UPDATE: (wrong business name but correct review). I got food at Babs Korean Bistro near them and stop in RoyalTea for a drink for the first and decided to tey a few. The customer and drink were okay. I got 3 but there was only 1 I really liked. So the next I visited Babs, I stopped in to give it another go. It was different later time of day in the early evening. I do not know if it was same staff but both times they were not so open. The second visit it was hard to even make the order with language barrier between the myself trying to ask for the item and the young asian lady trying comprehend. I do not think her english is very good. She had to ask another employee to take my order. Her english is better but there was still some trouble. Thankfully they have a large photographic menu on the wall and I could point to the menu item. I only got the drink but it longer to get the drink than it last time when I go three. It is a small spot but they only serve drinks but it was hard to keep social distance in a place with an unusual floor plan with tight stair well and entry point. The waiting area is not roomy at all either. They should consider putting up a sign to limited how many customers can be in the store at one time. Its interesting spot and you might like trying their drinks. But after giving a go not once but twice I honestly cannot say it was the best experience or that I would go again. There was the one drink I like but I do remember the name and the not-so good experience trying to find and get it the second time around didnt balance out the desire the go back any time soon. You may have a different experience. I will let you decide. One of the three was the strawberry drink which normally serve with cheese but you do have the options with some drink to have ice cream instead. I choose the later. When I ask about thiscthe second time, I was told something different. Which also affect my experience there and decision to possibly not going a third time.

A review has to be personal, only then a person can believe what they have not experienced personally but have read - and I want to give you my real thoughts. So I am sure you know this feeling: you walk around town and feel really good about yourself because you’ve accomplished everything you ever wanted. What does an accomplished person pursue? A tea soft drink. Wanted to go to the place right next door and inhale a matcha you know how it is. But right as I wanted to enter that store I saw two persons portraying the purchase of royal tea drinks. And I was like : “damn that’s like google maps reviews but in real life I have to respect that!” So I entered royalties. The whole place is so so I wouldn’t really want to spend more time in the store than necessary. You put your order in by using a huge touch screen menu they have set up for their servants (haha because they’re royalty?). It worked fine. I had a Thai tea and was not disappointed although it was a little 2 sweet despite me putting in the order that it shouldn’t be super sweet. It was a fairly enormous portion. Not sure whether anyone needs that but if so then this place is personally perfect for you. Peace!

Me and my friend really enjoy the Cheese Mango drink. (We usually order the 100% sugar, 0% ice with black pearls). While the place isnt perfect and can sometimes get things wrong, the majority of times I've been there my order has been correct, and it's definetely a place that I stop by while I'm around the city, with it being a very nice meetup place with friends.

The taro milk tea is delicious (got with jelly and it tasted like Chè viet dessert). Too bad I barely got to drink any because my cup was packed full of ice >:0 the kiosk didn’t give the option to change the ice level on this one drink. So pissed.

I ordered hot bubble tea but what I got was boiling hot and I could barely hold it. I asked for something to insulate it for my hands and the lady said I needed to pay extra.

I love bubble tea and this is one of the worst bubble tea I’ve tried. The roasted oolong milk tea was so diluted, it tasted like water. The honey bubbles was def not soaked in honey. I do not recommend. Even onezo that is close by is better. Note to owner: adding milk instead of ice should not make the tea more diluted. Adding sugar should not make the tea tastier.

I’m not a bougie bubble tea drinker, I just enjoy simple things done well. Fresh ingredients and novel combinations/flavors when available (ie dragonfruit green tea or strawberry/lychee cheese foam). But sometimes you just want a classic taro or coffee milk tea with boba. This place was my OG spot when I used to live in the neighborhood, and no matter what I ordered, it never disappointed!

Came to pick up my order Peach Oolong with regular cheese. The tea was plain (no cheese at all). The employee told me I need to pay more for cheese (?!). Thanks to Grubhub for refund. It seems that the only employee is very overwhelmed.
