If you’re looking for a great place to grab a quick, tasty, and reasonably priced meal at the airport, Ruby’s Diner is an excellent choice! I had the avocado toast with eggs, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and well served. The service was outstanding. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the self-checkout system for paying the bill. You can easily review your order and pay through a website directly from your phone—super convenient and efficient. Overall: great food, friendly service, and modern technology that makes everything easier. Highly recommended if you’re passing through!

We stop for a bite on our way out every time. Something simple. Now the food is not above par but it does the job. There are more options on the menu for breakfast now and in the bar area drinks get to flowing early. Before you had 3 to 4 options. The bartenders and waitresses are always nice and drinks made strong. Is it spendy. Yep because its the airport and gratuity and taxes are added.

We are at the Harry Reid airport early in the morning, sleepy and hungry. We see Ruby's Diner and hope that we will be able to enjoy a good breakfast. The ambiance is casual with airport setting. We both ordered a Classic Breakfast. I have the sunny side up eggs with bacon and my daughter has the scrambled eggs and sausage with extra cheese. However, they forgot to use salt and pepper so the breakfast was tasteless! We can't win this morning. We also ordered a side of French Toast which is just ok. Service is what you expect at an airport. So the final bill was over $60 for a mediocre breakfast. What they say about airport food is so true.

I like the vintage decor. As you walk up to the diner, the left side is a dine in option whereas the right side is a take out service counter with snacks and beverages available in addition to their restaurant take out menu. All I wanted from the diner was shredded hash browns before the Bagel Bakery, so I proceeded on to the right side. The cashier asked if I was taking out, and I said yes. She even made a point to let me know that any take outs are not allowed to dine at the tables. I said no problem. Roughly took about 15-20 minutes for the shredded hash browns to be ready. It is a large portion. I was actually looking forward to the hash browns but it was awful. Pleasant looking diner but definitely not the greatest quality of food. The hash browns wasn't crispy but rather soaked in grease as if it has been pre cooked, then slapped on the grill really quickly to warm up before being packed in a plastic container. It was greasy, bland, and should never be served. I recommend going to the nearby bagel bakery that's just a few steps past the Starbucks by where the slot machines are. This diner needs some quality check on their food in my humble opinion. A higher standard needs to be in check for a restaurant located in terminal 3.

Don't know why this place isn't rated higher. The food is delicious! The servers were hustling. Took awhile to get our orders but to be fair was busy. Got an asain chicken salad. Love how has mix of kapusta aka cabbage, mandarin oranges, wonton stripes and the dressing is out of this world. Would recommend this place

It is unbelievable how bad the service is. I received the wrong drink and the wrong food. Due to so much incompetence, I got up and left. About the situation: I ordered the Kraut Dog and instead got a piece of bread with a sausage. They refused to believe that I had ordered a Kraut Dog and wanted to argue about it. That alone is ridiculous. Then came the final straw. I asked three times about the price of the Cola Float that was advertised at the register. I even pointed at the poster each time. I was told it would be around five dollars, so I ordered one. Instead, I received a plain cola without any vanilla ice cream. When I asked where the ice cream was, I pointed to the Cola Float poster again, just like I did when ordering. The staff member looked straight at the poster and pretended not to see it. She deliberately ignored it, hoping I would stop asking because I might feel uncomfortable. After several attempts, I finally got her to acknowledge the poster at the register. She then told me that they do not even have any vanilla ice cream to put in the drink. I left everything and walked out. One hundred percent of my order was wrong. I am not paying twenty dollars for that.

A typical airport spot for breakfast. Food was average, toast was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a while before getting to me. Most disappointing was being given plastic utensils. This is supposed to be a restaurant not a fast food joint. Servers were super friendly.
