RT Bakery & Cafe

A beautiful, elegant, and delightful coffee shop and bakery. Russian owned and French inspired. Freshly baked well sized croissants and sourdough bread. The sourdough bread is made using the natural process, no yeast. Very healthy and highly desirable.You can purchase the sourdough bread by the loafs here. They also have hearty sandwiches in which they use their freshly baked bread. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The owner is the epitome of a small business owner making her American Dream come true. The shop is located at the back of the building which gives it that coveted secret vibe. I ordered the large Americano. Delicious. Perfect spot to gather with friends, read a book, or go on a date. I look forward to my next visit.

This gym of a bakery is tucked away on the backside of the building. The beautifully crafted pastries are also delicious. We tried the raspberry mousse cake, which we really enjoyed. There is no cake inside. It’s simply a moose with white chocolate and it is delicious if you like raspberry, you will love it. We also tried the mango mousse cake, which was good as well and I can recommend strongly. Next time we’re here we’ll definitely try some of the chocolate variety. The wonderful owner service was just charming. We enjoyed a part of Darjeeling tea, which was well-made and Delicious. The stand out of the experience was the wonderful croissant turkey sandwich that I shared with my daughter. These are the best croissants I have ever eaten in my life. Including on the Seana in Paris. Do not miss the wonderfully crafted breads.

This place has the best butteriest flakiest croissants. The pastries are gorgeous and delicious. The raspberry mousse is delicious and tastes exactly like raspberries! We had a turkey Swiss croissant and Darjeeling tea with our pastries and everything stood out as high quality fresh, and delicious. This French inspired bakery is a must visit! We were even able to speak to the owner who was very kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The service was incredible and the place was clean and beautiful.

I visited this pastry shop I found on IG. It was everything in “person”. Really enjoyed speaking with the lady behind the counter - I didn’t catch her name - but she has an amazing accent and is extra friendly. She didn’t mind telling us about the different pastries. I was very accommodating with our questions. They were delicious and the presentation was amazing. Lots of fun for fruit shaped pastry.

I've visited this bakery about 5 times now- I have started stopping here once a week after work! My boyfriend LOVES their sandwiches and begs me to bring one home for him! I have more of a sweet tooth, so I usually get desserts. I've tried the mango and raspberry mousse cakes, the hazelnut cake, and the Dubai chocolate tart. The prices a very reasonable, and you can tell everything is made fresh and with a lot of care and attention to detail! My favorite is the mango mousse cake, which has a crunchy chocolate shell with mousse and DELICIOUS mango filling. I've also tried the iced coffee, which was super yummy. The bakery is beautiful inside and the atmosphere is really nice. The owners and employees are very friendly and I love chatting with them while I'm waiting on my sandwiches. Overall a fantastic experience, so stop by if you're looking for a yummy sweet treat and great atmosphere! Support small businesses :)

I had to try this place because the desserts are just too cute to pass up. I was a little nervous after a bad experience at another spot, but this place turned it around. The first lady who helped me was super nice and welcoming, though I did not catch her name. The second lady, with red hair, was not very friendly and seemed like she did not want to be there that day, which was disappointing. Dessert-wise, I tried three and really liked two. The apple tart was so good I ordered another to go, and the blueberry tart was adorable and delicious. The black currant brownie was picture perfect, and the black currant flavor itself was good, but the brownie portion missed the mark for me. Overall, the atmosphere is really cute, the presentation is great, and I would definitely go back to try more.

Got the viral mousse desserts! Personally was super excited for mango. It wasn't bad but was not as flavorful as expected. Blueberry was my least favorite, bitter aftertaste, but maybe thats your thing. LOVED the Raspberry and THE BEST was apple. Hands down!! It wasn't mousse but the layers of pie and the cookie bottom, so good. If I went again I would try other desserts instead of the fruit mousse ones, felt a bit over hyped in my opinion. But bakery was beautiful and desserts seem high quality. Spent about $35 for 4.

Had an amazing experience with rt Bakery. They were so helpful and accommodating with my cake design and last minute was able to deliver it for me. The cake was beautiful and everything I wanted for the outside and the inside of the cake was moist not too sweet and got so many compliments on the cake design and flavor. It was the highlight of our evening! Their croissants and sourdough bread is out of this world I feel like I'm in Europe every time I purchase their baked goods. If you want a taste of Paris come to this place. You want a custom cake made the prices was good, and did not take away from the quality

What a wonderful surprise...we lucked up on this bakery after having lunch in the area. The interior of the bakery is clean and modern. The service is impeccable! We only tried dessert and were blown away. We tried the Snickers mousse bar, the blueberry mouse cake and mango mouse cake. All were a beauitful work of art and tasted great as well. We will definitely return and hope to try the savory pastries and bread and coffee!

Recently moved to CHN, and had no idea there was an Eastern European bakery half a mile up the road! I'm so happy to have gone in today - I was having a late start Sunday and was hoping there were still pastries left. I grabbed a few croissants, a loaf of fresh sourdough and a piece of honey cake to bring home. My husband and I were In Heaven! His birthday is next week and I plan to try their lemon mousse cake. Definitely a MUST GO bakery! Beautiful and delish!

The ambience was pretty good! The service was quick too! We ordered iced cappuccino and iced latte with lavender flavor! Cappuccino was good but personally I didn't enjoy the lavender flavor in my iced latte.. maybe it's not my thing.. I do however want to try their other drinks to see if I like those.. we also ordered mango mouse which was sweet and tarty flavored! That was pretty good! I do want to try their other pastries especially their snickers one!

It's a pretty decent place, with a very subtle decor, soothing and peaceful. We went on Friday noon and it wasnt even too crowded, which worked for us because they dont have a big space for seatings. I love that they have a limited menu so you dont get confused on what to order. But they had a good variety of dessert. We tried their mango mousse and it was a little sweetz little tart, overall worked for my taste buds. I tried their cappuccino with caramel and it turned iut to be good. One thing I foung really interesting was their coffees were very thin textured, not too heavy, cream, or taste, which can totally work for some and be a disaster for someone who doesnt want to taste water. I probably will come back for another coffee flavor

An awesome bakery in the Realm - Castle Hills Exquisite, beautiful, delicious sweets, coffee, sandwiches and sooo much more!!! This high quality bakery is beautiful inside and out and the delicacies are sure to hit the spot! I ordered the lavender latte, and it was superb! I also got the avo toast w salmon and OMG- the sourdough bread was definitely the STAR! The baker/owner is so sweet (no pun intended) but she made the whole experience warm and inviting. I took home a box of goodies and I can't wait to try them all!! The honey bread, snickers treat, dubai chocolate tart are definitely a must try!!

This place was adorable! It is an Eastern European bakery and it is so charming. The woman was very nice and friendly. Everything was very good! When I saw they have the viral fruit desserts, you already know I was on the way. The raspberry was by far my favorite but they are all so good!

The service and ambiance is great, I came to work on some of my classwork and i really enjoyed how attentive the workers were

Mango cakes were so cute and delicious just like my boyfriend !! Bc he's yellow and adorable. On a serious note I'm committed to these precious little entrements as much as I'm committed to that sob ! High quality desserts and friendly service, got 4 for about 35 and everyone loved them !!!

I love this place - the cheat day wrap is tasty! Menu is healthy and fresh! Love all the juices bowls and protein shakes

Their sandwiches are fabulous. The sourdough is to die for. The mousse cakes are exquisite. I am working my way through them all. I love getting to sit in a window and eat. Service is a 10 out of 10.

Licking the inside of the box as I type this Best dessert I've ever had probably. You can tell how much passion the woman running the place and her staff put into the food. We showed up about 5 minutes before closing (drove 40 minutes) and they even gave us an ice pack to drive back with so it wouldn't melt. We got the mango, the coconut + raspberry, and the Dubai chocolate. All were 10/10

The Honey cake was delicious, sandwich was filling and tasty! The coffee we ordered ,latte & mocha satisfied my desire for a excellent cup of coffee. I will definitely comeback next time I am in the area.

The honey cake was amazing so I got a samples of the rest for a dear friend to enjoy. The service was friendly and the ambiance was creative designed.

Had a great experience at this café! My friends and I enjoyed sandwiches, tea, an Americano, and a pear vanilla tart. The coffee and tea were delicious, and the tart was absolutely wonderful. I also appreciated that their bread is made in-house. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A lovely spot in the Castle Hills neighborhood--definitely worth a visit!

What a beautiful place! The decor was lovely and so fancy yet comfortable and the food was just as beautiful and delicious! The owner served us and she was very friendly. I will definitely go again!

Very kind people, great customer service! Their sourdough bread is phenomenal. I came in to buy a loaf, but they were sold out, but didn't want me to leave empty-handed and gave me a free slice to eat on the road. Very kind. Their desserts also look delicious

Just tried this gem. It's very cozy and modern, and the service was excellent. The 4 of us all tried something different and everything was amazing. Seriously, the detail of these hand made creations is something you must try for yourself. ..even the tea is top notch. Oh and do not deprive yourself of the fresh sourdough bread!!
