Atlanta’s Newest Restaurant Openings in February, 2025 | Eater Atlanta

"The Atlanta taco chain is set to open its eighth location in Decatur on February 10. The menu is centered on tacos—options like beef barbacoa, pork carnitas, and shrimp—alongside quesabirria, nachos, and guacamole; drinks include margaritas, a selection of tequilas and mezcals, and agua frescas." - Henna Bakshi

Came here with my sister and nephew and had Talya as out waitress. She was very sweet and attentive. The menu is digital but you can request a physical one as well. Very festive during Christmas time (but we came on January 3rd). Very fun atmosphere. Note: The Comsumé is sold separately if you get Birria tacos 🌮 and it was delicious!! If you're ever in the Decatur area, this place is a MUST to check out 😙🤌🏽

I love this place. The tacos were fantastic. By far the best I ever had. The prices were good too. The atmosphere was fun. It was loaded with Christmas decorations. Our waitress was very attentive. The whole experience was top notch. I starred working in the area so I will definitely be going here on a regular basis. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a great meal.

Roland was our server tonight. Very attentive and nice. Took wonderful care of my cousins and I. Came here to celebrate my birthday. Had a great time. The Christmas drinks were good. Food was great! Ask for Roland! Chao!

Me and the Mrs finally got to try this location in downtown Decatur. We've had it once before off Northside Dr in Atlanta (the city/home), but they recently put one in place where another restaurant closed down in the same parking lot with Raging Burritos & Tacos (direct competition and another favorite of mine). Since the Fall season started, their building has been decorated with top notch Halloween props. It looks so cool when you ride by. 10/3 was our dating anniversary (6 years 🥳🥰), and we both agreed on trying them out. We were not disappointed. Downtown was already crawling with people from the festival they'd been having and everyone was still out eating and hanging around well into the night. We pull in the parking lot to loud eerie music playing on outside speakers. Skull heads, 3 headed dogs and a 20ft tall pumpkin head greet you at the door (that's a lot of heads). All the waiters/waitresses/bartenders were in custome. The place was PACKED, but we were seated quickly. I would definitely recommend not going on such a busy night. The aesthetics and ambience were on point. The ceiling and every wall was decorated. The smell of hot food and the sound of laughter fill the room. We both ordered nachos that were STUFFED in a huge bowl and stacked past the rim. Absolutely delicious. The tempura tacos were also great, and the margaritas had us in the mood 😏. The check wasn't bad for date night either. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great time. My only complaint is that our waitress was a little unattentive when we wanted to order drinks. No biggie. Definitely going back. Definitely recommend

Very nice venue for groups! Themed decorations add to the fun and any celebrations. Great for photo opportunities. Food was good. Drinks were top tier based on family survey. Celebrated birthday. I thought they would automatically sing the birthday song. Not. Waiter (male who brought food and cleared the table) was rude. Hey, one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch, right?🍹

***Please like and follow for more reviews*** We went here on a Taco Tuesday of course it was a little packed but they get you seated pretty quick. The seevice was good we sat at the bar and the bartender was on point. The food came out quick. I tried some new things sonce they added some extra chicken options for Halloween.

Seriously such a fun place to dine. Their holiday decor makes it one of the most festive places to visit. Their corn tortillas are great. We enjoyed the al pastor, shrimp, and fish tacos. They have a rotating bar and food menu for the holidays as well. Service was welcoming and we didn't feel rushed despite how busy they were. There is a limited parking lot that is shared with other restaurants. It's ~$10/hour and ~$20/3 hours. Booting is strict.

My first time here I loved every second of it. Joseline was extremely friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are spectacular and the Christmas decorations are the perfect touch. Will be coming back for sure🤍

Yelp
Rreal Tacos is definitely a vibe. The place is lively, festive, and honestly loud, so if you're looking for a quiet dinner this isn't it. But if you want energy, fun, and a good time, it delivers. I tried the coquito and it was authentic with a nice creative twist. I also had the sampler with guacamole, cheese, and salsa, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The drinks are strong, the atmosphere is fun, and it's easy to end up enjoying yourself a little too much. It can get pricey, but it feels like you're paying for the full experience, not just the food. Overall, a dope spot to hang out, eat good, and expect to leave a little buzzed.

Yelp
I attended for the pop up Christmas bar. I arrived shortly after they opened so 11:15am or so and it was pretty empty including the bar. I was a party of 1. The parking lot situation was unfavorable. $23 for 2 hours in a medium sized shared lot with tiny spaces. It was pretty open when I arrived but many searching for spaces when I left and somewhat difficult to navigate. The food was decent. The corn was great which I always enjoy and the quesabirria was okay. I never had Birria before so it may have been fine but I think I prefer a quesadilla. The service was fair and adequate. Nothing went wrong, food came out quick and she checked on me regularly. I didn't like that I asked her the WiFi password and she told me the wrong password. I asked her if it was case sensitive she told me she didn't know because she doesn't use it. But didn't seem eager to find out until the other bartender provided the correct password. The Sangria was tasty and strong enough but not overwhelming. Only knocking off one star because of the parking.

Yelp
Stopped in for as bite after work and found this restaurant really inviting inside. You order at a cue in the back by the bar, but I waited in line before someone told me I had to do that. It was quite a good wait for a simple queso, chips and kid's meal of quesadilla, but I waited by the bar. The food options are a mix of street tacos, burritos, and nachos, and all looked really good coming out of the kitchen. The price was $20 for my meal with a Coke (not bad). I would have given it five stars if the queso was superb but it was kind of bland and tasteless. If you are a Mexican establishment, your queso sells your place, so my recommendation is to level-up the queso for a five star win. Food was good! Would return to hopefully try a better queso option.

Yelp
Loved the Halloween decor! They really went all out! It was definitely busy even on a weekday night. Glad we were able to get seated still. We got some chips and salsa, tacos, the Halloween birria taco and a burrito to share. The chips and dip were good, the salsa was not too spicy. I will say the fish was a little overfried or maybe too much batter? Could only taste the crispy oil not much fish. The burrito was really packed and flavor was good. We also got some holiday drinks and they were strong!! Because it was super busy our server definitely had a busy night too. Overall, love their decor and can't wait for the next holiday decor.
google avatar

Aviva B.

Yelp
As soon as we arrived, we were quickly seated, and the Halloween decor here is amazing. Our server, Rolland, was so kind and offered recommendations for my dietary needs. We started off with chips and salsa, which were good. The Sangria was really tasty, and my sister loved her Passion Fruit Margarita. I ordered the burrito bowl with grilled vegetables, and I was so impressed with the portion size. I took half to go and had it the next day for lunch. The parking in the lot here can be very expensive, so I definitely recommend parking at a metered spot on the street.

Yelp
A friend and I went to check out the new location in Decatur, a couple months after they opened. This location is limited on parking. I originally parked in front and spoke with the manager about validating when he informed me they had parking in the back by the light. The lot is small but I was able to get a spot and it's free parking. We sat on the patio and I ordered my usual tacos with a margarita. Their food is pretty consistent at the locations I've been to. I didn't have any complaints. It's nice to have a location closer to home. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Came for a birthday celebration. The Halloween fixtures are always great. It is one of my favorite themed bars. The staff is very attentive and the food is consistently good. I love the intentionality of the bathroom and the decorations when they have them. It is a great vibe.

Yelp
Had a great experience here! Their Christmas decorations are adorable right now. The ambiance is Xmas vibes. The service was nice and food was fresh. Drinks were strong. I really like this location. I just wish the parking was free but I paid and it was worth it lol.

Yelp
Thanks Rreal taco! Leaving a dear friends memorial service and decided to gather together in her memory, especially with her love of mexican food. As we were headed there, I called and made a reservation. They have parking for free right behind the building. In the lot of the restaurant, the parking can vary. Its very expensive in my opinion. About $22, craziness. We had to wait about 5 minutes bc they were trying to figure out the best way to seat us. Party of 6. It was a Sunday, after the church crowds of course but it didnt take long at all. After we were seated, our waiter was very professional and so attentive. I ordered the Watermelon Margarita Tequila blanco, watermelon, triple sec, lime & agave $13. 10/10 great drink with the tajin! For my meal I went with the Costra cheese taco with pico de gallo on a flour tortilla with chicken and the Quesabirria Birria Barbacoa Quesadilla with cilantro, onions and consomé $14.99 Thanks RREAL TACO! Will most definitely come back.

Yelp
I ordered online for pickup. Parking can be pretty challenging if you are just picking up but I was able to get a space and put my blinkers on. I was hoping my food would be ready but it wasn't. I actually had to wait about 10-15 mins which feels like forever when you ate worried about getting a Parking ticket. I really wish they had a pickup area for parking or curbside pickup. The food was good. The chicken birria is good but I still prefer the original better.

Jaye B.

Yelp
Food was amazing--the tacos transported me back to some of the really great taco spots I frequented when I lived and worked in NYC. I ordered the beef Birria taco (2) and a grilled shrimp taco. The birria tacos are a "must" order...the shrimp was good too but needed two tortillas. You may enough for each to be able to eat the taco without it falling apart in your hands. Great atmosphere and attentive service. The food came out quickly--fresh and hot. And honey, my frozen margarita rimmed in black ice...one, if not the best, frozen margaritas I've ever tasted. Be aware that parking can and is an issue. If parking in the lot with the restaurant it costs about 16.00 for 1 hour. This is a ridiculous amount to charge for parking.

Yelp
We've been to Rreal Tacos once before, but at another location. We were in the area so we decided to stop by. While we were being seated we requested another table because we didn't want to be in the middle of the room. I guess the table we wanted was for 3 people or more so the hostess told us no. That was super odd to me because why the heck not!? So what if we only have 2 people, it was a table that sat 4, not 6. Also it was not busy at all. The hostess literally rolled her eyes when we asked for a high-top against the wall. I watched her try to seat 3 other parties at that same table and everyone refused. She wasn't friendly and the only time I saw her smile was with her coworkers. Our server made up for the hostess's lack of customer service. She was efficient, friendly, and attentive (I wish I could remember her name). The food was decent. I had the tempura fish taco, and the costra taco with chicken. If you're not a big eater and you're getting the costra taco, that might be all you need. It's super filling.

Yelp
This is definitely my kind of spot. Tacos and Tequila for the WIN!!! The food was delicious and nicely seasoned. My favorite was the sweet potatoes. This is my New spot for my GA visits. We came down for my nephews graduation and so happy this spot was recommended by my sister. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress checked on us and gave great recommendations for dishes. I loved all the Tequila bottles lining the wall. There was so many and it was beautiful. (If you can't tell I'm a Tequila drink then now you know lol) I'll be back

Yelp
Initially, I looked forward to having a Rreal Tacos location near me. I've been to a few of their locations and I enjoy their food, but the parking here sucks. There's only a few free spaces available and the paid parking is expensive. The atmosphere is as bright and energetic and the other locations. I've only dined in once and prefer to take my food to go because of the difficult parking. The pork belly and asada tacos are my favorite. The esquites is pretty good too.

Yelp
This is my first time going there a friend invited me to the place as I was looking at their menu. I saw that they had beer Ramen, which was very interesting so you know I had to get my hands on it. It was really really good very tasteful so many different flavors that I never thought to turn into a Ramen bowl before.the service was great as soon as we walked in they seated us I will say, though the place is a little bunched up so there's not a lot of space so I kept bumping into people, but overall it was a great experience, especially with everybody dressed up in their costumes.

Yelp
Visited on a Friday evening for dinner with my husband. We parked in the lot which is limited and expensive. We were able to get a table right away without a reservation. It wasn't too crowded but the were busy. We looked at the menu via the qr code on the table. When our server came over we were ready to order. We each ordered a margarita flight and guac for an app. I ordered 2 tempura fish tacos and a veggie taco. My husband ordered a birria barbacoa, grilled shrimp, and picahna taco. Our flight came and the app came shortly after. I enjoyed the tempura fish tacos with a nice flavor and fry. The veggie taco was ok. My husband enjoyed all of his tacos. The guac was fine, could've used some more salt and pepper. The margarita flights were muy bueno! My favorite was the passion fruit. Overall we enjoyed our time and would probably go back especially for the drinks and that tempura fish taco.

Yelp
Just discovered this place and it was so cool. They've done a nice job in the space, it's cool and trendy, but not too loud. Service was great, everyone was very attentive and friendly. The food is yummy. The app trio is the standard gauc, queso and salsa. The salsa and gauc are great and the queso is good too. The tacos that really stick out were the fish and the carnitas. Fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try more!

Yelp
We had a time here!!! We went on a Friday after work and it's the holiday season so parking was a task! I circled the parking lot hoping someone would be leaving no luck... so I left the parking lot and drove to near by parking still no luck apparently everybody was partying this night lol so I decided to go back to the Rreal Tacos parking one more time and with patience I was able to park right in front yay for me!!! Of course it's a waiting list so we add our name and surprisingly only wait 30 mins. When we enter it is so live in there omg!! It's packed but such a Christmas vibe! The music and lights are so nice. They even had the outdoor area nice and toasty! Our waitress was the best! She was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name! Anyhoo they have a special Christmas menu and we were ordering everything! Their prices are very reasonable and this is my second year celebrating during the holiday season at Rreal tacos... I will definitely be visiting more often until next time SYOY! Check out how much fun we had in my video

Yelp
Atlanta's trendiest taco joint has arrived in Decatur! My friend and I went for lunch on Cinco de Mayo, and while it sadly didn't pay homage to Mexico's defeat of the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla (the origin of Cinco de Mayo), the beautiful decorations and latin music helped us get in the mood for some great tacos and margaritas. To start off with the goods things (of which there were many): food was delicious. I got the pork carnitas, the chicken, and the birria tacos, and all of them were exceptionally done. The margarita was also great, as was the guacamole we got as an appetizer. My friend is vegetarian so got the veggie taco, and he seemed to thoroughly enjoy it. Our server Maria was great and attentive, and we were in and out with some great food in no time. Oh, and the decor and presentation of the food is fantastic-- big kudos on that front. As for the bad... My mom and I came here about a week and a half before Cinco de Mayo (like Veinte de Abril) and after getting seated by the host we had to wait over 10 minutes before a server came up to greet us. Despite that being the longest wait I've had in over a year, she wasn't apologetic at all-- just curtly asked what we wanted to drink and if we had time to look at the menu. We put in water orders, but felt pretty icky about the whole thing so just ended up leaving.

Yelp
Hmm, let's see I'm giving my first experience at this restaurant 2 stars because our waitress was amazing. Let me back up a bit. Arrived here late on Friday night around 9pm. Excited that the rain wouldn't come for a couple of hours, we sat outside. Our waiter greeted us, we ordered salsa and my friend got the margarita flight (which comes with a lime, passionfruit, mango, and watermelon margarita). Shortly after, it started to lightly rain and the wind picked up. Unfortunately, seating inside was going to be a 30 min wait so we moved to a table closer to the restaurant to avoid the rain. But when it started raining harder we went inside. When our waitress saw us, she told us to have a seat in her section, which was so sweet as there were still others by the door with their drinks and food who were seating outside, just waiting to be seated due to the rain. It was SO LOUD inside, which is why we chose outside to begin with. Being in there really changed our experience into an overwhelming one. Everyone was YELLING over the loud music to talk to their dinner partners. I had to repeat myself several times to mine, and it was just too much. I wouldn't go back to dine in again because it was just too much. We then ordered food, I got a cheese quesadilla and the Abuela salad. My friend ordered two tacos and a side of rice (since the tacos are a la carte). The quesadilla was presented horribly, all stuck together, way too much cheese oozing out of every area that there was so easy way to try to eat it. It was also just blah in terms of good, quality cheese, and I wish they would have left it on the grill for any further amount of time to help. Now the abuela salad, I'd come back and order that. It was really good, a little too much onion, but overall, delicious. I forgot to take a pic of it, but it was a lot of salad. Overall, waitress was amazing and accommodating, food was meh aside from the salad, pricing was a little steep for tacos (~$5 per) but otherwise reasonably priced. Won't go back (wonder if the other locations have lower volume in music? lol)

Yelp
This isn't a long review. I've been to a few of these locations. Glad Decatur has their own. Drinks are great. Tonight the fish tempura tasted rubbery. If it was haddock or cod in the fish tempura it wasn't the best. Tasted rubbery in some spots and undercooked in other. Besides that enjoyed the bartender.

Yelp
I've been here twice with my family. Even though it was busy, the food was fine. The servers were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. This is Mexican restaurant has beautiful décor that adds to the atmosphere. The only downside was the parking, was a bit of a headache.

Yelp
I was visiting Decatur for the weekend and our friend suggested this spot. First off, I want to talk about the stellar customer service they provided. We were dining with a baby and a stroller and the staff rearranged a few tables to make sure that our large party was seated and comfortable while still making sure other customers could easily exit. The decor of the place is very well done. Space is large and a nice ambiance. You can tell that thought was put into details of the restaurant. Since we had a large party, we ordered the mango margarita pitcher and the taco platter. The margarita was a 10/10 and the pitcher allowed 2-3 drinks per person (we had a total of 6 adults). As for the tacos, they were pretty decent. Not the best but not the worst but definitely hit the spot. We ordered the birria, asada, pork belly, and the barbacoa. The pork belly was a little dry and took a bit more to chew but otherwise, everything was good. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back next time I'm in town.

Yelp
Very busy taco spot in downtown Decatur. For easy parking, it's right next to a paid parking lot but you can street park for free or at the meter depending if you're residential or on the block. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor tables are a little loud because the tables are packed together and the music is loud. Inside is kind of dim but also packed with tables. There's only two private bathrooms here. It has a trendy dark atmosphere with party music. Not a personal fan but they use QR code menus and have someone take your order. The elote was surprisingly so good. I got a huge corn on the cob seasoned and dressed right. It had plenty of flavor!!! It was so good, best elote that I've had ever although I've only had it twice. Here are my taco ratings in order from best to worst. Best taco of the night: The birria taco was also amazing but I wish it was a birria dip because the meat could have been much more juicier or had the sauce to it. Crispy pork belly taco!!! This was also surprisingly good. The pork belly was crispy yet tender. Seasoned well. Glad I got this one. The shrimp and picanha tacos were alright but the shrimp taco was more cumbersome to eat. Overall, I'd come back to this place :)

Yelp
Rreal Tacos is a fun place located in downtown Decatur. The atmosphere is lively and cheerful. I ordered the quesabirria quesadillas with consommé, which was delicious! My friend ordered a shrimp taco and a vegetarian taco. The tacos get a thumbs up as well. We both washed our food down with a pitcher of house margarita, and I must say that the margaritas had a kick to them, and I loved it! A lot of restaurants just use a bunch of sour margarita mix with very little tequila, but Rreal Tacos hit the mark. They also decorate the pitcher in a cute and tropical manner. We sat at the bar, so of course the service had to be great. The staff were comedic and were trying to sell those shots like pros. I must say that I had a really good time, and since I love Mexican food, I know that I'm going back!
google avatar

Keondra H.

Yelp
I enjoyed the Decatur location. The customer service was top notch and the food did not disappoint. It was decorated really well for Halloween. I can't wait to see what they do for other holidays. The parking is decent, however be prepared to pay.
google avatar

Charisse H.

Yelp
I hate to give them three stars but based on the food, I can't give any more than that. Service was excellent. This was my second time there and I think I had the same waitress. She was awesome. We happened to come in during a big lunch crowd but didn't have to wait too long to be serviced. The decorations for Halloween were great. Loved the theme. However the food, was lackluster at best. If you want fun and cool looking food and drinks, this would be your spot but that's all you're getting, fun and cool looking. The drinks were good, the zombie punch had a good flavor, the Texas margarita was just ok. The Halloween chicken birria taco was decent. Should have gotten a couple more of those instead of the Halloween birria ramen. It looked so cool I just had to try it but that's where my excitement ended. There was so little flavor in anything in the dish. I was very disappointed. Would I go back, honestly I do not know. Maybe for drinks and a taco but that would pretty much be it.

Yelp
Food great and service great. A happy group of diners. I was surprised at how quickly I got my food even though it was very busy

Yelp
We were glad that we were able to get into Rreal Tacos before the big dinner rush on Mother's Day! The vibe was cool though it was pretty loud in there. Lots of great options on the menu and it was easy to pay and leave at the end with everything being online. Service could've been a bit better, we had to ask for napkins and extra plates so many times. The food overall was pretty good, though my father in law felt some of the meat in his tacos was tough. Good for a quick fix.
google avatar

Lyndon B.

Yelp
Now I see when your paying after you eat why they have you do a review right after it doesn't allow you to right comments. Now going forward I'll wait on the reviews until I get home. Few things, food was exceptional, delicious, however. We ordered the 12 tacos since it was a group of 3 and one taco was missing, no worries we let our waitress know and she fixed it immediately.. no worries there. That tub of 12 drinks.. not worth it, tastes like flavored juice, definitely would have passed on that however the ducks in it was cool lol. And the price...WHOAH.... Naw won't be back here again. Almost $250 for 3 people, the experience didn't blow me away to be comfortable paying that. It was just ok. Drinks not on point, food ok, atmosphere..just alright. Our waitress was amazing also giving recommendations, I give our server a 5 star

Yelp
I met my daughters and new granddaughter at this restaurant and was already frustrated that parking was $10 an hour -- for each car. We added our names to the waitlist and were told it would be about 30 minutes. We waited outside in the cold for over an almost 2 hours with a baby. When we were #1 on the waitlist. I went inside and told the waiter. She acknowledge we were next and side she will get us shortly. 30 minutes later, the hostess came to me outside and asked if we wanted to sit outside. I explained that we had a small baby and preferred to sit inside. She went back in... 20 minutes later, she came back out and asked the exact same thing again -- even though I had just said no. The hostess was pretty much like she didn't care. It was cold, the baby was fussy, and still no table. Then she said, very matter of fact, she didn't know how much longer it would be for a table inside. By this time, it was 8:30 p.m., and we were freezing, tired, and hungry. We never got seated and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. Between the expensive parking, poor communication, and lack of consideration for a family with a newborn, this was one of the worst non-dining experiences I've had -- and we didn't even make it to a table...but paid an enormous amount for parking for nothing!!

Yelp
Table for 2 for dinner I heard a new Rreal Taco location just opened up in Decatur, so Wifey and I decided to go check it out. When we arrived, we noticed a shared parking lot right in front of the restaurant. It was the usual scan-and-pay setups, but the pricing was kinda weird--$7 for 30 minutes or $19 for three hours. No in-between. I went with the $7 option and hoped for the best. We walked past a few outdoor tables on our way in, but after a quick discussion, we agreed to sit inside. When we stepped in, there were a few people milling around the host stand, and it felt a little unorganized. Took a minute for anyone to greet us. Eventually, someone made eye contact and asked if we'd been helped. We said we were looking for a table for two inside, and they quickly seated us at a high-top. They pointed out a QR code for the drink and food menus. We scanned it, and I noticed there weren't any beers listed--just a bunch of specialty cocktails and a nice lineup of Mexican favorites. We waited for a while, but no server came by. I caught eyes with the host again to let them know we hadn't been helped yet. They gave me a quick nod like someone would be over soon. Eventually, our server showed up--and she had a great demeanor, bubbly personality. I asked about the beer selection, and she let us know they don't carry much in the way of American beers, just a few Mexican ones. Wifey ordered a Modelo, and I went with a Pacifico. She dropped off our drinks and came back to take our food order. Wifey went with three tacos--two al pastor and one pork belly. I got one chicken taco, one al pastor, and a side of rice and beans. Food came out very fast. Wifey was happy with hers. I thought mine were good, not amazing--I just needed a little something, so I asked for some hot sauce to spice it up. Oh, another point about the parking, as I was eating the half hour expired and I could not extend it. I had to get up, walk outside and scan again for another $7. So parking was convenient but a bit of a pain. After dinner we left a little room for dessert. We shared a Tres Leches and it was delicious. It was a great treat to cap off the dinner. Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and especially Leeanne, our server. She was clearly busy, running around nonstop, but had a great attitude when she interacted with us.

Yelp
Fantastic! Get the Trio Appetizer, it's so good! The dining area is kinda loud, but it was also very packed the day we went. The tables are very close to each other. But the food is delicious and we'll for sure go back soon! They also have good non-alcoholic drinks. I loved the Cucumber & Mint Mocktail.

Yelp
I love the food and atmosphere. My favorite is the birria pizza. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. My bday was October 29th, and my family took me here on Halloween to celebrate, not only did I get a free drink, but I got good food. It's down the street from my house which is such a convenience for me lol ...I love this place.

Yelp
The food is great at this bright, lively Mexican spot. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Tacos are pretty big. You only need 2 to be stuffed. My favorites are the pork belly & birria with cheese. The guacamole is pretty fire too. The to-go process is a little confusing. When you receive the text that your food is almost ready, go in and ask for your order. You will NOT receive another message when it is actually ready. That and the crazy parking prices ($16.95 for up to the first hour) were the only things that needs improvement.

Yelp
Excellent food, amazing cocktails. Fast service, friendly staff. Our server Lia was awesome. We've been to a few of their other locations and the new Decatur place is lit.

Yelp
Well the place has good food and the service wasn't bad either. I wish the service could have been faster but the place is packed and crowded. Atmosphere is not bad either. Really is a good place to eat but food is a little expensive and but it's always crowded service and waiting for a table is slowish. So if you don't mind waiting you'll have a good time.

Yelp
We went on opening week & made a reservation on OpenTable which was ready for us when we arrived. They even had the table blocked with a "reserved" sign which was nice, as a lot of times you still end up waiting for tables even when you have a reservation. We lucked out and got a street parking spot after circling the block, but otherwise the lot out front of the restaurant is a paid lot that is strictly enforced. We were greeted at our table by our server immediately and brought water, which was kept refilled at all times! The server was very friendly and personable, making sure to check in on us throughout the meal. I believe their name was Alejandro and they were also assisted by another server throughout the night. I was initially a little shocked in the menu/prices. I am used to restaurants serving free chips & salsa in this area. We ended up ordering the chips & queso which was a large portion that I felt justified the price after all. I ordered 3 different tacos, all of which were fresh and authentic tasting. Well seasoned, tender meat, really delicious. My sister ordered the burrito bowl with grilled chicken and it was huge. She ended up only eating half of it and taking the other half to-go, but also commented on how delicious it was. We didn't order any drinks from the bar but did notice the presentation of them from other guests and they looked very well presented and I would have felt the price was fair if I had ordered a drink. The ambiance was the only thing that had me on the fence - but that solely comes down to preference. The music was pretty loud, they were bringing out sparklers and bells for birthdays, and overall it's a pretty upbeat environment. That said, I was there on a Tuesday night with my sister to grab dinner and help her prep for a job interview but if I was there on a Friday night with friends I would have enjoyed it more. So, not worth knocking any stars off but it's definitely worth noting that it's not a casual weekday spot if that's what you're looking for. The restaurant design is very trendy and fits the downtown Decatur vibe. Definitely will be back and hope to see it do well in this new location.

Yelp
Overall it was a good time, good food, good customer service. The manager was awesome. He checked on our table very frequently and ensured we had everything and that everything was going well. I would def return. Good luck on your visit.

Yelp
Server (Maria) was very friendly, but she left us for too long. We needed ice for our drinks and sour cream (or something) for our food. The shrimp was good, but the slaw inside the shrimp tacos tasted dry and awful. And there was something extremely mushy inside the Birria Barbacoa. I told her we didn't like the food, but was refused a discount. So we tried to eat it anyway, but my friend and I were both nauseous afterwards. I couldn't even swallow it. There were no paper napkins, so I spit it back into the plate. Atmosphere was beautiful and clean, but way too cold.

Yelp
I really like this location. The environment matches the others with an upbeat & fun vibe. Food is great, as at the other locations. The staff is nice esp the male manager with the glasses who is very accommodating & friendly. I live in Decatur so I expect the parking situation to be iffy but honestly the parking lot isn't bad at all & theres plenty of free parking near by if you can get a spot at one of those lots when this one is full. 10/10 recommended

Yelp
The food here is so damn good. The drinks are always on point. The service is fast AF. They seat you right away. Bathrooms were clean. Love that they have purse hooks. My only problem is the parking, which I am sure is out of their control. But damn. Who wants to pay to eat. That money could be for a another drink.

Yelp
I've never been to this location before. I was in Decatur and stopped by. Glad I did. This might be the best location out of them all. Service was great and it's a nice place inside. The guacamole was good not, grear. I had three tacos too. Carnitas, Pastor, and Chicken. Carnitas and chicken were great. The pastor was decent and probably won't get it again. These aren't small street tacos. They are good size with lots of meat. I'll definitely head back when in the area.

Yelp
Great customer service! Good drinks flavors for the margaritas. The tacos never disappoint. I definitely recommend for friends or a date. Two margs, 4 tacos & one app for about $55

Yelp
Let's get the bad stuff out the way.... PARKING! The whole lot is pay parking and it's ridiculous if you ask me, 30mins. $5 or 3hrs. $18 plus a service fee. Now we can talk about the good stuff...when you walk up, love the exterior...no pics to cold lol and they do have outside seating. Once walking in really cute. There are televisions over the bar. The staff was very nice and kept our water full and stayed checking on you. Now I wasn't hungry hungry and I'm not a Mexican food lover, I just dabble in it but as I looked around, it looks to be authentic. I had the 3-Trio, guacamole, queso, and salsa, along with Esquites(Mexican street corn in a bowl. Each where really good, the queso did get stiff but I was still able to get in it and scoop my chip with a little work. Drinks, I started with the margerita and decided on my favorite... Passion fruit, so that's how I topped off my evening. I was really shocked at how business it got and stayed for a Thursday. I could definitely go back and I definitely can say it's worth give a try for sure
