The philly cheesesteak was overcooked and dry. The Reuben wasn’t fresh and was too salty. The fries were good though. Compared to other options around, we wouldn’t come back.

Google
Downtown Denver establishment selling KRAFT boxed Mac and Cheese. The owner might have no respect for customers nor his business. I would be ashamed to serve this junk to anyone, this doesn’t belong in the city of Denver.

Google
Ordered the Reuben and instead of just being the normal "American Classic" as they call it, it was some sort of double-decker monstrosity with a 3rd piece of bread in the middle. No one asked for this and it wasn't indicated anywhere on the menu. If I had known I never would have ordered it. Wasn't even cut in half when I got it.

Google
Brisket sandwich was off the chain. Perfect mix of sauce, Veges, meat, and soft bun, beautifully done. I’d recommend to anyone, anytime. So good, and reasonably priced.

Google
I ordered the green chile burger and my husband got the Philly cheesesteak with a side of Mac n cheese. The prices for the quality of food did not match. $17 for the Philly and $12 for the burger and $4 for the Mac (not including tax). The burger and sandwhich buns were cold and low quality and looked like it was just thrown together. The Mac n cheese was the Kraft Mac n cheese from the box. Low quality food and way too expensive. The venue is nice but food was not great, would not recommend.

We arrived late for the lunch but they were very kind and let us chose what we wanted to eat. And that was excellent! Thank you

Google
I have to admit the Burger was incredibly delicious... I'll definitely will be back of the burger ! For sure, the best 1 in denver.. . I can't express myself enough to explain how I hate surprise charges. All tho the cashir notified that they already charged the 2% +22% service charge, but that was Aftet I swipe the card. It's 24% tip before tax. Why not 50% 0_0 ?!?!? It should be the customer choice to give tip or not ! If you don't like it you should raise the prices ! Sometimes, the small things leaving bad taste in your month

Yelp
Ruth's single patty burger with tater tots on the side. Good burger, good tots. Was it amazing? No. But it's pretty good. A bit pricey? Sure. The included 22%tip? A bit of an annoyance...but since I already read about it on a review here beforehand, not as bad. Starting this weekend (Jan 6, 2024) they will only accept cards. Becoming Cashless! By the way, If you want to order food here, you order from "Albina by the Sea" instead, as the signs will indicate. Wait on a weekday lunch hour wasn't that long. I literally only wrote a paragraph in my journal and the buzzer buzzed to let me know my food was ready. Overall, a decent place for burgers that's better than Mc'D's in my opinion. 2 stars is a bit harsh. I would appreciate if they took away the mandatory 22% tip though. I don't mind tipping, but tipping really should be a choice, and not obligatory.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the snacks at Ruth's Butchery! The Brussel sprouts were crispy and flavorful and the Irish tots were a fun twist on Irish food/loaded tots. It was also an easy process to order the food. We sat at Moo Bar and ordered these from the happy hour menu by going up to Ruth's and getting a buzzer. The wait wasn't too long at all and everything was cooked well. Will definitely be trying out more things on their menu in the future!

Yelp
If you don't try the Reuben lovers Reuben sandwich you are not living life. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Yelp
When I dip, you dip, we dip! I tried a French dip sandwich here and thought it was as delicious as it looked. The dip is the au jus from the meat. The meat was herb roasted. The baguette bread was toasted. The taste was a 10 but I know the price is high at $16. I always thought dip sandwiches were messy and hard to eat. However, this one is worth the mess. They layer the meat so beautifully in this sandwich and they do not skimp on it! This place is located in the trendy Milk Market. There's plenty of seating indoors but I enjoyed my sandwich at the outdoor picnic bench are behind Poka Lola Social Club. It would have been nice if the sandwich came with a side for that price. It's a very simple sandwich with nothing inside but mayo, lettuce and meat. Outside of sandwiches, this place also serves several burgers and fries options. The sandwich is large enough to share with another person.

Yelp
I'm sad to report that Ruth's let me down on this one. I was excited because I'd read about their French Dip and figured it had to be good because it's $16. The service was fair but nothing spectacular and the sandwich itself was big but that's as far as it got for me. The meat was chewy and so packed in that I couldn't get through. I appreciate the amount of meat but it was almost too much! I had to toss it after 3 bites. The bread itself was soggy but the au jus was delish. I'm definitely going to give them another shot but I'll be trying something else. I've got my eye on the NY Pastrami next.

Yelp
One of my top three burgers in the Denver metro area. Ruth's has all sorts of meats for purchase, plus sandwiches and burgers for dining-in. Since I can sniff out a good burger from a mile away, Ruth's was on the radar. I've eaten there twice and not been disappointed with my meat or buns. The patty is smashed just a wee bit and topped with classic American cheese. Kudos for whomever decided to make crinkle fries the standard potato side. They're perfect. Service may not be the warmest or friendliest, but it's definitely fine. Order at the counter and they'll text you when it's ready. Side note: I LOVE that there's a wine bar around the corner of the Milk Market. Get a glass of pinot or GSM and enjoy your burger. A match made in heaven.

Yelp
Biggest disappointment from my trip to Denver. Burger is the scenery in Denver, and Ruth's Butchery completed butchered my Denver burger experience. My expectation was high from a self-proclaimed butchery in a hipster-foodie-central-market. But the burger came out as how Spirit Airline would serve if they have sandwich in their menu. And it's $9. Please see photo attachment on what I got for the same price at In-N-Out today.

Yelp
My steak and eggs was way over cooked, and over priced. No service. The Reuben looks pretty good.

David H.

Yelp
I got a corned beef sandwich that was fairly good. But service was painfully slow, it took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich when they weren't busy. Impersonal staff. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Yelp
Wish I would have looked at the other Yelp reviews before ordering. I paid $28 for a mediocre French dip and terrible mac n cheese. I don't mind paying for quality food, but when the only option is to order through their app which takes a mandatory service fee, it throws off some major Ticketmaster vibes. If the food had been great or even good, I might have skipped this review. But in an effort to keep people from wasting their money, go to S&G instead.

Yelp
Really disappointing experience. I only ordered a twice baked potato. It took 20 minutes. Guests behind me were served burgers before my prepped item came up. Management severely understaffed for the shift, with only one cook and one server running the order and pickup windows. For an open kitchen you should watch what you do. After specifically asking what come on the potato, I was told it was garnished with chive, but when it came out with bacon the cook just took the bacon off and sent it right back out. The flavor of bacon grease lives on long after the bacon is gone. Management, server and chef all fell short and from eyeballing the recent reviews, I'm not alone. Safe to say, Ruth's Butchery really butchered it.

Yelp
Disappointing burgers, meat was over cooked, dry. Fries were decent, but burger quality for both my date and myself will keep me from a repeat visit.

Yelp
Got the Reuben here. It was definitely large enough and tasted good. I usually expect my reubens hot, but this one was on the cold side. It was flavorful, but that also means that it was pretty heavy on the stomach as well! Overall a solid sandwich and of course you can't beat the location.

Yelp
Crappiest burger ever. Ice cold, processed cheese. Definitely will not be back. McDonald's would have been better.

James S.

Yelp
Yikes... The burger was TERRIBLE. It was dry, overcooked and had no flavor. I've honestly had better burgers from fast food restaurants. A business like this does not belong in the Milk Market.

J G.

Yelp
Horrible!! Total disagreed for their customers. Will never return Mentioned my wife's gluten allergy and after ordering a gluten-free bun the order came out in a regular bun. Asked the people who delivered our order of it was gluten-free and they said it was. It WASN'T!! Eat at your own peril

Yelp
For $16 a sandwich, I expected better. Much better. We ordered the CLASSIC REUBEN and FRENCH DIP. They were very pretty to look at, and had plenty of meat, but while both were served on warm buttered toast, the insides were very cold. The Reuben didn't have sauerkraut or russian dressing and the swiss cheese wasn't melted. As a matter of fact, looking at the menu, I think they served me the NY CORNED BEEF instead of what I actually ordered. I'm giving an extra star because the Puzzle Tots were great. But not $40 worth of great (two cold sandwiches for $16 each plus $3 for the tots plus tax and tip). TLDR: Overpriced and underwhelming. I won't be going back.

Yelp
What a disorganized place I come in for lunch and see my order is done but the counter lady ignores me. I have been waiting for ten minutes and she still just lingering. Boy I love the food but the service is horrible. I can only give two stars because of the service.

Michael R.

Yelp
I never rate places but they gave me a sandwich and you can physically feel how spoiled the bread is and they still served it. Shut this place down.

ManagerMan L.

Yelp
I have ordered take-out 3 times. The food gets the 3 stars..The customer service is definitely lacking. Not friendly at all. When an employee's is wearing a shirt advertising another restaurant down the street...that is not very good management.
