Is an American Diner Really a Restaurant for Everyone? - Eater

"Emblematic of the trend is the chain Ruby's Diner in California; opened in 1982, it looks like a cartoon fantasy of the 1950s." - Jaya Saxena

Delicious and so gorgeous inside. These kinds of diners aesthetically wise need a comeback. Chili cheese fries with green onions is not something I knew I needed till now. Everything is just excellent, like you can’t come here without smiling at least ONCE. Fries and coffee in a retro looking diner, hello? Delicious, order their chili, cheeseburgers, whatever, I promise its worth‼️

Went to Ruby’s Diner and had a really good time. I got the Double Deluxe burger—it was only 10 bucks and honestly a great deal for a solid diner burger. Classic comfort food, hit the spot. Service was awesome. The waiter was super friendly and the food came out quick. Only little mix-up was I ordered a vanilla milkshake and got a strawberry instead, but I didn’t really mind. I’d definitely go back. Good food, good vibe, no complaints.

Had a great breakfast at Ruby’s Diner! The highlight of our meal was definitely the beignets—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. They were the perfect treat to start the day! We also ordered the veggie omelette, which was not only tasty but came in a generous portion—definitely enough to satisfy a big appetite. Everything we tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The only downside was the limited menu options for vegetarians and those who don’t eat pork. While what we had was good, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. That said, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and we’d happily come back!

Upon entering the establishment, one is immediately struck by the palpable atmosphere of refined conviviality, complemented by a standard of customer service that is, without reservation, exemplary. The adult grilled cheese, which I elected to sample, proved to be an experience of unparalleled gustatory delight. Its nostalgic resonance is cleverly augmented by the inspired addition of bacon, a masterstroke that elevates this seemingly simple dish to an extraordinary plane of flavor. The execution is both elementary and sophisticated, resulting in a taste sensation of remarkable depth and complexity.

First time at Ruby’s Diner and we just ordered Frings (combination of Fries and Onion rings ($9.49), a kids Vanilla Malt ($5.99) a coffee shake ($7.99) and a Mint Chip Shake ($7.99). We really enjoyed everything. The onion rings were nice and crisp and the fries were average shoe string fries. This is a classic diner with an old Nash Car right behind the Host/Hostess stand. Our server was Brianna and she was great. They have a decent sized menu with salads, burgers, sandwiches and a few other items to choose. We just needed a mid afternoon snack/treat.

Google
Cute diner, we were seated right away and the food came out quickly which worked in our favour. The strawberry milkshake is a must try, it wasn’t too thick so you could actually drink it instantly.

Google
Great family atmosphere, food was good also the service, I ordered the classic burger with lemonade and it was delicious, I recommend. Also the fries are "refillable" :) My brother ordered the chicken fingers and are served in a funny way, also delicious

Google
A great Diner type experience very limited menu though service could be improved a great way to get easy parking at the Citadel if you need a quick bite to eat definitely a place to take the kids they get free box car cutouts

Yelp
Came here to say we stopped for a quick bite and let me tell you, the service was amazing, our server Brandon was great he was very attentive and checked in the perfect amount of times. The food was okay- the fries were a little cold but the hickory burger still hits the spot. Will be coming back hopefully with hot fries!

Yelp
2.5 The Diner itself is gorgeous! It's like walking back in time. The decor was incredible and our waiter was so kind but the food didn't hit the mark for me. The food was just okay. I don't think I'll be visiting again but it's worth checking out if you want the Diner feel.

Yelp
Drove an hour to get here because we were craving it and all the South Bay ones have closed. We sat down and it took about ten minutes to finally get our waiter. She was nice when we finally got helped. The food came out very quick, but it just didn't taste the same sadly. It's pretty disappointing. The shake was good as always. I love the decor in this restaurant though. It's super cute and retro!

Yelp
Sure! Here's a conversational, personal, and lightly educational Yelp review you can post: 3 Stars - Good Food, But Service Dog Policy Needs Work I would go to Ruby's for the nostalgic vibe and classic diner food, so I was looking forward to this visit. The food was just as I remembered, tasty, comforting, and satisfying. But my experience this time around came with a reminder of how much education is still needed around service animals. When I arrived with my service dog, the host's smile immediately dropped. She quietly led me to a table away from the other diners and said, "You have a dog," as the reason for the separation. Just a quick note for anyone reading this, especially restaurant staff: it's actually against the law to isolate or segregate someone with a service dog from other guests. I know it wasn't necessarily meant to be rude--she did try to be nice--but intention doesn't erase the impact. The waitress who took care of me was kind and attentive, though I was definitely greeted with the same cautious attitude. I understand that fake service dogs are unfortunately a real issue, but it's management's responsibility to train their team to ask the two legal questions allowed under the ADA rather than making assumptions and to help guide them on how to identify a real and fake service dogs. I'm not writing this to complain but to educate, so that others with legitimate service dogs don't have to go through the same thing. There are ways to respectfully verify a service dog without violating rights or creating uncomfortable experiences. Overall, the food and general customer service were good to regular patrons.

Yelp
Always enjoyed eating here whenever I finished my shopping at the outlets. I remember another location like this in Redondo Beach, which sadly closed down. So this is the 2nd closest location to me. Also, everytime I come here I like to bring up that my husband painted the car that is displayed in restaurant. He was working at a body shop years back and had this as a project. Anyways, I've only been here 2 times. This review is based on my 2nd time, which was recent. I ordered my usual Mushroom and Swiss burger with chili cheese fries. Sad to say the chili cheese to fries ratio was not balanced. Got little chili and cheese on my fries, thus my minus 1 star. Our waitress was nice, but talked low and it was hard to hear her at times. But still nice girl. The ambiance is just like your 80's diner theme. Which I enjoy very much. Not much complaints with my last visit. I wouldn't get the chili cheese fries side again. But I would come back whenever I am craving it.

Yelp
First time stopping by Ruby's Diner and if I'm being completely honest, the visit was simply out of pure convenience. With me staying at the Doubletree, Ruby's Diner was a brisk walk away. Being that my daughter is pretty selective with what she's willing to eat and I had pretty much exhausted all of her go-to meals @ the mall within the first few days that we were here. I couldn't tell you how relieved I was to find this establishment offering typical American foods because a kid can always go for a hotdog!! Purchase: Kids Hotdog [comes with fries] Large Soda Crispy Green Beans Old Fashioned Vanilla Soft Serve Food: The hotdog is just your typical wiener. The fries accompanying the meal were pale, soggy, and just not very appetizing. The green bean fries were excessively oily. The vanilla soft serve was the best part of the meal. 2 stars for the food quality and taste. Bonus points for the super cute paper car provided for my toddler to decorate and enjoy. She literally held on to it for weeks before I was finally able to get rid of it [without her knowing] and replaced it with a plastic car tray dinner set.

Yelp
I had such a great experience here at Ruby's! After a long day of shopping, we were starving & decided to go here since it looked so cute from the outside. I absolutely love how it is decorated and the vibes in here. I ordered the Hickory cheese burger which had 2 thick slices of bacon, onion rings, and bbq sauce along with lettuce and tomatoes. All burgers come with fries and I'm thankful our server asked if we wanted to upgrade the fries because the chili cheese fries were amazing! Everything was soooo delicious!!! To end it off, my bf ordered the hot fudge sundae for us and wow. Chocolatey goodness. I wouldn't get it again but the moment felt right to order it. I fell into a food coma after. So good and our server was really sweet and nice. I wish I got her name!!

Yelp
Our server, Jose was very nice and made it a delightful day for a birthday celebration. He was very attentive and all the food came out very fast and perfect temperature. We were very happy and will definitely return due to the service we received.

Diego V.

Yelp
Bald white guy who served us was disrespectful and passive aggressive when serving us food, as if he had a problem with serving us, you could see visual displeasure when he had to attend our table. Very disappointed, I was uncomfortable the entire time at the restaurant.

Yelp
Typical diner fare. The tuna melt hit the spot for nostalgia. The service was top notch! Brandon was quick and attentive and checked in a few times. The hostess was so sweet - gave us a couple paper cars as requested. Definitely a good spot to catch your breath from all the shopping.

Yelp
Food was good and the service that we had was good as well. I was expecting a little more from the seafood combo plate that I got but it was still good.

Yelp
Love the diner vibes, the host was gracious and sat me at a corner booth, as I was alone no worries. Love the old tunes playing in the background and waited for the waiter. Leaves the menu on the table takes my drink order. I decide on the BLTA . Now I see my waiter with my iced tea, he stops and has a conversation with people on another table for a few minutes. Realizes that I see him and places my drink down and asks if I'm ready to order. I do and I feel a lite splash of water. It's raining outside and I look up and see no dripping, my food arrives and I get into the fries. Now at this point food is Good, the wait staff soso, and I feel the splash again . I look up and there is a leak splashing from the corner of the booth. I ate half the food , asked for a box, the manager asked if anything was wrong. I told him and he apologized. Didn't ask if I wanted to move, that would have been nice. Do I paid my tab and left

Yelp
Best Hickory burger I had. The meat was very juicy and sweet. The onion rings with the burger were a perfect combo. It also had barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, American cheese with all you could get fries. The waiter was amazing super sweet I wish I remember her name.

Yelp
I visited with my parents on a Wednesday the last hour they were open. Everyone was very nice. We were sat immediately and our server was fast, helpful and friendly. I believe her name is Valerie, she is an amazing server. We ordered calamari, clam chowder, a fried seafood platter and I ordered a bacon cheese burger with bacon and an extra patty! I took the burger to go. The restaurant gives a 50's vibe with nice decor, it also very clean. While the food was good the burger for sure was the best. The fries held up great when reheated.

Yelp
Had breakfast on Sunday morning before doing some shopping at the Citadel outlets. Ordered hotcake combo with bacon. When I received my hotcakes and started eating them they were not cooked all the way through and doughy and runny inside. I could tell something was off with them because they were a little on the thick side and really dark. Didn't return the hotcakes, I just didn't eat them, didn't want to make a fuss and send my food back. The bacon was not cooked to my liking but I tried to eat it as well. Think it's important to make quality food and make sure the hotcakes are cooked all the way through. Not sure if I'll be back. Server was pleasant his name was Jason.

Yelp
I'm an absolute sucker for a blast from the past and that's exactly what Ruby's Diner is. When you walk into Ruby's Diner, you walk into the past when the uniforms were bright, the hats were pointy, for some reason the tables were all red, and the menus were full of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and all the American diner classics you expect. We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon when my wife was looking for a pair of shoes at the Citadel Outlet Mall. This place seems to be the biggest restaurant here, while the rest of the food options seem like smaller food court type places. This place had a ton of people working when we were here and hat super quick service, which is always appreciated during a busy time. I was quick to order off the menu when I saw the "Rubyclub" a "hand-carved turkey breast with thick cut bacon, crisp lettuce, mayo, and a deliciously soft ruby roll" (I removed the tomato) and I wasn't disappointed when it was served to me. This Rubyclub was a pretty good size and came with a bunch of think cut french fries that tasted great. The turkey meat itself was very good, the roll was very good, and even though simple, this meal really hit the spot. Overall, Ruby's Diner is a great place to stop for lunch and a great experience overall. The retro diner style, the kind staff, and the cool decorations hanging around the restaurant really make this place a cool spot.

Yelp
We had a really nice lunch at Ruby's Diner at the Citadel.Everyone that worked there were very warm, friendly and helpful! The restaurant itself was pretty cool and stands up to be an authentic 50's diner even though it's a chain restaurant,The food was very tasty and not too crazy on price. Very lightly in the background you can hear songs from that 50's era. I would definitely come back again the next time we're at the Citadel!

Yelp
Been awhile since last visit to this location. Ruby Burger with onion rings (15.98) was spot on. Bun was so fresh. As if it was baked this morning. Can't go to Ruby's without having a shake. 50/50 was so perfect. Not overly frozen where have to spoon it out. No. This was great. And the service was awesome. Nallely C was very professional and courteous. She checked on us several times. The service at this location is always great. I was also impressed by the manager on duty this afternoon 2/24/2024. He never stopped moving. Always on top of things. This location is lucky to have such an involved manager. I so look forward to returning here.

Rose L.

Yelp
I'm giving 2 stars because at least the hostess was nice. I sat for about 7 minutes and nobody came. There was about 5 servers and not one acknowledged me, so I left because it wasn't busy and someone could've said something to me. I was in the rests business for a long time and I know that even through I wasn't served, that was bad service.

Yelp
Ruby's is a fun 50's diner at the Citadel outlets. I came for the first time this past weekend while shopping with some girl friends and honestly was not disappointed! A group of four of us was seated right away, and everything came out very quickly despite how many other patrons were there. Sure, the food is nothing extravagant, but Ruby's is still one of the better places to eat at the outlets when you consider the fast food alternatives. I got the fish and chips which were most certainly fish and chips! They were pretty big actually and more than filled me up. Honestly I will say that I usually do not like coleslaw but theirs was pretty good! Yes, again, the food didn't blow me away but it's diner food, people!! Let's put our yelp reviews into perspective. If you want your chicken tenders less oily or fresh hand cut fries get a reservation at Nobu!!

Yelp
I've been coming to this diner since I was a little kid with my parents so brings back memories but now coming on my own such disappointment it's been twice that I've ordered from there to go option and have had bad experiences. The first time i ordered to go there I just get ignored by the employees and they were just chit chatting not even a hi , there was this poor women who seemed like she was running the whole diner poor women carrying a stack of paper cups and drops them. And she comes to attend me. Second time to go order I ordered a salad with a side of ranch dressing there was a wait again for someone to attend me which I was prepared to happen didn't mind it got my food walked down the parking lot as I had to park far and I check in the bag and no ranch I was so upset had to walk back to get it which i was almost late to work! Employees need to take their job more seriously there, if not go work at Carl's Jr down the street!

Yelp
So coming here to eat after a long day of shopping is great since we can sit down and relax. Burgers - amazing. Nothing to add and great meal Fries - nasty. They need to upgrade or something because it seems like fries plastic Salad - you can't really mess up salad but it's great option Chicken tenders - it's good but I wish they drain the oil completely before serving it Milkshakes - it's good where you can't taste the fake chocolate so no complaints Service - the waitresses are friendly but the guy serving the food seems super miserable and angry. However, the service can be better because they can check on the tables more since I kept looking for ppl to ask. They are quick tho. Everyone there is super young so I feel they are trying their best but they need better organization. The restrooms are tiny and disgusting so good luck
google avatar

Yelp
Welcoming staff, great service but overpriced. Ordered the seafood combo got an ice cream scoop of coleslaw 20 undercooked thin fries 3 shrimps and a cod fish as long as my index finger for $18.99. Prices are getting ridiculously high and the food portions are getting smaller.

Yelp
I don't know what to make of this Ruby's diner. The ones that I've been to are quite different. This location is definitely a busy one, so the employees are constantly walking around. There's no real time to talk to customers other than to take their orders, do refills, and provide the bill. During this visit, I ordered a coffee and a cordon Bleu hamburger with bacon. It came with fries, and I upgraded to Cajun fries. Initially, I thought they were literally pre-seasoned fries. Instead, it was a plate full of fries and seasoning shaken on top. I should have ordered the sweet potato fries instead. They look pretty good on other people's plates. My server was pretty nice. I just wish she was a little bit more attentive. However, she did check on me and refilled my coffee. I think overall it was a decent experience. I don't know if I would return here. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. And the atmosphere of the establishment was a little off. Maybe we could blame it on the Citadel shopping center. These servers see a lot of customers per day, so they must be tired. ‍

Yelp
Good variety of food to select from easy to order and receive your food. The food was good nice staff

Yelp
I love a good cheese burger... but unfortunately this location didn't meet my expectations. My wife loved coming here and today she was unsatisfied how dry and tasteless the burgers were. We both had a bacon cheese burger but the meat seems to be reheated and the bacon dbl cook... precooked The fries were ok. The calamari was ok as well. Service in general was ok, Kids chicken strips I can say were cooked to perfection and very tasteful. All In all. I would not recommend this diner to anyone. Hopefully it's just this location and not all others, I'm not going to waste my time trying to figure it out.

Yelp
An American classic diner. Perfect for Sunday dinner . The service, food & cleanliness is excellent. There was very little wait time.

Yelp
Came here after a day of shopping. Family likes diners. We got in just in time for the dinner rush. They were just cleaning up a table and then we were seated. We haven't been to Ruby's in over 4 years so it was great to be back. We started with peanut butter cup shake and chili to share. The A/C was cranked up and the chili unfortunately got cold. I also got a strawberry lemonade which I really liked. For mains, 3 of us got the Guacamole burger - it was great but a little dry. I got sweet potato fries which was great and the other 2 got fries which were also great. My son got mac and cheese which was good but too small - he was still hungry. Food was great. Server was friendly albeit a little slow due to the number of customers. Place was bustling with customers and so was a bit noisy. We'll be back.
google avatar

Astin H.

Yelp
Food was incorrect. Never got all the items that belong on my salad. After asking twice. I as offered $5 off of a $16.99 salad instead of it being comped or it being made correctly. I told the manager I ordered a certain menu item. I will only pay for the item I ordered. Not for missing food. Do better please.
google avatar

Lorin C.

Yelp
Great ambience this restaurant reminds me a little of of homemade cooking. Service is always amazing and very friendly

Yelp
Liked the decor. Didn't like the food. It was the normal diner food. Maybe a little better. I did like the orange juice milkshake. Fries were good. Burger was meh.

Yelp
Can't believe this is the nearest Ruby's Diner to Ventura county. When I used to live in the OC, Ruby's Diner was my wife and I's go-to-spot for our early days of dating. So when we were shopping at the Citadel a few weeks ago, you can imagine how excited we were to see Ruby's there. It was definitely an easy decision on where to eat for dinner that day. Happy to say everything is just as we how we remember it from before, and even more. For my wife, she was excited to try the new impossible burger as she's gone vegan now. She loved it and said it might be the best impossible burger she's had. For me, I got one of my fav's which is the Guacamole Burger. I just love the amount of guacamole they put it on it. It was just as good as I had in the past. My son had a grilled cheese and he liked it. I tasted it and it was a very buttery grilled cheese. Even though we have the Camarillo outlets here in Ventura County, I can see my wife, son, and I heading to Citadel more just to go to Ruby's. Unless they build one closer to us someday.....wishing!

Yelp
We stopped by here for a quick bite to eat. It was ok. It was both exactly as expected and cooler than expected. The car in the middle was a neat touch. Also I don't remember many places with refillable fries. We did not get them but the idea is pretty cool. I didn't really like any of the food but the general experience of eating there was fun. The milkshake that had orange juice was a cool idea but it upset my stomach a little so I'd have to skip it if we came back. Loved: - Side: Fries Disliked: - Burger: Super - Shake: Orange 50/50

Yelp
Overall, not the average diner experience Server was nice but the service wasn't great! The place felt dirty + restrooms needed attention However the Cobb salad was very good, Turkey Sandwhich was good.. and chicken tenders were good! We wouldn't return, however if you don't care about the service and want ok diner food.. give it a shot
google avatar

Cathy J.

Yelp
I love their shakes and great service. Really nice girls but there was a dead upside down cockroach next to me and I lost my appetite and couldn't eat. It's a dirty establishment.

Josh O.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch. The food was good but average. We got a couple burgers. The classic burger was good and the super burger had a lot of flavor and avocado was really good. We got onion rings and sweet potato fries both were tasty, definitely recommend the onion rings. The service was just ok, the server checked on us a few times but we mostly had to flag them down for items. The restaurant is decorated really cool and the booths were nice and comfy.
google avatar

John N.

Yelp
Decided to stop by here for lunch before doing some Christmas shopping. My party of 3 had to only wait 5 minutes before being seated. We were sat at a booth but the seats were falling apart and their menus were faded so we couldn't really see some of the items on the menu . We tried the chicken tenders with the ruby rings, a western burger with chili cheese fries, and a mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries. Chicken tenders w/ ruby rings(onion rings)- chicken tenders seemed old and double fried, onion rings were okay. Western Burger with chili cheese fries - burger was okay, chili cheese fries were mixed with stale fries and chili was lukewarm. Mushroom Swiss Burger w/ sweet potato fries- mushrooms has no seasoning and bland and sweet potato fries were decent. Food was definitely not up to par and they really need to revamp the restaurant. Our server was nice, quick, and checked on us frequently.
google avatar

Terrel J.

Yelp
Really good place, came twice. But the last time I came, I ordered takeout and opened the burger and there was a spider in it. Came to get a refund and Lena cussed me out. Great burgers, bad support.

Yelp
Another hot fudge brownie sundae. Fun place with amazing deserts. Ask for extra hot fudge. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Michael our server was outstanding! He was very attentive to our dining needs. It was a a great dining experience! We came for the shopping here at the Citadel but will come back for the excellent service at Ruby's Diner!

Yelp
So, Ruby's Diner is the main restaurant located within the Citadel Outlets Mall, Commerce. So to begin the review, I highly recommend coming to this mall, it's really a great shopping area. And I recommend eating at Ruby's. We ordered the albacore sandwich combo and the mushroom Swiss burger combo. I guess the first thing that comes to mind is charm. It's a nice little restaurant to put on your list of places to go. This mall gets packed on weekends so come early, like right around noon. Our wait was 10 min, very nice. They have both table and booth options. The booth was instant, but we chose the table. The food was pretty good. Not huge portions, but we both thought 4/5 stars on our meals. Our waitess was Wendy. Awesome! So nice, and always checking on us. They have bottomless fries, which is cool too. The entire bill was $32.00, which is pretty inexpensive these days. I highly recommend Ruby's for the experience, the price, and also pretty good food. Photos attached.

Yelp
Back again 11/16/23 almost the same order 50/50 orange milk shake, Ruby's club and sweet potatoe fries . Had to come in and sit down for lunch. It has been a while since I stopped at this location. Service was fast food was out 1st but the milk shake never came this visit. Someone went on break and i never got what i ordered. ambiance was typical for a Ruby's restaurant. Someone took a break and I didn't get my 50/50 milkshake . -1 star for this

Yelp
While shopping at the outlets we stopped by to have lunch at Rubys Diner. Even though the reviews were bad on Yelp I still decided to give it a try since I have never been here before. Once we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly host and he sat at right away since it was not too busy. A few mins later our waitress approached us and welcomed us to the diner. Took our drink order and gave us time to make a selection for food. I ordered two classic cheeseburgers and a super burger for the three of us dining here. We chose Cajun fries and regular fries. Both tasted amazing and crunchy. The burgers were good as well. The diner was very clean and so were the restroom. The customer service was friendly, attentive and quick. I don't understand why they had such bad reviews, our experience here was amazing. I will definitely be back again next time I'm at Citadel.

Yelp
Ruby's Diner offers a classic diner experience. The burger and fries are standard fare, but the Oreo milkshake stands out as a creamy and delightful treat. A solid choice for those seeking a straightforward diner meal. Cool car decor.
google avatar

Erica T.

Yelp
Today service was bland. They were not busy at all. Had to ask our waiter for utensils. It was hard to find her, so I got up and went to the counter. It didn't feel like a restaurant experience, felt more like a fast food joint under staff where the employees were ready to walk out lol. I really like this place, it was disappointing!!!

Yelp
A take back in time, Ruby's Diner is based on the earlier days of the American restaurant. The atmosphere, layout and menu is a throw back to the 1940s. The staff uniforms, equipment, and design of the place are reflective of the Swing Era. The servers, runners and managers were all very pleasant and helpful. There are are several food options on the menu. I kept with the theme. The Ruby burger, fries and shake was a good combo and very filling. Parking is available directly across from the restaurant

Yelp
It was my first time trying out this spot at the outlets for a quick lunch and I'm sad to report that this is quite the disappointing burger. I ordered the classic Ruby's burger with cheese and fries. The burger was a 3 out of 5 for me on the dry side and not very tasty. It certainly lacked flavor and didn't give me a much of a wish for more of it. The fries on the other hand were pretty good 4 out of 5. Dunked in ranch (which was pretty thick and creamy) was even better. The banana strawberry shake was average - and didn't taste much like banana, and in fact tasted more like the cherry they threw on top , and it took way too long to arrive (almost at the end of my meal ). While it's a busy joint, some servers were more attentive than others. I'd probably never order the Ruby's burger again, and instead would give others a try. Ambience wise, it's super casual and very family friendly with booths and tables and they'll provide high chairs for kids. Parking: there's plenty of FREE parking at the outlets parking structure just about 5 minute walk to the diner.

Yelp
Walked inn to ruby's for a quick burger with my kids. The front young man was very polite and attend us to a nice table that we desired. Only problem was that I sat for 10 min and still no one assisted us , some folks walked inn to a table next to us and got served like kings , he even brought them drinks to start them off yet we're just turning all over hoping to get assistance, the individual walk bye us looking somewhere else. I told my wife and kids if they don't assist us within 5 min let's walk out. We did. The young fellow in the front desk told me if everything was ok and turned back to see the what happened. I told him everything is ok. Thank you.
