mexican version of Chinese food based on their visual interpretations. I guess we'll keep searching for good (or at least decent) Chinese in El Paso!

Yelp
A small establishment but it was clean. The staff was kind and attentive. We had orange chicken and Singapore noodles. I love Singapore noodles and it's been a while since I've seen them on a menu so it was a very pleasant surprise. They were delicious. The curry flavor was spot on and there was a nice bit of heat from the spices. The orange chicken was definitely one of the best I've had. This chicken pieces were a decent size and came out still crisp. The sauce wasn't overly sweet and the orange really came through. Over all good experience.

Yelp
I like this place because the personal is very nice and the services are very friendly, especially the young lady in the from desk and the food are really good the cost is good a lot cheaper than other restaurants I like it, delicious chines food here. Thank you!!!

Yelp
For lunch delivery, this place was fast and the food was hot and good. I ordered the pork egg foo young and the portion size was enough for me to same for a second meal. Not bad for free delivery!

Yelp
Stayed home while my husband went on a craving--amazing experience! Attentive, friendly staff and absolutely delicious food. The dumplings, rice, and main dishes were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great Chinese food and good service!! Friendly staff and very clean Seafood soup is my favorite with egg rolls!! Yummy!!

Martin H.

Yelp
Good service and nice portions. Also free soup with any dine in meal. The general tsao's chicken and butterfly shrimp were both very good and we really liked the hit and sour soup.

Yelp
Had been craving Chinese food and we do not have much here in Las Cruces so I looked on Yelp and found Royal Panda. Drove the 40 miles one way ordered a few items, including extra hoisin sauce for the MuShu. Received my order went to the car and found they forgot the extra sauce. There were so many boxes in my bag I assumed everything else was there. Upon arrival home I found they also forgot the sauce for the lemon chicken. I called the restaurant and they offer an order of egg rolls on my next visit. I asked what that does for me as I can not eat the dry fried chicken. No response. I guess bottom line is open each and every box and make sure they included everything you pay for before leaving the restaurant. Food was decent but there is no reason a takeout joint should not get an order completed correctly. Would have given a better review if they had even an oz of concern for trying to rectify the mistake. I won't be driving 80 miles again for this food.

Adriana O.

Yelp
Food is good and the lady waitress is very very nice, would recommend 100%! Off arcraft

Yelp
Went to pick up some food from Royal Pandas Chinese Food, which just opened. First of all, the food was excellent. I apologize for the pictures of the food mostly eaten, but it went fast when the boxes were opened. Royal Pandas just opened and they are clearly working through some early issues, but the food quality is not one of the problems. I arrived at about 11:15 and all the lights were off and the chairs were still on the tables. I tried the door because the times on the door said it was open, which proved true. There were two people in the back, who were both very nice, but not very helpful. The two lunch plates and one dinner plate I ordered took about forty minutes to make, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. I was told that I would be charged when the food was ready, but I believe it was because they didn't know how to use the cash register. That may have been why the food took so long to "cook". Two kids arrived and manned the cash register, which is when I finally got my food and was able to pay. The fountain drink machine didn't have any nozzles on it, and the employees didn't seem to know how to put them back on, luckily I didn't order a drink. There was also a drink cooler for bottled drinks, but it wasn't plugged in and hadn't been stocked. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating, including a large bar seating area down the center of the dining area. I ordered the Orange Chicken plate with white rice and Sweet and Sour plate with fried rice (both in the lunch portions) because that is as adventurous as my wife is willing to be at a new Chinese restaurant. The lunch portions were very reasonable and the food was excellent. The Orange Chicken was spicy but not overwhelmingly so, and the Sweet and Sour sauce was not too sweet, as is occasionally the case. The fried rice was very good, and saltier that is typically the case, which I liked, and the white rice was good as well. The Egg Rolls were excellent and surprisingly my 2 year old liked them too. My wife really enjoyed everything I brought her, except my plate which she wouldn't try. I also ordered the Seafood Delight dinner plate with fried rice (not available in lunch plate size) because I have to try different stuff, it's a compulsion. It was fantastic, great portion size and full of all the good stuff! It was a nice sampling of their seafood options, except the squid which I will try next time. I will definitely be back to this restaurant, but if the issues haven't improved in the next few visits I'll probably have to call it. Please give Royal Panda a try and let me know how much they have, hopefully, improved.

Yelp
Best Chinese food we have had in El Paso. Fast delivery and reasonable prices for huge portions

Yelp
This place is really good, I am sometimes Unsure of Chinese delivery and takeout because I've had plenty that weren't good. Royal Pandas is the exception, I always enjoy their food, not super salty like some Chinese food can be, good quantities and quick delivery service. Definitely a go to when you don't know what's for dinner

Vanessa M.

Yelp
The food is delicious and the portions are huge! The staff is friendly and are very fast with getting the order ready.

Casey A.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and was in the mood for some Chinese take out. Royal Pandas did not disappoint! Piping hot, fresh food and delivery is nice!

Yelp
Bruh this place is trash blash, do not buy food from this establishment. The teriyaki chicken tastes like donkey d*** and the orange chicken is chewier than a god dang chew toy. The rice tastes like sand and is more bland than cardboard. If I could give it zero stars I would. The ONLY redeeming factor was the eggroll. But not even the "eggiest of rolls" could save the experience

Yelp
We ordered for delivery and had some issues with ordering as far as understanding the orders and address. However, the food was fantastic! I got the honey walnut shrimp and it was phenomenal.

Yelp
Super delicious!!!! Great service clean facility and great ambience. I ordered the king pap chicken and had just the right amount of spice. The hot and sour soup hit just the spot. I will definitely become a regular here.

Juan A.

Yelp
Great food, great service and a nice cozy place. We ordered from the lunch menu and the portions were exactly what we needed. If you want bigger portions, go with the dinner plates. Both ladies were great but specially Corey who was an awesome host. We ordered General T'sao and Hunan Chicken. Flavor was great on both of our plates. 100% recommended.

Yelp
Tried out their lunch special because thre prices seemed reasonable and the kids were begging for chinese. And oh my goodness were we blown away! They have great service, offer free delivery, the meal portions were large enough for seconds, and everything tasted amazing!!
google avatar

Erika A.

Yelp
We enjoyed all dishes we ordered at this new restaurant conveniently located close to home. Everything was fresh and proportions were generous. The only miss was the fried rice. Everything else was delicious. It is worth having, we will definitely go back.

Yelp
Easy seating. Prompt service. Starts with choice of soup. Lots of soup. Entrees came quickly. After the soup, we should have split a single entree. Generals chicken is sweet. Kung Paso with lots of veggies and peanuts. Nothing over the top spicy.
google avatar

Violet M.

Yelp
Very friendly and are very attentive in all, my glass did not go empty once! I had the sweet and sour shrimp with soup and it was cooked perfectly. I was asked multiple times if everything was good. I love how friendly and attentive they are! Will definitely come here again!!

Yelp
We ordered from here for a dinner for my husband, his parents, the kids and I. We only live a couple blocks away so we ordered, waited 5 minutes then went to get the order. The order was ready, but when we got home everything was ice cold. I called and told them, and they said they just said "sorry". No remake, no refund.

Luz R.

Yelp
We were hungry and decided to order some to go. We ordered orange chicken and fried rice with some egg rolls and it was good definitely would recommend and order from here again.

Yelp
I found a pretty good spot for Chinese food that delivers to the house. I ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice and three egg rolls. It was $17 and this included a tip. I would say the amount of food was good for two people, maybe even three. The food was tasty and delivered hot and fresh. All of it had a good flavor. It was also delivered in a timely manner. It's pricier than other places I've ordered from. However, the food tastes better than other places. Their menu is huge! I had a hard time deciding what to order. I was torn between beef and broccoli or sesame chicken. I typically order one of those. It would've been great if they offered both entrees together but they don't. I would have to buy each one separately. The food was just for me so that would've been way too much with both entrees...plus more dinero! I'd be stuck with leftovers for days! Next time I order, I think I'll try the sesame chicken. My boyfriend likes chicken fried rice so I may order this too if he's around. This was a great experience all around! I'll be ordering again!

Alexandria M.

Yelp
Very delicious restaurant with a wide variety to choose from, and it is all freshly made. I wish they would add a few more vegetarian/vegan options though. I've ordered the noodles, sesame tofu, and general taos tofu and I've enjoyed it all.

Karla M.

Yelp
This place is very underrated. It is absolutely delicious and the staff is very kind. They are taking many covid precautions and everything seems very clean. Best Chinese food in El Paso

David R.

Yelp
This is the worst establishment I have ever been to in my living life. I walked in with my gf, and the chef and his buddies could not stop inappropriately looking at my wife while they were eating on their table. After we sat down they continued. We have never felt so comfortable. After we ordered the chef took his time and didn't get up to prepared our food. As a man I did not allow this type of behavior continue towards my gf. I stared at the men. Apparently one of them was offended by my stare. He pulled his pocket knife out and opened it at me and my wife. Needless to say we left before our food arrived, and we will never go there again.

Amanda B.

Yelp
We found a flyer for Royal Pandas in our front door and were excited they offer free delivery in Santa Teresa! Gave them a try today and it was great! Portions were very large, chicken was all white meat, and delivery was speedy! They even packed the lemon sauce on the side so it wouldn't get soggy. We have so many new options just up the street by the new Wal Mart but let's not forget to support our small, local business, too!

Rudy F.

Yelp
Just enjoyed a late lunch at Royal Pandas, the general chicken and the dumplings were great. The hot and sour soup was amazing and had a taste ive never had before in other places. The service was also amazing and extremely polite. Definetly going to be coming back.

David P.

Yelp
Used Grubhub to try this restaurant. Poor food. There are so many places that are much better. Stay away

Marc R.

Yelp
The Sezchuan beef was excellent. Beef fried rice was good. Egg rolls, awesome. The only problem I have is the hot mustard, weak, weak, weak! Otherwise I will be in again, I will bring the mustard!
