My husband (and father of a small child) and 3 friends was going to celebrate his birthday, they are all parents and bought tickets excited for a rare night out. No one was drunk, but they got their tickets cancelled after 2 hours waiting. They were dressed properly, are actually berliner. I guess they got rejected as they were 4 dudes, but sorry times change and the partners can't alway come with. I think this sucks, don't sell tickets and reject people. He felt so bad because the others are also parents and rarely have a night out like this...

great club with multiple bars, rooms, and stages. we went in winter on an experimental music night, so no beer garden. entry was €30 cash, but the music definitely made up for the cost. I would recommend checking it out.

It’s very clear that access is random just to generate FOMO. We knew the DJs, we’ve been to the best clubs in Europe, and even with advance tickets (purchased through Resident Advisor) they denied us entry without reason. You can go to clubs just as good or better all across Europe and not be treated like a pariah. Not worth it.

Bouncers asked where we were from, after hearing we were from the UK, they told us we couldn't enter, despite having pre-booked tickets months in advance. This was the main event of our trip away that we had been looking forward to, was a massive shame we were turned away because of our nationality. They were turning away all males from the UK that evening. We didn't misbehave in the queue, we have never had any difficulties getting into any club before, and we dressed according to their dress code. When we questioned why, they had a very aggressive little bouncer whom had been hiding behind the main doorman for most of the night, who threatened to "smash the glasses" of one of my friends, and told us it is what it is, and we need to get on with it. Terrible door staff, if you're from the UK, genuinely do not bother.

The club in itself and the sound system are nice but the line-up was absolutely terrible for the price. 30€ in Saturday eve for some of the worse techno we've ever heard. Almost fell asleep during the 4 hour set, as even getting drinks didn't save us...RUN AWAY

One of the best techno clubs I have ever been to (I was there for the HEISSS party). Amazing soundsystem and underground atmosphere. Also everybody was very friendly and nice, especially in the chill and smoking areas. I guess there is some kind of selection at the door but it's not insanely strict like at Berghain.

absolutely LOVED the immediate entry refusal because of an Australian accent, after pre purchasing tickets and bringing in the new year in the absolute freezing cold queue, also adhering to berlins general dress code and being told “not tonight” warmed my heart I was no longer cold. pretentious club and city thankyou for ruining my new years xxxx make sure you wear just a harness and nothing else in -4 degrees for 2 hours if you want to get in and if you’re not german don’t even bother

One of the best clubs of Berlin! Great music, amazing industrial venue with lots of places to chill, the visitors feel like a big family. The staff is friendly and fast. The NYE party is a must but the Saturday - Monday weekender was also amazing! Coming from Berghain it was such a good experience in comparison. At Berghain waited 2.5 hours in the cold just to be refused because I answered "Yes" on "Are you alone?". At RSO I've never had problems, sometimes they ask why you are coming for a party but then you can explain and aren't just refused without getting a chance to speak. They were friendly and welcoming and wished me a great night (and saved my night)!
