Royal Plaza On Scotts

It was one of my favorite hotel in the past But unfortunately I observed a degradation The room stills hold, no environmental policy (6 plastic bottles when tetra pack can be used ) At The restaurant, the food has lower quality in the past(fruit, meat, etc...), Music and restaurant are too noisy but the price still the same : too expensive To be honest you can find better hotel in the same area. the only. The only positive point is the employees. They keep the smile and are goodwill. Perhaps I will come one day but not this year.

I don’t get how our travel agent called this a five star resort. It’s about the quality of a Best Western. The rooms are absolutely pathetic with low ceilings, tiny, horrid soundproofing, the lobby is “ok,” nothing special whatsoever. The front desk isn’t helpful. I don’t know if they’re even trying, but when you come from a Ritz Carlton where they’ll do anything to make you happy and accommodate your needs, and this place hands you a brochure like “figure it out,” that’s Best Western quality. I don’t know why anyone would stay here. I flat out think it sucks. Maybe this is good for Singapore?! The hotels in Bali are way better and it’s a third world country.

The most horrible hotel! Zero soundproofing, traffic noise and next room TV the whole day. The reception refuse to provide bath towel and insisted that I can re-use the same bath towel for 3 days!!

Very large busstop right across from far east plaza, and in front of Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel. The shelter is a little disjointed, but it covers most of the way if you're stuck somewhere nearby. The signage boards are helpful, and there are quite a bit of seats.

Horrible service, nobody ever picks up the phone. You have to fall reception 5x to get someone to pick the phone up. The food is horrible, 1/10 honestly. They don’t provide you with any plates or even wine glasses. The rooms are quite nice.

Nice ambience. Spacious walk path. Very systematic. Good food. Really enjoy everytime we came here. Good tasty desserts. Ample carpark.
