"Managing to retain its neighbourhood feel while serving as a destination restaurant within the city, Rozbrat 20 has continued to evolve onwards and upwards over the years. Today, it’s a smart spot where the front room affords a view of the skilled chefs as they work on intricate dishes that have a creative edge – as with a deep, delicious consommé made from unused bread. Look out for the well-judged butter flavoured with Marmite, which the chef took a liking to while working in London." - Michelin Inspector

Yelp
I had read about Rozbrat 20 and that they were Poland's latest Michelin Star recipient so we made this our big splurge for our trip to Poland. I'm so glad we did it because this meal was one of the best of my life. We booked early and even though it was a Tuesday night, the place was packed. It's in a nondescript residential neighborhood in Warsaw and while it's not flashy, it definitely exudes elegance on the outside. Our meal began with some pre-dinner cocktails and our hostess came over to explain the menu and confirm food allergies. We did the full tasting menu and one wine pairing - luckily my husband shared some of the wine otherwise I wouldn't have survived - 8 wines are a lot! Every dish was beautifully presented with the very best ingredients. We loved all of them and we had fun ranking them as we went along. It was hard to pick a favorite - I think for me it was probably a tie between the foie gras and the beef tartare. But all were delicious and they were all the perfect size so we didn't feel overwhelmed or too full at the end of the meal. When we booked it said we only had the table for 2.5 hours but we wound up staying for 4! I think that was a little unusual but we had a great time, and never felt rushed. All the service was excellent, especially the sommelier who did an amazing job on the pairings. Bravo, chef - Rozbrat definitely deserves its Michelin Star and then some.

Yelp
I was in Warsaw for one night and wanted a really good meal. After eating German food all week, I needed something bougie. I originally wanted to try to get a walk-in at the one michelin star Atelier Amaro, however they were fully booked for the night. I showed great sorrow and disappointment and the kind hostess felt bad for me. She quickly called her old restaurant where she worked at and was able to get me a reservation. Like a blind date, I was nervous and did not know what I was getting myself into. Upon entering, the restaurant was packed and my table for one (I was solo traveling) was waiting for me. I have never dined at a fancy restaurant solo before, but whateves, no shame. I opted for the larger 8 course dinner. Bread and butter - the two different types of butter was amazing Amuse bouche -Pork skin with ketchup mayo and egg sauce - amazing first bite - pork skin was so crispy and that sauce was bomb -Grapefruit sorbet and quinoa and mint - sorbet was so refreshing, interesting textures -Cucumber and powders - was served in this succulent container - was as good as it looked Dinner -Asparagus, kumpiak, hollandaise, egg - one of my favorites of the night, so many different textures, the crisp onions gave a great crunch -Salmon, cucumber mint and capers -Duck with blood orange sorbet - duck was perfectly seasoned and cooked and the blood orange sorbet complemented the duck well -Sorrel ricotta potato yolk -Catfish white asparagus pine samphire - was a little tough, but thats how the fish is -Lamb tomato spring onion -Hazelnut peach coconut -Pistachio strawberry meringue bazil - loved the strawberry meringue -Personal cotton candy to finish I am shocked that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star. The dishes looked like pieces of art. The chef really likes to combine different textures and it worked in most of the dishes. The service was top notch. The only negative is that the pacing is a little slow. This was a 2.5 hour meal. This whole meal including wine was $88. A steal! I highly recommend this Michelin rated restaurant if you are visiting Warsaw.

Yelp
I discover this place by pure hazard. Parking nearby to go to a meeting. In one glance on the windows, I was attracted. I could help to not go and taste. French style with a modern and design touch. Very charming place, I am absolutely in love. Small bemol, the croissant is not exactly like in Paris. But extra tea, with a large choice.

Yelp
Formal place, settings and atmosphere BUT very informal prices - especially compared to European standards. The breakfast here is amazingly good. A morning just after my heart, mind and taste. Choose between a large variety of breakfast items and get served what you want and like. No matter what you would like, the quality and taste is on top. Staff here is perfect. Not too overwhelming, yet friendly and professional.

Yelp
This restaurant is very dear to my heart, it is reminiscent of various NYC spots. The decor is simple but very elegant. High ceilings and lots of natural light create luminous and very pleasant atmosphere. Everything looks polished but not stiff. You can tell they emphasize customer service here, as it should be done in any respectable restaurant. You feel content and taken care of while you here. The food, as expected, is also great. Dishes are rather on a small side, with excellent presentation and flavor.
