We were here as a Restaurant visitor a group of 8 persons. The service is super nice and kind. The portion were big and it was a good quality. The invironment is super amazing with a lot of wood. The restaurant itself is super clean. Definitely come back and we say thank you for everything. See you soon

It's a very nice hotel, perfect for a family stay. The breakfast and cleanliness are meticulously maintained. The hotel is run by a husband and wife, and the staff is warm and friendly. You won't regret staying here. I want to thank them for their hospitality.

Great hotel, looks recently refurbished all décor is modern. Room was comfortable with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Evening meal was excellent and the restaurant seems to be used by locals as it was quite full. Location is very quiet and away from the larger towns which is exactly what we were after.

Our family room was very good size, modern and very clean. Breakfast -great variety of food to choose from-everything fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere.

We were just here for dinner, but overnighted a couple of months ago. Our room was 'compact' but the service and atmosphere was wonderful. The dinner was exceptional and they catered for our 'special' requests without question. Top notch and a beautiful location. Need a car to get here.

Spend just two nights while visiting Basel, which is only 10 minutes drive. Yet, the location of this place is all but city noise and let's you recharge your batteries with bird songs in the morning and an amazing view instead. This is our 'go to' place whenever we are in the area from now on. We absolutely loved it!

Location is beautiful, while you dine you can enjoy the view down the mountain and all the way over to Switzerland. The Food is superb, Michelin star level. Love it, every single time!

The hotel is lovely! The rooms were a lovely base for relaxing after busy days exploring and were cleaned daily. We were located above the restaurant but didn't get disturbed at all. There was a balcony from the room with table and chairs, a perfect place to enjoy the view of the countryside.||||The restaurant serves great food and lots of it! If you want a meal to fill you up, this is the place. Definitely value for money. Just take a phrase book if your German isn't great as not all the staff speak English.||||The hotel is set in a lovely rural town but not too far from amenities, there is a supermarket, train station and really good bus service nearby. The hotel is up quite a long, steep hill though so unless you are hiring a car or are willing to pay for taxis, be in for a challenging walk. The area really is lovely though so the walks are worth it, you can walk into Switzerland in around 30 minutes! ||||We are already considering going back to use this as a perfect base for exploring more of Switzerland and Germany!
