I finally got to try Rustic Mornings by Isabelo in Marikina, and I get why people keep raving about it. The place itself is super charming—lots of plants, cozy corners, and that homey, rustic vibe that makes you feel like you’re having breakfast in a garden. It’s definitely a spot where you’d want to take your time and just enjoy the moment.
As for the food, the servings are big, so you really get your money’s worth. I tried their longganisa breakfast plate, and it was so flavorful—savory with just the right amount of garlicky kick. The pancakes were also really good—fluffy, light, and perfect with their syrup. Coffee was okay, nothing fancy, but it paired well with the meal.
Service-wise, the staff were friendly and attentive even though the place was packed. They checked on us just enough without hovering, and our food came out quicker than I expected considering how busy it was.
