Rum Point Resort

We have stayed at the Rum Point Resort three times in the past year and a half. This place has become our home away from home. From the location, to the staff, this beautiful facility is beyond breath taking. The condos are beautiful and the cleanliness is a 10 out of 10. Grand Cayman Villas does an amazing job communicating and confirming your satisfaction. The blue flame restaurant on site is awesome and their staff is outstanding.

Great place to relax. Wonderful amenities and great staff. This was our third visit to Rum Point Resort and we will be back! Love the new beach club next door. Great atmosphere and vibe. Didn't get to try the food at the restaurant at the resort, but next time! Missed getting to Upstairs at Kaibo as they were closed for the slow season. We will try to time our visit better next time as Upstairs is a must visit for us!

Rooms were gorgeous, beds super comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for. We had a 1st floor walkout, highly recommend. The beach was great and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. It is rocky so a nice perk was using Rum Point club next door for beach days. Incredible view.

A boutique resort in a dream location! We really enjoyed staying here for a week. The pool and beach area are superb and the rooms themselves feel like a super high end resort. They have everything you need including bikes and a local shuttle. Located a 2 minute walk along the beach to the Rum Point Club and everything it offers. We even were able to be picked up by our dive boat at the Rum Point dock. It is about an hour drive to Seven Mile Beach area, we did the drive multiple days and as long as you leave later in the morning the drive isn’t bad.

There really isn’t a more beautiful and luxurious stay in the Cayman Islands than Rum Point Resort. Our family has stayed here twice in the last 2 years and both times it’s been world class! We have 2 small children and the traditional resorts are just too busy. It’s so convenient to have a full kitchen in the condo to accommodate a toddler menu while still providing access to a full restaurant on the main level as well as on the beach club. The cleaning staff are incredible - Huge shoutout to Sandra! We always book through Scott at Cayman Island Luxury Villas and they are amazing! I highly recommend making this your next dream vacation 🏝️

We stayed at Rum Point Resort and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was amazing! We stayed in #102 and it was very clean and the layout and decor were lovely. The staff were great! Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Jimmy was super helpful as well. We will return and recommend this resort to family & friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway this is it!

This part of Grand Cayman is AMAZING! I cannot recommend it enough. It’s quieter but so unbelievably gorgeous. We went here to celebrate my 30 birthday with my family and absolutely loved it. It’s a short water taxi (30 min) from seven mile beach where we went for dinner. The condos are amazing and clean and the view is to die for. 1000% worth it!!

Best place in Grand Cayman when staying near Rum Point! (March 11- Mar 16 2025) this was my 6th time to visit Grand Cayman and I used to stay on Seven mile Beach. We stayed in Room 206 ( 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath) and loved every minute! Best location , lush linens, cozy robes, black out drapes, well stocked kitchen ! The rooms are so spacious and everything was at our fingertips! Our room over looked the infinity pool and we had our own private entrance to the pool! The Views!!!! There was a constant breeze every day on the North Side. All of the staff were so attentive. The resort has a complimentary shuttle to restaurants not walkable. It was nice being so close to two restaurants and bars! Our boat ( Silver Thatch ) booked through Rum Resort - picked us up at the pier ( just outside our door.) Would definitely stay there again!
