I love living here, the building has every amenity imaginable and then some. Whenever I've needed maintenance (only twice now), they are at my door within ten minutes of calling about the issue, they work swiftly, are extremely courteous and even wear slip covers for their shoes! The building often holds events like rooftop yoga, and sometimes rooftop pool parties, replete with DJ and bartender. This is an incredible residence I can't recommend enough, I'm fortunate to be able to call it home. 🙌👌👌👌👌👌👌👍🙌👑 Also the new management is incredible, courteous, professional and they reply swiftly to any inquiry. Rose management, they are the G.O.A.T.S. seriously thank you, Ruby, love this residence and surrounding neighborhood ! 🙌🙌👌👌👌👌👌👑👑👑👑👑✨🌟

I had a great experience touring The Ruby! The apartment finishes were modern and stylish and I was impressed by the spacious closets. The amenities are top-notch, especially the outdoor pool which adds a nice touch to the property itself. Carlos, who gave me the tour, was great. He genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next home and made the entire experience feel personal and pressure-free. Highly recommend checking this place out the next time you're looking for your next home!

Highly recommend this building. It's modern, clean, in a great location, and is chock full of amenities but where this building really shines is it's management team. Ever since Rose management took over, everything has improved. Joanna, in particular, really went above and beyond in helping me through a challenging situation. Also, Dolores at the front desk is an absolute angel. I really don't have bad things to say about this building, it's the best one I've stayed in NYC.

I lived at Ruby for 16 months and truly enjoyed every aspect of the unit and building. Superb location in Chelsea and a great building overall. Super friendly staff and I would recommend without hesitation. I moved out of country otherwise I would still call it home.

Had a great experience living at Ruby! While there’s plenty of luxury buildings around what makes a place home is the people you’re surrounded by and the staff here are incredible. They’re always happy to help with anything you need and were sweet and kind to my pup Buffy as well. The front desk staff and the maintenance crew are kind, respectful and great at their jobs. Julio, Dolores, Cherelle, Pernell - just to name a few - are all wonderful and I’d recommend Ruby to anyone based on them alone. Sadly the prices are a little too steep otherwise we would’ve stayed

Great building, but ... they aren't returning my security deposit! I left the unit in great condition and they are playing the old under-new-management-card. I called twice. Sent two emails. And still don't have my security deposit back more than three months after leaving. Otherwise, great location, great building, friendly staff.

Front desk is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to turn things around Apartment is generally quiet. clean hallway and common areas. Also inside the apartment it’s really warm in the winter so saves utilities bill by a good amount.

I moved into the Ruby in May, and since then cannot come up with one complaint. For a new building, I have been very impressed that there have been little to no hiccups, and if any (although very rare and minor) they are addressed immediately. I also cannot speak highly enough of the staff that go the extra mile day in and day out. All of the front desk staff (Sharrell, Prenell,Dolores,Robert) treat tenants with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Additionally, resident manager Julio is alway wearing a smile and quick to assist with any need (nothing is too big or too small for that man). All in all, in the noise of NYC, it’s nice to have found an oasis (and community) in the Ruby.
