Very tasty food at good prices, extremely good value for money. Friendly and fast customer service. Highly recommended for a bite after shopping

Haven't been here in a while and I mean like '05/'06. Cool 40's style diner. Good tasting food. The wait ⌚ wasn't too long but expect to wait if you're going for lunch. Delicious burgers and you can't go wrong with upgrading to some chili cheese fries 🍔🍟A vanilla milkshake always hits the spot. Clean and nicely decorated. Awesome friendly service. Awesome vibes. I Come mostly for the burgers and sandwiches, but the breakfast looks good as well. Breakfast only lasts till 11p.m.

Delicious Food, But Room for Improvement on Service Pros: - The food at Rub'S was absolutely delicious. I had the [insert dish] and it was prepared quickly and tasted amazing. - The menu offers a great variety of tasty and fresh options. - The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food. Cons: - While the service was friendly, I had to deduct a star due to some cleanliness issues. The restaurant's restroom was not as clean as it should have been, with some tissues on the floor. Overall, I would still recommend Rub'S for the fantastic food. However, the management should focus on improving the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities to provide a more polished dining atmosphere. With a little more attention to detail on the service side, this could easily be a 5-star restaurant.

With fall around the corner, it’s not too late to try their Summer Menu, which includes the crispy and so delicious chicken tenders, an adult grilled cheese sandwich and the most comforting chili cheese dog🫶🏼 We had: 🍨Coke float, 🧅Onion rings Chicken tenders (with BBQ, ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces), 🍄‍🟫Mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries (fresh sautéed mushrooms, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, Ruby’s burger sauce), 🥪RubyClub (hand-carved turkey breast with thick-cut bacon, crisp lettuce, tons to, mayo and sliced avocado on a soft RubyRoll), 🥗Chicken Tender Salad with ranch (fresh mixed greens, crispy chicken tenders, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, red onion, smoked bacon), 🧀Grown-Up Grilled Cheese with Cajun fries (cheddar and meunster cheese on grilled Parmesan sourdough), 🌭Chili Cheese Dog with garlic fries (homemade chili, jack and cheddar cheese, onions), 🍨Double Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae (hot, chocolate brownie with vanilla soft serve, hot fudge, whipped cream, sliced almonds, and a cherry on top)

Great diner experience! From the moment we walked in we were friendly welcomed by Ricky who was a great server throughout our meal. The food was quickly served and good portion size. Plenty of seating inside. Food options as you’d expect from a diner.

Located within the Citadel Outlets complex. Large Diner that can seat quite a few people, with different sized tables to suit. Classic American Diner with options such as Burgers and fries, Sandwiches and Salads. They also have kids meals. I ordered the shakes, which were good, but quite sweet. Excellent service and food came out quickly

The food was great, the service was good, it has a great location if you visit the outlets and have different options for food and drinks.

Cute spot to go eat after shopping at the Citadel outlets. Employees are very friendly and offer great customer service. Food was done quickly, and we did not have to wait a long time to get our order. However, the fries were extra crispy, too hard for my taste.
