I’m still thinking about the Hawaiian burger! that’s how good it was. This is the best burger I’ve had i a long time. This is the 4th time I order from them in last few months and it’s always consistent. I love that the burger is flame grilled. Every layer had purpose: the melted cheese wrapping around the patty like a cozy blanket, the fresh, crisp toppings, such as the bacon adding just the right crunch, pineapples and chips on top and the specia sauce makes it so flavorful it deserves its own spot light. Hands down best Colombian burger I’ve had in a while.

Honestly one of the best salchipapas i’ve had in a long time , its the closest thing to real authentic colombian food without having to go to colombia. Best burgers hands down perfect taste seasoning is 100% well balanced & excellence customer service overall ! . I Highly recommend rusticos as a late night dish or an afternoon lunch 🤙🏾👍🏽

By far the best burger I’ve had in a while delicious & packed with a lot of flavor the bacon was crispy and very well put together highly recommend !

I’ve been a big fan of Rusticos since they opened. However, the last two hamburgers I ordered in January 2023 are nothing like they used to be. Today, I ordered three rusticas and all of them were super salty and burned. Hopefully, they can bring up the quality.

Great Hawaiian burger & Hawaiian hot dog plus the French fries are fecking gorgeous too.

Why do businesses change their appearance when they find money? Because this business used to have different eyes when it took money in its hand. Now they have made some money and now when you go there, the lady cashier who doesn't know herself looks like she is giving out free food. This is so funny.

I didn’t like that they had a house burger like smash burger and not a Colombian burger. A Colombian burger has basically tomato, lettuce, so I was expecting going to one Latino place. But I was expecting to have a Colombian hamburger not an American burger. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Umm, yeah yeah the house hamburger had yellow cheese. We don’t put yellow cheese in Colombia, no way. The lady that took my order didn’t smile. When I asked her the ingredients she was supposed to tell me, nice and smiling what the hamburger has. That was the experience. Now the product, I do like the cheese on the hamburger I ordered. It’s kind of creamy cheese. I like that. Umm, she said to me that this one didn’t have bacon, but she didn’t say I could add bacon. But pretty much that’s it.

Pensé que tenían una buena calidad de comida pero la carne que trae la arepa ni con hambre pude comerla, tenía un sabor como si se estaba dañando, la hamburguesa hawaiana la salsa de piña estaba dañada y le colocaron sola menos de la mitad de un bacon. Perdí mi tiempo esperando el delivery. Así que deberían mejorar la calidad. Me parece de muy mal gusto que uno esperando un delivery con hambre y llegue algo que ni provoca comerlo.

A few months ago I ended up getting some Columbian arepa burgers to go while I was out in Jackson Heights. They probably are better piping hot but were still really good. I ended up getting the Macitos Y chicharron and the arepa burger and got to try my friend's salchipapas (hotdogs/fries). Don't knock it until you try it. The hotdogs and fries with all the saucy sauce combo is absolutely delicious. My arepa burger was pretty good but I think the add-ons of bacon and the chicharron and everything were so meat heavy and made it a little tough to chew. But delicious flavors. There was a pretty decent amount of people at the food truck. Would rather try them again fresh off the grill.

I absolutely love Rusticos. Everything I have tried is good. I've tried their hot dogs which are loaded with everything just like they do it in Colombia. Their hamburgers as well. Because their dishes are loaded with so much it was hard for me to get great photos. But it's so delicious & the people are super dope. Except a line it took about 25 min to get my order. You won't be disappointed.

So Colombian burgers just hit different, the way these burgers hit were unreal. We went with the classics since it is a food truck, rustico burger and hotdog, 1 was a combo and the other was not. One bite was all it took, like love at first sight, unveiling that classic looking Rusticos burger wrap made me feel like I was eating a royale with cheese. Ultimate chefs kiss! The fries were unfortunately left out of the order, driving back in the traffic for them did make them relatively soggy so I would like another run at the fries. The burger and the hot dog was so damn delicious! Highly recommend anyone on northern to try it, i know there hasn't been any reviews yet but when i tell you this place gets full from how delicious the food is, you'll just have to take my word for it. Maybe we will run in to each other because this is totally worth it!

The burger wasn't appetizing. I also bit into a rotten fried potato which left a very awful taste. Not great.
