First of all, the meats tastes really well. But I don’t see the restaurant is really that high end (e.g. service, ambience) compared to other steakhouses but here charges you the most. You will even pay more than usual rodízios. Nobody told me about parking but was charged 25 reais on my final bill. (And even this was subjected to 13% gratuity) It took long to get the main dish even there was not a lot of people. And the most disappointing thing is about the confusion the restaurant made. Rubaiyat in Paulista area was rodízio but closed right now so me and my friends decided to come here in Faria Lima. It was because on the web page of Rubaiyat Paulista we read ‘we are closed but you can go to other Rubaiyat branches.’ However, this one was a la carte not rodízio and we didn’t expect this. I feel as long as branches are in the same brand name it should provide the same service or at least explicitly explain the differences. Or my portuguese is bad so I missed some information but anyway was not a good experience because the restaurant didn’t have the service we want but more expensive than what we wanted.
