Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza Manitou Springs

Wonderful small pizza spot in a beautiful town! Pizzas were huge & absolutely delicious! The service was fast & we even got a free slice "just because"! Service was wonderful & def can't be beat! Has that small town feel that you won't find in the city. Would absolutely recommend if you're single, have a significant other, or kids!

Small place with delicious thin crust pizza (New York Style). Made me remember my favorite pizza place in my home town in Puerto Rico (Mario’s Pizza). The guy who attended us was nice. Pizza was really good and the garlic knots, uff! Amazing. Sale by slice and whole pizza. Gluten free options available (25 minutes). Excellent spot to stop before taking the train to see Pikes Peak. We pay $16 for 2 slices, 6 knots and 2 sodas.

I can only give a review based off of my personal experience and I was treated like garbage here. The owner was extremely rude. There were two men behind the counter and they were both obnoxiously, rude and careless and thoughtless. They didn’t have a problem cussing while they talk to me, smart mouths, didn’t care if I stayed or left I just needed to hurry up and make my order and stop wasting their time. I actually wanted to leave and not even bother doing our review, but I said to myself people need to know about the environment. Because service is just as important if not more than the food quality. I promise you, I will not go back. And my review on the food is just as terrible. It was very, very dry, lukewarm, and absolutely not fresh.

Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the vibe was super fun! We loved how thin and crispy the crust was and, of course, pie cut always makes pizza taste better. Yum! I wasn’t a huge fan of the red sauce on the pepperoni pizza but my fiancé loved it on that and the Hellfire piece he got. The Four Cheese White pizza was pretty bland but the quality was good. Just needed some garlic to give it a little oomph, IMO. The Mac & Cheese was my fave!! We didn’t try the knots but they looked so fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area!

Its a very small place, bit the entire area is super nice and you can absolutely grab and go. The price for a slice with knots got a laugh out of us. The ranch left something to be desired, but thats the only complaint we had, and thats a minor complaint.

We have been coming here since 2017 .. we visit every year .. most of the time then people are people are friendly , but today the “guy” making the pizza as by himself and seemed very frustrated.. and we were here before some folks and I’m pretty sure he gave them our order. The food was good the service today was lacking. Probably won’t come here again

Visited this pizza place while on vacation and found out why its named Hell's Kitchen Pizza. Man at the counter/ cahier was really rude and disrespectful. He had the nerves to say good person tips and therefore I wasnt a good person. I tipped, but not what he wanted me to tip. I suppose since I was not tipping much my pizza slices would take longer than normal, and they did. I decided to test my theory and order more slices, but this time leave a nice tip. Those slices came out fast and even seemed bigger, therefore making my theory true. If you tip well you will get good service and be a good person. And if you dont, then that pizza will take forever and you'll be a bad person. The pizza was good but their customer service lives up to their name ... Hell. Dont go there, repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.

This pizza is delicious! I highly recommend the hell fire, which consists of Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Jalapeños! Just like I’ve tried in New York City! The atmosphere is welcoming and offers great views of the mountains near by!

If you want a slice of heaven with just a little bit of mischief, Hell's Kitchen Pizza is the spot. We went for the four cheese pizza, and let me tell you -- it wasn't shy about the cheese. Big, glorious clumps of ricotta sat on top like cheesy mountain peaks daring you to climb them (without the risk of a heart attack like the Manitou Incline). The crust was crisp, the cheese was melty, and each bite was a gooey reminder that sometimes in life, more is more. If you're the kind of person who says, "That's too much cheese," this probably isn't the place for you. If you're a normal, sane human being who understands that ricotta should be served by the scoop -- welcome home. Hell's Kitchen Pizza doesn't overcomplicate things. It's just good pizza, big flavor, and the kind of pie that makes you wonder why you ever wasted time on frozen DiGiorno's

You know for take out pizza in the mountains this place is legit. We'd had a long day of travel and finally settled into our Airbnb for a few days of rest when we were ready to find some food. If you've ever travelled with little kids you know that by the end of the day everyone is tired and the idea of leaving your bnb is just not on the table, so we found Ruffrano's via DoorDash and a quick search taught me that it appears to be a local chain. Since it would deliver and promised a NY style 'za we were sold. We ordered one of their specialty pizzas for the grown ups and some plain chicken wings for the kids. It arrived on time and was delicious. I love pizza in general and this one was just as good as any. If you're in the area and looking for a crowd pleasing pizza this place should satisfy.

Great pizza joint in town square with the best crispiest thin slices of pizza! Loved the crust. Especially for those who conquered the incline, the body just needs good pizza carbs! Friendly fast service!

I loved in Brooklyn, NY for 12 years and this place is legit. They have an amazing special: a slice, 3 knots, and a fountain drink for $6.66 plus tax. I had the cinnamon knots and my wife had the garlic knots, and these were the best knots! My pepperoni slice was exactly what I seek out in a New York style slice: thin, foldable, and greasy with good pepperoni. The bearded gentleman working the counter was the king of customer service. If you are in Manitou Springs you need to swing by here. *chef's kiss*

I've been coming here for so many years and as of today I will never be back. I understand the coffin races are the busiest day of the year for these small business in this town which is good for them but the guy at the register who's always been there for years was so incredibly rude I absolutely will not ever give another penny to this place. The pizza is decent but absolutely not worth the awful service. Also I'd love a health inspector to come to this place because I know 100% it's not up to code. They had pizzas on trays on top of FULL trash cans. "Prioritize by tip" okay cool. As a single mom of three I can't give a $20 tip for mediocre pizza. Go to literally any other restaurant in this town.

We didn't leave a tip on our $40 large pizza order. The staff verbally assaulted my wife and called us all sorts of names and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. I've never had this poor of an experience in my life. I really can't believe we had this experience here. I've never been treated this poorly as a customer in my entire life.

We were visiting Manitou Springs and wanted some grub after checking in to our room. I went to pick it up and it's a small place with very limited seating. The service was great, the guys there were all pretty cool. Now, as far as the food, we ordered a large pizza, garlic knots and some drinks. It was ALL delicious!! The pizza is NY style which typically is not my favorite but man oh man.....it was crazy tasty! The garlic knots were super garlicky and fresh! We ended up ordering again a couple days later. So definitely will be back!!

The pizza here is absolutely to die for. I only ordered a slice and immediately went back for another. Really good stuff. The staff were awesome and super helpful. Super cool people who are wizards at the pizza making game. Great tunes and such a great spot to eat at! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. We WILL be coming back.

Holy crap. Was just looking for some delivery pizza because we were lazy and just chilling in our Airbnb. Pizza was cold when delivered by uber eats, but was still freaking awesome. I can only imagine it hot. Dave Portnoy would probably love it too. Well done. Will be back on our next incline trip. Wow.

After hiking the treacherous Manitou Incline, I stopped here to fill my stomach and was greatly pleased. The pizza here was extremely cheap and delicious; it was on the thinner side which I usually don't like but I think this is the first thin pizza I truly enjoyed. In my opinion this is the best pizza in the state of Colorado. The service here was immaculate, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the town and some of the history behind the hike I did. The ambiance here wasn't anything crazy, but it was very nice and had decorations relating to to town of Manitou Springs.

Great hole in the wall pizza joint with no frills but, great New York style slices. Definitely worth stopping in and visiting if you're in Manitou Springs.

So..we had just finished a tour of garden of the gods and we definitely wanted a little something to nosh...we came across this spot and I had let's grab a slice. It's a little hole in the wall but...I was completely surprised by the taste...tasted like NY...crispy slice and absolutely delicious. I'm a jersey girl born and raised and I give this 5stars for food alone. We had a white slice and garlic knots which are spicy, regular, and cinnamon...I had a hellsfire...spicy oh so good.

The pizza is fine. Not great or bad. It's a cool spot. Was not a fan of the automatic 18% gratuity on parties of four. Could have just ordered a whole pizza and come out for less than our four specials after that.

Fast, friendly and delicious! My new favorite spot in Manitou Springs. We were able to sit outside with our dog which was a plus, but only one table. Don't forget the cinnamon knots!

Was starving and randomly saw this place as we drove down the hill. Wexeach had 2 slices and a drink for about $25 total. The macaroni and cheese slice wasn't great, but the others were all solid NY Style slices. Also, if your working the counter, at least tell me if a new pizza is coming out.

They have gluten free pizza! The crust was like a homemade New York style, and it was so so good...one of the best I've had!

What crap hole - nothing special - no ambience and the vibe if there is one was certainly negative and just a downer place - I would not recommend going there and will not ever waste my time there again ... food was old and cheap - service well - I wish I hadn't left a tip

Places was clean, pizza was hot, and staff seemed sincere. Waited maybe 5 min after ordering afor our food and that was after people pilled in. I'd come back again for sure, great place to grab a slice and be on your way.

We wanted a quick meal for being late at night so we got two slices of pepperoni pizza. It was end of the day so there weren't many choices left. I was charged $8+tax for two slices. You can get 2 slices plus a drink for $9.99. I made a comment to my fried that we should have gotten the drinks. The you man over heard and just gave us two fountain cups. We ended up just getting two cups of ice because our place didn't have ice. It was super thin and tasty but greasy. We used napkins to pat out the oil and inhaled the whole thing.

Sunday afternoon. Beautiful day. The guy working the register was kind of rude. Which I can overlook if the slices are good. Unfortunately, the Pizza is some of the worst I've ever had. Sauce was for color only, no flavor. And the cheese tasted like a cheese substitute. To top off, place is dirty. Wish we went somewhere else in the town. So many other options. Don't do this.

Little place with fantastic service and delicious pizza crust. We all ordered a different slice and enjoyed them. We had regular, 4 cheese, spicy, pepperoni, and margarita. The knots were yummy-garlic, spicy and cinnamon with homemade icing. A slice with 3 garlic knots was less than $7. With a salad was pricier. And I think the knots that came with the salad were refrigerated with the salad since they were cold. But ordering by the slice was fast and delicious. If we had wanted to share a whole pizza, it would have taken just 20 minutes. Fun little place that could use a deep clean by had a nice vibe.

Got 2 slices of hellfire. It was perfect. Crunchy, could do that middle fold thing, spicy goodness. Felt bad for the guy running the place, it seemed to be a one man show -- he was bouncing between taking orders, putting orders together, and making pizza. Pizza was great tho, I'd come back.

Pizza was delicious! The garlic knotts were slightly burnt but other than that still very good. Service was speedy although it was only one guy taking orders, serving, cooking, and cleaning so felt bad but he was getting it done..

Stopped here for a quick lunch before our cave tour. We were a little skeptical due to the reviews and the place was empty at 11:30am. They had great lunch specials, which for a tourist town, I wasn't expecting. I got the 1 slice of pepperoni pizza and 3 garlic knots, with a drink. For $6.66. My boyfriend got 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $9.99. The slices were HUGE! Crust crispy. Super hot pizza. Just enough sauce and cheese. Pepperoni was good. Boyfriend had the Hawaiian pizza, with bacon instead of Canadian bacon. Very good. He also got the hellfire pizza, super hot/spicy! The only thing is you can't special order your pizza slices for the specials. You just pick from the 6 pies they have in the counter. Oh and by the time we were almost done eating, the place was packed, and the line to the door! (It's a pretty small place). Would return, recommend!

Everything was fabulous! It's a tiny little off beat New York style pizza that does not disappoint. It's real pizza when it doesn't fit on the paper plate. It was just delicious perfect lunch before we hit the trail up Pike's Peak. Side note: the kids working the counter was half the experience. Super friendly, made us laugh. Recommend it 1000%

Ordered a Dine In pepperoni pizza, pie had a delectably thin crisp with a very good crisp, nice charred cornmeal crumb on the bottom. Cheese and sauce combine perfectly with a house Italian herb embedded in the cheese. The pepperoni is thin and releases tons of flavor as it cooks, apparent by the delicious fats that gather on the meat and cheese. Not too oily, no need to dab, although if you dab pizza...you got other issues. The service is self serve mostly except for when the food is brought out, everything is within the average bipedal persons reach. Limitless fountain drink with about 8 drink choices. Restrooms (for clientele only are clean). The venue is small but it's worth the wait for the pizza your gonna consume.

Just Ok. Staff was very friendly. The food was just alright. Probably would not choose it again if I were visiting this area again.

I went to Hell's Kitchen and ordered a slice of Hellfire and Mac and Cheese. I was completely disappointed. The slices were warm, not hot and the lack of toppings was abundantly clear. A definite 2 star experience. The next evening I went to The Ancient Mariner and was telling the bartender about the lousy pizza I had, he told me that they had the same owners and that they also make and serve the same pizza. He had the cook make me a slice of the Pike's Peak and it was exactly what a slice of pie should be. It was thin, hot and loaded down with goodness. A 4.5 star slice. I would go back, but i would never order out of the display case, don't waste your money on reheated pizza.

I have been eating Hell Fire Pizza for over eight years and I have to say right now it is the best it's ever been. Keep up the good work guys!

The whole place needs a deep-clean and watching the kitchen staff fondle the food with no gloves was disconcerting. The pizza itself was pretty darn good, while the toppings were a bit skimpy, and I'd recommend giving the place a try.

Maybe the best Pizza ever but the prices were high and seating was very limited. We stopped on the way to the hotel after Seven Falls. It was late in the day, but the Pizza (4 Cheese White Pizza and Grandpa's Pie) were excellent, and the Knots were very good as well. Great find and glad the Italian restaurant in town was closed forcing us to give it a try.

Very rude employees! I asked if I could have the slice closest to me and she very rudely stated that she was to busy to give me the slice I requested. The issue I had and reason I said she was rude is because there were only two slices to choose from. She literally had to pull apart the two slices so she could have easily gave me the peice I requested and she chose not to. If it was more then two peices I would have totally understood, but either way when you work in a customer service industry you absolutely do not treat customers that way. If I owned that business I guarentee you she would no longer work there! I would not want my customers to be treated that way. The other issue I had is that she over charged me as you can see in the pictures. Food was OK. Service and professionalism was terrible! I will never tell people not to go but all I can say is I will never go back!

In my trip to Colorado and stay in Colorado Springs, I was pleasantly surprised with the small town of Manitou Springs and finding Ruffrano's Hell Kitchen Pizza. The pizza was flavorful, sturdy, and well priced considering the amount of food received in their lunch special. The pizza has a nice flop but doesn't fall apart and keep the toppings in place. The garlic rolls/knots were tender and very flavorful and went nicely with the crisp salad.

I've tried several pizza places in Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City and Ruffrano's is simply the best! I've order a whole pie before and it's more than enough for 3 people. I've also picked up a few slices for take out for just 2 people and it's very convenient for those evenings I don't feel like cooking. My husband usually likes the spicy meat pizza and I'm good with a couple if pepperoni slices-- nothing fancy. When you get served pizza this dang good, you don't need it to be "fancy". Every time I get pizza here it's always fresh and it never disappoints. And the staff here is always on point and pretty friendly. I simply love this little pizza joint-- you really can't go wrong with Ruffrano's pizza. It's always super fresh and amazingly out of this world tasteful. I love the crust on their pizza because it's very thin and the perfect texture. It's not too dry, not too soft, not too flaky but simply perfect! If you haven't tried Ruffrano's-- it's a must if you're in the Manitou Springs neighborhood. It's a 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up for Ruffrano's Hells Pizza for me!

No complaints about this place. I was getting hungry but didn't want to ruin my dinner reservations so I stopped in for a slice of pizza. They had 4 pizza selections to choose from. I went with the basic grandpa style pizza. They put it in the oven to warm it up, and about 5 minutes later I was on my way. The pizza was good. I was in and out and the staff was pretty cool too.

Got here. There was a full house decent line. The line went really quick. I'm not sure if they sell full pizza's. But we got a couple of the specials. Fire knots were amazing. All the pizza's are thin crust that I saw. There is inside and outside seating for whatever you're looking for. (Only about 20 total seats though).

Great authentic New York style pizza! Thin crust, cheese and a little amazing grease to top it off on the pizza. My husband is a New York native & he loved the pizza. Cute, quaint, friendly and fast. Great place to eat in Manitou!

We stopped here after a horrible experience at Babus Nepal Kitchen, don't let the untidy looks of the place scare you away. It's a real good pizza, they were super busy but the lady made sure we got our pizza. Hells fire pizza is damn good and wifey loved her veggie too. We highly recommend this place.

The workers have absolutely no personality. The customer service is garbage. I got stranded in the bathroom with no toilet paper and their lack of giving a crap (pun intended) was apparent. The pizza was meh and was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for too long. I would recommend any place except this place in Manitou Springs.

We stopped for lunch after visiting Pikes Peak & boy are we glad we did. I have Celiac disease & can confirm this is some of the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. This is the first time I've been able to have a softer, puffier crust in years. I also felt great afterwards. Great service, the owner was so friendly & even shared the name of the company that he orders the crust from with me. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Manitou Springs!
