Rural Waste Management

The worse company ever! I’ve been with this company for a yr now and all of a sudden they won’t come pick up my trash. Waited last week for my trash to be picked up and they never showed and now this week still no service. Had to call several times to ask why they haven’t came and I get a lot of different excuses. I’ve always paid on time and always make sure my trash bags are tied and make sure when it rains that no water is in there if so i dump it out and this is how they treat customers. WOW! Just a few weeks ago they called and asked if they could use my round about and I told them yes but yet they won’t even come down my road., what was the point of asking? Would have been nice to get a heads up and a honest answer. They asked me when I first starting using this company if I would keep my gate open so they can turn around and I always did and now that they have a normal trash truck they want to say that the road I live on is not a main road but yet they will go down the road behind my house which is a dirt road with no problem, makes absolutely no since to me. So much for trying to support a small business!

We have been with RWM for about seven months now and couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provide! We used to have constant issues with our old provider in the form of throwing our trash cans in the road, trash debris littered all down our road, numerous missed pickups and constant raised prices. It is so nice to not have to deal with those issues anymore, along with having better rates! (Although, the only missed pickup has been due to me being forgetful- and they still came out to help me out. That speaks volumes! A company that prides itself on hard work and integrity are hard to come by now adays, but that is what you will find with this company.

I switched from Republic to RWC as a small business owner, I like to support local businesses. This was the best decision I made regarding trash pick up. They have gone the extra mile from day one to ensure great customer service. I recommend them 10 out of 10.

I'm a new customer I've only been a customer for one month, and I'm not really impressed so far. They've missed me once had to have them come back just to pick it up they double billed me and now they won't even pick up a box that's laying alongside of my trash can. Cheaper is not always better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reliable, professional and honest. These are words that are not normally followed by the word affordable, but somehow RWM pulls it off! I honestly do not understand how these cans haven't replaced all the others in my neighborhood. My only guess is people just don't know about RWM. My only regret is I wish I would have switched sooner!

Wow just wow!! Why would you want trash service through anyone else!! Honest hard working ppl great customer service I literally can't say enough about this business other than if every business ran the way rwm does the world would be a better place!! Btw the price also beats all the competitors by half!!! Edit... Well this place was awesome until they decided to not empty my garbage due to cart placement which was the same spot I put them in for over a year and half then want to argue with me about it I will be switching back to my old service unacceptable!!!!

I highly recommend their services. Have used them for about a year now. Their customer service is top notch!

I'm so impressed with our garbage pick up guys! Our neighbor ALWAYS leaves his dog out roaming, on trash day especially....it makes a huge mess of people's trash out for pick up...today another neighbor fell victim, and the boy picked it all up! No blowing trash etc..Thank you!!
