Rusiko Restaurant

A good restaurant with an authentic atmosphere, and the food is tasty. 4 stars instead of 5 because the restaurant is good, but not the best of all the places we’ve been to, including restaurants in Georgia. Classic khinkali and shashlik. The house-made wine is very delicious.

Another amazing place in Warsaw, with tasty Georgian food and unique selection of wines. The staff was extremely friendly, smiley and full of knowledge regarding served food and drinks. Make sure to book a table in advance at pick times :)

While visiting Warsaw recently, my son found Rusiko on Google, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. The food, wine, and service were all outstanding. With five of us, we tried a variety of appetizers, soups, and main courses—and everything was incredibly tasty and perfectly prepared. We also loved the décor and cozy ambiance of the restaurant. Simply exquisite. Highly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant. The hostess was fun to interact with, the waiters were great with their job. I got a complimentary small apetizer which was a nice gesture. I'm a little bit on a fense with food, though. I ordered traditional Georgian pork dumplings, and the seasoning that was used with the meat was not something I liked. However, the dish was filling. The desert was okay, nothing over the top. All said and done, if I have an opportunity, I would revisit this restaurant and give a second chance to something else from the menu.

Rusiko is one of those places we keep coming back to — with my wife, with friends — because honestly, what’s the point of fighting it? Just off Plac Teatralny, it’s often called one of the best Georgian restaurants in Warsaw, and after several visits… yeah, that checks out. Everything here hits the spot: juicy khinkali, dangerously good khachapuri, colourful pkhali, and lamb so tender it vanishes in minutes. Add a bottle (or two) of Georgian wine from Kakheti and you’re already talking about when you’ll be back — before dessert even lands. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and perfect for long, chatty evenings. Extra points to the owner and chef, Davit, who named the place after his mum — which somehow makes total sense once you’ve eaten here. Big flavours, generous hospitality, and a place that makes you want to linger. Highly recommended — seriously good food 🍷🥟

We came across Rusiko in the Michelin Guide. Awarded a Bib Gourmand and offering good value for money, we wanted to try Georgian cuisine for ourselves. The staff seemed average and didn't stand out in a positive or negative way. Unfortunately, the food was a little below expectations. Expectations were high due to the award, and unfortunately they were not met. Overall, Rusiko was one of the weaker restaurants of our vacation, even though the complimentary appetizer and the potatoes (the vegetables in general) were very impressive.

Great service and great atmosphere. Unfortunately thats where it stops, this place want to be something posh and fancy but you need to have good food to back that up. Every dish is pretentious and pretty bad, over salted and borderline unedible. I cannot recommend this, sorry.

Great restaurant, we enjoyed everything from starters to desserts. Main dishes (duck breast & lamb stew) were very delicious. Also they have a great wine menu, we tasted wines made by the owner, and loved it!
