I absolutely love Rumble but specifically, Shannon! She is constantly helping me improve my form whether it’s with weights or punches. The energy she brings is infectious and amps everyone up for class! My favorite class of hers is the Rumble Strong class which is heavy lifting and working on technique. I wish we had rumble strong more days and times a week as well as a stretch class! Shannon, Louis, Hayley, and literally all of the instructors are amazing!!! It’s always clean, the front staff is so friendly, and there’s usually a dog or two :). Seriously love this place!! Been with rumble for 8 months and counting!

Google
Shannon’s classes are the best! I’ve taken about a dozen at this point and she always brings a very challenging workout and keeps it fun and varied. Great motivation on the mic without getting corny. Def give one her classes a try for a great workout.

Google
Rumble Boxing has become easily one of my favorite places over this last year. All of the trainers are incredible — Hayley, Richie & Shannon are my go-to’s and they are always bringing the energy and challenge to every class. I love that every class is different, and you can always modify anything that doesn’t feel right for you. the community here is also incredible and so encouraging from the members to the employees, so if you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign to make it happen :)

Google
Love the rumble experience especially classes with Shannon, este, Tanya, and Hayley! Those are the classes I generally am able to go to and its always a fun experience with them all. Through my mlc tear Shannon and Tanya worked with me a lot to improve my knee to almost full strength while keeping a hard workout.

Google
Rumble is a shady company. I paid for 20 classes, was randomly told they’re going to shut down, and was told I’d get my money back for my remaining classes… and then I was completely ghosted. A company should operate with integrity… until the end. I’m told these are franchises… but you chose to franchise with a name that doesn’t uphold basic values, so you deserve this review.

My wife and I love this gym! What a fantastic workout every time and the staff are wonderful. The gym is always clean and we feel fantastic after getting a sweat on each and every workout. Highly recommended!

Google
I love the experience!! The boxing, strength and core combo is excellent. The instructors and boxing community has been rewarding.

Google
My favorite workout class and favorite Rumble location! Staff is super welcoming, there’s a sense of community and all trainers I’ve taken a class with so far have been incredible. Tanya’s classes are challenging in the BEST way. You leave feeling so accomplished. I just got the membership and am so excited to have my go to workout.

Yelp
Been going here for a little over a year now and I feel like I've gotten enough Rumble to leave an honest review. This place is ON IT. Rumble shares its locations with many others in a crowded shopping center so plan accordingly, if not you'll be fighting looking for spots near the million car long Starbucks line. Staff are amazing, I am always greeted when walking in and their communications on socials is nice and quick. It's a bonus for an easy and convenient mobile app to schedule classes, cancel classes, select your spot in class and earn points! Gym is always super clean and as for the experience it's always a 10/10. Prepare to sweat buckets while in a darkly lit gym blasting some music while you go through strength training and boxing combos. Beginners to advanced these classes are suitable for anyone! Definitely a challenge at first. I think I may be a rumble fan for life. Y'all got me hooked.

Yelp
Great spot for beginners! The environment is super friendly and welcoming, making it a great choice if you're just starting out. When booking a class online, you'll be prompted to choose your station. Keep in mind that you'll either begin at a bench or a bag. I accidentally started at a bag because I wasn't familiar with the layout. While it is labeled on the booking screen--'B' for bag and 'F' for floor (bench)--it would be helpful if that were made a bit clearer during the booking process. The studio is dimly lit, which actually works in your favor--if you mess up, no one will really notice. The class moves at a fast pace, so if you're new, I recommend picking a spot with a clear view of the instructor. I chose a station in the back and found myself a bit lost at times, but I just kept moving! The workout is split into two parts: halfway through, you switch between bag and bench. It's a great full-body workout, and definitely worth it. For your first class, gloves are provided, but after that, you'll need to bring your own.

Yelp
I was late for my Cycle Bar class next to Rumble and wasn't able to go in. Cindy, the owner of the Burbank Cycle Bar and Rumble, happened to be there and asked if I wanted to join a Rumble class instead that was starting in about 10 minutes. I went and it was an absolute blast. The great thing about Rumble is that the music and the energy of the instructor make you forget the intensity of the work out. I'm not a huge weight lifter, but the atmosphere pushed me to do exercises I can never get myself to do on my own. I'll absolutely be back and am so grateful to Cindy for the kindness of offering me a session!

Yelp
This place is great. You will get a great work out. But if you can't keep up, no one is judging. It's dark so you don't feel like eyes are on you. It's a full body workout. If you have zero boxing experience, just chat with the instructor a few min before. Staff is great. Time goes pretty fast. Have only gone to 4 classes but have done boxing in the past. They give you gloves to use for your first class but you can rent or buy after. They also have towels to use during the workout and a cold towel for after. It's the little things that really make this place easy to just get in your exercise and be on your way!

Yelp
I was looking forward to this place opening and now that I've finally decided to join, I can't believe I waited this long to try Rumble out. Spinning/cycling has been my go to for many years, but it was time to try something new or rather incorporate something different along with cycling. Rumble is the perfect addition! I feel like the setting/environment is similar to a cycling studio with the dark room, black lights, loud music, and just awesome non stop energy all around. So it just want I need to keep myself moving/motivated. I was a little intimidated at first but the instructors are super friendly and encouraging. The room is split between the bag side and the floor side (with weights). You can start the workout on either side (up to you) and we rotate during the class. So far I'm really enjoying Shannon's class and Louis's class! Can't wait to try the other instructors. They have early morning classes and evening classes to accommodate almost everyone's schedule. They provide towels and even a cool towel at the end of class. I've really enjoyed the workouts overall and look forward to class and the feeling of accomplishment afterwards! Let's get ready to rumble!!!

Yelp
Rumble is conveniently located in Burbank, and it's quite the workout experience! Located in an area with plenty of nearby shops, and restaurants. Rumble is in a safe, clean and nice neighborhood. Rumble offers a cardio boxing workout that might seem intimidating at first, if you have never been. But fear not, the staff and instructors / coaches are welcoming. To start, you register online and then check in at the front desk, where you receive a number for your workout station / punching bags. They've got handy self-combination lockers for your belongings and a range of merchandise available for purchase, including gloves and personalized wraps for rent. ($20 for wraps, ouch!!) Inside the studio, it feels like you've stepped into a nightclub - dimmed black lights, groovy music, your workout on the above screens, and an enthusiastic instructor / coach on a stage in the center. This is a non stop 10-round showdown that combines HIIT, strength training, metabolic conditioning, and cardio all in one. You can begin either on the punching bags or the rumble boxes with attached weights. Halfway through, you switch things up. What's great is that Rumble caters to all skill levels, so don't worry if you're a beginner, or season pro boxer just be prepared to break a sweat; this place delivers a fantastic workout, they also offer warm towels when you finish with your exercise. Get ready to Rumble! A fun and unique cardio boxing experience. They offer early morning and late evening sessions, making it convenient for all schedules. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I can't help but contrast the experience at Rumble Boxing versus the experience I had at Mayweather boxing. Pro's: - lockers for valuables - comes with towels Cons: - the class I took had 1 instructor who was always located on the pedestal. He didn't check the attendees form, didn't go around the room at all. - there were a few employees in the lobby at the time of the class. I wonder why none of them joined the class to help give us guidance and correct form. (At Mayweather, there was 2 to 3 instructors in each class. Going around to hype people up and helping us with our form) - the format was like going to a concert. Dark, hard to see the instructor from some parts of the room. - parking is crowded between the studios, market, and Starbucks. Tip: park near popeyes to avoid the crowds in the parking lot.

Yelp
This place is my jam. I love this style of group fitness and I appreciate the staff there so much for caring about their clients. I feel welcomed every time when I walk in, even if I'm half asleep strolling in on a morning class they still pump me up. The coaches are so fun and fit and I appreciate the attention to details when they walk around the room helping us with our form so we don't hurt ourselves. Since they've opened, I've taken a lot of classes from coach Louis and Hayley but honestly any class from each instructor is awesome. I've tried everyone at least once and I get an awesome workout either way.

Yelp
I started coming here after my regular kickboxing place took themselves off ClassPass. This place is boxing and strength training. My first time here, the staff decorated a locker for me which made me feel so welcome and special! Also, after every class, they provide cold towels for you to wipe down with. The service!!! The class themselves are pretty fun. They really work you out and it's super high energy. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Due to knee issues I had to step away from Krav Maga and Thai Pads but I missed the challenging workouts and nothing relieves stress like hitting something. I had heard about Rumble Boxing, so when this one opened up in Burbank I decided to give it a try. I have not been disappointed since I've joined. Great flexibility when it comes to class schedule, the instructors have loads of energy and are not only fun but also motivating while in class. Some days you'll even find other instructors joining class with you. Another plus is that they encourage you to go at your own pace and to modify if necessary, which I appreciate so you don't feel like you are in boot camp with someone barking at you - hate that. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and helpful with whatever questions you may have. I'd highly recommend swinging by and giving this place a try.

Yelp
This workout isn't for me, but I appreciate the production value and the enthusiasm of the staff from the front desk to the instructors. It's definitely a good workout. It's half floor exercises and half boxing. I feel like you need to have some semblance of knowledge in both these aspects to be able to thrive in this environment. I was able to enjoy a free class for the grand opening, and I'll look forward to any other *free* offerings in the future. There is only one instructor for all 40-ish attendees of class. This makes it super hectic and h/she is shouting instructions the whole time but you're only supposed to be listening half the time. I wish there was a second person going around correcting form, but that's also a big ask since the space is so tight! I am torn on the darkness inside the area. I do like that you can just focus on yourself but at the same time, I can't see anything! Depending on which bag you're at, you might not see the projector of instructions and the sound system isn't the greatest. The music is loud and the instructor has to really project or at least repeat themselves so you can hear what they are instructing you to do. For the floor exercises, it would be nice if they had video instruction repeating throughout (OTF style) but at least they have the words written out on the projector. For me, I did enjoy the boxing part the best and I would be interested in a boxing only express class, if they offer that!

Anyssa B.

Yelp
I love coming to this studio. Aside front desk being so helpful, the classes kick ya ass in the best way. You are sure leave feeling like such a badass when you leave no matter what!

Yelp
Honest review after my first class... I was incredibly nervous and anxious about attending a class here for the first time. The place and people seem so cool and fit and I was worried about looking like a fool. After mustering up the courage not to just leave after parking in the free lot, I walked in and told them it was my first time at the desk. Theywere super friendly and laid back and explained how the workout would go. After going inside, still feeling insecure, the workout soon began and I got my head into the game. Yes, it's like a club with loud music, and the one instructor is on a stage telling everyone which move to do and when to move on. They do walk around but I think it's more for motivation than to correct anything. The lights are off with other cool club and black lights throughout, which I thought I would be annoyed by, but actually really liked it. It helped to not being watched or looking at other people to compare yourself with or worrying you are dressed not as cool, etc. Also, it made me have to focus on how my mind-body connection was since there wasn't stuff to distract my attention. You go though 5 rounds of weight and cardio moves, 5 of hitting the bags, then 3 more rounds on each again. I did get a little annoyed that the bags are so close to each other and mine kept swinging into the person next to me. Maybe you're not supposed to hit hard? Hopefully that's not it, but that was kinda annoying so I had to keep punching it in the other direction. The time went by fast and I was dripping sweat. At the start time we started and end time we ended as the doors flew open. There's no wasted time and no chatter while working out. You come in, sweat, and leave. Some people were talking in the lobby but I just said bye and left. I like that a lot... We all got things to go do. Lastly I'll say that if I've never worked out before, there would be a learning curve as the moves are demonstrated very fast and you can't really see (neither can the coach) if you're doing it right or wrong. I've been a part of other HIIT and boxing gyms so knew the proper form so was fine. If you don't, that could be a problem, but I guess you could just look at the person right next to you and maybe if you were really off, they would help you. Overall, all the nervousness I had before going was gone and I'm excited to go to more classes and build up endurance while burning tons of calories. (I use a heart rate tracker and was close to 800 by the end of class) Suggest Rumble if you wanna try something new and get to hit things!

Yelp
Great workout great for beginners. They go over all the punches and steps. Arrive early to get yourself situated and find your bag/bench. Once its dark, its tough to see and navigate the room. Youll need your own boxing gloves and wrapd. They also sell and can rent your own if you dont have one or forgot them.
google avatar

Crisanta M.

Yelp
This place is great. The punching is very therapeutic. I like that it's non-stop because I'm easily distracted. There is no time for distractions. I appreciate the loud music and dark room, it keeps away the insecurities from watching more experienced people. The instructors have A LOT of energy - which is great but I usually go to the 5:30am/6am class and honestly - how could they possibly be that awake? What kind of sorcery is this? It's not a bad thing but ..... whoa. I love the way I feel after each class, the sweat is rewarding. I agree with a few other people here that they could benefit from an extra instructor helping with form, but overall I love this place.

Yelp
Rumble Burbank is awesome! Anyone who likes boxing + HIIT will enjoy this class. The boxing bags are filled with water instead of sand which makes it way more comfortable to punch. The classes are divided into four rounds alternating between boxing and strength training. You choose where you start when you sign up and control the intensity. Sign up for a class with Tanya (her Sunday 9:30am class is a vibe!) She brings the baddest beats, demonstrates the punches/exercises, checks and corrects your form, and always hypes everyone up during and after class. She did all-out burpees with us during a Rumble Round. It was legendary. Everyone there motivates each other to keep going. I know it is one of the best workouts for conditioning for boxing because I am completely soaked after each class. Thank God for the water machine and the towels.

Yelp
I can't recommend this place enough! I hadn't been to a formal class before, and only ever casually did online boxing classes. My biggest fear was not being able to keep up or looking dumb, but this was ideal! The lights are kept dark so you can look as stupid as you want and no one can tell- and the music is super loud (they offer ear plugs if needed) so you can make as much (frantic breathing) noise as you want. The workout was exactly what I was looking for. Full body- weights/cardio HIIT mixed with gloves/bag boxing. You rotate and there isn't a lot of down time so you move the entire class. I was drenched in sweat by the end. Things that would make the space even better - I couldn't hear the trainer at alllllll in the bag area, and my bag was in a place (along the mirror) I couldn't easily see the projection of the workout. I would love an extra speaker in the bag area so we can hear the trainer or another projector on the back wall so I could see. I had to stop the workout and move to where I could see the monitor but by the time I got it, we switched- I couldn't hear her when we switched though. Maybe this is something they can address? If this is your first class, maybe choose a bag a bit more towards the back so you can see/keep up. Huge learning curve there. I was grateful I knew the basics or I would have been lost. - as someone with back problems, I'd love some of those simple foam pads for sit ups or seated ab workouts. I think I'll bring my own. -maybe the trainer can demo the exercises one or two more times? It's hard to hear everything and grasp a new exercise the first time with the music. The monitor isn't that intuitive. - the wraps shouldn't be $20 that's crazy lol - more bathrooms. One bathroom for everyone is intense - the bags/floor space are a tad close together so the floor workouts there were too tight/I had to fidget into a position where my head wasn't on someone's feet and my feet touching someone's head lol. Also, if I hit the bag too hard (which I love) it would swing like crazy at the person in front of me. Overall the staff was awesome and the workout was SO GOOD. I'm so glad they opened this by my home and look forward to more classes- just maybe in a location I can see /hear better.

Yelp
When Rumble opened in Burbank, I was so excited!! I recently had a baby at the end of last year and these have been my go-to workouts. They have it all - cardio, weights, and strengthening your core when you're boxing. The trainers are so sweet and encouraging, even if theres something you can't do, they help you modify it. I never feel intimidated by coming in. I enjoy my mama time when I come to the studio and are greeted by the amazing staff on site! I can't wait to continue my postpartum journey with Rumble Burbank and already see results!

Yelp
I love you Rumble but fix that sound system ASAP! It's a shame that a new place like that can't fix a very important component to the workout. Other than that I'm super grateful for the early morning classes you all offer (bring back more 5:30 AM classes!). Zelzh is the best instructor!!

Lizzy W.

Yelp
Instructors are great but the studio not so much. It feels and operates like a cheap wannabe Rumble Boxing studio. I started coming to this location because it's close to my job. I had to leave class a little early and I don't think the staff noticed but I overheard them saying not to wash the USED towels that "don't look too dirty.." which was super off putting especially because I've noticed in the past that they never look or smell clean. This wasn't my first time at this studio but will be my last! Sticking to WEHO location!

Yelp
Rumble Boxing is amazing! At first I was really hesitant coming here because I had no background of boxing or anything like that but I'm glad I got out of my comfort zone. When waking in, you're greeted by amazing people in the front who make you excited before entering the class which I really love. I have signed up for Louis's class since day 1 and I don't regret it at all. He makes you feel energized while also motivating you while working out. by the end of class, you'll be drenched with sweat but feel amazing after. If you want to have an intense 45 minute workout whole listening to awesome songs and punching your troubles away on a bag, I highly recommend Rumble!

Yelp
What an awesome workout!!!! Love the vibe and community. Awesome trainers. Hope they open one near me in Pasadena.

Mike S.

Yelp
Love this place, Tanya is the best. Want to sign up as a full member (but not sure how)

Amanda S.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! I fell in love The staff at the front is so sweet and they helped me with everything I needed. The instructors are amazing and really get you going. It a perfect class for beginner boxing! No sparring or anything. I loved the format and that they include strength training. I felt intimidated at first but once I stepped in they made me feel so comfortable. It feels like the community here is warm and welcoming and the studio is so clean. I really recommend this place for a good workout

N X.

Yelp
It's like this place doesn't want my business. After my 2-pack intro, no one contacted me to buy more classes. So I went to their website, which only lists $35/class as a "buy classes" option. Then I emailed, only they don't reply to emails either. I decided to go the ClassPass route to access their classes, and they only offer a handful of 30 mins classes. I give up! Thankfully, Rumble is a franchise, so I'm just going to another one that has even a semblance of customer service. As for the classes, they're good for a sweat and some toning. But if you're a beginner, you won't learn to box. And if you know how to box, this isn't remotely challenging on that front.

Tasha C.

Yelp
Love it! I have experience training in both hit training and Muay Thai, this is a great combination to get both! Location is perfect and central to a lot of convenient places nearby. Loved Shannon's energy leading the class, gave me that extra encouragement when the tired was kicking in!
