Service and Food others should learn from. The attention to detail, the quality of ingredients, and excellent flavors of all of their food is what makes this Colleyville gem a true Italian experience. The wait staff is kind, knowledgeable and has decades of experience that is missing from most restaurants. Definitely get the iconic Souffle...chocolate was our favorite. Hot, soft and every bite made you wishing you got one for yourself and not share. 5 stars all day for this place! You will want to come back over and over again. I say all of this with the caveat that, I do not care for Italian food. This place has changed my mind.

What an amazing experience here this evening! A Saturday night dinner was elevated to date status - live music, good food and excellent customer service. The owner Morris is such a sweet man. He is always so hospitable. Been visiting them since their previous location burned down. We really enjoyed their chicken parmesan and Fettuccine Alfredo pasta. And to top it off - the soft cake was a delight! We would recommend this place always! Cant wait to be back soon! ♥️

We've been coming to Ruggeri's for 30 years now. It has always been the most authentic italian food we can experience in the Dallas Metroplex. We drive an hour one way to get there, and it is ALWAYS worth every second. 👌🏼

A hidden gem in colleyville Texas. The food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful with the lovely lady playing a piano was lovely. The service was exceptional.!!!!🥰

The very best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. I had the veal lasagna which was one of the specials and potato leek soup and the soufflé for dessert. All perfection. I’m hoping they make the veal lasagna and potato leek soup permanent menu items. The service is incredible as well and the owner greeted us at the door and a wonderful pianist who takes requests. It couldn’t be better.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. I had the sea bass, which was perfectly cooked—light, flavorful, and fresh. For dessert, both the crème brûlée and tiramisu were incredible—rich, authentic, and beautifully presented. The live piano music added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special night out with amazing Italian food and ambiance.

It was like stepping back in time to my Italian American family. Excellent food, warm atmosphere, caring people. Can’t give enough stars! Authentic Italian atmosphere and food.
