Great experience, RWM has been reliable, professional, and always on time. Pickups are consistent, communication is clear, and any questions or issues are handled quickly and courteously.

This is a dependable trash pickup service! This morning I watched the driver of the pickup truck stop, get out of the truck and pick up trash that had fallen on the ground before he left our property. I was pleasantly surprised by his observations, and that he took the time to finish the job right. I recommend RWM 100%!

I'm a new customer I've only been a customer for one month, and I'm not really impressed so far. They've missed me once had to have them come back just to pick it up they double billed me and now they won't even pick up a box that's laying alongside of my trash can. Cheaper is not always better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been with RWM for about seven months now and couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provide! We used to have constant issues with our old provider in the form of throwing our trash cans in the road, trash debris littered all down our road, numerous missed pickups and constant raised prices. It is so nice to not have to deal with those issues anymore, along with having better rates! (Although, the only missed pickup has been due to me being forgetful- and they still came out to help me out. That speaks volumes! A company that prides itself on hard work and integrity are hard to come by now adays, but that is what you will find with this company.

I switched from Republic to RWC as a small business owner, I like to support local businesses. This was the best decision I made regarding trash pick up. They have gone the extra mile from day one to ensure great customer service. I recommend them 10 out of 10.

Reliable, professional and honest. These are words that are not normally followed by the word affordable, but somehow RWM pulls it off! I honestly do not understand how these cans haven't replaced all the others in my neighborhood. My only guess is people just don't know about RWM. My only regret is I wish I would have switched sooner!
