RULE Gallery is the best art gallery in the city. The gallery always has interesting exhibits, the atmosphere is welcoming and sophisticated, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Rule Gallery, with its main location in Denver and a branch in Marfa, Texas, is on a second generation of owners, exhibiting contemporary painting, sculpture, photography, and works on paper by established and emerging artists. Exhibits are consistently interesting, often thought-provoking, and always worth a visit.

Lovely people at the helm. This is what an art gallery experience should be like. Friendly. Inclusive. And the best art curation in the city.

I liked what i saw

Very impressed! We visited this gallery on a First Friday, and the group was mesmerized by the far out surreal art on display by an artist GILLES! Really trippy Man Ray meets Dali meets Disney/Pixar. Loved it! The art gave our group tons of discussion fodder. The quality of the art was some of the best I have found in Denver, and the proprietor was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to educate us and show us additional work that was not on display. I will be making a point to return to this studio for every show. What a gem!

I love this small, contemporary gallery. Robin Rule has an interesting point of view, and really knows her stuff. The gallery has the clean, modern interior required to display contemporary pieces so they capture all the viewer's attention. But it's a friendly place, not cold or uninviting -- you'll be greeted by one or more friendly dogs when you walk in the door.

First thing's first, this place has some really neat stuff in house right now. I went for the last art walk and it was great. And to add to that, my car battery died and two amazing ladies from the gallery very graciously helped me jump it! Five stars on all fronts!

this small gallery is just super classy. owner knows whats going on. come in and enjoy the modern interior and fabulous artwork. and though it's pretty modern it's not off putting or uptight like some galleries.

Rule Gallery's new space in the Rhino District is terrific - it's an intimate space, perfect for solo shows that give potential buyers a look at a few great pieces. Rule's first show of paintings by Margaret Neumann sets a high bar for thought-provoking contemporary art made by the best artists in Colorado. I can't wait for what's next, particularly if Robin goes for what she does best - abstract work.
