I just need to share some love for this amazing café. I’ve been a loyal customer of Runaway Luna for years, and I must say that each new iteration is simply incredible. They consistently upgrade their offerings, which is a testament to their dedication to the community and their commitment to making it better. One of the things I love most about Runaway Luna is how they adapt to the changing seasons. They bring in unique and adorable items, and I’ve even acquired a beautiful beaded camera strap, a leather wallet, and a longhorn hat magnet. There’s something for everyone here, and I genuinely enjoy visiting this local café that goes far beyond being just a coffee shop. The food and drinks here are simply amazing. My personal favorites include the honeycomb latte, and the Luna alfresco. For treats, I can’t resist their cake pops or the cookies with raspberry jam in the center. But let’s not forget their breakfast tacos, croissants, and egg bites—they’re all equally delicious.

Google
This is my favorite cafe and brunch spot! It’s adorable and the staff are all warm and friendly, making every trip feel so inviting. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. The coffee, food, and pastries are all delicious and come with the most beautiful presentations. The attention to detail here is a 10/10. Highly recommend this sweet little spot!

Google
I love this place. Been coming here for 2 yrs now. Their honey comb latte is my fave. I came in today for lunch and the food is so tasty, all their food is delicious. I would definitely recommend new comers to come here and try out everything. The vibe and atmosphere is great and the workers are super sweet and amazing. They have tons of cute things in the shop.

Google
Runaway is my favorite coffee / food spot in the area. We’ve been going for years and have come to really get to know the owners and staff. They’re extremely warm and welcoming and are all about their customers’ experience. They have a wide range of delicious food but this in particular is now my “go to” favorite. Almost looks too good to eat!

Love Runaway! I have fallen more and more in love with this business. They are truly a community business and love hearing their story. Their code is good and so is their breakfast. Their Luna breakfast tacos are my favorite, wake up thinking about them!

Google
I’ve been coming here since they first opened in 2019 and it’s still my favorite latte I’ve had in Austin. The food, atmosphere , and friendly staff are all 12/10. Hannah in particular does a wonderful job curating good vibes and great customer service. It’s also a hidden gem for neat hand made gifts and goods!

Runaway Luna Lifestyle is, without a doubt, our favorite spot. We come here every weekend and often during the week whenever we need a break. Everything about this place feels soulful and personal — the owners are deeply involved in the business, which makes it incredibly warm and unique. The atmosphere is nothing short of magical. From the delicious food and beautifully crafted desserts to the charming antique shop that fills the space with character, every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The music, the ambiance, and the overall vibe create the perfect environment to relax and unwind. We wholeheartedly recommend everyone to visit Runaway Luna Lifestyle. It’s not just a café; it’s an experience that will quickly become your favorite place too.

Google
Been coming to Runaway Luna for a long time. They now are a legit lunch and brunch place with amazing healthy, fresh food. Lots of protein choices from avo toast, sandwiches to the most insane Belgium waffles, fresh pastries and tons of other protein options. Our new favorite spot for breakfast and lunch in the Hill Countey Galleria.

Yelp
Food and drinks 5/5 Ambiance and Aesthetic 5/5 Service and staff 5/5 Visiting from California and was pretty excited to check out this place. I love the aesthetic and the staff were friendly and great. Only giving this place 4 starts as the service was slow since there were only two of them working who seem to be doing multiple jobs as well. As for the price for their merch and menu, way over overpriced. I got the Lavender Spritz, a scone and two small red velvet and it was $29 something! Phew. Hoping for a faster service to improve if the price can't. Overall a good experience but it might be a one and done for me.

Yelp
Runaway Luna.. Just run, alright. Yikes, based on a good amount of reviews this was not a one off. The owner needs a real attitude adjustment and should maybe play back the tapes to hear how ugly she actually sounded in this interaction. I came here to have my one on one meetings with my staff and thought it'd be a nice treat since the pastries looked so beautiful. This had already been my third visit and there would have been a forth this week but I definitely will not be back. When we walked up to the register another patron had come in as well, we let her go ahead since we needed a moment to look over the menu. A family with small children came in behind us and we made our selection and placed our order with the owner. When we turned to take a seat one of kiddos had stepped right in front of me, so I tried to step around her and in doing so, my bag knocked one of the candles off the tiny ledge and broke on to the floor. After I'd seen what had happened, I felt terrible and looked up to apologize profusely but was met with a scowl on the owners face. Myself and my employee started to pick up the pieces and put, them on the counter since it was broken glass and small children were around. She barked at us that it was broken and that it had to be paid for and immediately punched it in to the register. I was so in shock by this but my employee quickly tells her it was an accident, but is cut off with "we're a small business, why do we feel shouldn't be paid for? I then tell her again, it was an accident to which she says "they've been there all week", basically telling me she knew I'd been in there multiple days, spending money and supporting her "small business" but that didn't matter. The family behind us even told their children they'd be leaving because they weren't very nice there and the owner barked at them 'why do you think it shouldn't be paid for, we're a small business?'. I paid for it, but just wanted to get out so I asked for the drinks to go instead. When she alerted us that our coffee was ready , we grabbed our drinks and started to walk out but my employee realized she hadn't gotten his scone and went back, I could not hear everything that was said but she tried saying she wasn't acting rude towards us, to which I called bull, and let her know she wasn't that nice. On our way out, the patron who ordered before us asked if she actually made us pay for it and was just as shocked as we were and said she wouldn't be back either. Had the interaction gone more on the lines of "Hey, I know it was an accident, but we're a small business, would you mind paying half?", I wouldn't be here making others aware of her nastiness and gladly would have paid. I hope the tiny, overprice $35 candle was worth all the patrons that were there to witness your lovely personality. Good luck with your small business because I for see it staying a small business.

Yelp
Runaway Luna was cute but I think the food could have been a bit better! They had a lot of home goods for sale which was fun to browse. I had an herbal latte which was made with beetroot - it was supposed to have notes of pomegranate and rose but I could only taste beets and the large rose petal chunks were pretty but not something that's actually fun to eat. Not exactly what I was hoping for. The drinks did come with a quarter-sized mini cookie which was cute. My friend had a scone and she said it wasn't that great but she liked her iced coffee. I did enjoy their almond croissant though - the size was ample and the almond filling delicious with lots of almonds on top to give it a good crunch. Our server was really kind and the ambiance was relaxing - I noticed some candles were burning which was cozy. I'd like to try and come back but will try a different drink!

Rey K.

Yelp
I really enjoy this place. They have tons of cute items and their food is delicious. I've been coming here for 2 yrs now and the staff are great. I never had any issues with the food, always fresh and tasty. My fave is the Honey Comb Latte.

Steinfielder S.

Yelp
I ordered a decaf americano. it didnt taste good, too much water. I asked them to fix it and I was told I would have to pay again. i am so disappointed and will not return. Very poor customer service for my $5 dollar drink.

Regina B.

Yelp
To say something positive, coffee and food taste great, if a little pricier than elsewhere. BUT, we were there a day before the freeze and they started putting chairs on the tables and sweeping the floors right after we sat down, 20 minutes prior to closing. We blamed it on the weather... Today, we got there at 3.30 pm and were greeted by all the chairs being up on the tables. The staff didn't offer us a place to sit. Guess they don't need the business. We won't be back anytime soon!

Arianne Victoria A.

Yelp
I won't turn down an invite here. If I come with intention to buy one cup of coffee, I'll always come out with more. They have a mini lifestyle store and serve other breakfast items such as croissants and fancy egg items. The presentation of the food and drinks are aesthetic. They do not have wifi however, probably bc they encourage you to enjoy your meal rather than be on your devices. So make sure you have hotspot if you intend to telework. Other than that, this coffee spot brings a unique Aussie perspective here in Bee Cave/Austin!

Natalie W.

Yelp
Great coffee came with a cute little cookie and was brought to me. Staff was so sweet Definitely coming back

Teresa B.

Yelp
I highly recommend Runaway Luna for dining and all your Christmas shopping needs. After enjoying amazing coffee and made to order food be sure to check out all the vintage and unique items!! This local family owned and operated business never disappoints!!

Deanna W.

Yelp
Cute little coffee spot and store in the Bee Cave Galleria. The lattes are expensive but worth it, and come with a little cookie.

Jennifer K.

Yelp
I had a couple of hours to kill after late check out from the Sonesta Bee Cave and found this gem in the adjacent shopping area. It is super cute. I had a latte and the garden salad while charging my IPAD. It also has some unique home items for sale and a bakery!

Yelp
NO WIFI. OVERPRICED. NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. I visited Runaway Luna today on the recommendation of my aunt. I arrive and order a latte and an avo toast. Out of avo toast. No biggie. Chicken sandwich. Great. $20. Ok. Expensive. But cute. Then I sit down to work. I ask the Wi-Fi password. The girl could not even be bothered to look up "we don't have wifi". Oh. Oops. Well I need to work. You have a laptop section?? Why?? Ok, no worries- can you wrap this up? That will be an extra $.50. AN EXTRA. ON TOP OF. And then the sandwich was so poorly wrapped it fell out of the bag. I spent $20 and walked out with nothing. I had three sips of an overpriced latte and paid $20 for a sandwich that ended up on the ground as it was not wrapped and the bag not even closed. DO NOT GO HERE. No Wi-Fi in a coffee shop? GOODBYE. Too many other options. It seemed cute and good. But if the vibes are off and the people aren't helpful. Nope. Update: the owners reached out to me. More of the defensive drivel you see below responding to less than stellar reviews.

Bonnie R.

Yelp
Loved this coffee shop / restaurant and shop. Great atmosphere and loved the decor and their merchandise. We had breakfast there and I had the hardest time deciding on what to get as their pastries looked amazing. Finally decided on avocado toast which was really good. The staff was friendly. I hope to return soon to try some pastries.

Kevin B.

Yelp
i love this place! and the workers are so nice! 100000% recommend, amazing food and decor.

David M.

Yelp
Yawwwwwwn.. Takes forever to make simple coffee & lunch. Don't bother.!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that was nothing special!

Maria M.

Yelp
Everything about this spot is absolutely amazing! Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor yet healthy as well. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff went beyond to ensure incredible service! Icing on the cake was the ability to do some shopping for one of a kind gifts while we enjoyed lunch!

Meg E.

Yelp
I was at Runaway Luna today with a new friend and my chicken salad sandwich was amazing! But even more amazing was the service. A young lady named Emily was closing up and allowed us to stay after closing so we could finish our conversation. It was so refreshing to not be rushed out in today's culture. I will choose this place for all my future meetings. Super impressed and grateful!!

Megan S.

Yelp
NO WIFI - overpriced - terrible customer service. I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled after my experience with this business. The vibes were bad and atmosphere and the customer service reflects that. I got a matcha latte and forgot to say that I would like it with a milk alternative because I am sensitive to dairy. The barista informed me that there is a dollar up charge for milk alternatives, which I have never seen at a coffee shop. I received this information after I had already paid and the barista was about to prepare my drink order. She insisted that she couldn't make the latte unless I gave her a dollar or dig out my card again so they could charge me the extra dollar. TERRIBLE customer service. I've never felt more undervalued as a customer and the barista was very short with me. Just make the latte with oat milk or say "we usually upcharge for milk alternatives" and make an exception for first instance. Reading other reviews, it sounds like they charge for Togo boxes as well which seems insane. Also it's a Cafe/coffee shop that DOESN'T HAVE WiFi.

Daniela H.

Yelp
LOVE this place and miss it so much now that I live in New Braunfels. The atmosphere is super cute and serene. I would get coffee, muffins and earrings all in the same place. The staff was always amazing and answered all my questions. Parking can be hard to find in front of the businesses and so park in the parking garage and walk. They close at 3pm I believe and so try and make it if you can.

Charlotte I.

Yelp
I wish I could just say amazing but that's not 85 characters, it is an amazing cafe and I wish I had photos of it, but I don't. The owner of the cafe is amazing and very nice, we were gone on a trip and got back and then came to the cafe and she gave us something free! I definitely recommend .

Liz C.

Yelp
This is a delightful little cafe and shop in the Galleria! The food was fantastic and the drinks were excellent. We tried the scrumptious Honeycomb Latte and a refreshing Lavender Spritz. Loved the atmosphere and sweet staff!

Eliana H.

Yelp
Pricing is expensive. One iced latte is $8 (the price drastically varies if youre getting hot or iced). Food is overpriced as well. No wifi, they say to use the mall wifi but it doesn't work. The things that ticked me off the most is 1) the charge for to go boxes????? what place does that. and 2) by 3:30 the workers start putting up all the chairs and it makes you feel so rushed. I get maybe a few minutes before close but seriously putting up chairs right next to me while I'm trying to enjoy my overly priced items is very annoying. Overall yeah the coffee tastes fine and if youre okay paying $15 for food with a flower tossed on it to make it look nice this will be a good place.

Kristi L.

Yelp
Had a charity board meeting there and owners were as rude as ever. Please be nice to your customers.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Excellent coffee and snack items. Is a cozy and well decorated environment. The food / snack selection leaves something to be desired. They also have cool crafts for sale. The staff is always super friendly and willing to customize orders to your liking. The prices are not cheap, but on par with other coffee shops in the area.

Mathea B.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stopped here with friends that highly recommended this spot. There isn't a detail untouched, you can instantly tell passion lives behind this business. I immediately was drawn to the design, decor, farm to table cuisine. I wish I had a spot like this in the Bay!

Aiden S.

Yelp
If your want a heart warming feeling form drinking amazing coffee in a cosy modern cafe look no other than Runaway Luna. They have a wide selection of pastry's and dishes. There coffees and teas are great and the workers were really nice. The service was great and way they serve it on a wooden slab with news paper. They also have a little section of pottery pieces and glass blown stuff. It's super warm and cosy inside and I would definitely go here again.

Alexa S.

Yelp
This is a great location. I love this coffee shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Chaese J.

Yelp
What a different experience this was I came in this morning after visiting my parents in lakeway and decided to work from runaway Luna - as I had previously had decent experiences here This time I came in - ordered my coffee - sat down and hopped on my morning zoom meeting (with video) While I was clearly in a meeting a lady approached me and rudely asked if I had ordered a coffee. I couldn't look over at first as I was on video and took a second to turn off my video to respond to her. I then asked her what she had asked and she repeated herself and I said yes I did - sorry I am in a meeting right now. She then rudely replied, "well this is a coffee shop" and stormed off. I asked to ladies behind the counter who she was and of course - she is the owner haha. What a terrible, disrespectful, rude experience. How unprofessional for a business owner to rudely approach a client and stereotype them based on age - assuming I had not bought a coffee - to top it off they do not offer free wifi - you have to use the galleria wifi that is spotty and never works. I will not be returning - Greater Goods Coffee is way better anyways and only a minute drive away.

Rachel J.

Yelp
I recently got together with a friend who I had not seen in a while. She suggested we meet halfway between us at Runaway Luna. I had never been before and I'm a tea lover so I was looking forward to checking out their selection. I arrived before my friend and decided to go ahead and order. At the counter, I asked if they had mint tea. The person ringing me up offered two different types and then asked if I wanted a pot. I said yes, paid and then sat down. I wasn't paying too much attention when they rang me up so when I got the text receipt for my transaction, I was very surprised that they had charged me $10.82 for the pot. It was small - probably about 16 oz of water - and contained a single tea bag. I looked at the menu board and only saw small cup ($3.50) and large cup ($4.50) but no pot listed. Thinking this must surely be an error, I checked their Google menu online and a pot is listed as $5.00. Fully believing they had accidentally over-charged me, I went back to the counter. The person who had rung me up said that in fact $10 was the correct price, that their web site was wrong and needed to be updated but that they offered "free refills." At that point, my friend had arrived so I let it go. After a while, we decided to get some food and I went back to the counter to order. I asked for a refill of my tea pot along with my food order. About 5 minutes later, the same person came to the table with a kettle of hot water which she proceeded to pour over my single tea bag. I politely asked for another tea bag and was told that I'd have to buy another cup if I wanted a new bag. Flabbergasted, I declined and we ate our food. As I mentioned above, I'm a tea lover so am very familiar with tea prep standards. The proprietors of Runaway Luna apparently are not, otherwise they would know that for every 8 oz of water, you need one tea bag. A small cup takes one bag, a large cup would be two bags and a pot would be 3-4 bags depending on the size. This is the reason you pay more for a larger cup or pot of tea. Otherwise you are just paying more for... boiling water. The tea pot with "free refills" had one measly tea bag for which I was pretty much scammed into paying $10. In addition to this, when I asked if there was WiFi available, I was told no but "The League Kitchen next door has a really strong signal." It's totally fine (if not a little odd) for a cafe not to offer WiFi, but completely unethical to suggest to patrons to use another restaurant's. In short, if you are cool with paying $10 for a single tea bag and other questionable business practices, check out Runaway Luna.

Rachael J.

Yelp
Runaway Luna Lifestyle Cafe is a place you'd like to spend all day hanging. It is such a quaint coffee shop with a relaxing yet inviting atmosphere. The selections are superb & will delight all your taste buds. They offer drinks, quiches, pastries, etc. Everything is beautifully made and tasty. The decor is the ultimate country chic and they have items for sale. I loved everything about Runaway Luna and can't wait to return.

Cristin C.

Yelp
Ugh, this place. You want to like it because they've done a nice job with the decor and the owner and family seem nice, but this place is just frustrating on a lot of levels. The food/bev is just OK and the costs have gotten out of control. For a small child's hot chocolate they charge an extra $1 for whipped cream and another $0.50 for marshmallows. Want it in a standard to-go cup? That'll be extra. It comes out to the same price as a complicated espresso drink. A coffee drink will run you $7-10 with all the add ons. That's just not market rate and pretty insane. You must also allocate 30-45 minutes just to receive your order. I've had to walk out and leave behind an incomplete order because it's taken 30+ minutes and I was going to be late for my next thing. They need to put the Inflated prices to work and hire an additional barista for busy weekend mornings. Otherwise this is just another place charging a premium price for subpar product, service and experience.

Kelly O.

Yelp
OMG!! What a fabulous place! I came here for the 2nd time this weekend while visiting Bee Cave-- for our anniversary. I used to live in the area and we often come back for a weekend. So much has changed and this fantastic coffee shop/retail store was not here when I lived here. They have an amazing selection of - gosh where do I start? Coffees, chai lattes, teas, you name it, plus breads, muffins, croissants, and both hot and cold breakfast and lunch dishes. I've only been here for breakfast so I've had only breakfast foods but dear God.....my husband had the almond crusted croissant and we both had almond milk cappuccinos and I had a muffin that melted in my mouth. The goods that are available to browse while you wait-- and buy-- suffice it to say I want to buy EVERYTHING. Such a cute shop. Really love it and will be back every time! You must come here!

Annamarie R.

Yelp
The coffee is lovely. The staff are fine. However there are little things about this place that could be addressed for a much better experience. The water glasses are too small. They look like espresso cups. If you serve water that small it communicates that you don't want customers to stay more than 3 minutes. The tables are also on the smaller side, and very close to other tables. This is a tough sell when more than half the cafe is visibly dedicated to displays for decoration and gift sales rather than seating for paying customers. Are you more excited about your decorations than your cafe customers? The music is blaring. Probably because the tables are too close to each other so you'd otherwise hear the people next to you too much. Not sure that there was a wifi network available. The avocado on the avocado toast came out more brown than green. Normally I wouldn't comment because fruit does what it does but the price is too high to serve anything that is overripe. If it is indeed an additional sauce causing the discoloration, please say so upon serving. This was sad too because I was told that neither of the other breakfast options were available, and then your cafe upsold me on overpriced spoiled food. Charging people for to-go boxes feels like too much at this point, especially if there is no seating currently available. I don't recall businesses doing this in Australia, but either way it is unexpected in the United States. The decorations on the wall are for sale and they have price tags. When your pricing for menu items teeters above market rate, this is just a reminder of the feeling that you might be trying to eek every last penny out of the wallets of your customers, regardless of how thrilled they are. Lastly, the name is Runaway Luna Lifestyle? A lot of people have a pet named Luna, or know someone who does. Not sure people want to think of their pet running away, which definitely came to mind for me. I don't know. It's the little things that add up to a welcoming and happy experience and I feel like you have a lot going for you in terms of the building space and coffee, but these other issues are in conflict.

Yelp
I reached out to management about a wrong order that I received. I went on a Saturday with my friend who picked me. I'd never been here before. I asked for an almond cappuccino and a ham and cheese sandwich to go. I don't usually eat breading but I'd had a rough morning that day and chose to have this because the day had been bad. The girl gave my my stuff at the pick up area and I pointed out that my cappuccino was to go, not for in- house. Her coworker saw it and they said they would correct it. They handed me my food as well. I took my stuff home and got home to a. Cinnamon roll, not my ham and cheese sandwich. Worst morning ever. My tire burst on the highway that morning and then my food order comes out wrong. I simply wanted carbs to help numb the pain and stress of that morning. Terrible way to start the weekend. I reached out for a refund and they said they wouldnt do it but would have me pick up another sandwich. I eat paleo, I don't eat sandwiches on a daily and this was a one time thing. You would think a restaurant messes up your order and they would just make the situation correct but not this place. Very unsympathetic and greedy. You messed up my order, not once, but twice. And I had thought of returning because they have a rose night on Thursdays and seemed like fun to do with friends. But based off this experience, I won't ever return.

Anuj D.

Yelp
Food was ok. Highly overpriced and then u have to pay for to-go boxes. Not going back.

Joseph F.

Yelp
Wow! Took the family here on a Sunday and the place was beautiful! Great food and ambiance as well! Will come back for sure!

Cameron L.

Yelp
Great service, delicious food, great ambiance, amazing worker!!! Definitely recommend

Tracy B.

Yelp
I walked over from my house to grab a cup of coffee and my heart sank when I saw that their location is closed. After walking around a little bit more I see that they have moved to the former bee Cave coffee shop location behind the league. Yay! New location is super bright and has a lovely outdoor space. I'm so happy they haven't closed!

Josie S.

Yelp
One of my favorite local spots!!! I love the European cafe vibe here. The coffee is consistently incredible, and the food menu is to die for. I'm not the biggest feta gal, but their feta and spinach pastry is INSANE. They make all the baked goods/food by hand, and it is all so yummy. From the yogurt parfait, to the cinnamon sugar roll, to the lattes- you'll be well taken care of. Not to mention runaway Luna also has the cutest home decor/home goods. Yep, it's a little boutique as well!!! My only compliant is the prices are not friendly to a young adult straight out of college....and I don't love the .50 charge for a to-go box or cup.

Sue S.

Yelp
Fun place for coffee and tea. Chai was perfect. Service is good. Able to hold a conversation even when it's full.

Ashlee C.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and pastries. Wait times can get long during peak times. Love the specialty items they sell, great for gifting. They offer great options, but no wifi. They prefer people to connect in real life- what a concept! :)

Sarah N.

Yelp
Happened to swing by when the cafe was piloting their charcuterie and wine menu. While a little pricy, somewhere in the upper $20s to lower $30s for the board, it was delicious and would order again as munchies to share with friends.

Kathleen E.

Yelp
What a marvelous café! The interior is well appointed, the menu local and varied, and there is an undeniable emotional warmth in this place. Plus, there are plenty of power outlets from which to "work from home." I highly recommend stopping in for an Aztec hot chocolate or mocha--truly delicious!

Heidi Z.

Yelp
This place has such a cute vibe. I love the avocado toast, empanadas, and lattes, although they have many other options. I've also grabbed a few unique gifts for friends/family here - they always have unique items. Love the family-owned atmosphere too! Prices are a bit high, hence the reason I knocked one star, but I'm aware rental prices in the Galleria are astronomical so the prices are probably warranted.

Jaclyn C.

Yelp
Adorable, delicious, unique, and well worth the visit! From our flavorfull little egg soldiers, children's best made hot chocolate, complimented with our adult sized mimosas, this farmstyle designed bistro is the best! For the amount of people waiting to be fed and served this family run business has a great attitude which makes waiting an ease. You can feel the love in the food and love inside their business. We will be back! Today is 20% off store products!!!

Gary B.

Yelp
Stopped by today had the chili and my wife had the quiche. Both were exceptional and the friendly service was refreshing. We left with a box full of delicious pastries and look forward to returning. Nice atmosphere also.

Yelp
Visiting the area for a wedding and found this spot when I googled coffee in the area. Lovely atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and the pastry and coffee I had was just what I needed to start the day.

Yelp
Ugh. I had such high hopes for this place. Positives: The place is adorable filled with great little gifts and home decor items. Negatives: Cost. $8 for an iced mocha. When I asked how it was so much, the owner explained there is a $1 up charge for iced drinks. Listen, I go to coffee shops ALL. THE. TIME. all over the place and I have never seen a upcharge for ice. Ice! Not only that, the owner was completely rude when I questioned it. The coffee is only mediocre at best and really doesn't justify the high price tag. It's a shame. I happily support a small businesses over bigger ones all the time, I probably be convinced to pay the higher prices if the owner had been kinder in my interaction with her. I wish you the best Runaway Luna and I hope you can figure out a better long term plan that doesn't involve insane coffee prices and rude service.
