I don’t get how our travel agent called this a five star resort. It’s about the quality of a Best Western. The rooms are absolutely pathetic with low ceilings, tiny, horrid soundproofing, the lobby is “ok,” nothing special whatsoever. The front desk isn’t helpful. I don’t know if they’re even trying, but when you come from a Ritz Carlton where they’ll do anything to make you happy and accommodate your needs, and this place hands you a brochure like “figure it out,” that’s Best Western quality. I don’t know why anyone would stay here. I flat out think it sucks. Maybe this is good for Singapore?! The hotels in Bali are way better and it’s a third world country.
