Where to Drink Boba in Portland | Eater Portland

"Another newcomer that opened in 2020, this Chinese brand’s first Oregon outpost is located next to the SF Supermarket on SE 82nd. While Royaltea’s menu consists of many classic drinks that can be found elsewhere, items like the roasted oolong milk tea and the red dragon tea set it apart from Portland’s many other boba shops. The best thing at Royaltea, however, is the fresh fruit the staff uses in fruit teas and blended drinks. Royaltea is currently takeout only." - Seiji Nanbu

Google
Definitely one of my go to spots! I enjoy the royal fruit tea, as well as the blended mango with tea, add lychee jelly! 🔥🔥🔥 Great customer service, friendly staff!

Google
I always order no ice and with cream cheese, and it's almost full. Today, it was a bit less than usual; the milk tea was only half full, and I paid for the cream cheese extra.😤

Google
Yay a RoyalTea in Oregon! A solid boba shop. I love the interior space. It is very spacious and looks like a great place to hangout. The menu has a great selection of common boba drinks. The flavors were good, except the Thai tea was kind of funky. The boba toppings were very nicely made. The matcha was awesome. Pricing is fair. Check it out!

Google

As a self-proclaimed skeptic, I always approach trendy food and drink establishments with caution. So when I heard about the new bubble tea shop in town, I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. However, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a try. To my absolute delight, my visit to this bubble tea shop turned out to be a delightful surprise. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant colors, cozy seating, and the aroma of freshly brewed tea created a welcoming ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The friendly staff behind the counter exuded genuine enthusiasm and were more than happy to guide me through their extensive menu. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the bubble tea itself. I had my doubts about the hype surrounding these chewy tapioca pearls, but one sip changed everything. The tea was perfectly brewed, striking a harmonious balance between the flavors of the tea leaves and the sweetness of the milk. The tapioca pearls added a playful textural element, making each sip a delightful experience. The range of flavors available was astonishing, from classic options like taro and matcha to more adventurous choices like passion fruit and lavender. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail in the preparation of the drinks. Each cup was meticulously crafted polymer, and the presentation was simply mesmerizing. The staff paid close attention to the quality and consistency of the ingredients, ensuring that every drink was a work of art. They even allowed customization, allowing me to adjust the sweetness and ice levels to suit my personal preference. What truly set this bubble tea shop apart was the exceptional service. The staff genuinely cared about the customer experience and went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my visit. They patiently answered my questions, made recommendations based on my preferences, and made me feel valued as a customer. In conclusion, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this bubble tea shop. From the moment I stepped through the door, my skepticism was replaced with genuine delight. The expertly brewed teas, creative flavors, meticulous presentation, and outstanding customer service all contributed to a memorable visit. If you're a bubble tea aficionado or just curious to try something new, I highly recommend giving this shop a chance. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised, just like I was!

Google
My favorite bubble tea place in town (so far). Nice fresh fruit options. Choice of sweetness and ice levels. Plus, it seems that they use half and half instead of milk making their drinks extra creamy. So good!

Google
For being a fairly new boba shop, im actually very impressed. They managed covid procedures very well and the flow of the line is very organized, you start at the door and go around the "dining" area to the register and you go out the door, so simple and easy. They make fresh Brown Sugar Boba every 2 hrs. which is great, because boba tends to get really dry and firm after awhile so having a constant rotation is great for better tasting boba! We tried the Peach Milktea with Egg Pudding and the Cream Cheese Uji Matcha w/Fresh milk and Brown Sugar Pearl. The Peach milk tea was really good, but it is a little sweet, I do reccomend getting the sweetness at 75% or even 50%, the peach is pretty sweet. The egg pudding was extremely good, it had the perfect flavor and texture, nice and soft. The Cream Cheese Matcha was also surprisingly good! The cream cheese foam was nice and sweet with a hint of salt to it, which is what I look for in a cheese foam, matcha itself was also very good, you taste the matcha and not just milk and cream. I would highly reccomend this place if you're ever in SE Portland, there is lots of parking because it is located in an asian market shopping center, and the wait isn't very long. This boba place will probably be my new favorite!

Google
My kids goto for Boba. Great selection. Even have food. I recommend the cheese coins and chicken bites. Amazing. And somewhat quick. Very friendly. Would like to see the phone number loyalty program used for efficiently for customers access instead of the screen disappearing within nanoseconds of placing your order, but in due time.

Yelp
I remember trying royaltea when they first opened and found it to be too sweet but it was typical coming from any bubble tea shop that just opened. I hadn't been back for a while until recently. I have tried the following drinks and I really do give them a solid 5! - red dragon strawberry (dragonfruit when it's in season) with aloe vera at 100% sweet - roasted oolong brewed tea with boba at 100% sweet - jasmine green tea brewed tea with grass jelly at 100% - taro milk tea with egg pudding at 100% (has real taro!!) It's baffling to me because I always get my drinks at 30% sweet due to the dominant taste of sugar vs tea and I did not have that problem here. I enjoy their aloe vera because it gives it a good crisp and doesn't taste so jello like. Their boba is so soft and perfect amount of honey ratio. The grass jelly really compliments the brewed tea to enhance that tea taste if you aren't big on sweetness. And the taro milk tea with REAL taro??? That's crazy because the only place I've gotten that is in LA. Real taro is game changer. The service is good and we were greeted right away without feeling rushed to order when we were picking from the menu.

Yelp
Conveniently built into the Shun Fat Market. A small shop with a couple seats but nothing aesthetically to look at, dingy for lack of cleaning and upkeep management. Service was so-so. When asking for recommendations the response was a plain faced IDK :/ Be sure to ask for half sweet for the drink to be somewhat balanced otherwise the flavors will get lost.

Yelp
I've been here at least 3 times and what I enjoy about it is that the boba is consistent. I don't love that they rely on things like non dairy creamer, but that seems to be the standard at most places. The rating is for the texture and taste of the boba, which is perfectly cooked and doesn't have the overly chewy taste when you can tell it's been sitting in water all day. Plus, their staff is friendly and the cost is what I expect for boba. I do wish they were able to make more modifications for their drinks, but that can be hard anywhere. I'm glad they have non dairy/vegan options and hope we can find more in the future! (Like a vegan milk tea would be super rad)

Yelp
For the final boba of my recent trip to Portland, I chose to go to Royaltea and I'm glad I did. This turned out to be the best drink of the 3 places I went. I found the store a bit hard to find, but that was probably my own fault. Since it's located right next to the entrance of the SF Supermarket Mall, I thought it was inside the mall instead of being on the outside. Anyways, after walking around a bit, I found the real entrance and got one drink. Royal King (Original Milk Tea), 50% Sweet w/ Boba ($6.50) - As soon as I had my first sip, I knew this was going to be a 5. They use a pre-brewed black tea from a tea dispenser, but the tea is quite strong in this drink. It definitely felt and tasted quite a bit more concentrated in tea flavor vs. a lot of other places. Half sweet was nice - it's a good sweetness level that didn't overwhelm the tea. The boba had a great soft chew - maybe just a bit overcooked, but not by much. I thought it would get harder while sitting in the cold drink, but the texture barely budged. Additionally, the boba is soaked in brown sugar, which helps sweeten the drink further. The drinks at Royaltea are not perfect, but way better than most other places. If they opened a shop near me, I would definitely be a regular.

Yelp
The tea was a little sweet, but once the ice melted it was perfect. Please note, I did not adjust the sugar level but next time I will. The service was amazing, the gentleman that took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu and was patient with me while I was ordering. The store was spacious and very open. Parking was very easy.

Yelp
I found this place while going to the Asian supermarket on 82nd ave and this was the first boba place I hit up when I moved to Portland. This place did not disappoint! I spent a year in North Carolina after I left home in Hawaii and have been on a boba deficiency which made me sad. It's hard to find brown sugar milk around here (just the milk, not the tea) and when I saw the brown sugar milk on their menu I was stoked! There is a drink here called boba bomb brulee which has the brown sugar milk, boba, pudding and a sugar cap that gets toasted. So good! The boba balls here are amazing. They are very fresh and are still warm when you get your drink. If you have tried boba balls and didn't like the texture, you should try the boba here. They are very soft and tasty. The workers here are always super sweet and the shop is clean. I always stop by when I'm passing through 82nd ave

Yelp
If you want a smaller boba drink or regular, this is your place! I love how this place offers a smaller cup size for those who don't want to go boba crazy This is a really cute boba shop with a couple chairs and tables. Most people seemed to go there just to get boba to go, which is what my friend and I ended up doing as well. Cute atmosphere and delicious drinks!

Yelp
I've never really tried Royaltea so this chain was a very new experience for me. There are many milk tea options. My favorite is the taro milk tea. At standard sugar and ice levels it is not that sweet and has an excellent taro fragrance. If milk tea is not your jam then you might consider the Oolong tea with some boba. This combo is refreshing, with just that tad bit of caffeine to get you going and some boba for chewy goodness. I wish they had tea options with fruit flavors, like mango green tea. But their fruit tea options replace the need for flavors and make up a large part of the appeal here. You have the best of both worlds: milk tea and fruit based teas. In short, it's worth visiting Royal and seeing for yourself if it is a one time thing or a place you will continue to visit.

Yelp
Royaltea has the best taro boba in all the land. They use real taro and they even add taro chunks whereas everywhere else usually uses powder. They always ask if you're ok with the chunks and it's like OF COURSE, I'm not at m-fing Jamba juice. The more chunks the better. Some are even too big for the straw which is a big plus for me. I am a fast drinker and will usually finish before driving home, so any kind of leftovers to fish out are much appreciated.

Yelp
Ordered fresh taro milk tea and Royal fruit tea tonight. Fruit tea is 5/5. Great drink. Taro milk tea 3/5, it is watered down. Not much taro flavor. Overall not bad.

Yelp
Wow!! I just realized it was my friends' first boba run after being a married couple!! How cute :) My friends had just gotten married the night before in Hood River. The Bridal Party helped them transport their wedding decor and gifts back to the Portland area. The Bride wanted boba!! Yayyyy!! You don't have to convince me!! So we all made a quick boba run before we said our goodbyes. Royaltea is a new boba spot in the area so The Bride wanted to check it out. The Bride gets what the Bride wants!! Royaltea is located in the plaza with SF Supermarket, aka Sieu Thi Thuan Phat. It is next door to the right. It was easy to find for us since they had a large 40% off grand opening special sign. The Groom was kind enough to treat us all for our love... and slave labor. If they ever come across this review, I hope they forgive me for my bad jokes. I really can't help it. Their menu is pretty standard with brewed teas, fruit teas, milk teas, matcha, blended and coffee options. There was something for everyone. Medium drinks ranged from $3.75-4.50. Large drinks ranged from $4.25-5.50. The 40% off only applied to large drinks so I hadddd to get a large :) I had their Royal Queen, which is their special take on the Jasmine Milk Tea, with egg pudding and adjusted it to a 75% sweet. My drink was perfect!! Everyone else enjoyed their selections as well!! I would definitely consider coming back to Royaltea if I am ever back in the Portland-area visiting my friends. If the business ever considers opening a location in California I would be a regular.

Yelp
Where do I even start? The only thing saving them from a 1 star review is their brown sugar pearl. I came here during their soft opening, the weekend of 7/25th. I tried the Royal King (classic milk tea) with brown sugar pearls, Roasted oolong milk tea with cream cheese and Lychee oolong tea. I liked how the brown sugar pearls were warm and chewy! The cream cheese was average, not bad but not to spectacular either. There wasn't any additional lychee flavor in the lychee oolong tea besides the lychee pieces at the bottom. The tea flavors in all of the drinks were not strong at all. I thought it may have been because it's a soft opening and the employees were still getting used to the measurements. Fast forward to a week later, they had their grand opening with a 2 day special of 40% off large size milk teas, not including topping. I thought it was a great opportunity to give them a chance redeem themselves to convince me to be their frequent customer. This time i still ordered the Royal King (classic milk tea) with brown sugar pearls, a Royal Queen (jasmine milk tea) and a Osmathus oolong milk tea with no ice. I could not believe my eyes when I saw my drinks. The Osmathus oolong milk tea with no ice was 1/5th empty!!! I showed them the drink and asked if this is really how the drink should be. The lady responded "yes, this is the one with no ice". BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The only reason why I ordered the drink with no ice was to prevent the drink from getting diluted for the next day. I've ordered drinks without ice at other bubble tea places before and never had them give me a partly empty cup. Besides this disappointment, the tea flavors were not strong in any of the drinks for a second time. Unless I hear about better experiences and improvements, this place that just opened has lost me as a customer forever. For those of you who would like to give this place a try, be sure you're okay with what you order because all purchases are final, you will not get a refund or exchange.

Yelp
This place gives me hella southern cali vibes in a good way. Located right next to sf market and a pho restaurant, it's definitely one of those places to hit up as you make your rounds in the plaza. No seating was available inside because of covid but they have social distance markers on the floor that were kind of confusingly placed. Very few people actually followed the markers because of that but it was spacious enough inside that people were standing far apart. I ordered the osmanthus milk tea, 50% sweetness, regular ice, with brown sugar boba. The tea flavor really shined through and they didn't go heavy on the milk which is perfect for my taste. Normally I feel so full after drinking milk tea but this was refreshing and light. I really wanted to try the fresh taro milk tea but they're currently out due to covid and shipping issues. Will definitely come back once that's available.

Yelp
I've never seen a dragon in the flesh I cut my teeth on Red Bean Matcha and the music And I am down with beverages In a torn-up town, Portland's thirsty We could drink Royals Milk runs in our blood That kind of Lorde is Osmanthus We crave a fruity kind of buzz Levels for your sugar You can call me Queen Tea And baby I'll rule, I'll school, I'll fuel Let me blend your fantasy

Yelp
3.5/5 Super cute bubble tea spot! Very aesthetically pleasing. My favorite is the roasted oolong, it reminds me of coffee! I really enjoy the boba, very soft and squishy!
google avatar

Iris L.

Yelp
Found my goto spot for Oolong tea/milk tea! Rich in flavor and very smooth. Overall good affordable pricing and plenty flavors and toppings. Ample parking inside the old Fred Meyer on 92nd and it's next to SF market. Can see their menu expanding if they want to be competitive with Ding Tea or other bubble tea places in Portland. Pricing is competitive and a wee bit cheaper than Ding Tea. They ran out of aloe vera jelly and taro (really wanted fresh taro milk tea). They did explain it'll take several weeks for delivery to come.

Yelp
I've been her multiple times and tried multiple different drinks. All the drinks I've tried so far are all really good. I've got drinks from here before the pandemic, during, and when we fully re-opened and the drinks I've gotten all have been really good. The drinks I've tried have just the right amount of tea and sweetness for me. The roasted oolong with cream cheese is one of my faves there, the perfect amount of sweetness, and tea and saltiness from the cream cheese.  Also I'm glad they finally have their fresh taro that comes with their taro milk tea! The only thing is the consistency of their brown sugar boba is sometimes super soft, it seems like they're over cooking it, it doesn't have any chew to it, but it does have the brown sugar taste which most boba places I've tried offer "brown sugar" boba but it just tastes like plain black boba.
google avatar

Archer A.

Yelp
Very chill, average, my mom and my family and I love it very much, I am currently spending my life there technically.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
I came here to try their milk tea with the cream cheese cream. I ordered the Royal Queen (Jasmine Milk Tea) with 50% sugar, less ice and cream cheese cream. The drink was still decently sweet at 50%. The milk tea had a good balance of tea and milk flavor. The cream cheese cream was okay, and cost an extra $1 to add on. Overall, the milk tea is okay and the cream cheese cream isn't special.
google avatar

Bryan Y.

Yelp
I'm glad that Portland has some great boba places! I come from SoCal and when you get boba tea drinks from the right areas, you get used to that delicious taste. I ordered a Wintermelon Tea and Royaltea Portland delivered! I enjoyed the drink throughout and it was great that they also have you the option for how sweet you'd like the drink. Due to COVID-19, you must have a mask on and also there will be signs on how to enter etc. The staff were really nice and we didn't have long to wait for our drinks. There's definitely ample parking as this is next to an Asian marketplace. Although I only tried the Wintermelon Tea, I still this place is something to try while in the area as I had a great experience here.

Yelp
Today was their grand opening and their service was quite fast for the amount of people that showed up. The store interior looks like it would be a really comfortable place to hang out if indoor seating was available, but there was one table in the back that looked really messy and acted like a storage table for their personal food and drinks. They should clean that part up and not make that table full of stuff visible in the shop. Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk (75% sugar): This one was really good but I feel like it would have been better with 100% sugar because I tasted more milk than brown sugar flavor. The bubbles were also slightly overcooked so it was soft and not as chewy as I'd like. Fresh Taro Milk tea (50% sugar, less ice): I really liked this drink! The taro chunks at the bottom tasted good and only having 50% sugar was perfect for me, so it wasn't too sweet. The drink itself had a good flavor and it tasted like black tea. I would order this one again. Royal Fruit Tea: I added egg pudding to this one and the drink had a nice fruity flavor to it. I like how this drink had real fruit in it since other tea shops that sell their "top fruit teas" don't add real fruit in their drink. This drink had some apples, watermelon, strawberry, and orange slices. I added less sugar and ice and the sweetness level was perfect for me! I would definitely come back to this shop and try their other fruit teas and a matcha drink. It's a nice place to get some bubble tea if you're in the area!

Yelp
I think they are currently having a Soft-Opening! I was at SF Supermarket, and I walked to see if they were open and luckily, I saw that their door was open, so I decided to check them out! They had a whole bunch of items on their menu, such as Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, Fresh Fruit Tea, Matcha and many more drinks. All drinks were standard price - not too expensive nor not too cheap. Even though, it is a soft-opening, their employees were super kind and well trained! My drinks came out super quick too! I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk with Cream Cheese and a Royal Fruit Tea! - Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk with Cream Cheese : First off, mix your drink or it's just going to taste like milk! It was pretty standard for a Brown Sugar Milk drink. It had all the elements. BUT, I am so glad you can adjust your sweetness on this drink! I ordered 75% and it was still a little too sweet for me! The drink itself was rich and smooth. The Cream Cheese tastes like cheesecake, like it's soo good. It has such a nice flavor and it made my drink more creamy and have a more deep rich flavor. It works super great with the Brown Sugar, because it cuts down some of the sweetness! - Royal Fruit Tea : Super refreshing! It contains Passionfruit, Kiwi, Watermelon, Strawberries, Apples and Oranges. If you ever had Yifang's Fruit Tea, it is super similar. I'm so thankful that I have a place to get fruit tea that isn't all the way in Beaverton. The tea flavor is super light though, and honestly it tastes like juice. All the fruits and flavors work super well together - no fruit was more powerful then the other. - Fresh Taro Milk Tea : MAKE SURE TO MIX BEFORE YOU TAKE A SIP. You can definitely taste the freshness of the taro and you get bits of taro throughout your drink. Super refreshing and a lot different then most Taro Milk Tea's. You can also taste the tea! Not as creamy tho. - Royal King Milk Tea : Personally my favorite! Super good, when I added Cheese Foam and Brown Sugar Boba - it made it taste like a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It was super good, and I think that's what my go-to order might be. I definitely thought 75% was too sweet for me. The boba always comes out warm and melts my ice super fast - so i recommend getting more ice or getting a larger size.
google avatar

Maya K.

Yelp
I love their Kumquat honey tea with Aloe. Really appreciate them asking for ice and sugar preferences so I don't forget to get it exactly how I like it! Boba is perfectly chewy and the vibe is right. Once, my friend's taro boba had chunks of powder at the bottom :( which was kinda gross but I understand that mistakes are made during rushes. I will keep and eye out for that, but I still love this boba joint!

G S.

Yelp
wow... their menu prices doesn't reflect the actual price. $8.50 a drink now is ridiculous... menu still says $5.50 smh.

Yelp
Loved this place! I got the jasmine milk tea and it was delicious! It was the right amount of sweetness and overall flavor. Service was exceptional! The staff were so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend

Yelp
Came in on a slow Wednesday afternoon and ordered two classic milk teas (Royal King) with boba. After I got my drinks, I tried one and I didn't taste any tea flavor. I thought it was odd but my boyfriend thought it tasted good. I wasn't expecting to write a review; however, after coming across their Yelp page, it looks like the employees gave me two brown sugar boba milk drinks instead of the two classics I ordered? I'm not sure if their milk teas just have brown sugar syrup on the side, though. The drinks I ordered looked very similar to the other brown sugar boba picture reviews I've seen. I'll be sure to clarify with the cashier next time- maybe I didn't speak loud enough? On the other hand, the service was quick and the cashier was nice. Clean interior and cute decorations inside the store itself. They're located next to a supermarket so parking is easy to access right off of Foster Rd.

Yelp
One of the better boba milk tea spots in Portland's super friendly service. I think matcha was my favorite drink. The boba was good. Hope to see the option to add more ice and reduce the sweetness. I'll be going here often!
google avatar

Yelp
We were craving bubble tea. I first wanted the blended strawberry dragon tea but it was seasonal.. Inside was nicely decorated. It was located next to a asian market so it had a huge lot. Ordered the passion fruit tea. Tea came out relatively quick but the passion tasted quite bitter. I am used to the sweet passion fruit so I was thrown off. Tea was okay but I hope the have the strawberry dragonfruit one next time!

Jerry M.

Yelp
Royaltea stands out among other bubble tea places because they have a type of freshly brewed plain tea that other places don't have. I'm kind of a "tea nerd" so I appreciate that they have the "Osmanthus" variety of tea. I ordered this prepared the way I like...plain tea with no milk, no fruit flavors, no sweeteners, and with grass jelly as an addition. They made my drink perfectly. Royaltea is neat and tidy, and very easy to get to. Also, they have plenty of free parking right in front of their store because of their location at the Cali Saigon Mall.
google avatar

Yelp
I am a fan of Thai tea boba and my saucy and I always do tea taste test. So this one passes my palette. Place is clean and people are friendly.
google avatar

Angela Y.

Yelp
Solid boba option with a surprisingly good quality classic black tea. Docked a star because the "50% sweet" option was just more watery. The drinks here are similar in sugar levels to the major chains (Gong Cha, KFT). The boba is made fresh every 2 hours and the texture was great.

Yelp
I called Royal Tea and asked what time they're closing. I was told 8PM. Came here at 7:35PM and the employees waved me off from inside the store saying they're closed. A few other customers were turned away also. Very disappointed when I just wanted some boba. Maybe I'll make another attempt in a few months.

Yelp
Bubba tea is good but their service sucks. They made my drink with regular bubba and argued with me. I originally ordered it with crystal bubba. I don't think it's a big deal that they messed up. At least own up to it, make my a new one, or refund me. Unfortunately they argued with me and I left without anything

Yelp
Went here after getting groceries and it's a super cute boba place! They had a lot of decorations and staff which is nice. The drink options was vast and I was surprise with how many options they had! We ordered milk teas and fruit teas and it was extremely sweet! We asked for below average and I couldn't imagine what 70-100% was. Next time we will ask for less. We ordered standard stuff, but I am excited to go again and try more!

Yelp
stopped by earlier today craving some lychee green tea. shoutout to peter for remaking my drink n making it extra sweet. you a real one.

Yelp
Excited for it to have finally opened. Came here and despite it being fairly bare they still have some key decor that gives it a cute, open, clean, and welcoming ambiance. They have their socially distanced setup mapped out well. I enjoyed the royal tea with boba. Would come back again.

Yelp
Royal tea is amazing! I love the nicely done decorations, it's very earthy and well-toned. The staff is very wonderful, they're very outgoing. If you have any questions, they would always have an answer. Service is quick and correct. Everyone took COVID seriously and had people wait outside during grand opening once their orders are called, they had arrows pointing to where to go and made sure no one went the wrong directions, they made sure everyone had a mask. Today was grand opening and I ordered a Oolong lychee fruit tea that came with 3 lychees, I also ordered a brown sugar boba fresh milk and that was also very delicious! My favorite drink from RoyalTea is usually their tropical fruit (Royal Fruit Tea) that has many different fruits but make sure you ask first what type of fruits they have Incase you're allergic to anything. The flavors of drink choices aren't too sweet which is perfect, they have great recommendations. Next time I'll try the kumquat honey since I heard it's really popular

How cute is their " TET " ( lunar new year ) decor ! My go to order is the royal queen w/ boba , 50% sweet and light on the ice! I been to many different milk tea places and this is my favorite so far, I love how I can actually taste the tea in my drink and is the perfect amount and the boba is always ALWAYS chewy and fresh. Every time I'm here I always order 1 drink with ice so I can enjoy right away and 3 more drinks without ice so I can stock up in my fridge for later cause ya know 1 drink is never enough

Yelp
i'm from socal where we have some good boba and this place definitely meets my expectations. their boba is the right texture and their drinks are always rich and bright. i personally love their jasmine milk tea. one thing i want to say is that i do notttt recommend their blueberry tea bc it tastes like cough medicine but other than that i love this place

Yelp
They have such a wide variety of drinks and flavors. All our drinks were so yummy! My mum was being super indecisive, but the guy behind the counter was so patient and polite. When I'm in the area I'll definitely come back!

Yelp
Surprisingly such a good spot for boba! Stumbled upon here one night while checking out the SF supermarket, and was so shocked at how good the boba was. Their brown sugar fresh milk is a must. Order on the phone for a fast pick up. And the boba was just right! Will be returning here often

Yelp
Went here for the first time today! I'm so glad I made the choice to try something new! I got the brown sugar fresh milk tea with boba and it was amazing! For me personally, I can taste the difference in fresh milk. I loved it. My friend got the Thai tea and it was very creamy. If you like Thai tea creamy, I suggest you try it! The boba had great texture and flavor too. I will definitely be back for more! Maybe next time I will try it with cream cheese. The cup is super cute too! Didn't get a picture of the inside but it was cute!

Yelp
Great tea and awesome customer service! I would like to know why you don't accept multiple punch cards for one drink?

Yelp
I've been meaning to try this place when it first opened not too long ago but never had the time. I was able to stop by on a mid weekday to finally try their royal standard black milk tea with boba. They have a current promotion that is 40% off milk teas only in size L. Boba is extra cost added. You have the option to choose sweetness level and ice level which is nice for those who want it less sweet. They had hand sanitizer at the table when you first walk in and a shielded cash register area, all staff were wearing masks and made the drinks quickly to order. I would give this a 4/5 stars, the milk tea is good enough to satisfy me and the boba was chewy with light sweetness. Will come back again for sure if I'm in the area

Yelp
Very clean, friendly service, fast, and delicious. Avocado shake was amazing. Girlfriend got an orea coffee drink that was really good as well. Lots of options.

Yelp
The drink are good and if you are looking forward to try out Vietnamese Coffee, this milktea place rock it too. I love the little corgi plushie so so much and really hope someone can let me know where can I buy one, or I'll keep coming by everyday to have both of my fave: milktea + cute plushies. Services are great, shout out to fellow Vietnamese friends that most staffs speak Vietnamese as well. I actually heard the owner is really friendly. Thank you for such a great milktea place!

Yelp
The boba was decent, I got the brown sugar pearl milk tea 50% sweetness. It was still a little sweet for me so I'd probably get something else next time
