"Directly across the street from Constitution Beach, Royal’s Roast Beef has been serving the East Boston community since 1979 with a variety of sandwiches and wraps, salads, and seafood dishes. The unpretentious restaurant has a recently renovated dining area and takeout and delivery are available. Although famous for its seafood combination dinners, with clams, scallops, shrimp, haddock, and onion rings, and steak and cheese subs, the roast beef sandwiches are what put Royal’s on the map." - Nick DiStefano

The owner and staff are very nice. The place is clean and very easy to find. Ample parking space. The food is outstanding 👌 Fresh, juicy scallops, shrimps, clams, and fishes with crispy light batter coated them. Fries perfectly fried. I love the cole slaw. Wish their tartar sauce given in big portion. We came too early for lunch, but it was actually perfect since people were lined before noon. Most of them look like regular customer. It has the vibe of neighborhood diner. If they have a bigger sitting area, it would have been perfect 👌

Google
Not the place to sit down and eat, for me personally. I order takeout! My go to is the steak and cheese sub with extra cheese, ketchup, mayo, hots. The bread is so soft and SO big .. I usually save half for later.

Google
The staffs, the food always have been the same. Very tasty. The flavors continues to be still the same. We will always come back from Florida. The best restaurant!!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Google
Love this place!! I go in with my 90 year old father he and I love the haddock I don’t know what they do to it? but it is delicious. Also, what else is really good clam plate! So yummy 😋 And the service is always is amazing just like their food!

Google
Didn't even know this place existed since I'm not in East Boston that often, but I was surprised. Roast Beef was juicy and tender, they didn't skimp on the toppings as well. Atmosphere is a bit generic but can't argue with good food and quick service.

Google
1st time here, and it won't be my last! The seafood is amazing and fresh. Got fisherman's platter, and I have enough for another meal lol. The owner and staff was so nice and welcoming. Best thing is they are T accessible (blue line). I will troop for excellent food and this is my new spot. Sorry Kelly's I have to go where the best seafood is...

Google
I ordered the combination seafood platter, clam chowder, and buffalo wings through Uber eats. I was excited to try this place as I heard good things from my colleagues and the staff at the hotel who are regulars. I was really disappointed to find that my platter was missing a side and my buffalo wings were missing the blue cheese dip. Unfortunately I have found that when ordering from a hotel room, restaurants always seem to conveniently forget a few items as they think we will never return. I'm a flight attendant and I come to Boston often. I'll be sure to tell my colleagues to think twice before ordering online from here. I don't appreciate restaurants ripping visitors off like that. Other than that, good effort was made to keep the food warm. The deep fried items were okay. Clam chowder was good. Buffalo wings were soggy and too sour, and that blue cheese would have saved it if they had included it. I paid over 70 USD for an underwhelming experience. Uber refunded me a measly 2 USD for the inconvenience. Next week when I'm back in Boston I'll get my seafood fix elsewhere.

Google
Went based on the awesome reviews, but maybe everyone here likes bland, unseasoned fish? I'll give the place some credit though, my husband said the tartar sauce was excellent (I don't eat it), the portions were large, the food was hot and the fish tasted fresh. But when you are cooking a white fish like haddock, everyone knows the fish itself is mostly tasteless so the seasoning is what makes it great. There was zero seasoning, not even salt and pepper, in the breading. They just did a plain flour breading and fried it. I tolerated a few of the fish bites before I gave up trying to enjoy it, and that was after I added some salt and pepper myself. It wasn't worth the $18 for the plate. But again, if you're dipping it into the tartar, then you'll probably enjoy it. I think we are just spoiled with great tasting fish being from NC.

Yelp
Thought I was going for a HOT roast beef sandy. Ordered a roast beef to go. Get in the car to leave and open up a freezing cold sandwich. Figured it was a hot roast beef type of joint but I was completely wrong. Somone bring back Pete's please

Jim C.

Yelp
Typical sub shop/roast beef joint. Beef is excellent and service is very good. Atmosphere is as you would expect but clean The one thing that makes this special is who I assume is the manager who is behind the counter. He greets all customers and appears to know many of the locals. All the while he is jumping in to help out and is like a conductor directing the operations. They have one of those POS systems that pushes the tip screen. He and his staff immediately bypass it

Mack G.

Yelp
Went on a date with a broad who said this was her favorite beefery. I had to investigate the matter. Nice people and they appeared quite busy, but the beef game is not happening here unfortunately. Perhaps they have other delicacies that rank high, the 2 junior beefs I ordered were not.

Beth B.

Yelp
My go-to for quick and delicious local seafood. The broiled haddock is amazing and always perfectly toasted on top and moist in the flesh. Their rice pilaf is also very good. And wherever they get their brownies from is also fantastic! Would buy their tarter sauce by the gallon if I could.

Trevor W.

Yelp
Not as good as it used to be! Given Royal 2 shots post re-opening and I have to be honest and say I'm disappointed. Both times, the beef has been over cooked and a bit crispy. It also seems like they chop it up after shaving it which isn't common for a New England roast beef sandwich. I've gotten a different type of fry each visit. While there cheapest fry option is $4, which is kind of expensive, it's definitely a 2 person serving. The old fries werent anything to write home about but certainly not bad. The new fries were soggy, and not cooked nearly enough, or perhaps at the correct oil temp. I wanted to like Royal again but sadly , there are better places to go in the area.

Robert S.

Yelp
This place is always consistent!! Great Seafood and Roast beef. I'm a big fan of this seafood platters. Always fresh, any combination. Great price!

Kelsey C.

Yelp
This is hands down the best roast beef I have ever had! It was full of flavor and juicy and the meat was so tender. I subbed onion rings for fries and it was a huge amount. They were pretty good. The menu has so many options I feel like there is something for everyone!

Connor S.

Yelp
I just ordered from here 7/22/23 and while the food smells fantastic and I'm sure is classic wicked good Eastie eats, even if you aren't particularly hungry you should go just for my man Marcelo. This dude is aggressively pleasant. Like, I just walked in, not even sure how to have human interactions cause I'm tired and worn out. And I think we all generally feel like that these days in some capacity and if you don't then you should at least have the decency to pretend like you do from time to time when the rest of us are complaining about it. Anyway, people who have to deal with people (cashiers, the people who make your food and clean up after you and drive your buses and your Ubers, teach your kids and take care of you when you get sick or clean up the hospital beds after all the nurses and doctors leave) have every right to be misanthropic and so I wasn't expecting to walk in and get clam strips and a soothing balm of cordiality to assuage my malaise. By that is apparently what is being offered at Royal Roast Beef and Seafood; food, ambiance, and service from the minute you open the door to the moment you are going to your car to retrieve a pen cause you don't want to forget Marcelo's name because who is that polite these days? Yelp is arguably stupid but someone should call that kid out so his bosses know what kind work he is putting in and the see the value of him.

Nicole S.

Yelp
Terrible. I asked for the meat to be rare 3 way light Mayo. The meat was all chopped up not sliced. Tasted old. It was inedible. So disappointed.

Kevin H.

Yelp
Best roast beef in Boston? Could friggan' be! Delicious beefs, and John, I believe the owner (or at least part of the family that runs it) is a gem to the community, amazing how he seems to know every one of his loyal customers. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, thumbs up all around

Elin-Mari H.

Yelp
What an amazing find. The menu is varied and the food was great. Portions were very big, but the best taste of the food. Fish tasted like it was right out of the ocean The place was clean and the staff friendly.

nicole c.

Yelp
These motts sticks were $11.50!!!!!!! I can never go back. Not because I can't afford it but because of principle. I'm shook.

Tom R.

Yelp
What happened to the ROAST BEEF ? Last three visits (all after 6 pm ) the beef was cut way too thick or not the same grade used before or Covid staffing issues happened ! What ever the case I'm gonna wait to go back . Not goood. Ps my previous review was the last 20 YEARS of visiting this place !!!!! Come on

Jessica B.

Yelp
Food tastes same as before they closed. Horrible. Oil smells like it's constantly being reused.

Mike N.

Yelp
Ever since they reopened their food has lacked the quality they used to have. I've been here 4 or 5 times since they reopened. My go to order was the roast beef combo. The french fries are totally different than before. They taste like they have been frozen and reheated, and the beef sandwich is now just a mess.

Rebecca L.

Yelp
Visiting from Texas. Found this place on yelp. Got the super beef (number 1) with the sauces done 3 way (mayo, bbq, and 1 other sauce). It is so delicious. Best roast beef sandwich I have ever had. I added cheese to my fries and it was really good. My boyfriend got a fish sub and it tasted really good with the onions they put. Very close walk from the beach. Short drive from the airport.

Jackie V.

Yelp
They get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every time I call back and say I want what I ordered to be delivered it takes over an hour after already waiting for it to be deliver the first time!

David S.

Yelp
Probably the best roast beef in the area. Definitely not the best I've had but it's always consistent and the flavor of the beef is amazing. Could definitely be a little more consistent with the temperature of the beef. Usually between medium and well done but the flavor and service is on point.

Stevie B.

Yelp
After a bit of a hiatus Royal is back and better than ever! Super beef with sauce and cheese - oh yeah! Get some!

Anthony F.

Yelp
The Buffalo chicken fingers are the absolute best. Beef is good, not the best, but very good. The grilled chicken is fantastic, especially on the kabob salad. Salad dressing is fantastic but they don't give you enough, even if you order extra. Sea food is pretty good too.

Marie R.

Yelp
I've been to this place many times before and after there hiatus. The roast beef since their return has been really good. Today I ordered chicken fingers and they were awful. It looks like their chicken fingers might be homemade, but that doesn't mean they are good. They were super thick, under seasoned, and had the chicken tendon going through all of them. I'd recommend they just go with basic chicken fingers than making these homemade horrible ones.

Jordan C.

Yelp
Restaurant was clean and well lit, staff was friendly. Ordered clams, roast beef and fish. Fish did not taste fresh. Clams had heavy breading, and were a little tough. Fries were soggy. Roast beef was pretty good, and on par with Zeno's in Ipswich. The roast beef comes plain, so be sure to ask for horseradish, bbq, mayo, or whatever.

Jana C.

Yelp
Just flew into Logan, tired---Friday evening. After departing Thrifty car rental, found this extremely popular hybrid between fast food joint and diner that was rather decent----in Orient Heights of East Boston, close to that historic roundabout. Super casual food like fishburgers, fish and chips, roast beef, fried shrimp, grilled salmon, etc. Reco those---skip the clam chowder---thin and watery for my tastes. Homemade baklava for $2 Tons of customers came in during the half hour we were there for our little mini chowdown before heading for the Cape.

Yelp
Food: 1.) Super roast beef on onion roll - Had it w/ fried onions and mayo. Very good, like this a lot. i haven't had that many roast beef sandwiches before so am not the best judge but I enjoyed it a lot. The beef was moist and not tough. Easy to bit into and flavorful 2.) Super pastrami on onion roll - Pretty large size and very good. It's not as stringy with fat as other places. This one had a very good portion in the roll and love the flavor. 3.) large clam strip box - Can't really go wrong with fried clam strips. This place gives a good portion for $12. 4:) Tarter sauce is key. Very good, thick with good sized chunks of pickles. Definitely worth a try. Ambiance/environment: 1.) Casual settings, 6-8 tables seating 4. Mostly a take out place with the lines. Small flat screen wall mounted for diners. Two cashiers up front that will repeat your order to make sure it's correct.

Cory W.

Yelp
Conflicting feelings about this spot. I ordered delivery and was sooooo hungry that seafood sounded super good, but I also felt like I had to order this roast beef everyone was talking about. In order to save time deciding I ordered both. To be more specific I ordered the clam strip plate and the regular roast beef sandwich with provolone, fried onions, mushrooms, mayo and per the very kind person that took my order over the phone's suggestion, bbq sauce on the side. As I said the girl that answered the phone was super nice and even though she said it would arrive in 30 minutes I would swear that it arrived even sooner than that. The delivery guy was also very friendly and the food arrived as ordered (except for an extra tartar sauce thrown in the bag, how did they know?!) and was hot crispy and fresh. So by now you are probably wondering...sooooo why only 3 stars then?! Well here is the hard truth...the clam strips were a super let down, it seemed like they were all breading and I didn't taste much clam just fried batter strips in fact I didn't taste much at all and even salting didn't help. Good thing the tartar sauce was other worldly because I used it to also dip my fries in but I barely ate any of the clam strips yuck :( Now back to the good stuff...this roast beef...I was kind of saving this for the next day since I wasnt going to have time to pick up any food the next day for lunch but I knew I had to taste it hot and fresh like it was meant to be in order to properly judge it. So I decided to eat a couple bites of it right then and there and man was it delicious. Im not sure what kind of mayo they use on their sandwiches but I probably would have drank it would they have given me the opportunity. I'm glad that I got the bbq sauce on the side though because a little went a long way. Then I packed it in my bag the next day and it sat in there for a good 4 or so hours until I pulled it out. How is it possible that it was even better the next day at room temperature?! I guess the flavors had melded or something magical. So the moral of this story is...I WILL eat here again, but I now know what to get and what not to get.

Lydia F.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places for shrimp plates and fries everything fresh and well cooked and the taste is unbelievable. The service is quick too so don't hesitate twice on coming. They also have parking so take the time to drop by for roast beef I heard they're really good too.

Ouezzanie K.

Yelp
I was disappointed from my last visit. I visit this location frequently and last time, I couldn't eat my sub. I ordered a fish sub and unfortunately they burned the bread. I ordered it to go, when I got home, I was shocked. How could they serve burned bread to a customer. Very disappointing.

Abe B.

Yelp
Royal has some super tasty roast beef sandwiches! It's a small restaurant and a little dated, but they know how to cook! There has been a steady stream of customers for the last hour and many folks get the food to go, so the restaurant looks empty. I tried the Super Roast Beef on an onion roll and it's one of the best I have eaten. The roast beef is prepared from solid slabs of beef, sliced fresh, and cooked to perfection! The fries are fresh cut as well and very crispy. You won't be disappointed when you too them with cheese and bacon!

Kathi W.

Yelp
Love love love the steak tip Caesar salad. BUT when I ask for NO croutons and it is on my receipt, why did I get extra croutons?

Michael M.

Yelp
I was recommend this place by a local that works at a nearby hotel. He said he eats here all the time. (Plus he's a San Antonio Spurs fan from Boston) smart man! Lol. Ok so about the food. The roast beef was amazing. You can add your own sauce and cheese just the way you want I recommend the super beef. I also ordered the bacon cheese fries and wow that was a lot of food for one person! I ended up take some back to the hotel for a snack later but it's defiantly best for a group of people. Overall friendly staff, small place in coming back for another sandwich!

Al D.

Yelp
This is real beef, not the pressed slop that is often served at chain restaurants. My sandwich must had close to a half pound of succulent meat. The haddock is served piping hot, and it was quite good. The employees were friendly. Eat local and independent - eat at Royal.

Jack M.

Yelp
The Establishment: When I walked in the vibe was just like any of the RB joints you see up North. Clean floors and tables and massive flat-screens behind the counter showing the menu. Really fast service, literally took two minutes to fill my order. I went with the Superbeef (3-way) Let me start my review breaking the sandwich down by layer. The Bread- The roll itself was soft and Tasty. The only downside I found was the lack of onion bits, this resulted in the onion taste to only be present in a few bites. Overall the flavor was there. The BBQ Sauce- The BBQ sauce was strong, very zesty and alot of it. The flavor was there The Meat- Royal roast beef hit the ball out of the park with the roast beef. All the meat was a light pink shade which is the obvious result of a perfectly cooked roast. Every slice was evenly distributed on the roll which made every bite full. The flavor was there. The Cheese- The sandwich came with one slice of white american cheese. With a sandwich of this size I would have liked to see 2 slices. Overall the flavor was there. The Mayo- The mayo was smeared edge to edge but was a bit thin. Nothing more to be said about the mayo. The flavor was there. Overall this sandwich receives a 4/5 star rating. It was the fastest Superbeef 3W ive ever had.

Robyn T.

Yelp
Let me share some advice, when you're in the mood for a heaping pile of fried anything, this is the place to go. Sometimes you just don't want a small side salad and need to clog your arteries and loosen the belt a bit. The atmosphere of this place is more like a clam shack or fast food, where you order at the counter and find a booth. The prices are pretty reasonable for seafood and the portions are astronomical. I'm a huge eater and I could only put away about half of my fried shrimp platter. The shrimp was plump and fresh, and had a nice batter. Also the few fried clams I had were quite tasty as well. I know there are several similar places in the Boston area and they are hit or miss. Lucky for me, this one is a hit.

Nate G.

Yelp
Meatball sub was horrible! The cheese was hard, and the sauce tasted like it had Texas Pete in it. Although, I do love their roast beef sandwiches.

Peter R.

Yelp
Can't give any stars because they wouldn't take my late night order. Mind you I called at 11:33pm, on my way over. Called again at 11:43pm and then 11:48pm right before I walked in only to be told they were closed. Simple question- is that how you treat customers? And the answer is Yes. Won't come back with so many options in the area.

Julie R.

Yelp
Super Roast Beef sandwich! Get it on an onion roll with everything on it, you will not be dissapointed. I saw some great reviews for this place here and decided to stop in for a casual lunch. I had the roast beef special #1, as I described above, it was great. For $7.50 you get a huge packed sandwich with a side of fries. I planned to split the sandwich with my boyfriend along with some fried seafood. Sandwich was 5 stars! Fries were ok. They could of been done a little longer. We also got the fried clam strips. I wasn't that much of a fan cause I thought they would be the whole clam (didn't know they were just parts off the clam) but he liked them. The home made tarter sauce was great. I rate this roast beef sandwich over Kelly's. The beef was tastier, the onion roll rocks, and it was nicely constructed. Service was friendly. The prices are a steal. There is a nice park/small beach across the street, I suggest getting some stuff to go and eating it at the park overlooking the water. Update: Returned shortly after to have the fried clam bellies. They surely were mightly and outstanding! The small boat portion was enough to satisfy a craving for 2. The seafood was fresh. Tarter sauce was memorable. This place is always busy and I know why now!

Dale N.

Yelp
I know it's a roast beef place, but I come here for the chicken fingers. They are huge, homemade and delicious. A dinner plate can easily feed two people - ordering two is a mistake I've made too many times. Don't let the place fool you. I looks a bit rundown, but it's very clean inside. The staff is super nice and the food is all prepared fresh. Be warned though - it's not cheap and boarders on too expensive. Food for two is almost always $30 or so.

Dan G.

Yelp
I absolutely love Royal...and love that their delivery to Winthrop is really fast. I always get roast beef with BBQ sauce and its amazing. Their Junior is pretty big, so if youre REALLY hungry go with the super. Its huge you can barely pick it up. The fish sandwhich is also really good. I love their coleslaw..its not saturated in mayo, but i think its a clear dressing. Something is different and i love it. The buffalo chicken is also really good. It has a hit of sweetness but like i said..is really good. Portion sizes are pretty big. I never even had Kelly's becuase im happy with Royal.

Eric W.

Yelp
First time here a couple weeks back and loved the beef. Will definitely return. featured the restaurant in my food blog with other great beef spots. Check it out! http://bit.ly/2rRWYAG

Kate P.

Yelp
If you're looking for a delicious meal and friendly staff? Then come to Royals. I will often come to Royals to order specifically their seafood. Their haddock, clam strips, and calamari is delicious. I have yet to try any of their other seafood choices. The only thing I wish they would change is putting the seafood right on top of the fries or onion rings (when it is a to go item). Most of the time the fries and onion rings are completely soggy and not edible. Royals has such a variety on their menu, anyone can find something that they would like to eat. The establishment itself is clean and spacious. They have a parking lot beside the building.

Jefferson L.

Yelp
Junior roast beef ($3.75) is plenty big enough for all but the most hearty appetites. Tasty as Nick's Roast Beef in Beverly, MA. Patrons are generally hard-scrabble, but this is Eastie. Flat-panel TV is nicer than the TV in my home(!) and broadcasts sports for your viewing pleasure. Free refills on Cokes so order a small.

Joe M.

Yelp
FISH SAMMICH We went here after the beach and wanted to get a quick bite before heading into the city. I was going to just pass and let the fam eat, because I knew later I was headed for some lobstah on the harborfront. I saw the fish sandwich for $8, and everything changed. I got it broiled with lettuce and tomato, and holy shit. Nothing fancy, just really fresh fish cooked perfectly. Flaking apart and so juicy, I was in heaven. My beautiful wife got the RB, which was good, and my son got the calamari roll, which was pretty standard tasting but a generous portion for the price. Both were jealous of my magnificent sandwich after having a bite. We ate at the subway station, and if we didn't have a duckboat tour to catch I would have gone back for two more of these beauties. Again, not at all fancy, nothing Top-Chef about it. Just simple and fresh and delicious.

Teddy B.

Yelp
Stopped here while on a layover. I had a roast beef burger with the clam chowder. Both were pretty dang good!! My wife got the flounder meal and she said it was tasty. There was a very small wait and the staff was very friendly

Curtis P.

Yelp
I've ordered from Royal's a few times now, and it has not disappointed. Located in an unassuming residential area of East Boston, it appears to be just another delivery joint for locals, but it has some of the best fried seafood i have ever had. My first time there I ordered a steak and cheese, which was good, but nothing to write home about. I'm not a fan of roast beef, so I havent had it there, but their seafood is fabulous and fresh. The fried oyster dinner came with huge fresh oysters. The amount of oysters was so big the dinner could be for two. I've also had the scallop roll twice. There must be close to 12 scallops on that thing! Its so big you cant even eat it like a sandwich. But quality over quantity. Not only are the portions generous, the taste is phenomenal. The batter is light and is the perfect ratio to scallop. The taste really comes from the freshness, though. The scallops are cooked to perfection, never overdone.

Jacquelyn H.

Yelp
This place is way to expensive for the quality of food they serve. This is basically a fast food joint and yet we spent almost $20 on lunch for 2 people. The roast beef sandwiches come with nothing on them, any topping you want you have to pay for. The only thing I would come back for is the french fries, the medium size is a huge bag of fries for like $5. If the food warranted the prices they were charging I could understand, but the sandwiches weren't even that great.

Erica S.

Yelp
This was a great little place. Food was amazing, fast and the people were very nice and helpful.

Cee B.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants ever. It is also my uncles favorite. I have so many memories here, whether it be with my best friend, my Nonno, my dad, or my uncle, they always made my day and had the best food. always get a chicken finger sub with tartar on the side, and fries. FRIES FRIES FRIES. The fries are crispy, but soft on the inside. They have the best fries, the best chicken fingers, the best tarter sauce, ant the best scallops. Their broiled scallops are also the best. I am extremely sad to learn that this restaurant has closed, and I hope that it will reopen. I know they had a fire, but I think they are just renovating... Every time I drive by I see some cars and lights on, and I can only hope that they reopen. After all, Royal was (and will always be) my favorite restaurant. Please reopen.

Judi L.

Yelp
Great service. Quick and friendly. Steak bomb was incredibly ample and tasty. The Royal combination with Broiled haddock and scallops tasted great, and I really loved the coleslaw. Different than most and good!

Eric S.

Yelp
Oh man, what a hidden jewel! At a first glance this place doesn't look special, pretty much a hole in the wall. The building looks like it was built in the 1980s and has a diner vibe to it. My first impression of this place was that it was your run of the mill corner pizza place style restaurant. That is, until my friends brought me here. The first thing that came to my mind when I walked through the door was Kelly's. Yes, the infamous Kelly's Roast Beef (which is a couple miles down the road in Revere). However, unlike Kelly's this seemed more like a family owned restaurant; welcoming and unpretentious. I looked at the menu, and found that it was similar to Kelly's. But that's where the similarities end. This place is *gasp* BETTER than Kelly's! I couldn't decide between the roast beef or the seafood. So, I decided to get them both. I ordered the Super Roast Beef sandwich, and the Fried Seafood Combination Dinner. On the roast beef sandwich, I kept it simple. Roast beef with cheese and barbecue sauce on an onion roll. I wanted to find out how their roast beef sandwiches were, so I didn't want to dilute it with toppings. The beef was warm, tender, and flavorful. (Take notes, Kelly's!) I enjoyed it very much! I'd say that it was the second best roast beef sandwich I've ever had. The sandwich came with fries. The fries didn't look very special, but when I took a bite, WOW! The fries were delightfully crispy. I'm around this area all the time, and occasionally have lunch at the Burger King. Burger King's fries are so horrible that I take them to the beach to feed the seagulls. Not at Royal's. Royal's fries are so good that I may never eat at that Burger King across the street again! The fried seafood combo dinner had clams, scallops, shrimp, haddock and onion rings. The onion rings were good. The batter they use gets crispy and delicious, and the onion gave it a good flavor. The clams were whole belly clams, the largest I've ever seen. They were also DELICIOUS! I loved Kelly's fried clams until I tried these. Sorry, Kelly's, these are better! The shrimp and scallops were also very good, and were decent sized, especially the shrimp. The haddock was good too, but by this time, I was getting full and didn't really want the haddock anymore. The platter was served in a box, which was convenient to take the leftovers to go, because I couldn't let such delicious food go to waste! Now I just need to resist the urge to have extravagant lunches when I'm here! (Not that it's expensive, but because I want to order three different things every time I'm here!)

Yelp
Delicious!! This is a great diner for some fast service, taste-y food, and friendly people. It's very close to the beach which gives you some great fresh fish options while sitting on the beach. It has clean floors, tables, and counters. There are massive flat-screens behind the counter showing the menu. Really fast service with very fresh food.
