Rubaiyat Faria Lima

"The owner of this temple to beef always believed that to serve the best meat, he had to have the best cattle. With this in mind, he founded Rubaiyat Farm, where the Brangus cattle, a cross between the Scottish Aberdeen Angus and the Indian Brahman, graze in an open field. Its meat is characterised by marbling, an enhanced flavour and tenderness that is superior to all others. In the group's restaurants, the cuts are served with soufflé potatoes (fried and puffed up in the Buenos Aires style) along with a buffet fit for a king." - Michelin Inspector

As always ..excellent quality and well experienced service in a beautiful Brazilian meat place. We had a shared menu. Meat for sharing and 2 types of small dishes , 2 side dishes and 2 desserts. Excellent quality and great value for money.

The best feijoada in SP! Everything was wonderful. The batida de.côco and caldinho de feijao perfect. Great place and ambiente. Staff wonderful and smiling. The bill alittle salty.

Excellent Steaks, Cocktails & Food here. One of the best places I have eaten in São Paulo I highly recommend it here! So many good side dishes, and so many choices. They make a lot of different specialty caipirinhas. Definitely stop here for a dinner if you’re in São Paulo

We went there lately in night but they served well and we really appreciated their efforts while we've been there. Food and wine (what they offered) was very delicious. My recommend is that you can leave the weather offer and eat your dinner! Absolutely recommended! You guys doing this gob !

First of all, the meats tastes really well. But I don’t see the restaurant is really that high end (e.g. service, ambience) compared to other steakhouses but here charges you the most. You will even pay more than usual rodízios. Nobody told me about parking but was charged 25 reais on my final bill. (And even this was subjected to 13% gratuity) It took long to get the main dish even there was not a lot of people. And the most disappointing thing is about the confusion the restaurant made. Rubaiyat in Paulista area was rodízio but closed right now so me and my friends decided to come here in Faria Lima. It was because on the web page of Rubaiyat Paulista we read ‘we are closed but you can go to other Rubaiyat branches.’ However, this one was a la carte not rodízio and we didn’t expect this. I feel as long as branches are in the same brand name it should provide the same service or at least explicitly explain the differences. Or my portuguese is bad so I missed some information but anyway was not a good experience because the restaurant didn’t have the service we want but more expensive than what we wanted.

very poor, they have no dry aged, and the steaks are wet age, chewy with no flavor at all with forgettable sides, wines list by the glass disappointing it seems a place to be seen: Service tried, but no one speaks English (ok). Desserts seems to be frozen and reheated an apple tart tatin felt flat and seems to be rushed with no flavor close to the French classic. A 13% gratuity VS a 10% one was included but albeit my server (he tried, professional and did well) communicated our dissatisfaction to the absent manager she just avoid us— after all we were seated next to the bus station in an almost empty restaurant. Bathroom smell terrible, flies around the kitchen and a damp ambiance. Avoid at all costs!
