"A little slice of Georgia has landed in the centre of Warsaw, thanks to this quirky and loveable restaurant. Georgia-born chef-owner Davit Turkestanishvili is a larger-than-life character who runs the place with great enthusiasm. His dishes draw on Georgian staples like khachapuri and khinkali, packing bags of flavour into each bite. The many rugs decorating the room are for sale, and some of the wines come from the team’s own vineyard in Georgia." - Michelin Inspector

It was our first visit and we weren't sure what to order, our food rating could be a result of lack of knowledge. We found staff being incredibly helpful and really taking care for customers. It was also so nice to hear the music and, at the same time, be able to have a conversation without rising our voices. We enjoyed the atmospheric decor and good air conditioning (very helpful on such a hot day). Altogether, definitely worth recommending to friends and family 👍

Rusiko offers a truly traditional Georgian dining experience. The lamb shank was outstanding – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The salads were just as impressive, fresh and full of vibrant flavors. The only letdown was the Napoleon cake, which was a bit dry and underwhelming. A very authentic establishment overall, and highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy classic Georgian cuisine in Warsaw.

I recently visited the Georgian restaurant Rusiko in Warsaw and I can honestly say - if you love Georgian cuisine, you simply have to make the trip here. I ordered their local red wine from their own winery - the color, aroma, and taste were just wow. The eggplant rolls were huge and the profiteroles reminded me of the ones my mom makes - pure comfort. And a special mention goes to our waitress, Ira - such a sweet and welcoming person (and fun fact: she shares the same name as my mom). Highly recommended!

While on our way back home from a week’s vacation in Italy, we decided to celebrate my birthday a day early at the Georgian restaurant Rusiko. Everything was perfect—from the beautiful interior to the delicious food. After this experience, I’m seriously considering buying tickets to visit Georgia for our next vacation. The Saperavi wine was rich and full of flavor, the food was aromatic and perfectly cooked—and the fact that my picky kids ate everything says it all. I tried khinkali for the first time, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Juicy and flavorful, they were a highlight of the meal. One very important thing to me is that the bathroom was clean. I truly believe that a restaurant that respects itself should never have a dirty restroom. Unfortunately, not all restaurant management thinks the same way—but here, this was not the case. The bathroom was spotless and had a pleasant smell. A big thank you to our waitress, Ira, who guided us through the menu with kindness and helpfulness. She made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back when In Warsaw! Thank you and keep doing the great job you do!

My absolute favorite place in all of Warsaw! I had never had Georgian food before and it did NOT disappoint! We walked in here without a reservation and they somehow fit us in. We were met with warm hospitality. The food was homey, comfortable, and extremely flavorful. They also explained how to eat the dumplings patiently to us. Soup was warm and homey, perfect with the lavash, it felt like grandma cooked for me. Lamb was fall off the bone tender. Wine was superb. I would definitely recommend and return here.

If you’re in Warsaw and looking for a truly memorable dining experience, this Georgian restaurant is not to be missed. The meat was outstanding, and the khachapuri—easily the best I’ve ever had—was perfectly baked and full of flavor. They offer a unique selection of wines from their own vineyard, which adds a personal touch to the experience. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the whole meal left me feeling loved, comforted, and truly well fed. A place worth seeking out.

I had an amazing time in here. I didn't expect that. All the foods are tasty and the drinks are as well. Because I allergy with beef and lamp, but luckily I have WALERIA. She was very patient in recommending every dish to me. And serve me tirelessly as I try new wines. She is truly a very lovely person. 10 of 10
